Abstract

Abstract: Brain gym is represent the simple movement corps which can be optimal of child growth. This method will activate two cleaving brain and combine the function of all brain shares to increase recall. The aim of this research is to know does any improvement for child recall by using this brain gym and the percentage of that improvement. For this research, the researcher used Research of Class Action method. That is this method uses 2 cycles and has 6 meeting. For the appliance of collecting the data was the research used a form of observation there are 23 of children. That were consisted of 14 boys and 9 girls. Based on the result of processing the data and observation of recall the children aged 5-6 year old. They got improvement in every cycles. Before brain gym method is used to increase recall at children was under standard that is 48,2%, while after the firs cycles of using this method it was increased to 61,5%, even in the second cycles it became 88,3%. So, it can be concluded that a brain gym improve a recall of children aged 5-6 year old especially in TK Fathrizk Kids Pekanbaru.Keywords: Brain Gym, Recall1

Abstract

Abstract : based on the result from the study, the reseacher find out result students not appropriate with expectation, it’s seen from the result of the study was making practice exam athletic jump away for male students VIII A at junior high school 3 Dumai. Many students can’t achievement of kkm the school has been determined, the reseacher goal is to determine the releastionship speed and explosive power leg muscles jump for the male students grade VIII A at junior high school 3 Dumai, the population from the study is 15 male students (total sampling). The reseacher used standing broad jump test on the study, speed run of 30 with thecnique jump the data analyzed with simple and double product moment, Based on the findings of the study of The lead with speed run has Relations Jump findings the male students on a class VIII junior high school Negeri 3 Dumai, where the findings that is rcount (0593)> From rtabel (0532). Then From the findings of The TIN has a leg muscle Explosive power relations Jump findings male students of Class VIII junior high school Negeri 3 A Dumai, where the findings that is rcount (0662)> From rtabel (0532). Abstract

Abstract : The research was conducted to investigate diversity insectpollinators inlong beans (Vygna cylindrica) agricultural land Pekanbaru City in February to June, 2014. Research results are used to development of instructional media in the form of learning modules, student worksheet and interactivemediaofthe results ofthe inventoryof insectpollinators.This research was carried out by two stage that is the field research stage and media development stage. The research was conducted at 3 locations observation using total sampling at each station. Station I: located in the Tenayan Raya District, Seroja Kulim Street. Spacious long beans gardenrange between ± 60x 40 meters. Station II: located in the Rumbai District, Palas Village, Tengku Ibrahim Street Spacious long beans garden ±60x 40meters.Station III : located in the Tampan District, Bina Widya Street, faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau. Spacious longbeans gardenrange between±25x 30 meters the inventory of insect pollinators and environmental physical parameters include temperature, humidity and light intensity. The results showed that there are seven species of insect pollinator sare found in the long beans (Vygna cylindrica) agricultural land Pekanbaru City. Belonging to 6 families and 3 orders that the Order Hymenoptera Family Anthporidae (1 species), Family Apidae (2 species), Family Pesvinae (1 species). Order Diptera Family Syripidae (1 species) and Order Lepidoptera Family Lycanidae (1 species). temperatures ranged between from 25.4 to 31.9 OC, humidity ranged between 69-84% and light intensity ranges from 1673.2 to 3173.5 all physical environmental factors are still within the range of tolerance. Results of the study can be used as a source of learning namely learning modules, student worksheets and interactive media on the concept of interaction patterns of living creatures in Junior High School. Abstract

Abstract: This classroom action research was aimed to know whether scanning strategy can improve the reading comprehension ability of the second grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Minas and to find out what factors that improve the students’ reading comprehension ability. .Twenty one eight grade students participated in this study. The data were collected from several sources; observation sheet, reading comprehension tests, and field notes. The findings of this study indicated that the application of using scanning strategy could improve students’ reading comprehension ability both at the cycle one and cycle two. The result of pre-test shows the average score of students reading comprehension ability was 59.4. It improved to 70.23 on the post-test 1 and 80 on the post-test 2. It was also proved that applying scanning strategy in comprehending narrative texts could improve students’ interest and motivation to read more after knowing how this strategy could help them collect the information needed from a text quickly and efficiently in the shortest period of time. Abstract

Abstract : This research aimed at studying the role of Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) in food stuffs on October-November 2014. Sucrose and skim milk is used as a source of energy and nutrients for LAB. The result of research was used to development a learning Module in basic microbiology course. This research was implemented in two steps, they are laboratory research and development a learning Module by use of ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) development. Pineapple’s yoghurt manufacture begins with the stage of pasteurization, cooling, inoculation and incubation. This research results in the form of lactic acid levels, pH, protein content, carbohydrate content and moisture content are developed as a learning Module in the concept of food microbiology to enrich teaching materials in basic microbiology course.Keywords : Lactic Acid Bacteria, Sucrose, Skim milk, Learning Module

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) mengetahui perencanaan home industri roti khas Bandung. 2) mengetahui pengorganisasian home industri roti khas Bandung. 3) mengetahui pelaksanaan home industri roti khas Bandung. 4) mengetahui pengawasan home industri roti khas Bandung. Jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan memeberikan gambaran secara sistematis tentang keadaan yang sedang berlangsung pada objek peneliti yaitu Home Industri Roti Khas Bandung Dalam Menjalankan Usahanya di Kecamatan Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru. Roti Khas Bandung Dalam Menjalankan Usahanya di Kecamatan Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru ditinjau dari 1) Perencanaan home industri roti khas Bandung (a) Bahan baku home industri roti khas Bandung (b) Pelayanan home industri roti khas Bandung (c) Pemasaran home industri roti khas Bandung. 2) Pengorganisasian home industri roti khas Bandung (a) Struktur organisasi home industri roti khas Bandung (b) Pembagian tugas home industri roti khas Bandung. 3) Pelaksanaan home industri roti khas Bandung (a)Proses produksi roti khas Bandung (b) Proses pemasaran roti khas Bandung 4) Pengawasan home industri roti khas Bandung (a) Pengawasan proses produksi roti khas Bandung (a) Pengawasan proses pemasaran roti khas Bandung. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah Home industri roti khas Bandung dalam memproduksi roti mengunakan bahan baku tepung terigu, air, gula, garam, mentega, dan ragi instan. Home industri roti khas Bandung dipimpin oleh Bapak Gunawan sekaligus sebagai pemilik yang membawahi empat orang karyawan. Pengawasan proses pemasaran dengan cara menyediakan buku catatan penjualan. Kemapuan produksi home industri roti khas Bandung dari tahun ketahun selalu meningkat, pada tahun 2012 memproduksi 1.200 roti perhari lalu mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2014 mencapai 1.600 produksi roti perhari.   Kata Kunci: Profil, Keterampuilan Karyawan, Home, Industri, Roti, Khas Bandung

Abstract

Abstract : This research has been to know understanding student of biology education on the curriculum 2013 faculty of teacher training and education university of Riau. This typenof research is a descriptive study. The sample was students of biology education faculty of teacher training and education university of Riau, sixth semester written 98 peoples. The understanding indikators of competency standards, content standards, process standards and assesment standards. Data collection techniques using a written test 60 question that carried out by collecting the sixth semester students in a room then researchers give time for 90 minutes to fill in the comprehension test. After completing the test comprehension, directly handed over to investigators. This data is used as research data for analysis and interpretation done. From the results obtained can be seen in the percentage of students understanding of competency standards obtained 65,8% with sufficient criteria. A standard indicator of the content of 68,9% was obtained with sufficient criteria. The standard indicators obtained 70,0% with good criteria and indicators of appraisal standards was obtained 73,4% with good criteria. It can be concluded that the understanding gained 69,5% with sufficient criteria.Keyword : Understanding, Student of Biology Education, Curriculum 2013

Abstract

Abstract: This research was aimed at studying the identification of bacteria from the liquid waste of petroleum from August to October 2014. The result of research was used to development a learning module in basic microbiology course. This research was implemented in 2 steps, they are Laboratory research and development a learning module by use of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) development. Isolation of bacteria was under taken using thinning methods (platting methods) grown at solid media Stone Mineral Salt Solution Extract Yeast (SMSSe) added with crude oil as selective media. Colonies observed on the media after incubation on the temperature 28-300C for 24-48 hours were identified based on macroscopic observations, microscopic and biochemical tests to ensure that the bacteria identified was absolutely petroleum bacteria. The research result carried out 3 genera of bacteria namely Enterobacter, Pseudomonas and Klebsiella. The result of research is developed as learning module in the concept of prokaryot to enrich teaching materials in basic microbiology course. Key words: Identification, SMSSe Media, Learning Module

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the profile of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPCK) Biology Teacher prospective students FKIP Riau University. This type of research is a descriptive study conducted in FKIP Biology Education Studies Program, University of Riau in September-November 2014. The sample was a student of Biology Education FKIP Riau University class of 2011 and 2012. The sampling technique is done with purposive. The research instrument in the form of closed and open questionnaire. Closed questionnaire consists of 32 items to measure 7 (seven) TPCK domain, namely: 1. Technological Knowledge, 2. Pedagogical Knowledge, 3. Content Knowledge, 4. Technological Pedagogical Knowledge, 5. Technological Content Knowledge, 6. Pedagogical Content Knowledge, 7. Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge. The results show the ability of student teachers in applying TPCK biology are at good criteria with a mean of 3.41. Thus, student teachers FKIP Biology, University of Riau have been able to organize learning biology-based information and communication technology (ICT). While the correlation between TPCK against prospective student GPA Biology Teacher shows the items that exert significant influence Technological Knowledge ie with a percentage of 13.1%.Keywords: Technology, Pedagogy, Content, Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge, Biology Teacher Prospective Students.
