Abstract

This gabion embankment project is needed to reduce seawater erosion on residential roads in Kenjeran. This embankment has a height of up to 4 m. The main material of the embankment is using galvanized wire gabions with a size of 1 x 2 / 0.5 m. The soil data shows that the bottom soil of the embankment and embankment is sandy silty loam. The modeling was done using Plaxis 2D software and manual calculation of embankment stability. The results of the analysis show that the stability against rolling = 8.7; Stability to shear = 1.52; Global stability = 1.57; Stability of bearing capacity with SF creek reinforcement > 3. From this analysis, it can be concluded that the stability of the embankment in the category is safe.

Abstract

Denpasar is the capital city of Bali Province, which is the center of all activities with a total vehicle ownership of 33% of the total vehicles in Bali Province, of which 82% of vehicles are motorcycles. ) for motorcycles at the intersection. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit Indonesia, especially Denpasar City, it certainly had an impact on reducing traffic density, resulting in changes in road network performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance and design of RHK in accordance with the provisions of PUPR 2015 at signalized intersections in the hope that the performance of the intersection will be more effective. In determining the performance of signalized intersections, the provisions according to the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI 1997) are used, while the Desktop & Mobile Web Application is used to determine the RHK design (Ministry of Public Works, 2013). The results of the performance analysis signaled at the Noja–Saraswati intersection during the Covid-19 pandemic had the same degree of saturation (DS) in the North, East, South, West approaches, which was 0.740. For the value of the queue length of each approach, namely the North approach 60m, East 89m, South 50m, West 55m. For the North approach delay value is 20.8 sec/pcu, East 5.3 sec/pcu, South 34.5 sec/pcu, West 13.5 sec/pcu. The RHK type P design for the East approach and the Box for the West approach with a width of 2x3.5m and a main length of 8m, the P type approach has a lane dimension of 3.5m. For the North and South approaches, RHK cannot be designed because the width of the approach does not meet the minimum requirement of 3.5m.

Abstract

Drainage is very important because it is used to drain excess water from the ground. so that it cannot be separated from the development of an area. Drainage is needed to prevent excess water that can cause puddles in an area or place. The Great Mosque of Sumenep is one of the destinations for religious tourism which is a mandatory visit for tourists. And is the main mosque in Sumenep with 2463 congregations every day. At the Great Mosque. liquid waste is immediately disposed of into the existing drainage channel. no liquid waste treatment has been produced. The volume of liquid waste produced by the contact person from the bathroom and place of ablution is 24.630 liters / person or 24.63 m³ / day. Ecodrai with a sanitary pond with 4 stages of waste processing process using plants as waste decomposers.

Abstract

The increasing activity of the city of Surabaya has led to an increase in the need for transportation accessibility, therefore the city government of Surabaya has responded to these demands by building the Out East Ring Road (JLLT). The construction of the new access road is considered to have an effect and cause changes to several things in the surrounding area, one of which is the value of land. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the magnitude of the influence caused by the construction of the JLLT. The areas that were the subject of this study consisted of 4 villages, namely Bulak, Tanah Kali Kedinding, Kedung Cowek, Tambak Wedi. The land value data used in this study were obtained from the Surabaya City Regional Financial and Tax Management Agency (BPKPD) which is then mapped according to the land value zone (ZNT) to obtain the average indicated value (NIR) each year so that it is ready for analysis. The analytical method used is linear regression to determine the influence of development on land values, while to see the pattern of changes using graph analysis. From the regression analysis, it was found that the influence of the construction of the JLLT was 6.28% and had a positive effect on the value of the land or if the distance to the location of the land was greater, the value would increase.

Abstract

Technological developments in the field of civil engineering have been increasing. One example is the use of computer programs in structural analysis. With this program, engineers often use the program a lot compared to manually. This of course causes the use of manual methods to be increasingly abandoned. Several methods can be used in analyzing the structure, either manual method or by using a computer program. These methods have different paths in analyzing the structure. Based on these differences, a comparative analysis was carried out between the manual method (Matrix Method) and computer program (SAP 2000 Program) related to the calculation results obtained from each method. The object of study analyzed is the Structural Model. The analytical method used is the comparative analysis method. This analysis is related to the comparison of the two methods, namely the Matrix Method and the Sap 2000 Program related to the results of the calculation of the internal forces that will be compared the magnitude and difference and the level of the resulting magnitude. The results of the analysis show that the values generated in the two methods of structural analysis are not the same. Comparison of the results of the structural analysis of the two methods on each rod has a different value difference. Based on the frequency value, each force in the structural analysis has a different level of magnitude. In all structural models of each rod there is a large difference and there is a small difference.

Abstract

Along with the development era, more and more construction projects are built to meet all human needs, ranging from residential homes to business premises or the place of service of the general public. In a project generally have a plan and implementation schedule for the implementation of the project can be run in accordance with the desired plan. Therefore, project management is a strategy that needs to be done in achieving the efficiency and effectiveness of a company. Some of the kinds of methods that can be used to accelerate a construction project can be used to optimize cost and schedule. One of the methods that can be used is the method of Least Cost Analysis. The results of the analysis using the method of least cost scheduling, namely for the duration of the acceleration to be 54 days, 10 days faster than the normal duration. As for the cost of acceleration, i.e. Rp. 3,407,624,263.72 is greater than the normal cost of Rp. 2,856,611,621.08. The difference in the cost of the project acceleration with the normal cost is Rp. 551,012,642.64. Based on efficiency then the project is not worth it to do the acceleration.

Abstract

Pervious concrete is concrete that uses little or no fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water, and cement. The compressive strength of previous concrete is greatly influenced by the composition of the mixture and the effort of compaction. One of the factors that influence the manufacture of pervious concrete is the water-cement ratio (wcr). The research objective was to determine the correlation between the water-cement ratio and the compressive strength of paving block pervious concrete, using variations in the cement water factor of 0.30; 0.35, and 0.40. The method used is by ACI-522R-10, the size of the uniform coarse aggregate is 9.5 - 19 mm and the ratio of cement to coarse aggregate is 1: 4. The additive used is the Master Glenium ACE 8595 concrete additive with the addition of 0% and 1.0%. The test object used was in the form of a cube with a size of 15 cm on each side and the number of specimens for each variation of the fas value was 3 specimens. The results obtained in the test obtained the strength value of pervious concrete in the IV mixture with an average value of 2.87 MPa, with a water-cement ratio value of 0.30 with the addition of 1.0% additive. namely y = -165.33x2 + 124x – 20.677 with the correlation equation of r2 = 0.8794.

Abstract

Surabaya City experiences inundation with heights ranging from 10-70 cm with the longest inundation time of about 6 hours. Surabaya City, for Jalan Petemon gg IV, Petemon Subdistrict, Sawahan District, with an inundation area of ​​0.413ha, inundation height 12.407cm, inundation length of 54.667 minutes. These problems are caused by drainage channels caused by man or nature itself. The purpose of this research is to find out the flood and inundation discharge for the next 2 years on Petemon 4, Petemon, Sawahan, Surabaya, to analyze the condition of the existing drainage channels on Petemon 4, Petemon 4, Petemon, Sawahan, Surabaya , to find alternatives for flood and inundation countermeasures for these channels. able to drain the rain discharge well. The research method of calculating the rain discharge design uses the Nakayasu method. So that the results of the 100 year return flood discharge in the Petemon channel are 340,739 m3 / s while for the capacity with dimensions of length 495 m, width of 4.95 m and depth of 2 m.

Abstract

In the implementation of the construction of a construction project, there are three main things, namely cost, quality and time, which are interrelated, where a project can be completed on time with minimal costs and of good quality. In today's technological developments, especially in construction engineering management, to assist the work, many applications have been made in the completion of construction project engineering management. One of them is the Microsoft Project 2010 application, which can simplify the planning and implementation of a project schedule. The construction of advanced flats in Kenten Laut Village, South Sumatra Province, in the 18th week has experienced a time delay of 26% which should have reached 36% progress schedule, but the realization is only 10%. This is due to obstacles during the construction of the ground floor structure (foundation work). To speed up the work time, a re-planning of work productivity and work duration was carried out with the Microsoft Project 2010 application. From the re-planning of the advanced flat construction project in the village of Kenten Laut, South Sumatra province, structural work which includes columns, beams and floor slabs can be accelerated with a duration of work from 168 days to 132 days.

Abstract

As a part of the Nawa Cita program of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, the suspension bridge construction program is building Indonesia from the periphery by strengthening regions and villages within the framework of the unitary state. The construction of suspension bridges is intended to assist local governments and communities in overcoming problems such as improving inter-village development, alleviating centralized regional development, cutting down limited access to inter-village transportation that has not been connected with education, health facilities, or other facilities, as infrastructure for disaster mitigation or evacuation, as well as development Inadequate infrastructure for isolated villages and outermost villages. Setting priorities for the proposals of construction of a suspension bridge for pedestrians need the criteria and judgments that will simplify the determination of the priority of the suspension bridge proposal. The criteria and judgment need to be substantiated scientifically, by applying Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in determining the priority of the proposals. From this study, we can interpret that the benefit of the bridge to economic activity has the biggest percentage 26.50% of the overall importance of the criteria and on the other hand, administrative requirements have the smallest percentage 6.34% of the overall importance of the criteria.
