Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the double role of women in household harmony. This type of research used descriptive qualitative analysis research. Data collection techniques used: 1) interview, 2) observation, 3) literature study. The results showed that the problems faced by households have had an impact on economic aspects both on family income. In the process of activity classified as harmonious because women who play a double role can carry out 2 (two) functions at once, that is taking care of the household and also work to earn income and increase family income. Factors that cause women to play a double role is to help the husband supplement family income and earn a living in addition to career. The efforts of women who play a dual role in family household harmony is to respect or respect the husband as the leader or head of household and open attitude in communicating to face every problem of household and devote the love to husband and children.

Abstract

Humans as one of the resources that are dynamic and have the ability to continue to grow need to get the attention of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and compensation on employee performance at PT. Sumber Sarana Berdikari in Tangerang. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 58 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance by 47.4%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance by 36.2%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. Leadership style and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 56.7%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the pattern of character formation of students in Schools and Islamic Boarding Schools (studies on MTs Ma'Had Hadith Al-Junadiyah Biru with Watampone 3 Middle School. The subjects in this study are the Principal of Watampone 3 Middle School, Principal of Madrasah Tsanawiah Ma'Had Al-Junadiyah Blue Hadith, Religious Teachers, PPKn Teachers, Social Studies Teachers from Both Educational Institutions studied and students and students.The data collection was used by means of observation, interviews, documentation.The research instruments were supported through interview guidelines, observation guidelines and documentation documentation. The research shows that the two educational units, among others, namely SMP Negeri 3 Watampone and Madrasah Tsanawiah Ma'Had Al-Junadiyah Blue have similar character formation patterns in terms of methods while in terms of strategy formation patterns are carried out with different approaches. Watampone in terms of the method emphasizes more on the teacher's approach to the students in shaping the character of students, besides the emphasis on the integration of character education in certain subjects. In terms of strategy, SMP Negeri 3 Watampone emphasizes more on the pattern of character formation through extracurricular activities where through extracurricular activities there are 3 expected patterns of character formation, they are habituation, exemplary, and culture. while the Madrasah Tsanawiah Ma'Had Hadith Al-Junadiyah Biru strategy applied in the pattern of character education through the activity of apples every morning before entering the class to practice the discipline of students.

Abstract

The company tries to create a product of course with good quality so consumers are interested in buying the product being sold. This study aims to determine the effect of consumer perceptions, innovation and product quality on purchasing decisions of tourists consuming traditional getuk goreng food in Sokaraja Tengah Village, Sokaraja District. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption test, regression testing, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study consumers' perceptions significantly influence purchasing decisions by 31.9%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Innovation has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 41.4%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 26.9%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Consumer perception, innovation and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 50.1%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. Purchasing decisions significantly influence consumer satisfaction by 45.5%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of savings and loan cooperatives in Gowa Regency and the magnitude of the influence of the quality factors of productive assets, capital, profitability, and liquidity both partially and simultaneously on the performance of KSP/USP in Gowa Regency. This research uses quantitative research because the data used in this study are quantitative data. Research data which is secondary data concerning the quality of productive assets, capital, profitability and liquidity from 41 KSP/USP financial statements in Gowa Regency that have carried out consecutive RATs during 2008 through documentation data collection techniques. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression and financial ratios. The results of the KSP/USP financial ratio analysis in Gowa Regency were quite healthy. While the results of multiple linear analysis of the factors of quality of productive assets, capital, profitability, and liquidity by simultaneous or partial test have a significant effect on cooperative performance. The effect of the four factors analyzed is very strong, which is in the range of coefficient values of 0.80 - 1.00, and the magnitude of the influence of these four factors on the performance of KSP / KSU in Gowa Regency is 99.80 percent.

Abstract

The main attraction for owners of company shareholders lies in the profitability ratio that shows the results of the management of the company's management of the funds invested. This study aims to determine: The Effect of Working Capital, Liquidity and Solvency on the Profitability of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, both partially and simultaneously. Descriptive quantitative research methods, the data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, for a period of 9 years from 20010 - 2018 obtained through the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange). The analytical method used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results obtained the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.928 or equal to 92.8%, which means that the contribution made by working capital, liquidity and solvency to profitability reaches 92.8.3% the remaining 7.2% is influenced by other variables which is not researched. Based on the t test partially working capital on profitability there is an effect where tcount -5.847> t table 2.575 and significance value 0.02 <0.05 and partially liquidity on profitability has no effect where tcount 1.846 <t table 2.575 and significance value 0.124> 0.05 and partially solvency to profitability there is the influence of tcount -3.386> ttable 2.575 and significance value 0.02 <0.05 based on the f test simultaneously working capital, liquidity and solvency affect the profitability where Fcount 21.477> Ftable 5.41 with a significant value of 0.003 <0.05

Abstract

Employee work productivity is a very important factor in supporting a company's business success. This study aims to determine the effect of training and Work discipline on employee productivity at PT. Anugerah Agung in Jakarta. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 82 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study training significantly influence employee productivity by 34.0%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee productivity of 42.6%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. Work training and discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity by 50.5%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

Fulfillment of customer desires becomes very important in determining the quality of service, because what determines whether or not the quality of service is not producers or companies but consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Surya Karya Prima in Jakarta. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study have a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 38.7%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 48.5%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Promotion and quality of service simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 56.0%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the main aspect that must be met by the company, with the creation of customer satisfaction, demand will also rise. This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Huda Express at McDonald’s Bintaro Restaurant. The method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach, with 100 respondents. Statistical tests using multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with t test and F test. The results of the study, showed that price and service quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 2,279 + 0,307X₁ + 0,130X₂. Price contributed 62.5% to customer satisfaction, while service quality contributed 59.6% to customer satisfaction. From testing hypotheses using statistical tests Fcount> F table or (163.410> 3.09), this is also strengthened with a probability of 0,000 <0.05. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between price and quality of service on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Vivo, one of the brand new handphone brands, entered Indonesia in 2014. Not just trying to exist in the smartphone industry, but Vivo also has the ambition to become a new giant force in the world. This study aims to determine the effect of prices, promotions and products on buying interest that has an impact on consumer satisfaction VIVO brand mobile phones in the South Tangerang area. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption test, regression testing, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study significantly influence the price of buying interest by 25.4%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Promotion has a significant effect on buying interest by 40.2%, hypothesis testing is obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. The product has a significant effect on buying interest of 23.8%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Price, promotion and product simultaneously had a significant effect on buying interest of 49.3%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Purchasing interest has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 48.5%, the hypothesis test is obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. Towards consumer satisfaction of 45.5%, the hypothesis test is obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.
