Abstract

PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk is a company engaged in the field of logistics services throughout the territory of Indonesia and reach the international sphere. The company divides its business portfolio into 4 lines, namely Samudera Shipping (shipping business), Samudera Agencies (agency business), Samudera Logistics (logistics business), and Samudera Terminal (port business) to deliver integrated transportation and logistics services, and one of branch office located in Surabaya which serving in the field of agency.For a large company with high-complexity business processes and assisted with information technology, the company must be able to provide services that match the business objectives to be achieved. Investment on information technology that has been applied, has not provided a firm guarantee for the company. There are other factors to consider, not just focusing on the use of information technology assets, but companies should focus on monitoring, maintaining, managing and ensuring that companies comply with relevant information technology regulations.Therefore, the researchers using domain of Monitor and Evaluate, to measure the maturity level of enterprise information technology based on monitoring, managing process and how far PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk comply with applicable information technology laws and external requirements.

Abstract

UD. X, a car batteries trading business in Surabaya, is using manual accounting system. This old applied system can’t provide any accurate financial report for owner. Furthermore, it has caused many human errors, inaccurate calculation, and irrelevant data service. As a solution, the company needs a computer based accounting system. The first step in creating a good accounting information system is to analyze and observe company working system. This new accounting information system needs to build an integrated modules of sales, purchases, and accounting. The new information system was build using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server as database. The result obtained from the system are master recording, purchase and sale transaction recording,  stock report, purchase report, sales report, general ledger, and financial statement such as income statement and balance sheet.

Abstract

Sometimes to get information about the lectures, the students are a bit distressed. Often also when it comes to administration, students have not received information about the required lectures. This causes the students to be rarely or even never at all to go to the administration and tend to just wait for information from friends who sometimes can cause miss communication.Seeing the usefulness of bots that can help the work and daily activities of humans, finding information and gathering information, Telegram created a bot named Bot Telegram. With this Telegram Bot can help the administration / lecturers in conveying information about the lectures to students appropriately and quickly. In addition to providing information, in Bot Telegram it can send a file and then download the file. It can also assist lecturers in delivering lecture materials. Lecturers can upload the material into the Telegram Bot then students can download it from the Telegram Bot.This telegram bot application helps the administration and lecturers to convey information to students. Administrative officers are very helpful with the application of this Telegram bot let alone how to use this application is quite.

Abstract

One of interesting aspect in game is virtual enemy (AI) as enemy to the player. This aspect is important to give challenge to the player, especially for a single player game. One game that requires such AI is a turn-based strategy game. To be able to create an interesting and challenging AI for the player, it is require equally strong and dynamic AI.To create such AI, ID3 and Influence Map will be used as the base of the AI used in turn-based strategy game. Applications made include ID3 training software and Influence Map class inside the game that will be used. ID3 System is made to have the ability to process continuous data.The results showed that the ability to create a decision tree by ID3 is greatly influenced by the training data used. The results also showed that the propagation method used for the Influence Map system can be set to suit the requirements in the game.

Abstract

Along with the times, companies need to perform data processing systems, in particular distribution company that sells drugs need an information system to prevent a lack of good control of products in order to avoid out of stock.Application created by using the programming language PHP, Javascript, Ajax, JQuery, and use MySQL as a database. In making the application, administration information system that is created using the FIFO method so that, the first unit were purchased will be first sold and this method is particularly suited to the type of company that distribute medicines to the entire territory of East Java and the outer islands.The final result of making the application of administration information system, which is system that are created using the FIFO method, still cannot resolve a problem about goods that are often used interchangeably when the flow in and out physically in the company.

Abstract

PT. Asri Indah adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi bahan bangunan gypsum. Setiap lis gypsum yang diproduksi memiliki jenis dan ukuran yang berbeda sehingga mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan harga pokok produksinya (HPP). Pada bagian produksi juga memiliki masalah yaitu seringnya terjadi kesalahan dalam pertukaran data yang berujung pada miskomunikasi antara produksi dan gudang bahan baku dan kesalahan dalam penjadwalan produksi. Pembuatan laporan yang dibutuhkan perusahaan juga masih dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan masalah yang dipaparkan di atas, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi (SI) yang mampu mengolah data-data dari proses produksi menjadi informasi berupa penentuan harga pokok produksi, penjadwalan produksi dan laporan yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan PT. Asri Indah Surabaya.Sistem ini akan dibuat berbasis website menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX serta menggunakan database MySQL. Sistem Informasi akan dibagi menjadi 5 hak akses yaitu Admin, Produksi, Gudang Bahan Baku, Gudang Barang Jadi, dan Pimpinan. Masing- Masing hak akses akan memiliki fitur sesuai kebutuhannya.Realisasi sistem ini menyimpulkan bahwa harga pokok produksi pada PT. Asri Indah dapat terhitung secara otomatis dan sudah terbukti melalui perbandingan pehitungan manual dan sistem, penjadwalan produksi secara FIFO dapat dilakukan secara otomatis, laporan yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan dapat terpenuhi, sehingga mempermudah perusahaan dalam melihat informasi produksi. dan berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan, untuk tampilan aplikasi 80% responden memberi nilai baik dan 20% responden memberi nilai sangat baik, untuk kemudahan memahami aplikasi 60% responden memberi nilai baik, 20% responden memberi nilai sangat baik dan 20% responden memberi nilai cukup, untuk menjawab kebutuhan 100%  responden memberi nilai baik, dan untuk keseluruhan aplikasi 100% responden memberi nilai baik.

Abstract

Keamanan informasi merupakan salah satuaspek penting dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Namunpenyimpanan informasi pada tempat yang kurang tepat,misalnya pada sebuah catatan (baik yang merupakan catatanfisik ataupun software) seringkali dinilai tidak aman. Karenaselama informasi yang disimpan masih dapat terbaca (humanreadable), maka tidak tertutup kemungkinan informasitersebut suatu saat ditemukan ataupun dibongkar sehinggaterbaca.Aplikasi yang dibuat mampu menyimpan sekaligusmengamankan informasi rahasia dari penggunanya. Selaindiamankan oleh password, aplikasi juga diamankan olehpseudorandom number melalui fitur shake, sehinggakeamanannya terjamin.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi mampumengimplementasikan fitur untuk meng-edit dan menghapusinformasi yang tersimpan, mengirim informasi melalui SMSatau e-mail, melakukan enkripsi/dekripsi terhadap file padaexternal storage device, mengubah password yang tersimpan,melakukan backup ke Google Drive, dan melakukan restore.

Abstract

Car course center is a course center for people who want to learn to drive properly. Today there are many places that provide services course car. But for now this all transaction records are still using the manual system, so that all processes are less accurate recording. In addition to the monthly reporting process that is old and inaccurate, because it must calculate each transaction that occurs every day. Therefore we need a system based on information technology to improve the weaknesses of the old system.In the manufacture of the new information system, it is intended to be able to record income and expenditure transactions quickly and accurately. And can display monthly reports quickly and accurately to the owner of the car course center. Besides this new information systems it can make their own schedule tutoring participants registering through the website. Old systems analyze process by conducting a survey to the course car, and making DFD and ERD using power designer.From the results of the testing of this new information system it can keep records of income and expenses accurately, and course participants can register themselves through the course schedule website, and can display all the reports to the owner. The results of questionnaires completed by 5 people correspondent, application assessment showed 85% overall good.

Abstract

North Toraja Regency is one of the regencies in Indonesia which is actively developing itself as a tourist destination. North Toraja’s tourism has its own uniqueness. It offers different types of tourist attractions compared to those of other regencies. However, due to the lack of tourism information, both local and foreign tourists have not considered North Toraja as an attractive tourist destination. Based on the problem described, there is a need to make a catalogue website that aims to give clear and accurate information regarding North Toraja’s various tourist spots.Important information such as North Toraja’s rich history, tourist spots, public facilities, arts and crafts, and annual traditional activities or events are all provided in this catalogue website. Thus, tourists can easily obtain complete information about North Toraja’s tourism. This website was created using programming languages like PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL database.The catalogue website has many features and information such as user profile, map, tourist spots, public facilities, culture, arts, traditional food, events, recommendations, and photo gallery.

Abstract

In today’s era, information and communication technology makes it easy for people to get through everything instantly. One of theexample is online shopping. Almost all of the people on this earthhave devices such as laptops, computers and smartphones that are increasingly in demand and increasing every year. With this E-Commerce website for UD. Jackpot Pancing makes it easy for customers, especially for fishing lovers to search and browse products that are being sell without having to come directly to offline sales.This Project is created based on UD. Jackpot Pancing owner's request to efficient the sales system in UD. Jackpot Pancing and facilitate both consumers, employees and owners to see products that are being sell online, facilitate sales transactions, data settings and reports. The system is built using PHP, HTML and MySQL database and Bootstrap framework.Through the research that has been done by the author, then generated an e-commerce application that helps employees in the process of checking the stock of goods and product sales on UD. Jackpot Pancing, facilitate consumers to browse and buy products, and facilitate the owner UD.Jackpot Pancing to view sales report, stock items report and returns report via the internet.
