Abstract

A construction project is an activity to achieve results in the form of infrastructure. Therefore, good resource management is needed so that the project is cost effective, on time and meets the specified quality. With good control on material management, contractors will benefit from the effective use of materials. This study aims to determine the effect of material management on the performance quality of building construction projects in Denpasar City. This research method was carried out quantitatively and qualitatively. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS 19.0 application. Based on the results of the analysis in this study partially, material procurement planning is in accordance with specifications, material purchases are in accordance with the planning, material delivery according to specifications and installation schedules, material storage and security, material use in accordance with material characteristics, and material control by the logistics department has an effect on performance quality of construction project implementation. While testing the coefficient of determination shows that all independent variables in this study have significant effect on the quality of performance construction project implementation by 83.2% (R = 0.832), and the remaining 16.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

use of computers in the completion of construction planning requires reliable and accurate human resources in operating computerized civil engineering. The classical engineering mechanics method is a relatively simple and effective way to teach the basics of engineering mechanics and to train the engineering intuition or engineering judgment needed to evaluate the results of advanced computer programs. The aim of the study was to determine the magnitude of the reactions and forces as well as the magnitude of the difference between the reactions and forces in certain static truss structures using classical mechanics methods and programs (SAP 2000). The design of this study compares the classical mechanics method using the node point method with the SAP 2000 program for certain static truss structures which include roof trusses and bridge trusses. The data of this study were carried out by frequency analysis and t test analysis. Completion of certain static structures with roof and bridge models using the manual method with the program (SAP) 2000 resulted in differences in the magnitudes of the forces in the rods, these differences were due to differences in the level of accuracy. The truss structure of the roof and bridge models under certain static conditions produces the magnitude of the forces in the trunk with the same variance and there is no difference between the average magnitudes of the resulting forces.

Abstract

The condition of the sector in Paser Regency is currently growing. Given the contribution of each field to the nominal value of GRDP, economic growth is influenced by the dominant sector, which is 11.52 percen of the total value of GRDP. Specifically for Paser Regency, the impact of infrastructure development is an increase in the added value of the sector and has an effect on increasing the allocation of infrastructure spending in Paser Regency. Therefore, at least the things that need to be done to develop these agricultural centers, namely the construction of locations and road infrastructure in the areas of agricultural production centers. Paser Regency is dominated by food crops sub-sector and plantation sub-sector. The agricultural land area of ​​Paser Regency is 1,090,380 hectares, which consists of 13,729 hectares of paddy fields and 1,076,651 hectares of non-rice fields. Meanwhile, the area of ​​non-agricultural land in Paser Regency is 69,934 hectares. The plantation sub-sector is dominated by oil palm plantations covering an area of ​​20,534 hectares in Tanjung Harapan District. Meanwhile, for cocoa rubber commodity as much as 8,382 hectares. The connectivity of road infrastructure needs with production centers is comprehensive, considering that most of the roads in Paser Regency are damaged.

Abstract

According to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works Number: 24/PRT/M/2008 article 1 paragraph 2, building maintenance is an activity to maintain the reliability of the building along with its infrastructure and facilities so that the building is always functional. The Building Regent's Office and DPRD of Pamekasan Regency are more than ten years old, and visually some damage has begun to appear in the building. This study aims to determine the maintenance management and budget plan for Regents' Office and Legislative Regional Office Building in Pamekasan Regency. This research refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works Number: 24/PRT/M/2008 concerning Guidelines for Building Maintenance and Maintenance. This research use data which get measured directly in the field, collecting data from the Head of the Maintenance Unit and filling out the damage form for the Minister of Public Works 16/PRT/M/2016 by looking directly at the field and interviews. The analysis show that Standard Operating Procedure in building maintenance does not fulfill the regulation; the deterioration is minor and doesn't influence the functional building. This deterioration category is suitable with budget to maintain the building based on Public Work minister regulation.

Abstract

Marka yellow box junction (YBJ) adalah marka kotak kuning dengan dua garis diagonal berpotongan yang berfungsi untuk melarang kendaraan berhenti di area persimpangan agar tidak terjadi kemacetan. Namun dalam penerapannya, masih banyak pengendara melakukan pelanggaran marka YBJ sehingga gridlock sering terjadi di persimpangan, khususnya di kota besar seperti Surabaya. Untuk itu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui keefektivitasan marka YBJ terhadap kinerja simpang, hubungan keberadaan marka YBJ terhadap keefektivitasan kinerja simpang, kesesuaian standar YBJ, dan pengetahuan pengendara terhadap marka YBJ di Surabaya. Simpang Jl. Margomulyo - Jl. Tandes Lor dianggap dapat menjadi parameter untuk kinerja simpang, dan tingkat pelanggaran marka YBJ. Dilakukan juga pengecekan kesesuaian standar pembagian kuisioner tingkat pengetahuan pengendara di Surabaya terhadap YBJ, dengan menggunakan metode analisis koefisien korelasi dengan bantuan software SPSS 26. Dari hasil keefektivitasanYBJ terhadap kinerja simpang, diperoleh hasil tidak efektif dengan angka tundaan sebesar 45.72 det/skr, dan tingkat pelayanan simpang E. Dari analisa hubungan, diperoleh hubungan yang erat antara keberadaan YBJ dengan kinerja simpang. Dari hasil survei kesesuaianYBJ dengan peraturan, diperoleh adanya ketidak sesuaian dimensi dengan peraturan yang berlaku, sehingga kesesuaian YBJ adalah tidak efektf. Dari hasil survei tingkat pengetahuan YBJ diperoleh tingkat pengetahuan pengendara terhadap definisi, dan fungsi YBJ adalah cukup baik, akan tetapi banyak pengendara masih belum mengetahui sanksi pelanggaran YBJ karena sangat kurangnya sosialisasi dari Pemerintah Surabaya.

Abstract

One of the available modes of transportation for the Sula Islands Regency-Ternate City Route is air transportation. This mode has been operating for the past three years, becoming an alternative mode for people who do not want to use water transportation modes. One of the important factors in managing transportation is the cost of travel offered. In the air transportation mode itself, the current travel costs cannot be reached by all levels of society, especially those with low incomes. Therefore, a study was conducted on the ability to pay (ATP) and willingness to pay (WTP) in accordance with the level of people's income. This research is a quantitative research where the results obtained from the distribution of questionnaires will be analyzed and converted into numbers. The appropriate travel costs from the research results are the average ATP based on the allocation of transportation costs, which is Rp. 350,000, - and the average WTP for all job categories, which is Rp. 347,167, - .

Abstract

Road construction generally uses flexible or rigid pavement that is impermeable to water. To prevent the problem of road damage caused by standing water, there are currently many new ways to control the flow of water on the pavement surface. One alternative in controlling water on the pavement surface is to use hollow concrete. This study aims to determine the effect of aggregate form in the hollow concrete mixture on the compressive strength and infiltration rate. The method used is the experimental method. The gravel aggregate used consists of 3 size variations which are a mixture of crushed stone and unbroken stone with sizes of 0.5-1 cm, 1-2 cm, and 2-3 cm, respectively. The water-cement factor (FAS) value used in the study was 0.40. The test was carried out at the age of 28 days of wet treatment. The results of the research that has been done, when viewed from its mechanical properties, this concrete has decreased compressive strength by 28-36%. The larger the size of the gravel aggregate used, the greater the decrease in compressive strength that occurs. For the value of the infiltration rate increased by 40-93%. The largest increase in infiltration rate values ​​occurred in the specimens using aggregate diameter with the largest size variation, namely 2-3 cm. The larger the size of the coarse aggregate used, the larger the cavity formed in the test object, the larger the cavity formed, then the ability of a test object to pass water (infiltration rate value) will be greater.

Abstract

The mode of transportation in this case is the ocean liner is an alternative transportation that is most often chosen by the public in traveling, one of which is for the Ternate-Sanana route. For this type of transportation is relatively lancer and almost every day available. There are 3 (three) ships operating in a week. One of the important factors in the management of sea transportation services is tariffs. This is the reason people use this mode of transportation, because it is considered quite affordable compared to other modes of transportation. Therefore, this study was conducted to find out Ability To Pay (ATP) and Willingness To Pay (WTP) users of sea ship transportation services with the Ternate-Sanana route. Where later it can be a consideration in evaluating the appropriate tariff. From the data that has been processed, the value of Ability To Pay (ATP) is Rp 471,722,- and the value of Willingness To Pay (WTP) is Rp 229,100,-.

Abstract

The main problem faced in West Papua Province is that there are still many road networks that have not been connected and several bridge points have not been built, therefore a special Acceleration of Development is needed in the field of Road Infrastructure and its supporters. The purpose of this research study was to find out the performance of the affected roads, namely JL Yos Sudarso and Jalan Merdeka, the need for lanes and the concept of movement after the construction of the Teluk Sawaibu bridge. The research method used is MKJI to calculate the volume and performance of the affected roads. Which is then used as a reference for determining the path and movement of vehicles. Based on the traffic analysis above, the alternative route chosen is the first route with a length of 300 meters, then for the road affected by Jalan Yos Sudarso to Jalan Merdeka with DS 0.56 then projected into traffic growth in 2021 over a 20-year building lifetime. obtained from the year 2021 to the 10th year (2031) the bridge requires 1 lane for 2 directions of movement, while for the 11th year onwards it requires 2 lanes for 2 directions of movement and for the concept of vehicle movement on the existing road both on the Yos Sudarso road as well as independent roads are made separate from the bridge, so that local residents can carry out normal activities without any interference from the movement of vehicles on the bridge.

Abstract

Light brick in its implementation is done installation using lightweight brick adhesive, but in various places, especially in the Sumenep district installation of lightweight bricks using ordinary cement or widely circulated in the market such as PPC cement. Based on these differences this study will compare the physical quality requirements between PPC cement with cement mortar (lightweight brick glue) in the Sumenep district. The purpose of the study comparing the physical quality requirements of PPC cement with cement mortar (light brick glue) is to determine the binding time, decline or hardening and compressive strength between PPC cement and cement mortar (light brick glue). This research is an experimental research. Test objects for the binding time and hardening of both PPC cement and cement mortar (light brick glue) by making pasta balls, while test objects for compressive strength by making 5 x 5 x 5 cm cube-shaped test objects. PPC cement showed a decrease at 105 minutes by 4.1 mm and the initial bonding time occurred at 139 minutes with a penetration of 25 mm. PPC cement meets the physical requirements of SNI. Cement mortar (lightweight brick glue) for 150 minutes did not decrease and harden at all, so the initial bonding time of cement mortar (lightweight brick glue) meets the SNI requirements. The compressive strength of PPC cement has an average compressive strength of 26.33 MPa, while cement mortar (lightweight brick glue) is 4 MPa. The compressive strength of PPC cement meets the SNI requirements, while cement mortar (lightweight brick glue) does not meet the SNI requirements. Cement mortar (lightweight brick glue) is more appropriate to use in the implementation of lightweight brick installation and PPC cement is stronger when compared to cement mortar (lightweight brick glue).
