Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the health sector. Nurses are always active participants in implementing COVID-19 Pandemic interventions during the pandemic. The shortage of nursing resources has an impact on the workload of nurses who are on the front lines of the pandemic. The increased workload will affect the nurse's work stress. The purpose of this article was to evaluate the prevalence of nurse work stress and the risk factors for nurse work stress in hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic. The literature search was conducted between 2020 and 2022. The literature search was performed using the databases: PubMed, Science Direct, ResearchGate, Scopus, Proquest, Springer Link, and Cambridge. The search terms used are a factor; nurses; stress; the COVID-19 pandemic; hospital. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were also applied in the search for related research articles. Countries that experience high levels of work stress include Egypt, Indonesia, Korea, Tunisia, and Murat. Factors that cause nurse work stress can be classified into 3 main risk factors, namely: 1) Socio-Demographic, including age, gender, marital status, and work experience; 2) Behavior and Health, including social support, exposure to COVID-19 infection, the death at work; 3) Hospital Organization, covering workload, work shifts, burnout, education and training, availability of PPE. A systematic review of the risk factors for nurses' work stress during the COVID-19 pandemic is expected to be a reference material in determining mental health strategies for hospital human resources, especially among nurses. Abstract

Nursing services are based on the caring attitude of nurses who can improve the quality of nursing services. The caring behavior of nurses is provided through an approach where nurses work by increasing their concern for patients. But this is influenced by caring efficacy where a nurse is confident to express her concern for the patient. Previous research has explained that the prevalence of caring nurse behavior in some regions is indeed different. For this reason, further comparison and analysis are needed to be related to research on caring nurse behavior. A Literature search is carried out between 2017 and 2022 using the PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, Google Scholar, and Proquest databases. The terms used in the search are factors, nurses caring behavior, inpatients, and hospitals. Inclusion and exclusion criteria are also applied in the search for related research articles. The percentage value of nurse-caring behavior has various categories, where the percentage of good nurse-caring behavior includes Indonesia, Ethiopia, the United States, Korea, Iran, and Singapore. Various studies have shown that many factors can influence nurse’s caring behavior, which can be classified into three main factors: 1) Individual Factors, including age, education, and length of service; 2) Psychological Factors, including co-worker relationships and job satisfaction; and 3) Organizational Factors, including supervision and workload. A systematic review of the three main factors influencing nurses’ caring behavior is expected to be a reference material in determining strategies for improving hospital HR skills, especially among nurses. Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the relationship between telecommuting with work-life balance and job satisfaction. The data analysis technique used in this study is meta-analysis correlation—used to see the relationship between two variables by utilizing the results of previous correlation studies, which consist of two main components: calculating the effect size and summary effect. The number of studies used as relevant data in the study was 18 journals containing 26 statistical data used as material for data analysis. The data is processed using a statistical tool, JASP software version 0.14.1 2020. The results show that telecommuting can increase work-life balance and job satisfaction for members of the organization that runs it, as well as the work-life balance, which can create a strong relationship with job satisfaction in the context of implementing telecommuting. Abstract

BAN-PT has recently issued the latest standard, namely IAPS 4.0. IAPS 4.0 has 9 assessment criteria. This assessment replaces the previous criteria, which included 7 criteria (IAPS 3.0). There are fundamental differences that exist between IAPS 3.0 and IAPS 4.0. IAPS's fundamental differences result in unequal accreditation ratings. It is necessary to have a Conversion Supplement Instrument (ISK). The mandatory nature of this national accreditation makes Universitas Brawijaya have to adjust the policies and management of higher education institutions to fulfill the requirements for national accreditation. The success of changing the accreditation status of 80 Study Programs at Universitas Brawijaya has made the researchers interested in doing this research. This research was a case study with a qualitative approach. The result of this research was the implementation of ISK at Universitas Brawijaya was carried out according to the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM). The TQM concept as a PDCA cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act) had been implemented thoroughly during the implementation of ISK. It started with formulating the ISK policies, procurement of ISK socialization and workshops, and Quality Internal Audits of ISK Assistance Clinics. The implementation of this ISK was very interesting to study because ISK was considered a shortcut for study programs that wanted to change the status of the IAPS 3.0 to IAPS 4.0. Abstract

In Indonesia, for the last 5 years before the Covid-19 pandemic, MSMEs had a significant role in the economy, where MSMEs contributed an average of 57.8 percent to GDP, 97% absorbed labor, and were able to create 90% of jobs. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the role of MSMEs in the national economy has decreased; MSMEs only contributed 37.3 percent to GDP. Digitizing MSMEs is necessary to survive and develop in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. MSMEs need to be facilitated to go digital and go global. This research examined the future of the economic ecosystem after the covid-19 era in Indonesia. This research used a literature review by analyzing and summarizing selected articles with the same or related topics to MSMEs' digitalization. The results of this research showed that Optimizing MSME digitalization is inseparable from the ability of MSME actors to carry out digital marketing strategies to expand their business marketing network. Second, another aspect that is no less important that MSMEs must pay attention to in utilizing the digital ecosystem is branding, which is defined as introducing products to consumers to enlarge and build a brand from the benefits of these products, and MSMEs must be able to utilize social media such as Facebook, Instagram or Tiktok as promotion and sales channels. Abstract

This study qualitatively explores the perspectives of Tongging Village's local community, especially those engaged in tourism and government, concerning the promotion of indigenous culinary tourism. The research involves figures like Rumondang Malai, owner of Lahi Jaya; Yogi, from Permata Tongging; Vina, an employee at Vhi Vhi; Samsudin, owner of Suroboyo; and an interview with Ms. Rista Natalia Sinaga, the economic sector head, enriching the study. Methods encompass observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings reveal unanimous agreement among tourism stakeholders about integrating local cuisine as a cornerstone of Tongging's culinary tourism. Unique to the area, this cuisine holds allure and visitor-drawing potential. Tourism stakeholders express eagerness to partake in government-led initiatives, underscoring the need for public-private cooperation. They advocate for infrastructure development, including a theme park, to captivate visitors and steer them toward local eateries. Maintained roads are deemed crucial for accessibility. Additionally, stakeholders propose financial aid for culinary businesses, aiding in capital and marketing. This strategic focus on the creative economy promises to elevate Tongging Village's gastronomic appeal, enhancing its overall tourism experience. Keywords: local culinary, tourism, tongging village

Abstract

This study aims to determine the stocks incorporated in the IDX30, BISNIS27, and INVESTOR33 indexes that form an optimal portfolio based on a single index model and Alpha Jensen to measure portfolio performance. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach and secondary data sources from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used is the IDX30, BISNIS27, and INVESTOR33 index stocks for the period 2017 – 2019, based on the established criteria, 19 stocks are obtained as the IDX30 sample, 14 stocks as the BISNIS27 sample, and 26 stocks as the INVESTOR33 sample. In 2017 and 2018, from the calculation of Jensen's alpha index value and the Expected Return Portfolio value based on the calculation of the Single Index Model, the BISNIS27 Index has the highest value compared to the IDX30 index and the INVESTOR33 index. While in 2019, the IDX30 Index had the highest value, and the BISNIS27 Index had the lowest value. Although the IDX30, BISNIS27, and INVESTOR33 indexes are included in one sub-classification of the liquidity index, namely those with high transaction liquidity, they have different performances. Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the effect of customer value co-creation behavior on customer value. This research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The questionnaires are used as a primary data collection to survey respondents directly. The population of this study is Ruangguru application customers who have been customers for at least one month. The location of this research is Ruangguru application customers in all cities in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a two-stage sampling method and obtained a total sample of 195 respondents. Data analysis was carried out Using SEM PLS and processed through the smartPLS 3.0 application and SPSS 24. This research shows that customer participation and citizenship behavior positively and significantly affect customer value. Customer citizenship behavior has the most dominant influence on customer value. Ruangguru customers find more value and benefits than expected when using Ruangguru Application with customer citizenship behavior. The findings of this research encourage managers of Ruangguru Application to formulate a strategy for customers to participate in the process of value co-creation so that Ruangguru Customers can act voluntarily to get better service. Abstract

The study aims to determine student’s interest in entrepreneurship, especially FEB UB students, and the factor influecing it. This type of research is quantitative research using primary data obtained from online questionnaires via Google Form, wich will be disturbed to prospective respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study was FEB UB students in the 2019-2022 class, with sample of 100 students. The result of this study indicates that economic digitalization has a positive and significant effect on student entrepreneurship interest, while entrepreneurial knowledge has a negative and insignificant impact on entrepreneurship interest, and social media skills have a positive but not significant effect on entrepreneurship interest. Abstract

The rapid development of technology has led to various breakthroughs that affect people's lifestyles and behaviour. One of the products of technological advances is the Food Delivery Application (FDA). This study aims to examine the effect of trust, performance expectancy, and mobile application quality on purchase intention and purchase decision among users of the GrabFood in Malang City. This research includes explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling in order to obtain a total sample of 150 respondents. The analytical method used is SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 4.0 version. The results are that the variables of trust and mobile application quality have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, but performance expectancy does not have a significant effect on purchase intention. The results of this study also show that the variable purchase intention and mobile application quality have a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision, but trust does not have a significant effect on the purchase decision. The practical implications that can be obtained from the results of this research can be used by GrabFood to evaluate the services and features provided in order to increase consumer purchase intention and purchase decision.
