the purpose of this study is to investigate mutation and promotion system and its relation to employeesatisfaction and jobperformance of West Kalimantan Immigration Office.This study used descriptive qualitative research approach with Explanatory Research. 50 people were taken as sampleusing judgmental sampling method only to employees who have been transferred. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis model. The results of this research answer the hypotheses: there is a significant influence of mutation on job satisfaction; there is a significant influence of promotion on job satisfaction; there is a significant influence of mutation on job performance;there is a significant influence of promotion on job performance, and there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on job performance. The datadiversity was explained using path analysis model of 62.2%, while the rest was explained by other variables not included in the model and error.

This study aims to determine the effect of quality of service and hospital's cost on patient satisfaction and loyalty. This study uses secondary data from hospital's document and primary data which collected through questionnaire's survey from the patients of Bogor Public Hospital, Indonesia. The method of analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. According to the method of Partial Least Square (PLS), service qualityand hospital's cost have significant impact on patient satisfaction. Service quality has significantly impact to the patient loyalty, but the hospital's cost has no significant impact on patient loyalty. In addition, patient satisfaction significantly affect to the patient loyalty. According to this result, the hospital needs to improve the service quality and set the right cost in order to improve patient satisfaction and at the end, gain patient loyalty.

This research was conducted based on the idea that the success of company is very much determined by the quality of the financial decision taken by the financial managers concerned to reach the company oibjectives, i.e. increasing the prosperity of the company owners (the increase of company value). The objectives of the study are: (1) to examine and analyze the influence of stock ownership structure on investment decision, funding, dividend and company value, (2) to examine and analyze the influence of investment decision on funding decision dividend decision and company value, (3) to examine and analyze the influence of funding decision dividend decision and company value, (4) to examine and analyze the influence of dividend decision on investment decision and company value at the manufacturing company registered at Indonesian Stock Exchange This research analyses the influence among the research variables and therefore it is categorized as explanatory research. The Population of the research covers 343 manufacturing industrial company registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange mfrom 2002 to 2006. The sample of the research is 102 companies categorized into 19 industrial types. In selecting the sample, purposive influence technique was employed and SEM (Structural Equationm Model) was used to analyze data. The result of the study showed that: (1) the structure of stock ownership gave significant positive influence to investment decision, funding decision, dividend decision and company value, (2) investment decision gave significant influence to funding decision and company value (3) funding decision gave significant influence to dividend decision, (4) dividend decision gave significant influence to investment decision. Meanwhile, the funding decision and dividend decision did not gave significant influence to company value.

This research uses interpretive approach through visual semiotics method. Visual semiotics method is done by purposive sampling the most popular five videos that have been produced and uploaded by Bayu SKAK on his YouTube channel. The researcher also gathers some data from second resources to find out its impact on economic site. The result of the research shows that YouTube as a public communication channel and entrepreneurship. Bayu SKAK's video blogging consists of creative ideas and also a media for digital entrepreneurship. Digital entrepreneurship is able to create a new environment for evolutionary creative industries that are based on ideas, networking, and self-creativity. The culture and communication pattern is developed between the Vlogger as the creative producer and the audience as the consumer of vlogs. On one side, YouTube channels have been an open commercial public space for people of the age of information, has more than one role by being the audio-visual consumer and also the producer, on the other side there have been problems, such as institutional problems, copyright protection, and advertisement management. However, socializing the use of video blogging through YouTube channels can be an alternative way to improve and develop digital entrepreneurship in Indonesia. Educating the society through social media can promote the various types of new businesses based on digital entrepreneurship through the creativity and the contribution of teenagers to digital native. This research does not reveal the Vlogger's strategy to attract large viewers, and it becomes an important issue to explore the benefits of social media.

The purpose of this research explores the role of transformational and transactional leadership for implementation Supply Chain Management in Indonesia, especially in Malang, East Java. The research variables are transformational and transactional leadership which is connected with commitment and firm performance. The research data is the manufacturing industries (based on BP'S Criteria) in Malang which implement supply chain. The sample for this research based on purposive sampling. The analysis for this research is based on PLS (Partial Least Square). The results for this research show that there is relationship between transactional leadership-and commitment, there is relationship between transformational leadership and commitment to implement supply chain. The other results show that there is negatif significant between transactional leadership and firm performance to implement supply chain. Finally, there is positif relationship between commitmet to implement supply chain with firm performance

Gas station operator is the spearheading of organizations that deal directly with the public because the operator must have work engagement in order to carry out the work in accordance with the company's expectations. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job demand, job resources, and job satisfaction at gas station operator to work engagement. The study involved 200 operators at a gas station in Jakarta with a quantitative method. The result is job demand positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, job satisfaction positive and significant impact on the work engagement, job resource influential slight positive but not significant to work engagement, job demand positive effect but not significant to work engagement, and job resource negative and not significant effect on job satisfaction. The study found the results that the effect of job demand in gas station operator is in contrast with previous studies and the effect of job resource is also different in previous studies because of differences in the job demand and level of job satisfaction.

This research is aimed at analyzing the minapolitan program and its role in the development of capture fisheries in East Aceh Regency. The method used in this study was survey method. The Regency, namely East Aceh Regency, was determined purposively as capture fisheries minapolitan area based on the Decree of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35/ KEPMEN-KP/ 2013. The analysis of the role of minapolitan programs in the development of capture fisheries of East Aceh Regency includes the achievements and obstacles faced in the implementation of the minapolitan program in East Aceh Regency using qualitative and quantitative descriptive approach.The results show that the capture fishery in East Aceh Regency is potential to be developed because it is located in Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle (IMTGT), fishery resources and infrastructure are available, and export market opportunities of fishery products are open wide. The lack of fish processing encourages local governments to improve Fish Processing Units (UPI). Minapolitan Area Development Program in East Aceh Regency has a positive impact on capture fisheries, such as improving infrastructures in minapolitan area, increasing the production of capture fisheries in minapolitan area, employment absorption, and fishing infrastructure, increasing capture fisheries, improving the quality and quantity of human resources (HR), and increasing capital and investment. This program needs to be done continuously to develop sustainable capture fisheries in East Aceh Regency.

This study aimed to determine the capital position and company's performance in Indonesia during the 2008-2012 period and to determine the factors that affected the company's financial flexibility in Indonesian firms. The samples of this study were 45 largest capitalized company listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.This study used synthetic rating and the debt service coverage ratio to determine the company's capital position and performance, and used panel data to determine the factors that affected financial flexibility. The results showed that existence a decrease in the default rate, in 2008 the average default rate was 6.12%, in 2009 decreased to 3.99%, in 2010 down to 2.91%, and then in 2011 and 2012 slightly increased to 3.17% and 3.30 %. Based on the results of panel data the factors that affected the financial flexibility is Leverage Ratio, Free Cash Flow, and crisis.

This study aimed to examine the relationship between market orientation and business performance and mediated by non-technological innovation. This study uses a survey involving 71 companies producing automotive components. All companies are located in the district of Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using covariance-based structural equation modeling. The results showed that the orientation of the market is very important to improve the performance of the business and non-technological innovation capability. This study highlights the importance of the mediating role of non-technological innovation when examining the relationship between market orientation and business performance. The results imply that the company producing automotive components need to encourage them to increase the market orientation of non-technological innovation and business performance.

The study aims to analyze the potential and performance of smallholder livestock business in Aceh Province. Analysis of the potential and performance of smallholder livestock business was carried out by using quantitative descriptive approach and qualitative descriptive approach. This study was conducted using purposive based on livestock production centers in Aceh, namely Aceh Besar Regency (beef cattle), North Aceh (broilers and ducks), and East Aceh (laying hens). The results showed that the Aceh province has the potential of natural resources and human resources to support the development of livestock, including the potential use of agricultural waste, food and agro-industry is very large and the high demand for meat and eggs annually. Aceh has the legal legislation in the form of law and regulations (qanun) for the development investment of livestock sector. Problems encountered in the development of animal husbandry is the limited availability and low quality of livestock as well as the pattern of development that has not business oriented and result in lower production and productivity of livestock in Aceh, not optimal utilization of human resources, limited infrastructure, and lack of supervision of the relevant institutions. Aceh government's efforts to increase the production and productivity of livestock yet provide optimal results; the indicator is not yet achieved self-sufficiency in meat and eggs need remains largely supplied from outside Aceh.
