Abstract

To stronger the framework in reality required applying operation performance methods by reflecting Balanced Scorcard Diagnostics (BSD). In long term, harmonious solidarity between finansial measure, consumer behavior, internal business, and also the business's growth itself, through goals and its realitation are expected to be happen to reach the company's goals.

Abstract

This research discusses about the actualization of Herzberg two-factor theory and job satisfaction and performance of operational managers in small Sigaret Kretek Tangan (SKT) companies in Malang Region. The research is examining whether the theory is applicable for operational managers in small SKT cigarette manufacturing company: Then it also examines the effect of job satisfaction on job performance and the effect of job performance on job satisfaction of operational managers. The operational manager's job performance is observed from the spiritual job performance side, using spiritual ability as its indicator The research is using factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) method to answer the problems on Herzberg theory actualization and the pattern of variables relations. The research sample includes 157 operational managers from 47 small SKT cigarette manufacturing companies in Malang region. To complete the quantitative analysis, open questionnaire and interviews to several respondents were also used. The research result shows that Herzberg two-factor theory cannot be fully actualized for operational managers in small SKT cigarette manufacturing company in Malang region. Motivator and hygiene variable affecting respondents' job satisfaction. The research result analysis shows that motivator variable affects to job satisfaction, and also affects directly and indirectly to job performance through job satisfaction of operational managers. Hygiene variable affects to the emerge of job satisfaction, but hygiene variable doesn't have direct effect on job performance. However, hygiene variable actually has an indirect effect to job performance through job satisfaction and motivator variable. To the respondents, the job satisfaction that they feel in fact affects their job performance. The research result also shows that operational managers 'job performance affects their job satisfaction in a negative significant way. To the respondent, they work not only for material matters, but there is also other objective, they work as a fulfillment of self actualization. By working, they can do something useful for others. Working is a part of devoting to God implementation.

Abstract

The grade level of Holding Period had been importantly noticed by the stock exchange practicians, both the stock holders and the members of the stock exchange, as one of the company success indicators. Te aim of the research is to find out the influence of Bid-Ask Spread, Market Value and Risk of Return partially and simultaneously to the Holding Period of the cigarette manufacturers that had carried out "Go Public" at Jakarta Stock Exchange. Research uses Secondary Data as in the shape of monthly transaction data of the listed companies stocks at Jakarta stock Exchange for the period of 2005. Besides, data can also be received from http://www.jsx.co.id and Capital Market Directory. Applying classical assumption test while, in the same time, using least multiple regressions in data analysis. In order to examine the proposed hypothesis for the early research, both simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test) were applied. The result of the research simultaneously showed that the weighty of Bid-Ask Spread, Market Value, and Risk of Return influenced Holding Period with the significance level of 5%. On the other hand, the result of the research partially showed that only Risk of Return variable influenced Holding Period variable. However, neither Bid-Ask Spread nor Market Value influenced Holding Period. It summarizes that investors need 10 pay attention to Risk of Return in the decision making to determine the length of possession for the stocks wit significance level of 0,022 or less than 5%.

Abstract

Change of Public Administration Science from Traditional Public Administration to New Public Management (NPM). encourage the Indonesian central government transfer the power to the local government. Decentralization in Indonesia has been accomodated in Law Number 5/1974, Law Number 22/1999 and Law Number 32/2004. The Law Number 32/ 2004 is followed by Government Regulation of Republic Indonesia Number 41/2007 placed planning authority in the hands of BAPPEDA (Planning Development Bourd). Due to this, there are also changes in the Planning Development Boards in municipal and regencial government in Central Java by changing their administration and organizational chart (SOTK).

Abstract

Online video advertising is one of the most popular types of internet advertisements. The compliance of the website service provider comes from advertising. However, research is still rarely found that focuses on the attitudes and consumer behavior towards online video advertising. The purpose of this study is to analyze the value of online video advertising on consumer attitudes, behavioral intention, and watching behavior on YouTube. This research uses the internet advertising model and combines it with the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). Respondent data were obtained as many as 226 from the distribution of online questionnaires for YouTube users in the Jabodetabek. The analytical tool used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that informativeness, entertainment, irritation, and credibility are significant for consumer attitudes. On the other hand, consumers'attitudes towards the advertising also significant for behavioral intention and behavior of watching online video advertisements. In future research, deep subjectivity is needed regarding segmentation and culture.

Abstract

This research is aimed formulating quality increase of policy concept of micro and small industry centre located in Blitar city. Contribution of this research is expected to able to create the above quality increase of policy concept of micro and small industry centre located in Blitar city. Research method used is survey method, using Participatory Research Appraisal (PRA), Focus Group Discussion (FGD), processed by Structural Equation Modelling and SWOT analysis. Results of empirical analysis show that instituonalization significantly has a positive influence upon marketing, production, human resource and finance, each of with has, coeficients of 0,524, 0,471, 0,361 and 0.495. And, infrastructure factor having dominant influence upon human resource (0,472), followed by marketing (0,289), finance (0.276). Internal factor having significant influence upon working performace is marketing and production, each of with has coefficient of 0.547 and 0.128. This research implies that commitment and sinergy from all related sides is needed to succeed formulation result of general model development of micro and small industry centre located in Blitar city so that it will be successfully implemented.

Abstract

This research aim to know and analysis influence of education factor, training, job experience and motivation to performance lead countryside (study at Head Countryside in District of Fern and Join with others unlucky Sub-Province). This research is conducted by in Unlucky Sub-Province, taken sample counted 30 responders of head Countryside in District of Fern and Join With Others Unlucky Sub-Province. To test influence of education factor, training, job experience and motivation to performance lead countryside used by analysis of regression doubled liniear. Result analysis Doubled linear regression show result of R2 equal to 0.696 or equal to 69,6%. This result indicate that counted 69,6% variable of dependent can be explained by independent variable. While counted 30.4% ad for explained by other variable which do not the included in this research Result of Uji-7 show that any free variables that is education, training. motivation, and job experience, by partial have an effect on isnt it to performance Lead Countryside (in] District of Fern and Join With Others Unlucky Sub-Province. Variable Experience by partial is most dominant variable (of) influence of to performance of countryside, thereby accepted (both/ second) hypothesis. Experience factor have an effect on dominant to performance lead Countryside. This matter is proved by level of coefficient of regression discipline variable work bigger than coefficient of regression other variable (0,696 0,639 0,574 0,242). Thereby, hypothesis expressing that job experience have an effect on dominant to performance lead countryside have proven statistically.

Abstract

The research of this influence insider ownership, collateralizable assets, growth in net assets and liquidity on dividend policy is purposed to kwon the influence insider ownership, collateralizable assets. growth in net assets and liquidity (quick ratio) on dividend policy. The conclusion of this research is shown that simultanly insider ownership, collateralizable assets, growth in net assets and liquidity (quick ratio) influence significantly on dividend policy with determination coefisient 95,76% (Adjusted R2). Insider ownership partially influence not significantly on dividend policy and collateralizable assets, growth in net assets, and liquidity (quick ratio) influence significantly on dividend policy.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to analysis/lecture in detail about labour productivity sectoral and regional in South-East Sulawesi Province. The research limited at situation output (PDRB) and labour, sectoral or regional. The analysis method used in this research were quantitative and qualitative descriptive. Quantitative method, formulation that used were Productivity Index and Productivity Variable Index of labour; sectoral or regional. The results of research showed that the labour productivity index in five years (2003-2007), average to increasing, sectoral or regional. Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of all the exogenous variables on organizational citizenship behavior through the organizational culture. This research uses primary data that were obtained by giving the questionnaires directly to the participants of this research as well as using google form. The total number of participants of this research is 75 samples which include people with different positions ranging from syuriah level to MWC level. The method of the research used in this research is multivariate analysis with SEM. The results of this research showed that transformational leadership significantly influenced organizational culture, Transformational Leadership to Organizational citizenship behavior had no significant impact, HR Reposition significantly impacted Organization culture, HR Reposition had a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior, Spiritual Quotient had a significant effect on Organizational Culture, Spiritual Quotient had a negative and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and Organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant influence on Organization Culture. For future research, it is advised to take the research time range from 6 to 12 months to get a more complete analysis. And since the scope of research is only PCNU, it is also advised that for further research to do different objects such as PWNU or even PBNU so that the research can result in a distinctive and unique finding that can be compared to the findings of this research.
