Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the double role of women in household harmony. This type of research used descriptive qualitative analysis research. Data collection techniques used: 1) interview, 2) observation, 3) literature study. The results showed that the problems faced by households have had an impact on economic aspects both on family income. In the process of activity classified as harmonious because women who play a double role can carry out 2 (two) functions at once, that is taking care of the household and also work to earn income and increase family income. Factors that cause women to play a double role is to help the husband supplement family income and earn a living in addition to career. The efforts of women who play a dual role in family household harmony is to respect or respect the husband as the leader or head of household and open attitude in communicating to face every problem of household and devote the love to husband and children.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of green human capital on employee performance with Green Structural as moderation. The population in this study were company employees. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling technique. The collected data was analyzed using smartPLS. The results of this research show that green human capital has a positive effect on employee performance . Green structural is able to moderate green human capital towards employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of leadership and compensation on work productivity with motivation as a mediating variable at PT ABC Jakarta. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all employees of PT ABC Jakarta. The sensue technique was used for sampling and the number was 72 employees. The path analysis method was used to analyze the data. The results of this research indicate that leadership, compensation and motivation have a significant effect on work productivity at PT ABC Jakarta, while motivation is able to mediate the influence of leadership and compensation on work productivity at PT ABC Jakarta. The results of this study can be used as a reference for further researchers who will study similar problems. udy similar problems.

Abstract

Continuous learning dan employee empowerment merupakan dua elemen penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pendidik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja pendidik di lingkungan pendidikan formal. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 150 pendidik. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui kontribusi masing-masing variabel terhadap kinerja pendidik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa continuous learning memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pendidik, dengan kontribusi sebesar 45%. Sementara itu, employee empowerment juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 35%. Kombinasi kedua variabel memberikan pengaruh simultan sebesar 70% terhadap kinerja pendidik. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pendidik dapat dicapai melalui program pembelajaran berkelanjutan yang relevan dan pemberdayaan pendidik yang efektif. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis terhadap literatur mengenai manajemen sumber daya manusia di sektor pendidikan serta implikasi praktis bagi pengelola institusi pendidikan. Institusi pendidikan diharapkan dapat merancang kebijakan yang mendukung pengembangan profesional pendidik melalui pendekatan ini.

Abstract

Generation Z is starting to dominate the world of work and presenting new challenges in human resource management. This study aims to explore the role of organizational support and proactive coping on the performance of Generation Z employees. Organizational support plays a role in providing support that can improve employee well-being and productivity. At the same time, proactive coping is a strategy that allows individuals to overcome work challenges more effectively. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach involving 250 respondents from industrial sectors. Data were collected through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis results show that organizational support positively influences the performance of Generation Z employees, both directly and through increasing proactive coping. In addition, proactive coping also acts as a mediator in the relationship between organizational support and employee performance. Thus, organizations need to increase support for employees and encourage the development of proactive coping strategies to improve their performance. The implications of this study are expected to provide insight for HR practitioners in designing more effective work policies and programs for Generation Z employees.

Abstract

In the era of increasing digitalization, the manufacturing industry faces challenges to improve employee efficiency and performance through information technology. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital performance appraisal systems, digital training, and performance evaluations on employee performance in the manufacturing industry. The research method used is quantitative, using a survey approach involving 120 respondents from various positions in manufacturing companies that have implemented digital systems in HR management. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale, which was then analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results of the study indicate that the digital performance appraisal system has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Digital training also shows a positive correlation in improving employee skills and productivity. Regular performance evaluations strengthen constructive feedback and increase work motivation. The three independent variables simultaneously contribute significantly to improving employee performance. These findings support the importance of digital transformation in human resource management in the manufacturing sector. The implications of this study provide an overview that digital adaptation not only supports process efficiency but also improves employee capabilities and work results. Thus, companies must continue investing in digital systems integrated with employee performance improvement strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities and infrastructure, adoption of information technology, and principal leadership on teacher performance. This study was conducted in a public high school involving 150 teachers as respondents. The research method used was quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that facilities and infrastructure positively and significantly affected teacher performance. Likewise, adopting information technology is important in improving the efficiency of teaching, planning, and assessment. Principal leadership also significantly affected teacher motivation, discipline, and professional development. The combined effect of the three variables showed a strong and positive correlation to improving teacher performance. Furthermore, this study highlights the need for a systemic approach in school management. Facilities and infrastructure are physical and psychological supporting elements affecting teacher comfort and work enthusiasm. Adopting information technology must be accompanied by ongoing training so that teachers are not only passive users but can also explore the innovative teaching potential. Meanwhile, the principal needs to play a role as a transformational leader who not only directs but also inspires teachers to continue to develop. These findings can be used as a reference for school management and policymakers in designing effective strategies to support and improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how work experience, psychological empowerment, and career development influence the level of employee commitment in the fintech industry. Using a quantitative approach and survey method, the study involved 300 respondents selected purposively based on specific criteria, such as having a minimum of one year of work experience and participation in company-provided career development programs. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results show that all three independent variables, work experience, psychological empowerment, and career development have a positive and significant impact on employee commitment. Work experience helps employees understand organizational dynamics and values, thereby strengthening their loyalty. Psychological empowerment promotes higher motivation, a sense of belonging, and greater engagement in work. Meanwhile, career development opportunities provide a positive outlook on the future and foster stronger emotional ties between employees and the organization. These findings highlight the importance for fintech companies to actively create a work environment that supports psychological empowerment, offers clear career pathways, and leverages employee experience as an asset to enhance engagement. Practically, this study offers guidance for HR management in designing policies that strengthen employee loyalty, and theoretically, it enriches the academic literature on the factors influencing employee commitment in the financial technology sector.

Abstract

Government procurement of goods/services plays a crucial role in accelerating development and improving public welfare, including in the provinces of Papua and West Papua. However, the implementation of procurement regulations still faces challenges in terms of transparency, accountability, and effectiveness. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study method in the Supiori Regency Education Office. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document reviews, then analyzed descriptively to evaluate the implementation of procurement regulations. The findings indicate that the implementation of procurement regulations in the Supiori Regency Education Office has been running according to procedure, but there are still obstacles such as limited human resources, lack of technical understanding, and coordination constraints between related parties. This study concludes that although procurement regulations have been implemented, their effectiveness in supporting the acceleration of welfare development is not optimal. Improvement of apparatus capacity, strengthening of the monitoring system, and synergy between institutions are needed so that implementation can be more effective and have a real impact on the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the policy to increase Land and Building Tax (PBB) rates at the Regional Revenue Agency of Biak Numfor District and to identify the factors that influence it. The policy to increase PBB rates is implemented based on Government Regulation Number 35 of 2023, with the hope of increasing Local Own Revenue (PAD). However, its implementation in the field has not shown optimal results. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies.The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the policy to increase PBB rates is still low. Tax revenue achievements have not met the targets set by the local government. Several factors influencing the effectiveness of this policy include the low taxpayer compliance, weak tax administration system, lack of socialization and education for the public, and the perception of unfairness in tariff determination. This finding is reinforced by interviews with officials from Bapenda, which revealed implementation challenges from both technical and social perspectives. This study uses the theory of Devi & Mangoting (2020) as an analytical framework, emphasizing that tax effectiveness is influenced by the administration system, compliance, and public understanding. The results of this study imply that the success of fiscal policies is not solely determined by regulations, but is also significantly affected by social and institutional aspects. Recommendations include enhancing the digitalization of the tax system, expanding education, and adjusting tariffs based on the economic conditions of the community.
