Abstract

Suroboyo Bus is a type of bus based on Bus Rapid Transit. This public transportation is a new transportation issued by the Surabaya City Government with various routes in the middle of the City. The newly opened route is the MERR-Gunung Anyar route. Therefore, the study was conducted to determine the assessment of customers on the service quality of Suroboyo Bus. In this study, the independent variable uses the SERVQUAL (Service Quality) method which has five important dimensions, namely Tangible (X1), Assurance (X2), Reliability (X3), Responsiveness (X4), and Empathy (X5). While the dependent variable is the quality of service infrastructure (Y). The number of samples is 100 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis and a method of importance performance analysis (IPA). The five independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable simultaneously and there are several independent variables that have partial influence. Based on the research results, the performance of the services provided has not met the expectations of customers / passengers. But the customer feels that the services provided are quite satisfying. As well as there are several infrastructures that must be prioritized for repair, namely the addition of shelter buildings along withinfrastructure, and the responsiveness of officers in order to increase the level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Abstract

Construction services have the aim of realizing a just and prosperous society, this is based on Law number 2 of 2017 concerning construction services which replaces Law No. 18 of 1999, improvement of the rules was carried out due to lack of legal certainty in the content of law number 18 of 1999 concerning construction services relating to the implementation and agreement Construction service activities act as a supporter of national economic development and are one of the productivity factors to mobilize growth in each region at the district or city / professional level. Civil service construction services emphasizing implementation agreements are based on law number 2 of 2017 concerning construction services so that all rights and obligations can be realized by referring to benefits, safety, equality and fairness. The construction of construction must be carried out by looking at the provisions stipulated in articles 2, 38 and other sub-articles that are interrelated because construction services are activities of instruction that have an impact on the environment and sustainable development. The construction agreement must be made on the document that contains the formulation of the work, a clear and detailed description of the scope of work, the value of the work, unit prices, lump sums, and time limits for implementation. Equitable Rights and Obligations, containing the right of the Service User to obtain the results of Construction Services and their obligations to fulfill the agreed conditions, as well as the right of the Service Provider to obtain information and compensation for services and obligations to carry out Construction Services services. This means that the document of the agreement must contain everything that was promised in the implementation of construction services so that the consensus agreement on the agreement is a legal engagement (the law) of both parties which consequently with violation of rights and obligations between users and providers of construction services. Arrangements and construction agreements must be carried out in an environmentally sound manner and guarantee public order and legal certainty, meaning that construction construction must have a goal of realizing a just and prosperous society, and to function as a supporter of social and economic social infrastructure.

Abstract

Estimation of flood hydrograph in a river is the main thing done in the planning of a water building. In a river that does not have discharge measurement data for a long time, the method of converting from rain to river discharge is a common thing to do to get design flood discharge. Until now, the synthetic unit hydrograph method (HSS) is still a tool used in design flood discharge analysis. This study applies the Debit Rain Analysis in the Kali Lamong River Basin with the HSS ITB-I Method. In calculating the flood discharge plan also requires an appropriate method to describe the flood hydrograph of a watershed. The Kali Lamong River Basin is a Bengawan Solo tributary, which is the longest river in Java. In this study the ITB-I method will be used. The results of this study were obtained flood discharge obtained in the 2-year return period of Q 10705.56 m3/ second. Peak discharge occurs at 14.00 hours at Qp 463.29 m3/ second and returns to base flow at 60.00 hours. Flood discharge obtained in the return period of 5 years is Q 12308.43 m3/ second. Peak discharge occurs at 14.00 hours at Qp 532.66 m3/ second and returns to base flow at 60.00 hours. Flood discharge obtained in the 10 year return period is Q 13154.62 m3/ second. Peak discharge occurs at 14.00 hours at Qp 569.28 m3/ second and returns to base flow at 60.00 hours. Flood discharge obtained in the 25 year return period is Q 14056.51 m3/ second. Peak discharge occurs at 14.00 hours at Qp 608.31 m3/ second and returns to base flow at 60.00 hours. Flood discharge obtained in the 50 year return period is Q 14634.82 m3/ second. The peak discharge occurs at 14.00 hours at Qp 633.34 m3/ second and returns to the base flow at 60.00 hours and the flooding obtained at the 100 year return period is Q 15148.26 m3/ second. Peak discharge occurs at 14.00 hours at Qp 655.56 m3/ second and returns to base flow at 60.00 hours.

Abstract

Writing this research aims to determine the ranking or ranking of every aspect of the implementation of time management and the constraints faced in building construction projects in the construction of Puskesmas A in Lamongan District. Data analysis uses mathematical formula index of importance. The results of ranking or ranking of the implementation of the management of the implementation of the construction of Puskesmas A in the Regency of Lamongan are as follows: Method planning method, improper work implementation with a value of 4,294, Supervisory Factors, difficulty in making an alternative schedule for accelerating projects with a value of 4,411, Factor Tool, mobilization slow tools with an interest value of 4,294, Material Factors, slow material delivery with a value of 4,353, Labor Factors, lack of technical and managerial qualifications for the implementation team with an interest value of 4,118, Financial Factors, lack of financial control and supervision with a value of 4,235, and Communication Factors , Lack of communication and coordination of the implementation team with a score of 4.235.

Abstract

The city of Bandar Lampung as the capital of Lampung Province causes a high number of movements so that traffic jams cannot be avoided on several roads in the City of Bandar Lampung. Responding to these problems, the city government of Bandar Lampung has carried out many flyovers as an effort to increase road capacity to meet high demand and is projected to continue to increase. The Teuku Cik Ditiro flyover which is included in the Kemiling District area is one of the three flyovers built in 2017-2018. This research was conducted to determine the impact caused by the construction of flyovers on traffic performance in both internal and external areas using a VCR projection on the affected roads. It will be known that the saturation time of the existing road and flyover is known with the method of sensitivity analysis through gradual loading. The results showed that the construction of the flyover caused the existing road conditions and the flyover side to become saturated in 2028-2038. So it is important for the Government of Bandar Lampung to anticipate this by setting the building intensity rules. The types of activities that exist in the internal region and the external region are dominated by trade and services. Setting the building intensity as a form of flyover optimization is important to pay attention to the direction of the spatial structure plan which also traffic loads affects on existing roads and flyovers.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi sangatlah cepat dan penting untuk diperhatikan, di era industri 4.0 dintandai dengan pemanfaatan informasi dipergunakan untuk mendapatkan efesiensi dan kualitas yang lebih baik dibidang konstruksi. Penyelesaian analisis struktur dilakukan dengan cara manual dan dengan perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi penyelesaian tersebut dapat juga dilakukan dengan menggunakan program. Era industri 4.0 sumber daya manusia dituntut menganalisis struktur khususnya struktur statis tertentu dapat dipertanggung jawabkan namun memiliki nilai efisiensi dan kualitas. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui analisis, besar, perbedaan dan besar selisih gaya-gaya dalam struktur statis tertentu menggunakan cara manual dan program. Rancangan penelitian ini dibatasi beberapa contoh kasus struktur statis tertentu yang meliputi gelagar bersendi banyak, portal tiga sendi, pelengkung tiga sendi, pelengkung tiga sendi dengan batang tarik, struktur gabungan, struktur balok bertulang, jembatan gantung dan garis pengaruh. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis frekuensi untuk menggambarkan data reaksi dan gaya – gaya dalam yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Analisis uji t untuk mencari perbedaan antara perhitungan reaksi dan gaya – gaya dalam dengan metode manual dengan program. Penyelesaian struktur statis tertentu dengan menggunakan metode manual dengan program menghasilkan adanya perbedaan besaran reaksi dan gaya dalam, perbedaan tersebut disebabkan adanya perbedaan tingkat ketelitian dan cara penyelesaian, sedangkan adanya perbedaan tanda gaya pada reaksi dan gaya dalam disebabkan cara penggambaran diagram gaya dalam yang berbeda. Reaksi, gaya normal, gaya lintang dan momen menggunakan manual dengan program dengan menggunakan uji t menghasilkan reaksi, gaya normal, gaya lintang dan momen mempunyai varian yang sama dan tidak ada perbedaan antara rata-rata besar gaya yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Housing is a place where a house is built in groups such as a good urban settlement which is equipped with facilities and infrastructure along with public utilities for livable houses. Many housing developments in Sumenep, but not in accordance with the existing Indonesian National Standard. The purpose of environmentally friendly housing is where the housing is in accordance with the provisions of the Indonesian national standard which concerns various aspects of housing planning. The large amount of open land in Sumenep Regency is an asset to the development of Sumenep Regency, whose population is increasing every year. Because of that, we need a program that will facilitate the public's understanding of buildings by construction implementers to conceptualize environmentally friendly housing. The program that will later be outlined in a settlement framework is the concept of a creation and inspiration of housing images with the 3D Sketchup program. Implementation by means of training or workshops on how to design environmentally friendly housing concepts with the 3D Sketchup program which later can be used as an implementation concept in implementing housing infrastructure development which will be carried out by construction implementers in Sumenep Regency.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health are things that need attention.Zaini Z. Ikhsan, chairman of the Occupational Safety and Health Expert Association, said that every year 96,000 work accident cases occur. Importance awareness of occupational safety and health to provide a sense of security and prevention of workplace accidents can increase work productivity.This study aims to analyze the risk of work accidents in the construction projects of lecture buildings, laboratories, and workshops majoring in Mechanical Engineering, State Polytechnic of Malang. The method used is the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method.The results of the study showed that 2 of the 34 risks studied had a significant risk impact, namely workers injured by exposure to iron in the commissioning work and workers falling on the ceiling work. The two risks that have the most significant impact are included in quadrant 1 on the risk map.Risks that go into quadrant 1 means that these risks must be taken seriously and require quick treatment.

Abstract

In construction projects, the occurrence of waste is something that will probably continue to happen. Waste that occurs can be large or small depending on the factors causing it and its impact, and this affects the implementation, especially for the contractor as a service provider. Many things can be a factor in the occurrence of waste, and cannot avoid. In the construction project of building in Surabaya, the occurrence of waste also often occurs and is influenced by several factors. Therefore this research focuses on the factors that cause construction waste (direct and serial waste) in projects of building in Surabaya. This study uses data distribution in the form of questionnaires to contractors in Surabaya with the limitation of company qualifications being medium to large contractor companies. Processing the questionnaire data that has been obtained using Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study are 3 factors that have the greatest influence on the occurrence of waste, namely the factor of handling, Other Factors, and Procurement Factors. The magnitude of these factors based on the research results is a handling factor of 35%, other factors at 23%, and a procurement factor of 17%.

Abstract

A reinforced concrete building concrete reinforced that floored many extreme vulnerable to collapse if it is not well planned. Therefore, needed a planning structure that can qualify the criteria of strenght, serviceability, safety, and durability. The performance of a building will work and be more optimal if structural planning and analytical methods are correct. This planning is aided by a 17th version of ETABS program, the process of planning is made based on structural concrete requirements for buildings (SNI 2847-2019) and earthquake resistance planning ordinances (SNI 1726-2019). The purpose of this building structure planning is to produce calculations based on SNI. This design produces a main beam with type 35/70 with 2D22 top & bottom 2D22 reinforcement and D10-125 & D10-300 stirrup reinforcement, the second type 50/100 with 4D22 top & bottom 2D22 reinforcement and D10-125 & D10-300 stirrup reinforcement. Sec-beam type 25/50 with 2D16 bottom & 2D16 top reinforcement and D10-125 & D10-225 stirrup reinforcement. One way plate 14cm thick with D10-200 reinforcement. Column type 145x145 with 28D22 reinforcement & D10-125 stirrups, 135x135 type with 24D32 reinforcement & D10-125 stirrups, 110x110 type with 16D32 reinforcement & D10-125 stirrups, 100x100 type with 12D32 reinforcement & D10-125 stirrups. and 1 type of shearwall with a wall thickness of 40cm with 2D13-100 boundary reinforcement & 2x5D16-150 Ties.
