The development of this model is necessary to achieve a balance between business interests and environmental conservation by integrating local business needs with mangrove conservation efforts. This model supports sustainable management, improves the welfare of local communities, and supports the Sustainable Development Goals. This research prioritizes efforts to design a comprehensive and integrated framework for managing mangrove ecosystems. This research design combines quantitative and qualitative approaches. A quantitative approach is used to collect numerical data related to relevant business and environmental aspects. A descriptive approach is used to provide a detailed picture of the existing conditions and dynamics of local business interests as well as environmental conservation efforts in the mangrove areas studied. The results of the research application show that there is a balance between mangrove tourism exploration and environmental sustainability and conservation.

Abstract

This research examines the role of social media marketing, perceived quality, and perceived price in cultivating brand love among Indonesian youth, particularly focusing on local fashion brands. Utilizing a sample size that provides robust statistical significance, the study confirms that social media marketing significantly influences both brand attitude (coefficient of 0.425) and brand trust (coefficient of 0.183). Perceived quality demonstrates a strong impact on brand attitude (coefficient of 0.783) and brand trust (coefficient of 0.724), underscoring the importance of high product standards. Additionally, perceived price is found to be a critical factor, with significant effects on brand attitude (coefficient of 0.894) and brand trust (coefficient of 0.347). The study also highlights the powerful relationship between brand attitude and brand love (coefficient of 0.883), as well as the influence of brand trust on brand love (coefficient of 0.348). These findings suggest that local fashion brands should strategically enhance their social media presence, maintain high product quality, and adopt fair pricing strategies to build strong emotional connections with consumers, thereby fostering brand love and loyalty. Future research should explore cross-industry comparisons, longitudinal impacts, and the role of emerging technologies in further enhancing these relationships

Abstract

This study aims to test the hypothesis regarding the effect of HRM Practices, Positive Emotions, and Knowledge Management on Employee Engagement, as well as the effect of Employee Engagement on Talent Retention in the Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia. This study uses a causal relationship model with a cross-sectional data method. It involves employees from PT Donggi Senoro LNG (DSLNG), JGC Indonesia (JIND), JOB Pertamina Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi (JOB Group), and other Oil and Gas companies. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed via WhatsApp and Instagram using a purposive sampling technique. Data testing was carried out with validity and reliability tests, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS application. The results showed that HRM Practices had no positive effect on Employee Engagement. However, Positive Emotions and Knowledge Management have a positive effect on Employee Engagement. In addition, Employee Engagement has a positive effect on Talent Retention. Thus, it can be concluded that Positive Emotions and Knowledge Management play an important role in increasing Employee Engagement, which in turn increases Talent Retention in the Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of supply chain risk management and social sustainability on supply chain integration and performance in multinational companies in the era of globalization. The study aims to understand how risk management practices and social sustainability can affect various aspects of supply chain integration, including supplier integration, customer integration, and internal integration, as well as their impact on overall supply chain performance. Using a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 301 respondents working in various multinational companies in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that supply chain risk management has a significant positive influence on supplier integration, customer integration, and internal integration. Additionally, social sustainability is shown to strengthen the relationship between risk management and both customer integration and internal integration, although it does not strengthen the relationship between risk management and supplier integration. Internal integration is found to have a significant positive impact on supplier integration but not on customer integration. Furthermore, supplier integration and internal integration each have a positive impact on supply chain performance, whereas customer integration does not show a significant impact. This research also highlights the importance of social sustainability in strengthening the relationship between risk management and supply chain integration, as well as its implications for corporate strategies in enhancing supply chain performance amid the challenges of globalization. This study makes an important contribution to the supply chain management literature by emphasizing the strategic role of risk management and social sustainability in strengthening supply chain integration and improving the supply chain performance of multinational companies. The practical implication of this research is that companies need to effectively integrate risk management with social sustainability practices to achieve optimal supply chain performance.

Abstract

Airside facilities that directly support aircraft operations include runways, taxiways and aprons. As far as possible, these facilities must be free from all forms of potential dangers and isturbances that could impact aircraft operations. The aim to be achieved is to determine the risk tolerance limit for each potential danger that exists on the Apron Movement Control service side at Mopah Airport by carrying out statistical analysis of each risk that may arise. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis. Respondents were targeted at 50 (fi fty) respondents specifi cally aimed at related parties, including: AMC Personnel, Regulators/Local Aviation Authorities, Mopah Airport Management, Commercial Airlines and Related Services at Mopah Airport which are closely related to the research. The maximum score of respondents' responses to potential danger (Hazard) in the entire Apron Movement Control service activity at Mopah Merauke Airport is 125 with the highest potential in cleaning services and markings/signs on the side of the apron with a risk matrix of 1A, meaning there needs to be risk control/mitigation. which requires management decisions and the potential to be accepted after reviewing the implementation of operations. Mopah Merauke Airport's Apron Movement Control service activities are 125 with the greatest potential in cleaning services and markings/signs on the side of the apron. In this service activity, management decisions are needed in an eff ort to control the risk/mitigation of the existing potential and this potential can be accepted after reviewing implementation of operations.
