Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is when doing smash the height of jump is very less, so the reach of hand does not exceed top net, which causes the athlete difficult to direct the ball, the opposing player can block the ball and the smash is not sharp, so it does not generate points. The ball is not strong and not fast enough, so the ball can be used again by the opponent to counterattack. From the description of the above problems, it is suspected to be less muscle power shoulder arm and leg muscle power when doing smash volleyball. This study aims to determine whether there is a reletionship of muscle power shoulder arm and leg muscle power with precision smash volleyball on the ball team volley boy SMK Negeri 2 Teluk Kuantan. Sampling technique that is the total population ( total sampling ) atheletes volleyball men SMK Negeri 2 Teluk Kuantan amounted to 12 people. This reseach using correlation techniques. Then, the test data using the normality test, product moment correlation test, and test that Lcalculate variable X1 = 0,1373, Lcalculate variable X2 = 0,1081 and Lcalculate variable Y = 0,1897 where Ltable obtained 0,242 (α = 0,05), with so Lcalculate = 0,1373 < L table 0,242 on variable X1, Lcount 0,1081 < Ltable = 0,242 on the variable X2 and Larithmetic = 0,1897 < Ltable = 0,242 on variable Y, in other words it is concluded that X1, X2 and Y data are distributed normal.Keywords: Power Muscle Shoulder Arm, Leg Muscle Power, Accuracy Smash Volleyball

Abstract

ABSTRACT Premiums and motivation related to employee works. Premiums and motivation given by the company to the employees and leaders can degrade works or improve employee work. Employees who are satisfied with the premiums earned in accordance with there sults of its work will motivate employees' works in the fieldand this will have an impact on increasing the productivity of the company.This research was conducted in PT Nusantara V Plantation Kebon Sei Lindai Cambodgien IV,district Tapung Hulu,Kampar Regency. This study aims to determine whether the premiums and motivation has an influence on employee works. The population in this study were all employees of PT Nusantara V Plantation Kebon Sei Lindai Cambodgien IV. From that population will be drawn samples to be used as a respondent. To determine the sample the researcher used purposive sampling. Purposive samplingissampling thatbasedresearch purposes so that there searchers took a sample of 30 respondent.Analys is method is used by the authors is a multiple linear regression analysis.Results of studies using multiple linear regression analysis is a premium rubber positive and significant effect on the works of employees of PT Nusantara V Plantation Kebon Sei Lindai Cambodgien IV, motivation positive and significant effect on the works of employees of PT Nusantara V Plantation Kebon Sei Lindai Cambodgien IV, and premium rubber and motivation simultaneously positive and significant effect on the works of employees of PT Nusantara V Plantation Kebon Sei Lindai Cambodgien IV. Keywords: Rubber Premiums, Employee Motivation and Works

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the implementation of package equality program C in PKBM Pelita Riau Limbungan Baru Village, Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru Sub District? The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of package equality program C in PKBM Pelita Riau Limbungan Baru Village, Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru Sub District. The type of this research is descriptive with qualitative approach. The subject of this study as many as 3 people, the technique of data source retrieval is by snowball sampling. This research instrument uses participatory observation, semiterstruktur interview and documentation. The results of the analysis carried out can then draw the conclusions of the implementation of the package equality program C through three stages, namely planning, learning process and evaluation.Keywords : Implementation, Program,Aquality, Package C, PKBM

Abstract

Abstract : Biodiversity materials are many abstract concepts for learners. Learners can only imagine what the teacher says when explaining, so that learners have different responses to the knowledge described by the teacher. In this material, learners tend to only memorize the material alone, so that feel bored in learning and learning passively. The purpose of this research is to Produce Quality of Student Work Sheet (LKPD) with Discovery Learning (DL) Model on Biodiversity Material at grade Xon Senior High School. This research was conducted in Biology Education Program FKIP UR and Senior High School (SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru). The research was conducted onApril 2017 until November 2017. The type of this research is Development Research referring to R & D research approachused the ADDIE Model. There are 3 LKPD developed. The instruments of data collection in this study are LKPD assessment / validation sheets, and response questionnaires. After LKPD was developed, validated by 5 validators and then the first tested on 12 students of Biology Education Program FKIP UR, and the second testedon 20 studentsThe validation result shows that the score of feasibility aspect of the contents of 3 LKPD developed is 3.43 categories is ‘very valid’, the average score of design aspect is 3.48 categories is ‘very valid’, and the pedagogical aspect score is 3.88 categories is ‘very valid’. The average score of all aspects of all three LKPD is 3.41 categories is very valid. The results of the test I showed the average score 3.50 with very ‘good’ category. The results of the second test showed the average score of 3.61 with very ‘good’ category. LKPD with Discovery Learning Model (DL) on biodiversity material in grade X SMA is qualified and feasible to use.Keywords : Development of Student Work Sheet Discovery Learning (DL), Biodiversity

Abstract

Abstract: Based on observationsin the field it can be seen that listening ability of children aged 5-6 years has not developed optimally. So the need to use a media marionettes. The aim of this research is to know the effect media marionettes on the ability to listening children’s age 5-6 years. The research is conducted in TK Negeri Pembina 1 Pekanbaru from April to Mei 2017. This is pretest and posttest group design an experimental research with 30 children as samples. Type of instrument used in this study is the observation using a sheet to record about activities that occurred during a given treatment. Based on the hypothesis test results obtained are the shaping technique is influence on listening ability children ages 5-6 years in TK Negeri Pembina 1 pekanbaru. Retrieved t count at 8,613 with sig 0000, because sig <0.05 then we can conclude that there are influence on the ability to listening is significant between class with media marionettes and without media marionettes. Hypothesis testing can be seen at tcount= 8,613> t table = 2,048 it has been suggested that there is a significant influence in results between the control class and experiment class. The media marionettes had a significant effect towards children’s age 5-6 years old listening ability, at 63,70%. This is known from the different results listening ability on control class and expriment class with given media marionettes treatment.Keywords: Listening Ability, Media Marionettes

Abstract

Abstract: the background of this research is the weakness of Nation character. The Nation character is becoming very important and to be the basis for the existance of the Nation of Indonesia. Especially when facing the reality, that Indonesia is going to the Global era. For Indonesian as a society of the developing countries, the variety of culture social problem are rising up, either anomie (social sickness) as identity lost, or cultural shock (the future shock). These are happened as an effect of the friction of the old relationship pattern that limited by geography, culture, and the country is becoming a new system that has transnational, transcultural, and multicultural character.  This is should be the rising of PKn to locate itself as a factor of the puller of the nation character building to be able in preparing young citizens those have character of Indonesia and to be united to develop Indonesia. Therefor, the formulation of the problem of this research is how the effect  Civic Education towards the civic disposition building of the students of SMA N 1 Dayun of Dayun Subdistrict of Siak Regency. The research method used a quantitaive descriptive research. The data collecting Instrument used questionaire that consisted of 35 questions about civic education (X variable) and 37 questions about civic disposition (variable Y) to 25 respondents . data analize used a simple linear regression. Thus, hyphothesis “ there is an effect of civic education towards civic disposition building of the students of Sma N 1 Dayun Of Dayun Subdistrict Of Siak Regency is accepted. This is proved by the numbers of simpe linear regression tests between X variable and Y variable, obtained Fcount 8,513 and F table 4,28 from Ftable distribution with N: 25, at significant level 5 %, therefor, Fcount ≥ Ftable, or 8,513 ≥ 4,28.Keywords: Civic Education towards, Civic Disposition building

Abstract

Abstract: Based on observations that have been done by researchers on children aged 5-6 years in RA Habibi Kusau Makmur Village Tapung Hulu Kampar sub-distriet still found some problems associated with understanding of the concept of numbers. Such as ; 1). Children’s understanding of the concep of numbers is still limited to mentions numbers, many have not been able to show the numbers of objects.2). Most children have not been able to match the number symbols corresponding to the number of objects. 3). Most childreen also have difficulty in sorting 1-10. 4). The child has not been able to create a saquence of objects 1-10, and 5). Children still find it difficult to make a collections of objects that are equal in number, are not the same and fawer. This research is purposed for to know the influence using outdoor visual media to ability of knowing numbers child concept 5-6 years old in Ra Habibi Kusau Makmur Village Tapung Hulu District Of Kampar.This research is experiment research using one group design. The sample that used is 15 people in this research. File accumulation’s technique that used is observation. Analysis’s file technique t test using SPSS 16.0 program. Hypotheses research is there significant influence to skill knowing numbers child concept after applied outdoor visual media for knowing the hypotheses are refused or accepted based on SPSS 6.0 file can looked t calculate= 27,938 bigger than t table=2,131 (27,938>2,131). As the conclusion Ho refused and Ha accepted that means there are significant difference between before and after doing this experiment with applied outdoor visual media to skill of knowing calculating child concept 5-6 years old. This case can be known for big of influence used outdoor visual media based on calculation using Gain pattern is as big as 82,65% in high categories and as big as 17,35% influenced by another factor.Key Word: Numbers Concept, Outdoor Visual Media.

Abstract

Abstract: Learning is an activity of a person in the potential uses of mind and nuraninya both in structured or not in order to gain knowledge, build up attitudes, and has certain skills. The low average value of student learning outcomes MTS Muhammadiyah Bagansiapiapi caused due to the lack of student involvement in the learning process to follow. One alternative to the workaround is to use an innovative learning models. One of the learning models that can improve student learning outcomes is a cooperative learning model of type Numbered Heads Together (NHT).The research is the research of class action aimed at improving the results of the study of biology students with the application of the cooperative learning model of type Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Class VII MTS Muhammadiyah Bagansiapiapi Lessons Year 2015/2016. This research was conducted in March-April 2016. The subject of research is the grade VII MTS Muhammadiyah Bagansiapiapi totalling 28 people which consisted of 15 students and 13 students. Parameters measured were the result of student learning that consists of absorption, ketuntasan students can study individually, the awards group and activity of students as well as teachers ' activity. The average absorbance on a cycle I was 74.28 (good) increased in cycle II becomes 80.17 (good). Ketuntasan students can study in cycle I, namely 78.57% with an average score of 74.28 and cycle II increased to 92.85% with an average score of 80.17. Group Award at the cycle I, 1 Group 4 and group super predicate predicate excellent increase in cycle II, 2 groups 3 groups and super predicate predicate excellent. Learning activities of students in cycle I, namely 77.22% (good) increased in cycle II becomes 86.82% (very good). The activity of the teacher in the cycle I and cycle II that is 100% (very good). From the results it can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning Model of type Numbered Heads Together (NHT) can improve the results of studying biology Grade VII MTS Muhammadiyah Bagansiapiapi Lessons Year 2015/2016Key words: Cooperative Learning, Learning Outcomes, Kooperatif Type Numbered Heads Together (NHT)

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of teacher performance on student learning outcomes in Class XI Economic Subjects at Siak Hulu 3 High School. The population in this study was all class XI in State High School 03 Siak Hulu consisted of two classes with a total of 82 students, and using a sensus sampling technique. Data was collected by using questionnaires, and data was analyzed by descriptive technique. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. Result of the study showed that the performance of Economic Teachers in SMA Negeri 03 Siak Hulu in general is in the category of being in a fairly good category. While the learning outcomes of students of economic subjects in class XI IPS 1 and XI IPS 2 at SMAN 03 Siak Hulu are in the poor category. Teacher performance has a significant positive effect on student learning outcomes on economic subjects in class XI IPS SMAN 03 Siak Hulu.Key Words: Teacher Performance, Student Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is the result of learning mathematics of class student VII1 SMP Negeri 17 Pekanbaru which is still under the minimum mastery criteria with a persentage of 30,5 % only 11 students from 36 students who achieve the minimum mastery criteria on the subject matter of the algebra. The purpose of this research aims to improve the learning process and increase the student’s mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of Cooperative learning structured approach Numbered Heads Together. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research with two cycle, who conducted in class VII1 SMP Negeri 17 Pekanbaru in the second semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. Research subject as many 36 students, consist of 17 boys and 19 girls. The research instrument consists of learning devices and instrument data collectors. Learning device used is Syllabus, Lesson Plan and Worksheet. The instrument data collector used in this research is the observation sheet and math achievement test. The observation sheet was analyzed whit descriptive qualitative while the test of mathematics learning outcomes was analyzed statistically. Based on deskriptive qualitative analiysis showed that implementation of learning process on cycle II had happened improvement from implementation on cycle I. Weakness on cycle I is improved on implementation cycle II according with planning of improvement after reflection cycle I. Number of students that reach Minimum Mastery Criteria increase from basic score to daily test II. The number of students who reach Minimum Mastery Criteria on basic scor, daily test I and daily test IIare respectively 16 person (44,4 %), 21 person (58,3 %) and 27 person (75 %). Results of this research indicates that application of the Cooperative learning structured approach Numbered Heads Together can improve learning process and increase mathematics learning outcomes from the students at class VII6 SMP Negeri 17 Pekanbaru in the second semester academic years 2018/2019.Key Words: Students’ Math Achievement, Cooperative Learning Structural Approach of Numbered Heads Together, Classroom Action Research.
