Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kontruktivisme terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa kelas X SMA Karya Wisata Singaraja, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kontruktivisme terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas X SMA Karya Wisata Singaraja. (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kontruktivisme terhadap aktivitas belajar dan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas X SMA Karya Wisata Singaraja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Karya Wisata Singaraja yang tersebar dalam tujuh kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling secara bertahap. Dari tujuh kelas diplilih dua kelas sebagai sampel. Dari dua kelas ini dipilih secara random kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan eksperimen dengan desain the post test only control group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua teknik analisis data yaitu analisis t-test dan analisis multivarian (manova). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh penerapan model  pembelajaran kontruktivisme terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa kelas X SMA Karya Wisata Singaraja. Rata-rata aktivitas belajar kelompok siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran kontruktivisme sebesar 93 dan dikategorikan sangan aktif, sedangkan rata-rata ativitas belajar kelompok siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional sebesar 74,5 dan dikategorikan aktif, (2) terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kontruktivisme terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas X SMA Karya Wisata Singaraja. Rata-rata kemampuan menulis puisi kelompok siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran kontruktivisme sebesar 77,2 dan dikategorikan baik, sedangkan rata-rata kemampuan menulis puisi kelompok siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional sebesar 51,2 dan dikategorikan cukup baik, (3) terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kontruktivisme terhadap aktivitas belajar dan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas X SMA Karya Wisata Singaraja. Rata-rata aktivitas belajar dan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran kontruktivisme lebih tinggi dari rata-rata aktivitas dan kemampuan menulis puisi kelompok siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Saran dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) Bagi siswa, dapat mengatasi kesulitan dalam menulis puisi sehingga siswa dapat menulis puisi dengan baik, (2) Bagi  guru, mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, penelitian ini dapat membuka cakawala guru dan dapat dijadikan strategi alternatif dalam mengelola pembelajaran menulis puisi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kontruktivisme sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran menulis puisi di sekolah. (3) Bagi peneliti lain, hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan perbandingan bagi peneliti lain ketika melakukan penelitian sejenis.

Abstract

ANALISIS CAMPUR KODE PADA PERKULIAHAN BERBICARA BAHASA BALI 1 DI JURUSAN PENDIDIKAN BAHASA BALI D3 UNDIKSHA. Oleh Ida Bagus Rai Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji campur kode sebagai fenomena tutur yang terjadi pada perkuliahan berbicara bahasa Bali. Secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) mengidentifikasi bahasa yang muncul pada perkuliahan berbicara bahasa Bali, (2) menemukan tataran bahasa yang muncul dalam campur kode, (3) mengkaji bentuk-bentuk campur kode yang terjadi pada perkuliahan berbicara bahasa Bali, dan (4) mengkaji faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya campur kode pada perkuliahan berbicara bahasa Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan kualitatif dengan karakteristik yang alami. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa ujaran dalam tataran morfem, kata,  dan frasa. Latar penelitian ini adalah kampus Undiksha tempat perkuliahan berbicara bahasa Bali. Subjek penelitian ini adalah dosen dan mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan bahasa Bali. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode observasi dan wawancara. Dalam analisis data digunakan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahasa yang paling banyak menyisip pada perkuliahan berbicara bahasa Bali adalah bahasa Indonesia. Bentuk-bentuk campur kode yang terjadi adalah campur kode ke dalam, campur kode ke luar, dan campur kode campuran.  Dalam penelitian ini tataran bahasa yang menimbulkan campur kode adalah morfem, kata, dan frasa. Tataran yang paling banyak muncul adalah tataran kata. Campur kode pada perkuliahan berbicara bahasa Bali disebabkan oleh dua faktor, yaitu (1) faktor penutur  dan (2) faktor kebahasaan yang terdiri atas kurangnya  kosa kata bahasa Bali. Pada perkuliahan berbicara bahasa Bali telah terjadi peristiwa kebahasaan yang disebut campur kode. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi guru/dosen, siswa/mahasiswa, dan peneliti. Jika menginginkan hasil yang lebih maksimal, peneliti lain hendaknya melakukan penelitian yang lebih mendalam daripada penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini.   Kata  Kunci :campur kode ,perkuliahan,bahasa Bali,   ABSTRACT This study generally aims to describe the code mixing as a phenomenon that occurred at speaking course of Balinese language lecturing. Specifically, this study aims: (1) to identify the language that appeared at the speaking course of Balinese language lecturing, (2) to find the level of language that appeared in code mixing, (3) to describe the forms of interference that occurred at speaking course of Balinese language lecturing, and (4) to describe some factors that caused the occurrence of code mixing at speaking course of Balinese language lecturing. This study used a qualitative design with natural characteristics.  Data in this study were some utterances at the level of morphemes, words, and phrases. Setting of this study is campus of Undiksha which was the place of Balinese Language Speaking course. The subject of this study is the students of Balinese language education Department. The method used is the method of observation and interview. In the data analysis used the stage of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study showed that the most language inserted in the Balinese Language Speaking Course was Indonesian language. Other forms of interference that occured was a code mixing into the code, the code mixing out of the code, and mix the code mixing. In this study the level languages that raised  the code mixing were morphemes, words and phrases. Most level appeared is the level of the word. Code mixing of Balinese Language in Speaking Course was caused by two factors, namely (1) Factor of speaker and (2) Factor of language that lack of Balinese vocabulary. The language situation that happened in the Balinese Language speaking Course was called code  mixing. The results were useful for teacher/ lecturer, students, and researchers. For the maximum results, other researchers should conduct more in-depth study than this research.   Keywords: code mixing, lecturing, Balinese language

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat, motivasi, sikap, dan inteligensi terhadap hasil belajar menulis aksara Bali pada siswa kelas X Bahasa SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ?ex-post facto? dengan jumlah sampel 64 orang. Alat pengumpul data dalam penelitian ini menggunakanmetode kuesioner (angket), dan metode tes. Data minat belajar, motivasi siswa, dan sikap siswa dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner. Sedangkan inteligensi dan hasil belajar siswa dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode tes.Data dianalisis dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara minat terhadap hasil belajar menulis aksara Bali siswa kelas X Bahasa SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,569 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 13,94%, 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi terhadap hasil belajar menulis aksara Bali siswa kelas X Bahasa SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,568 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 16,17%, 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara sikap terhadap Hasil belajar menulis aksara Bali SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,579 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 13,05%, 4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara inteligensi terhadap hasil belajar menulis aksara Bali SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,549 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 16,08%, 5) secara bersama sama, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara minat, motivasi, sikap dan inteligensi terhadap hasil belajar menulis aksara Bali siswa kelas X Bahasa SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,770 dan kontribusinya sebesar 59,2% terhadap hasil belajar menulis aksara Bali siswa kelas X Bahasa SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja.Simpulanpenelitianiniadalahadanyapengaruh yang signifikan antara minat, motivasi, sikap, daninteligensiterhadaphasilbelajarmenulisaksara Bali padasiswakelas X Bahasa SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja.Denganadanyapenelitianini diharapkan agar siswa bisa mempertahankanbahkanlebihmeningkatkanlagiminat, motivasi, sikap, dan inteligensinyadalampembelajaranmenulisaksara Bali. Bagi guru dengan adanya penelitian ini bisa menunjukan pentingnya menulis aksara Bali di dalam masyarakat dan bisa menentukan media dan model pembelajaran yang cocok digunakan dalam pembelajaran menulis aksara Bali.Kata Kunci : minat, motivasi, sikap, inteligensi, hasil belajar This research aimed at knowing the enfluence of interest, motivation, attitude, and intelligence to the achievement of writing balinese transcript of the tenth grade language students of SMA 4 Singaraja. This research belongs to ?ex-post facto? consisted of 64 students as the sample. The data was gathered through questionnaire and test. The data of the students interest, motivation, and attitude in learning were gathered through questionnaire, while the intelligence and learning achievement were gathered through test or post test. The data was analyzed by using simple regretion technique, double regretion and partial corelation. The result of the research showed that 1) there was a significance influence between interest and the achievement in writing balinese transcript of the tenth grade language students of SMA 4 Singaraja with corelation coeffitient 0,569 and the efective contribution 13, 94%, 2) there was a significance influence between motivation and the achievement in writing balinese transcript of the tenth grade language students of SMA 4 Singaraja with corelation coeffitient 0,568 and the efective contribution 16, 17%, 3) there was a significance influence between attitude and the achievement in writing balinese transcript of the tenth grade language students of SMA 4 Singaraja with corelation coeffitient 0,579 and the efective contribution 13, 05%, 4) there was a significance influence between intelligence and the achievement in writing balinese transcript of the tenth grade language students of SMA 4 Singaraja with corelation coeffitient 0,549 and the efective contribution 16,08%, 5) there was a significance influence between interest, motivation, attitude, and intelligence and the achievement in writing balinese transcript of the tenth grade language students of SMA 4 Singaraja with corelation coeffitient 0,770 and the efective contribution 59,2%. So from the research it could be concluded that there was a significance influence among the interest, motivation, attitude, and intelligence in writing balinese transcript achievement of the tenth grade language students of SMAN 4 Singaraja. Based on the result of this research it was hoped that the students could maintain even improve much more the interest, motivation, attitude, and intelligence in writing balinese transcript. Further more by this research the teachers can indicate the importance of writing balinese transcript activity in the society and determine the appropriate teaching and learning programme used specially in the activity of writing balinese transcript.keyword : Interest, Motivation, Attitude, Intelligence, Achievement

Abstract

This research is to evaluate the implementation of English school-based curriculum (ESBC) in SMP Negeri 3 Sakra Timur. This evaluation research used Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) model from Stufllebeam (1986). Context variable is limited only in school?s geography, school?s vision and mission, school program, school management/organization, and school?s SWOT. Input as the supporting point of the program concerns curriculum (SBC), teachers? characteristics, facilities, school?s environment, and school?s budgeting. Process includes program development plan, teaching practices, assessment of students? learning, and decision making. Product or output can be measured from two aspects, namely: students? non-academic achievement, and students? academic achievement. There were 5 participants used as the subjects of the present study and they were headmaster, vice headmaster of curriculum, and 3 English Teachers in year 2012/2013. The data were collected by using questionnaire, guided interview, observation and document analysis. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative method. The result shows that: (1) context, input, and product variables were positive ( + ) means good, (2) process variable was negative ( - ) means not good. It could be concluded that the English teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Sakra Timur in East Lombok regency were good enough in implementing school-based curriculum in academic year 2012/2013. From the evidence, it is suggested that English teachers should be facilitated to strengthen their awareness in teaching English.keyword : evaluation study, curriculum implementation, school based curriculum.

Abstract

ABSTRACT     This study attempted to find out a comparative effect of metacognitive  self-monitoring strategies on students? reading competency based on text types. This study was carried out at the second semester of the second year students of SMA Negeri 2 Denpasar in the academic year of 2011/2012.  The independent variable in this research was metacognitive self-monitoring strategies with two levels, namely KWL which stands for Know, Want and Learn and SQ3R strategy which stands for Survey, Question, Read, Recite, and Review, and text types as moderator variable. The dependent variable investigated in this study was reading comprehension. The study was an experimental study with posttest only comparison group design. The total number of population was 10 classes, which consisted of 411 students all together. From the population, two classes, consisting of 64 students, were used as samples. They were divided into two groups; KWL group and SQ3R group by multistage random sampling technique. In this study, the scores of students? reading comprehension were acquired by administering reading comprehension test. The data were analyzed by using two way ANOVA and LSD (least significant difference) test. The result of the analysis showed that: (1) There is no significant difference between the two metacognitive self-monitoring strategies on the students? reading competency. However, the students treated with KWL strategy consistently gained higher scores than the score of student streated with SQ3R. (2) There is no significant difference in reading narrative text competency between students who were taught by using KWL strategy and those who were taught by using SQ3R. (3) There is no significant difference in reading spoof text competency between students who were taught by using KWL strategy and those who were taught by using SQ3R. (4) There is no significant difference in reading hortatory exposition text competency between students who were taught by using KWL strategy and those who were taught by using SQ3R. (5) There was no interaction between metacognitive monitoring strategies and text types. Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that KWL strategy was better than SQ3R strategy on students? reading comprehension for any text type. Key words: metacognitive self-monitoring strategies, text types and reading comprehension Perbandingan Pengaruh Strategi  Metacognitive Self-Monitoring terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Siswa Berdasarkan Tipe-Tipe Teks.   Oleh: Ni Luh Putu Elly Prapti Erawati   ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan perbandingan pengaruh strategi metacognitive self-monitoring terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa dilihat berdasarkan tipe-tipe teks. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester gasal, siswa kelas sebelas SMAN 2 Denpasar, tahun ajaran 2011/2012. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah strategi metacognitive self-monitoring dengan dua level yaitu KWL singkatan dari Know, Want And Learn and SQ3R yakni Survey, Question, Read, Recite, dan Review dan tipe-tipe teks sebagai variabel pembeda. Variabel terikat yang diselidiki dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan membaca. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian experimen dengan rancangan posttest only comparison group. Total jumlah populasi 10 kelas yang jumlahnya 411 siswa. Dari populasi tersebut, dua kelas berjumlah 64 siswa terpilih sebagai sampel. Kemudian dengan menggunakan teknik multistage random sampling, mereka dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok; kelompok KWL dan kelompok SQ3R. Pada penelitian ini, skor membaca pemahaman siswa diperoleh dari tes membaca pemahaman. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan two way ANOVA dilanjutkan dengan tes LSD (least significant different).Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan diantara kedua strategi metacognitive self-monitoring terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa, tetapi dengan strategi membaca KWL secara konsisten siswa memeroleh nilai rata-rata yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan rata-rata siswa dengan strategi membaca SQ3R. (2) Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan membaca teks narasi antara siswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan strategi KWL dengan siswa yang belajar dengan strategi SQ3R. (3) Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan membaca teks spoof antara siswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan strategi KWL dengan siswa yang belajar dengan strategi SQ3R. (4) Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam kompetensi  membaca teks hortatory exposition antara siswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan strategi KWL dengan siswa yang belajar dengan strategi SQ3R. (5) tidak ada interaksi antara strategi membaca siswa dengan jenis-jenis teks. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi KWL lebih baik dibandingkan dengan strategi SQ3R pada kemampuan membaca siswa untuk berbagai jenis teks. Abstract

This study was a Research and Development study (R&D) used Sugiyono?s model which aimed at identifying problem and the needs of the lesson plans in SMK Triatma Jaya Singaraja, determining the suitable design and developing character based lesson plan in SMK Triatma Jaya, measuring the effectiveness and the quality of the lesson plan developed. The data of the present study were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. This result showed that the existing lesson plans did not clearly state the values of nation character and the assessment and it was not explicitly stated on the learning activity. The learning activity seemed monotone. There seemed to be materials repetition. The materials must be suitable with the students? department. The lesson plans developed were designed based on technical guideline of lesson plan development proposed by Board Directors of Senior High School Development (2010) with character assessment as an addition. The lesson plans were developed in form of integrated lesson plan. The lesson plans developed were effective and the quality is excellent.

Abstract

Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) keberadaan Sanggar Sastra Teater Angin SMA Negeri 1 Denpasar, (2) Pelaksanaan Sanggar Sastra Teater Angin dalam pelatihan teater, (3) pelaksanaan Sanggar Sastra Teater Angin dalam pelatihan tata artistik teater, dan (4) pelaksanaan Sanggar Sastra Teater Angin dalam pelatihan penyutradaraan teater. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Sanggar Sastra Teater Angin SMA Negeri 1 Denpasar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Sanggar Sastra Teater Angin memiliki visi dan misi sanggar, prinsip dan sistem aktivitas sanggar, strategi pelaksanaan sanggar, dan proses kreativitas dalam sanggar, (2) pelatihan teater di Sanggar Teater Angin terdiri atas pelatihan olah tubuh, pelatihan olah suara, dan pelatihan olah rasa, (3) pelatihan tata artistik di Sanggar Teater Angin terdiri atas pelatihan tata rias, pelatihan tata busana, pelatihan tata cahaya, pelatihan tata panggung, dan pelatihan tata suara. (4) Pelatihan penyutradaraan di Sanggar Teater Angin terdiri atas aktivitas penentuan lakon, penganalisisan lakon, pemilihan pemain, dan penentuan bentuk dan gaya pementasan. Berdasarkan temuan-temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sanggar Sastra Teater Angin SMA Negeri 1 Denpasar merupakan teater pelajar yang profesional karena memiliki visi dan misi, prinsip dan sistem aktivitas sanggar, strategi aktivitas sanggar, proses kreativitas dalam sanggar, dan jenis-jenis pelatihan teater, tata artistik, serta pelatihan penyutradaraan yang lengkap dan sistematis. Kata Kunci : sanggar sastra, Teater Angin This descriptive qualitative study aims to describe (1) the existence of Teater Angin Literature Group SMA Negeri 1 Denpasar; (2) the application of Teater Angin Literature Group in rehearsal; (3) the application of Teater Angin Literature Group in artistic design; and (4) the application of Teater Angin Literature Group in the model of directing training. The subject of this study is Teater Angin Literature Group SMA Negeri 1 Denpasar. The data collection method used in this study is observation, interview, and documentation study. The analysis of observation, interview and documentation data is done in three steps, namely data reduction, presentation and conclusion or verification. The results of this research show that, (1) Teater Angin Group has vision and mission, principle, system and strategy of ensemble activities, and creativity process in the group, (2) The rehearsal in Teater Angin consists of physical exercise, vocal exercise, emotionaL state exercise, (3) The artistic design training in Teater Angin consists of make up, costume, lighting, set, and sound training. (4) Directing training in Teater Angin includes deciding the script, analyzing characters, audition, and determining the form and style of the performance. Based on those findings, it can be concluded that Teater Angin Group SMA Negeri 1 Denpasar is a professional school theatre group as it has vision and mission, principle and system of ensemble activities, ensemble activities strategy, creativity process in the group, model of rehearsal, artistic design and directing training, which are complete and systematic.keyword : literature group, Teater Angin

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to prove the effect of Theme and Rheme Technique and Achievement Motivation on Students? Writing Competency. This study was conducted in the Fifth Semester of English Department of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of Mahasaraswati University in Denpasar with the subjects was the Fifth Semester Students of the Academic Year 2011/2012. The population of this study was 11 classes consisted of 300 students who took writing IV course. From all populations, 60 students were used as sample which were divided into two groups, i.e. experimental group and control group and recruited by using Cluster Random Sampling Technique. The experimental group was semester VC (30 students) and were treated by using Theme and Rheme technique and the control group was semester VD (30 students) and were treated by using Conventional technique. The research design was Posttest Only Control Group Design by using 2x2 factorial design. There were three variables in this study, namely: independent, moderator, and dependent variables. The independent variable was Theme and Rheme technique and moderator variable was students? achievement motivation level (high and low), and the dependent variable was students? writing competency in writing paragraph (short story, personal letter, and business letter). The research used two data-collection instruments, i.e. the writing competency test and the scale of achievement motivation in studying English as foreign language. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic and inferential statistic i.e. two-way ANOVA and then continued by using Tukey test. The results of the finding were: (1) there was a significant difference in writing competency between the students who are taught by using Theme and Rheme technique and those who are taught by using Conventional technique. The mean score of the students who are taught by using Theme and Rheme technique was higher than the mean score of the students who are taught by using Conventional technique, (2) there was a significant interactional effect of the techniques of teaching writing (Theme and Rheme technique and Conventional technique) and the students? achievement motivation in learning English on the students? writing competency, (3) there was a significant difference in writing competency between the students with high achievement motivation who are taught by using the Theme and Rheme technique and those taught by using the Conventional technique, (4) there was a significant difference in writing achievement between the students with low achievement motivation who are taught by using the Theme and Rheme technique and those taught by using the Conventional technique, (5) there was a significant difference in writing competency between the students with high achievement motivation and those with low achievement motivation taught by using the Theme and Rheme technique, (6) there was a significant difference in writing achievement between the students with high achievement motivation and those with low achievement motivation taught by using the Conventional technique.   Keywords: theme and rheme technique, achievement motivation, students? writing competency

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan realisasi kesantunan berbahasa antara siswa dan siswa, siswa dan guru, serta siswa dan pegawai di SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja dan (2) mendeskripsikan kendala-kendala yang dialami oleh siswa dan warga sekolah lainnya di SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja dalam dalam merealisasi kesantunan berbahasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa, guru, dan pegawai di SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja yang ditentukan dengan teknik accidental sampling, sedangkan objek penelitian yang digunakan adalah kesantunan berbahasa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan metode wawancara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) realisasi kesantunan berbahasa antara siswa dan siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja belum baik karena terdapat 11 tuturan yang melanggar kaidah-kaidah maksim, baik maksim kesantunan Leech maupun maksim kerja sama Grice; (2) realisasi kesantunan berbahasa antara siswa dan guru di SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja belum baik karena terdapat 11 tuturan yang melanggar kaidah-kaidah maksim kesantunan Leech maupun maksim kerja sama Grice; (3) realisasi kesantunan berbahasa antara siswa dan pegawai di SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja juga belumditerapkan dengan baik karena ada satu dari 22 tuturan yang melanggar maksim, yaitu maksim kualitas; serta (4) terdapat delapan kendala yang dialami oleh siswa, guru, dan pegawai di SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja dalam merealisasi kesantunan berbahasa, yaitu sudah terbiasa menggunakan bahasa sehari-hari yang cenderung kurang mematuhi teori kesantunan; adanya pengaruh dari teman; kurangnya penguasaan kosa kata yang santun; gugup berbicara dengan santun; kurangnya lingkungan yang mendukung untuk berbahasa dengan santun; susah berbicara santun dengan orang yang kali pertama diajak bertemu; sikap yang acuh tak acuh dengan orang yang diajak berbicara; serta kadang membuat penutur kesulitan menyampaikan sesuatu. Dengan demikian, peneliti menyarankan kepada guru dan pegawai hendaknya membimbing para siswa agar mereka memahami kesantunan dalam berbahasa.Kata Kunci : realisasi kesantunan berbahasa, maksim kesantunan Leech, maksim kerja sama Grice, kendala-kendala, tuturan siswa, guru, dan pegawai This study intended to (1) describe the realization of polite speech between students and students, students and teachers, and students and staff of SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja; (2) describe obstacles experienced by students and other school communities of SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja which is defined by accidental sampling, meanwhile the object of this study was polite speech. Method which is used to analyze data was descriptive analysis method. Findings of this study showed that (1) realization of politeness in speaking among the students of SMA N 3 Singaraja is not good enough. There were 11 utterances of 59 utterances researcher analyzed that violate the rules of maxims of Leech politeness and Grice cooperation; (2) realization of politeness between students and teachers of SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja is not good enough. There were 11 utterances of 88 utterances researcher analyzed that violates the rules of maxims of Leech politeness and Grice cooperation ; (3) realization of politeness in speaking between the students and staff of SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja is also not good enough because there are some irregularities of maxim in speech that violates the maxim of quality which is based on the teory of Grice; and (4) There were eight obstacles experienced by students, teachers and staff of SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja in realizing politeness of speaking that is familiarity in using daily language which is not appropriate with the theory of politeness; influence of fellow; limitation of maintaining politeness vocabularies; nervousness of polite speech; lack of supporting environment to speak politely; difficulty in speaking politely to people for the first meeting; indifference towards people who are talking with; and sometimes makes speakers hard to convey something. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) perencanaan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berdasarkan pendekatan saintifik sesuai Kurikulum 2013 di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berdasarkan pendekatan saintifik sesuai Kurikulum 2013 di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura, (3) evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berdasarkan pendekatan saintifik sesuai Kurikulum 2013 di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura, dan (4) kendala-kendala yang dialami yang guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berdasarkan pendekatan saintifik sesuai Kurikulum 2013 di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, klasifikasi dan penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Indonesia di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) dalam tahap perencanaan pembelajaran kelima kegiatan pokok pendekatan saintifik direncanakan pada komponen langkah-langkah pembelajaran, (2) dalam tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran kelima kegiatan pokok pendekatan saintifik tampak dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan terlaksana dalam dua kali pertemuan, (3) dalam tahap evaluasi pembelajaran penilaian meliputi penilaian aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan, dan (4) kendala-kendala yang dialami guru adalah ketidaksesuaian antara waktu dengan cakupan materi pembelajaran, serta contoh yang disajikan dalam buku pegangan siswa tidak kontekstual. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut disarankan kepada lembaga-lembaga pendidikan untuk menggunakan penelitian ini sebagai penyedia teori berkaitan dengan pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran bahasa. Para guru disarankan untuk lebih cermat dalam menyusun RPP. Pihak sekolah dan dinas pendidikan hendaknya terus memberikan pelatihan terkait implementasi pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran. Peneliti lain disarankan untuk mengadakan penelitian lanjutan terkait implementasi pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran. Kata Kunci : pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia, pendekatan saintifik, dan kurikulum 2013 This research aims to describe (1) lesson plan of Indonesian learning based on scientific approach according to Curriculum 2013 in VII grade class of SMP N 2 Amlapura, (2) the application of Indonesian learning based on scientific approach according to Curriculum 2013 in VII grade class of SMP N 2 Amlapura, (3) the evaluation of Indonesian learning based on scientific approach according to Curriculum 2013 in VII grade class of SMP N 2 Amlapura, (4) the obstacles that happened when the teacher apply Indonesian learning based on scientific approach according to Curriculum 2013 in VII grade class of SMP N 2 Amlapura. This research is using descriptive qualitative method. The data in this research is compiled using documentation method, observation method, and interview method. The data is analyzed which are the data reduction, data classification, and the drawing of the conclusion. The subject in this research is the Indonesian teacher in VII grade class of SMP N 2 Amlapura. The result of the study shows that (1) in lesson planning stage, five main activities in scientific approach are planned on the lesson plan steps component, (2) in the implementation of learning activity, five main activities in scientific approach appear in the learning activity and it implemented in two meetings, (3) in the assessment stage, it covers assessment of knowledge and skill aspects, and (4) the problems experienced by the teacher are time with the learning material scope is not compatible and also the example showed in student book is not contextual. According to that result, educational institution are suggested to use this research as the theory providers according to scientific approach in language learning. The teachers are suggested for more careful in setting the lesson plan. The school and also educational agency must give the teacher training about the implementation of the scientific approach in the learning process continually. The other researchers are suggested to continue in conducting the study about the implementation of scientific approach in learning. keyword : Indonesian Learning, Scientific Approach, Curriculum 2013
