Abstract: This study was done to control the delivery system components of Plant 1 to Plant 2 for the machine assembly is not off. The main problem faced by PT. FSCM Manufacturing Indonesia is not their delivery schedules so that components are submitted can not be controlled. The next problem is the production Planning is administered orally and the misscomunication between foremen and operators that cause components to ASF (After Surface Finishing) empty. Improvement award is to create the delivery schedule number and weight of components with components that have been determined. Make a design planning card to make the order type of components to be processed so that the planning of production to be sustainable and ASF components will not be empty. To draft a new component card for improving the quality of the product components

Model kolaborasi vendor – buyer untuk deterioration item pada skema pembayaran progresif adalah kenaikan pembayaran yang membesar oleh pemasok untuk productsdeliver hingga titik delivery tertentu. Pembeli harus membayar bunga penundaan apabila pembeli tidak membayar pada periode penundaan yang pertama, bunga akan meningkat pada periode penundaan yang kedua, dan seterusnya. Tujuan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model kolaborasi vendor – buyer untuk deterioration item pada skema pembayaran progresif.Pada tugas akhir ini, model kolaborasi diselesaikan dengan menggunakan metode genetic algorithm.Contoh numeric digunakan untuk mengilustrasikan model dan alaisa sensitivitas digunakan untuk meverifikasi model. Solusi dari model menunjukkan bahwa model kolaborasi lebih menguntungkan pihak pemasok karena, pembeli akan dipaksa untuk membeli dalam jumlah yang besar.

PT. Hapete is a yarn manufacturing company which has raw and finished goods warehouse. The number of goods produced are more than 100 types of yarn. The scope of this research is warehouse of finished goods. The warehouse does not have a good warehouse management system in goods placement. The goods weren’t group in the same rack and placed on the operator way. There are 3 focus of the improvement like receiving, arrangement, and search for goods. Key indicator of success are verifying the effectiveness of work (qualitative) and work efficiency (quantitative). Work effectiveness is carried out by conducting interviews with operators who doing goods arrangement on the shelf. This interview was conducted to show that the implementation of the idea had been carried out by the operator well. Work efficiency is done by reviewing the search time of goods and the time spent on goods. The result shows the time efficiency in carrying out the longest item search has changed from 661 seconds to 57.35 seconds and the longest item expenditure has changed from 686 seconds to 294.57 seconds

The purpose of this study is to find out the total time required to perform the QCL (Quality Control Line) Assembly thoroughly and the exact number of samples for each checking element. The collected data is used to calculate the standard time for each checking element, where the total time required exceeds the time available. The shortage of time has reached 122.204 minutes and when the number of samples is adjusted with MIL STD 105E and MIL STD 414 then the shortage of time reaches 403.918 minutes. The proposed improvements are the minimization of the frequency of inefficient work elements, changes in details of check for non-critical elements, and the use of support personnel. These improvements have a positive impact, i.e. there is a remaining time of 18.433 minutes of total time available.

PT. X is one of the cigarette manufacturing leaders in Indonesia. Products from PT. X is distributed inside and outside Indonesia through a number of markets. Therefore, a good Allocation Planning is a must. PT. X wants to map the activities in the Allocation Planning and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is chosen for accomplishing that task. First, we map the current situation using VSM, we found two wastes occurred during the Allocation Planning, which are waiting time and motion. After that, various improvements are executed to reduce those wastes, and then once more the VSM are applied. The results showed that in overall the lead time decrease over 34.88%.

The purpose of this study is to minimize man power cost. The main problem of this company is that ineffective time by workers at delivery area is very big. It happens because supervisor does not count the time that workers need to do their job yet. The improvements for this problem are giving total number of man power according the standard time and making a preparation schedule so every shift has a balance workload.

The handling qualities of Malang Chili throughout its supply chain system is still considered low, as there are lots of faults took place during the process that led to the declining quality of the chilies. It is recommended to plan a handling procedure of post-harvested chilies in order to enhance a better quality. This study will try to design a quality plan to address those issues, using methods such as pareto diagram and cause-and-effect diagram. Observations result concluded that problems occurred are due to various factors, namely human error, method and environment. On farmers supply chain have the biggset disability obtained is wilting. Meanwhile, wholesalers supply chain have the biggest disability namely dented. Quality plan arranged use to guide early improvement in the conduct of each post-harvest process chili in Malang to overcome the factors that cause chili damaged such as drying, tranportation and selling.

PT XYZ is a footwear manufacturing company that is part of a European company that seeks to implement QMS in every process to ensure customer satisfaction. In implementing QMS, PT XYZ strives to meet international quality standards to ensure the quality has been run competently. The standards used and which are being pursued by PT XYZ is ISO 9001:2015. Quality can be guaranteed one of them by holding Internal Audit which measure from ISO 19011:2011 based on clause 9.2 of ISO 9001:2015. PT XYZ has implemented ISO 19011:2011 but there needs to be additional related to monitoring and improvement or concern of control and act in PDCA cycle. Monitoring examines the program and audit results and analyzes related to the implementation of risk management findings. Improvement alludes to the recommendations of monitoring results. Complete auditing of the audit report, creating audit documents and auditor performance, feedback collection, training and evaluation of experts, deep and comprehensive internal audit surveys, and monitoring of departments/procedures related to the largest root cause. The addition of procedures can help to better monitor and make better decisions to improve the next internal audit.

PT. X measures internal customer satisfaction using an index called Internal Supplier Service Rate (ISSR) monthly. One of the order intake in PT. X is material that called as material shipment. Currently, Order intake for material shipment was increasing, but the increasing not in line with the ISSR. PT. X only achieved ISSR as 89,5% in 2013 which target is 95%. This final assignment attempts to increase ISSR in material shipment activity. The proposed improvements are standar work flow, material forecast for Supplier, coordination between company and Supplier, and an additional staff for material shipment. The proposed improvements are implemented and the ISSR increases to 97,5%.

Abstract: Performance of a company depends a lot on its employee’s performance. That causes many companies try so many ways to improve their employee’s quality and performance. XYZ company has a program that supports performance improvement named Continuous Improvement. In this program, there is a rating system which is applied to the machines the company have. These ratings will be reported to the machine operator. Machine that achieves its target will be declared as the winner and every employee that operates with that machine will be rewarded with bonus. However this system has a lot of problems especially in processing data. The occurring problem is, it takes a long time to process data and there are errors when employees are inputting the data. These problems become the background of this research. In this research, a proposal of a project that could decrease the time required to process the data and errors that occurs so that data’s consistency can improve will be given. The result of this project shows that the time required to process the data is reduced by 70% and human error can be avoided by making warnings and barricades.
