Humano: Research Journal
Humano: Jurnal Penelitian (HJP) adalah salah satu jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Khairun yang memuat tentang hasil riset di bidang ilmu noneksakta atau sosial humaniora meliputi aspek-aspek sosial, politik, ekonomi, hukum dan budaya. HJP terbit sebanyak dua kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Juni dan November. HJP menerima tulisan berbentuk riset kuantitatif, kualitatif, maupun gabungan antara keduanya dari akademisi, praktisi, peneliti, dan mahasiswa yang relevan dengan topik ilmu noneksakta dan sosial humaniora.

<![CDATA[This research aims to provide insight and knowledge regarding the influence of product quality and innovation on the competitive advantage of culinary business actors in the PTB Maros Regency area by using digital marketing as a moderating factor. This strategy uses descriptive methods combined with quantitative research. The research sample consisted of 100 business actors in the PTB area of Maros Regency. PLS-SEM, or partial least squares structural equation modeling, was used to examine the data. Based on tests conducted on culinary practitioners in the PTB area of Maros Regency, researchers concluded that product quality and innovation have an influence on the use of digital marketing. Innovation and product quality affect a company's ability to compete. Competitive advantage is greatly influenced by the use of digital marketing. <![CDATA[Digital innovation has an important role in keeping up with the increasingly rapid progress of the times. To make the digitalization process more efficient and optimal, several innovations have been implemented. One of them is using digital cards as a payment method in the canteen and also as an attendance system. This digital card not only makes it easy to carry out payment transactions quickly and safely, but also makes it easier to record student attendance accurately and in real time. This change is a real action in updating the education system, with the hope that it will provide significant benefits for all elements in the school environment, including students, teachers and parents. This paper aims to understand the consequences of using digital cards as a payment method in canteens and in academic contexts. This research utilizes an exploratory method based on a qualitative approach. The method of collecting information is through an interview process. and using the SWOT analysis method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) to evaluate the level of effectiveness of using digital cards in Islamic boarding schools. Research reveals that the application of digital technology has an important influence on the progress of management and learning processes at the Az-Zayadiy Islamic boarding school.]]>

<![CDATA[Beban kerja berlebih dan kejenuhan kerja pegawai memiliki hubungan erat dengan kinerja pegawai, dimana target penelitian ini fokus pada beban kerja berlebih dan kejenuhan kerja, serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai dan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel yang memediasi antara beban kerja dan kejenuhan kerja. Objek penelitian dilaksanakan pada Instansi/OPD di Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah yang memiliki hubungan terhadap pelayanan yang linier dan saling berkaitan antara satu instansi dengan instansi lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden yang berpartisipasi sebanyak 86 pegawai yang bertugas di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil, Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi dan Puskesmas Weda Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai, kejenuhan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai, beban kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kejenuhan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja mampu memediasi hubungan antara beban kerja dan kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja mampu memediasi hubungan antara kejenuhan kerja dan kinerja pegawai.]]>

<![CDATA[This research explores the influence of students' personal characteristics on their participation in digital business and its impact on the digital economy. Using a quantitative approach, an online survey was conducted on 200 students. Personality traits are analyzed using the Big Five theory which includes extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness. Data were analyzed using linear regression. The research results show that personality traits have an influence on Green Entrepreneurship Intention, while economics and digital business have no influence on Green Entrepreneurship Intention, extroversion, agreeableness, and conscientiousness have a positive influence on student participation and contribution in digital business, while neuroticism and openness have an influence. negative. This research confirms the importance of personal traits in influencing students' participation in digital business and recommends strategies to increase their awareness and participation. It is hoped that the research results can support the development of more effective education and training strategies in the field of digital entrepreneurship and can increase Green Entrepreneurial Intention among students.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to: (1) Determine the results of the analysis of teacher needs for letter card learning media with QR Code at UPT SPF SD Inpres Maccini Baru Makassar, (2) Determine the process of developing Letter Cards with QR Code Technology for Letter Recognition in Children with Dyslexia at UPT SPF SD Inpres Maccini Baru Makassar, (3) Evaluate the effectiveness of using Letter Cards with QR Code Technology for Letter Recognition in Children with Dyslexia at UPT SPF SD Inpres Maccini Baru Makassar. This study used the Research and Development (RnD) method with the Borg and Gall development model modified by the researcher. The product testing was validated by 1 subject matter expert and 1 media expert, and the developed learning media were distributed. The data analysis method used was quantitative descriptive analysis technique with predetermined score distribution and category scale. The validation results of the learning media are: (1) Subject matter expert assessment is very feasible with a percentage of (95.05%). (2) Media expert assessment is very feasible with a percentage of (94.64%). Based on these results, the letter card learning media using QR Code that has been developed is suitable for use as a learning guidance media to train dyslexic students in recognizing and distinguishing letters at UPT SPF SD Inpres Maccini Baru Makassar.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to identify challenges and innovations in teaching history in the 21st century and explore the role of teacher professionalism in improving the quality of education. The method used is literature study, namely reviewing data that already exists and is ready to be used. The research results show that history teachers need to have high professionalism, technological skills, and the ability to create innovative learning in order to compete at the global level. Innovations in learning, such as the use of creative media and information technology, are critical to increasing student engagement and understanding. Key challenges include the need to overcome student boredom, utilize technology effectively, and ensure that history learning is relevant and contextual. It was found that creative and innovative history teachers can create a dynamic and interesting learning environment that helps students understand the material better and develop good character. This research emphasizes the importance of infrastructure support and training for teachers to integrate technology in history learning effectively. Thus, history teachers in the 21st century are expected to be able to overcome the challenges of globalization and take advantage of existing opportunities to improve the quality of education and produce competent and highly competitive human resources.]]>

<![CDATA[Pembelajaran berbasis proyek diorientasikan untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran bermakna melalui pengalaman yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan proyek perkuliahan. Salah satu tujuan dari pengembangan dan implementasi model pembelajaran tersebut dalam dunia pendidikan adalah untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kecakapan abad 21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan persepsi reflektif mahasiswa terhadap pelaksanaan perkuliahan melalui model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data dari penelitian ini adalah informasi tentang persepsi mahasiswa tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang diperoleh daro 20 orang mahasiswa. Pengumpulan Data dilakukan melalui kegiatan wawancara dan data tersebut selanjutnya dianalisis dan dideskripsikan sebagai hasil dari penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diuraikan bahwa rata-rata mahasiswa yang dijadikan sebagai informan penelitian memberikan persepsi bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek merupakan model pembelajaran yang dapat mewadahi peserta didik untuk memperoleh pengalaman belajar melalui pelaksanaan proyek pembelajran, serta dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreatif, komunikatif, dan kolaboratif.]]>
