This research was conducted in Junior high school NSQ Cirebon West Java, which aims to know and to obtain an overview of leadership character education for student. This research was conducted in June to October 2017. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection was done through an interview, observation, and study documentation. A source of data from this research comes from principal's and supports several informants is teacher, and student. Teamwork formed by the principal's consist of teachers, committee and parents. The planning of leadership character building of students in Junior high school NSQ is done through the mechanism of work meeting at the beginning of the school year. Organizing the guidance of student leadership character in Junior high school NSQ is done by making organizational structure that contains the roles and responsibilities in carrying out the guidance of student leadership character. The implementation of leadership character building of students in Junior high school NSQ is done through intra-school students organization program, Scouting and Basic Training of Student Leadership. The supervision of the leadership character building of the students in Junior high school NSQ is done directly by the principal and the board of the Foundation. The purpose of this study was to look for the effectiveness of teaching styles on learning outcomes seen sprinting skills of motor skills. The method used is experiment with a 2x3 factorial design treatment. Population research is College of teacher training and education students that amounted to 12 classes, conten 360 person. The sample was selected using simple random sampling. The study was conducted during one month with 16 times meeting. Research instrument using sprint test and rubric. The results of the study concluded that: (1) There are differences in skill scamper between teaching style inclusion, training and reciprocal as a whole, (2) There are differences in skill scamper between motor skills and high motor abilities low overall, (3) There is an interaction between style teaching and motor skills against the skills to sprint overall. This study examines the influence of work culture, competence, and career development on the performance of administrative staff at the University of Palangka Raya. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and path analysis techniques. Results have shown that: 1) work culture has a direct effect on performance, 2) competency has a direct effect on performance, 3) career development has a direct effect on performance, 4) work culture has a direct effect on career development, and 5) competence directly affects development career. The implication of this study is that an increase in work culture, competence, and career development can improve performance. Lecturer performance expected to produce a professional lecturer and has good performance in implementing Tridharma college. The purpose of this study was to evaluate performance of Lecturer in (1) Education and Teaching, (2) Reseach, and (3) Performance of Community Service. This study was the evaluation of the program. This evaluation of Research lecturers performance, performance evaluation use model of 360 degrees (360 Degree Performance Appraisal Model). The objective of the research is to obtain information about the influence of group cohesiveness and team effectiveness on teachers' productivity of state primary school at Cipondoh districts in Tangerang City. The research was conducted to all of state primary school teachers at Cipondoh districts in Tangerang City by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 98 teachers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The result of the study reveals that: (1) there is direct effect of group cohesiveness on teachers' productivity. (2) there is direct effect of team effectiveness on teachers' productivity. (3) there is direct effect of group cohesiveness on team effectiveness. Therefore to enhance teachers' productivity can be carried out by group cohesiveness and team effectiveness. Keywords: Group cohesiveness, team effectiveness, and teachers' productivity

This study is aimed to create a learning media that can improve student’s learning outcomes in the subject of “Table Manner†focusing on “Table Settingâ€. This study was applying “Borg and Gall research development modelâ€. The subject of this study was 65 Navy Enlisted trainees in Housekeeping. By treating a different way from a controlled class, a taped video containing subject matter was mainly delivered in an experimental class. And a posttest was conducted to clarify the final result of learning for both type of classes. It has been proven that posttest result of an experimental class has a higher mean than in a controlled class. Researcher believed that the use of video as a learning media boost trainees potential to achieve the learning outcomes. In other words, the developed product of learning video would potentially increase trainee understanding toward the subject matter.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Pedagogic Competence, Attitude on Profession, Work Motivation, on the performance of Islamic Elementary School teachers in Samarinda City. The results stated that: (1) Pedagogic competence has a direct positive effect on teacher performance, (2) Attitudes in the profession have a direct positive effect on teacher performance, (3) Motivation has a direct positive effect on Teacher Performance, (4) Pedagogic competence has a direct positive effect on motivation, (5) Attitudes in the profession have a direct positive effect on motivation. This research was carried out in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Office of the Ministry of Religion of Samarinda City involving 148 teachers as research samples. Determination of the research sample was done by using random sampling. The research data collection technique uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale with 5 answer choices and using tests. Data analysis uses path analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, pedagogic competence, attitudes to profession and motivation have a direct positive effect on the performance of Madarsah Ibtidaiyah teachers. Therefore, the research variables can be recommended for the sake of improving the performance of madrasah teachers in Samarinda or other areas at the same level or higher.

The aims of this study are describing the topics conversed by the second semester students of the English education department of San Pedro University; analyzing what are students’ conversations for; analyzing how students converse with their friends; and analyzing what are students’ strengths and weaknesses in English conversations. To reach these objectives, this research was designed in a descriptive qualitative study. All the data were obtained through observation, documentation (recordings), and interview. The data was collected and analyzed through descriptive approach. And after analyzing the data on the basis of research questions dealing with English conversations among the students, the researcher finds that there are different topics that conversed by the students, and all those topics are very contextual with the real life of students; or in other words, the topics present what students’ lives are. The students did English conversations in order to develop their ability to speak English confidently and pronounce English words correctly; encourage them to use appropriate grammar and vocabulary in English speaking; help them to produce and organize their ideas logically; and develop their communication competence such as oral presentation and story-telling. There are several findings deal with how do students converse with their friends: they do their conversations with big motivation; they begin their conversations with good starting point; they present good turn taking in their conversations; they present good cultural act in their conversations; they conduct their conversations with low accuracy; they conduct their conversations with low fluency; they present cohesion and coherence in their conversations; and they end their conversations with good closing point. And in conducting English conversations, there are strengths and weaknesses. The strengths found in students’ conversations are: students have big motivation in doing English conversations, using very simple vocabularies in their conversations; conversations run spontaneously and naturally; more reactive or responsive in doing conversations; creating good use of conjunctions and determiners; and giving good extended answers to the questions appeared in conversations. While the weaknesses found in students’ conversations are: students are still poor in vocabulary, still weak in using proper grammar, pronunciations and intonations are not so good affected by local language so much.

The objective of this research is to analyse relevant between sector financial and social overhead capital to product of domestic bruto. This research also the wind know how big influence of either through parsial and also by simultan from variable sector financial and variable social overhead capital to gross domestic product. Method of Analysis used by probit analyse constructively program e-views 5. While result which got from this research is: In Indonesia in the national have been found by that is: by parsia is channel of rate of interest not signifikan, channel of exchange rate of signifikan t-sig 0.00, channel of ekspektasi signifikan t-sig 0.00, channel of price of asset of signifikan t-sig 0.00, channel of credit of t-1 signifikan t-sig 0.00, and variable of social overhead capital signifikan t-sig 0.01. While influence together from free variable to variable trussing of showing result of finding at level of confidence 99 gratuity, with value of F-Sig of equal to 80.23504 and prob 0.00 that together entire/all variable perceived in best model have an effect on signifikan to value of enthusiasm of invesment in IndonesiaThen to variable trussed by GDP indicate that, channel of rate of interest not signifikan, channel of exchange rate of signifikan t-sig 0.05, channel of ekspektasi signifikan t-sig 0.00, channel of price of asset of signifikan t-sig 0.00, channel of credit of t-1 signifikan t-sig 0.00, and variable of social overhead capital signifikan t-sig 0.00.
