Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated lack of parental involvement in children's education in SD Islam Al-Kawthar Simpang Baru Village District of Tampan. The research problems are Is parental involvement in children's education in SD Islam Al-Kawthar village Baru Simpang sub-district Charming. The purpose of this study was to determine the involvement of parents in the education of children in elementary Islam Al-Kawthar Baru Simpang Village District of Handsome. The population in this study were 106 parents and samples of this study 31 parents with a critical level of 10%, the sample used is random sampling. Data collection instruments, namely a questionnaire with 109 statements and after the trial lived 85 valid statement to be made in the instrument of research. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. Presentation of the answers obtained from the calculation results based on the indicators of cognitive expressed a positive attitude adolescent negative 89.24% and 2.25%. While based on affective aspects declare a positive attitude adolescent negative 44.21% and 47.51%. Furthermore, it can be seen from the aspect conative stating positive attitude adolescent negative 43.67% and 47.63%.Keywords: Parent involvement, Children's Education

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the entrepreneurial character FKIP University student Pekanbaru. The problem was how high the entrepreneurial character mean FKIP UR students. The aim of this study was to determine the level of entrepreneurial character FKIP UR students. The population in this study were 192 students UR department and the study sample was 32 students were taken using quota sampling technique. Instrument of data collection questionnaire with 117 statements and after a stay of 110 tested a valid statement to be made in the research instrument. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. Instruments used in this study was a questionnaire containing 110 items entrepreneurial character statement FKIP University student Pekanbaru, Riau, with the indicator 1) the commitment and determination, 2) the desire to assume responsibility 3) always seize opportunities, 4) risk-taking is measured, 5) self-esteem, 6) creativity and fleksibelita, 7) desire immediate feedback, 8) high energy levels (energy), 9) are motivated to achieve success, 10) future oriented, 11) the willingness to learn from mistakes, 12) capable lead, 13) diligently, 14) oriented goals, 15) and innovation, 16) knowledgeable. Alternative responses categories for each item statement strongly agree (SS) was scored 5, agree (S) was given a score of 4, less agree (KS) is given a score of 3, disagree (TS) is given a score of 2, and strongly disagree (STS) is given score 1. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of job satisfaction the kaget market traders in Rw 15 Simpang Tiga Village District Bukit Raya Pekanbaru. The research questions guiding this study is: how high levels of job satisfaction the kaget market traders in Rw 15 Simpang Tiga Village District Bukit Raya Pekanbaru. This is a descriptive study, data were collected using a questionnaire totaling 33 point statement. Once tested, the questionnaire of 26 items declared valid, invalid and of 7 items. Otherwise the entire legal instruments with "rhitung = 0.444 means that legitimacy is quite high. The population in this study was 48 the kaget market traders. The samples were taken using simple random sampling method using Taro Yamane formula. Based on the findings obtained job satisfaction the kaget market traders Rw 15 at Simpang Tiga District Bukit Raya Pekanbaru the pleasant feeling of respondents who was the level satisfaction of work high  is  89.78% and the low level of work satisfaction is 10.16%. According to the respondents unpleasant feeling that the level of work satisfaction high and 85,93% low levels of work satisfaction of 14.05%. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, The Kaget Market

Abstract

Abstract : The title of this research is "group guidance services effect on the improvement of empathy of student class x sman 4 pekanbaru tp. 2014/2015 ". This study aims 1) To know the description of empathy of studenst class X SMAN 4 Pekanbaru before given group guidance services. 2) To know the process of implementation of group guidance services to increase empathy class X SMAN 4 Pekanbaru. 3) To know the description of empathy of students class X SMAN 4 Pekanbaru after given group guidance services. 4) To determine differences in empathy of studenst class X of SMAN 4 Pekanbaru before and after given group guidance services. 5) To determine how much influence the group guidance services to increase empathy of studenst class X SMAN 4 Pekanbaru.Variable this study consisted of one variable with two variants, namely: 1. Empathy students before given group guidance services (X1). 2. Empathy students after given group guidance services (X2). Ways sampling using purposive sampling technique. The subjects were as many as 30 students. With the population of the entire class X SMAN 4 Pekanbaru TA 20142015. This study uses a Pre-Experiment with patterns of one-group pretest-posttest. Instrument in this study was a questionnaire empathy. This test consists of 27 items of empathy with alternative "yes" and "no" and then the data is processed with statistics. The hypothesis proposed that there is a significant difference to the students before the increase in empathy after the given group guidance services. From the results of research conducted, with using t test obtained t of -6.96 and ttable of 2,000. So, thitung> ttable (6.96> 2.000). So Ho rejected and Ha accepted, which means that in this study there are significant differences to increase in empathy with the students before after given group guidance services. From the calculation of product moment correlation r xy = 0.523, of coefficient of Determinant or r2 = 0,273 which means there is a 27.3% contribution to the improvement of guidance services group empathy class X of SMAN 4 Pekanbaru TA 2014/2015.Key words: Guidance Group, Empathy

Abstract

Abstract : The title of this research is ‘’ Effect of Group Counseling towards the Reduction of Academic Stress of First – Year Students of Academic Year 2014/2015 at SMAN 2 Siak Hulu’’. The purposes of this research were 1) to know the description of students’ academic stress before given group counseling service, 2) to know the dynamic description of the group counseling implementation in order to reduce students’ academic stress, 3) to know the description of students’ academic stress reduction after given group counseling service, 4) to know how much the difference of students’ academic stress reduction before and after given group counseling service is,  5) to know how much the influence of group counseling towards the reduction of students’ academic stress is.  The instrument used in this research was academic stress scale. The subjects of this research were 101 first – year students of academic year 2014/2015 at SMAN 2 Siak Hulu. The sample of this research was 30 students and they were selected by simple random sampling. The description of academic stress before given group counseling was in high category (50%), medium category (46,67%), and low category (3,33%). The description of students’ academic stress reduction after given group counseling was in high category (10%), medium category (53,33%), and low category (36,67%). Based on the result of the calculation of the correlation coefficient between X1 and X2 was 0,505 and the determination coefficient (r2) was 0,255. This means that the contribution of group counseling towards the reduction of  academic stress was 25,5%. Therefore, it can be known that ttest was bigger than ttable, (7,93 > 2,000) so that Ha was accepted . So, it means that there was influence of group counseling towards the reduction of  academic stress  of first – year students of academic year 2014/2015 at SMAN 2 Siak Hulu. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of counseling group about the increasing of students honesty class XI SMK Farmasi Ikasari Pekanbaru 2014/2015. This research was conducted in SMK Farmasi Ikasari Pekanbaru from March 2015 to Mei 2015. The method of this research was used experimental method and pattern is one group pre test and posttest. 116 students as research subject have low honesty and 30 from them as sample (simple random sampling).  The instrument to collect the data is used questionnaire by Guttman scale. Data analysis technique is used correlation statistic technique. The result of this research is counseling group have an effect to increasing of students honesty class XI SMK Farmasi Ikasari Pekanbaru 2014/2015. This is based on the result of analysis, calculation showed tcount > ttable (3.489 > 2,000). So it can be conclude that group counseling have an effect to increasing of students honesty with contribution 46% meanwhile 54% influenced by another factor from environment and students themselves. Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to find out kind of illocutionary speech acts in anime Spirited Away by Hayao Miyazaki. Besides that, it also aimed describe the purpose of this illocutionary speech acts. Theory that used were Searle theory to find out kind of illocutionary speech act and Leech theory the purpose of it. The method was descriptive as to describe the data using word or sentences. The data was collected from Japan’s anime Spirited Away. The result showed that there were 60 data of illocutionary speech acts and divided into 5 kinds, namely (1) requestives including 3 data for persuading, 4 data for requesting, and 5 data for asking (2) questions including 16 data for questioning (3) requirements including 19 data for ordering, 1 data for instruction, 2 data for directing, and 1 data for demanding (4) permissives including 1 data for letting go (5) advisories including 8 data for warning. There was also found (1) 34 data purposes of collaborative speech acts, (2) 21 data purpose of convivial speech acts, (3) 15 purpose of competitive. Key Words: speech acts, illocutionary, directive

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of information services to increase effective learning class X SMK Farmasi Ikasari pekanbaru school year 2014/2015. This research was conducted in SMK Farmasi Ikasari pekanbaru from April 2015 through June 2015. The method used was experimental method to pattern one-group pretest-posttest. 1,3,5 class X student population is having problems belejar effective and 117 of the population used as research subjects (saturated sample) data collection instrument used was a questionnaire using Likert scale. Data analysis technique used is the statistical correlation techniques. The result showed that the effect on the improvement of information services effective learning class X SMK Farmasi Ikasari Pekanbaru school year 2014/2015. This is based on the results of analyzes, calculations show thitung> ttable (-9.40> 1.960). So it can be concluded that the effect on the improvement of information services effective learning of students with a contribution of 48% while 52% are influenced by factors - other factors contained in the students themselves and the environment.Keywords: Effect Of Information Services, Effective Learning

Abstract

Absract : This study was motivated by the human need to communicate beside eat and drink. Leaners are expected to have basic skills in communication to be able to socialize with other people especially to develop and maintain close communicatioan, warm, and productive among fellow leaners. So the social life of learners can develop optimally without barriers. This study aim to understand each other in interpersonal comminication before the given group guidance services, to understand process of implementation of group guidance on the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication, to understand each other in interpersonal comminication after the given group guidance services, to understand differences in the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication before to after the given group guidance services, and to undestand the influence the group guidance on the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication. This study the authors carried out in SMKN 4 Pekanbaru and lasted from march until the completion of research. The research subjects were 30 students. Sampling technique is purposive sample. As for the hypothesis in this study is that there is a significant difference in the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication before to after being given group guidance and there is a significant positive effect on the ability of group guidance mutual understanding in interpersonal communication. The results of this study show that with 58 dk and a standard error of 0,05 or 5% then obtained t tabel 2,000.  While the price of t hitung greater or equal to the t tabel then accepted ha. So tehe hyphothesis is accepted, which means there are significant differences in the ability to understand each other ini interpersonal communication before to after the given group guidance. As for fhe effect of group guidance on the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication after the researchers looked for correlations in advance with the correlation coefficient was 0,83 and its determinant coefficient is 0,68.  Then there is a significant positive effect on the ability of group guidance mutual understanding in interpersonal communication.
