Abstract

Efektivitas pengelolaan sumber daya sekolah adalah tingkat pencapaian tujuan pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan sumber daya yang ada baik tenaga pendidik, pendidik, sarana prasarana, dan lain sebagainya untuk mencapai tujuan sekolah serta memiliki lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran dan output yang dihasilkan oleh sekolah dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Tujuan  penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat keefektifan pengelolaan sumber daya sekolah di SMA Negeri 8 Yogyakarta untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, pengambilan data sekolah, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, dapat diketahui bahwa pengelolaan sumber daya sekolah di SMA Negeri 8 Yogyakarta sudah efektif. Keefektifan sekolah tersebut dilihat dari kepemimpinan situasional, program kemitraan, program sekolah, sarana prasarana, pendidik dan tenaga pendidik, serta output sekolah. AbstractEffectiveness of school resources management is the achievement level of the objectives of management and utilization of existing resources, both teaching staff, Educators, Infrastructure facilities, etc. to achieve school goals and have a school environment that supports learning activities and outputs produced by schools can benefit for the society. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of school resources management in SMA Negeri 8 Yogyakarta to improve the quality of schools. The method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data were interviews, observation, school data collection, and documentation study. Based on this research, it can be known that the learning process at SMA Negeri 8 Yogyakarta has been effective. The effectiveness of the school can be seen from leadership, school programs, partnership programs, infrastructure, educators and teaching staff, and school output.

Abstract

Layanan pendidikan diukur melalui kualitas pendidikan yang diselenggara-kan di sekolah. Kualitas mutu sekolah dijabarkan pada program-program pembelajaran yang menjadi brand untuk ditawarkan kepada masyarakat sebagai pengguna jasa layanan pendidikan yang diberikan oleh sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah melalui program-program ung-gulan sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Kristen Kalam Kudus Surakarta yang menerapkan program unggulan berbasis kerohanian, pem-belajaran, dan life skill atau kecakapan hidup. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif, penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara kepala sekolah dan guru, kemudian pengamatan langsung atau observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dikumpulkan dan dicatat dalam bentuk catatan lapangan dan transkrip wawancara sebelum direduksi dan disajikan. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa program unggulan sekolah dapat memberikan dampak pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan. AbstractEducation services are measured through the quality of education held in schools. The quality of schools is described in learning programs that become brands to be offered to the community as users of educational services provided by schools. This study aims to describe the principal's strategy in improving the quality of education in schools through excellent programs in schools. This research was conducted at the Kalam Kudus Christian High School Surakarta which implemented a superior program based on spirituality, learning, and life skills. The research method is qualitative, research is conducted by interviewing principals and teachers, then direct observation or observation, and documentation studies. Then the data obtained is collected and recorded in the form of field notes and interview transcripts before they are reduced and presented. The results of the study found that the school leading programs have an impact on improving the quality of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program Edmodo di Sekolah Dasar Percobaan Negeri (SDPN) Sabang dan Sekolah Dasar Kristen (SDK) 5 BPK Penabur kota Bandung. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuali-tatif, desain studi kasus. Subyek penelitian dengan purposive sampling yaitu ambassador, manajer Edmodo Amerika Serikat, guru, siswa, orang tua, kepala SDPN Sabang dan SDK 5 BPK Penabur, pengawas, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan kota Bandung dan staf program sarana dan prasarana. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Pengujian keabsahan data adalah teknik triangulasi, member-check, dan audit eksternal oleh dosen pembimbing. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Creswell. Hasil penelitian mengungkap pelaksanaan program Edmodo yaitu mengkaji dimensi siswa, guru, dan stakeholder yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan program Edmodo. Permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan Edmodo adalah hambatan mindset dan niat, signal, sarana dan prasarana Edmdo, dan limitasi grup. AbstractThis research aims to describe the implementation of the Edmodo program at Sekolah Dasar Percobaan Negeri (SDPN) Sabang and Sekolah Dasar Kristen (SDK) 5 BPK Penabur Bandung. The research approach was qualitative, case study design. Research subjects with purposive sampling consisted of Ambassador, Edmodo’s United States manager, teachers, students, parents, head of SDPN Sabang and SDK 5 BPK Penabur Bandung, supervisor, head of Bandung Education Office, and staff of infrastructures. The techniques of collecting data were interviews, observation, and documents. The validity testing of data was triangulation, member-checking, and external audits by the lecturer. The analysis data used was qualitative analysis data from Creswell. The results of this research were the implementation of the Edmodo program was to examine the dimensions of students, teachers, and stakeholders involved in the implementation of the Edmodo program. The problem in the implementation was the barrier of mindset and intention, signal, infrastructure, and group limitation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1.) Mendeskripsikan mengenai manajemen sistem informasi (SI) e-budgeting di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) di Kota Yogyakarta; dan 2.) Menganalisis keunggulan dan hambatan dalam manajemen SI e-budgeting di SMAN di Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMAN di wilayah Kota Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, bendahara dan admin e-budgeting. Penelitian juga dilakukan pada Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga, Balai Pendidikan Menengah Kota Yogyakarta, dan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Yogyakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis data Creswell. Teknik keabsahan data penelitian menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan menggunakan bahan referensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem e-budgeting baru diterapkan pada jenjang SMAN sederajat. Perencanaan mengikuti pola penyusunan RKAS. Pengorganisasian meliputi pengerahan staf dan adanya pelatihan. Sistem ini berfungsi untuk mengelola dana BOS dan APBD. Pengawasan dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dan dinas terkait. Terdapat keunggulan dan hambatan dalam implementasi e-budgeting. E-budgeting berperan dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas pembiayaan pendidikan. AbstractThis study aims to: 1.) Describe the management of information systems (IS) e-budgeting at State High Schools (SMAN) in Yogyakarta City; and 2.) Analyze the advantages and obstacles in the management of SI e-budgeting at SMAN in Yogyakarta City. This research is a qualitative study with a case study type. This research was conducted at SMAN in the Yogyakarta City area. Research subjects include the principal, treasurer, and admin e-budgeting. The research was also conducted at the Youth and Sports Education Office, Yogyakarta City Secondary Education Center, and the Yogyakarta City Education Office. Data collected through interview techniques, observation, and study of documents. Data analysis uses Creswell's data analysis model. The validity of the research data using triangulation techniques and using reference materials. The results showed that the new e-budgeting system was applied at the same level of high school. Planning follows the RKAS preparation pattern. Organizing includes staff deployment and training. This system functions to manage BOS and APBD funds. Supervision is carried out by principals and related agencies. There are advantages and obstacles in implementing e-budgeting. E-budgeting plays a role in increasing transparency and accountability in education funding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali penjaminan mutu dalam pengelolaan SDM sebagai hasil praktik baik selama WFH, yang diharapkan berguna bagi pengelolaan SDM di perguruan tinggi (PT). Survei daring dilakukan untuk menggali opini, perspektif, dan praktik dari stakeholder. Hasil menunjukkan 90% responden berasal dari PTS dan 73% berlokasi di Jakarta (N=198). Responden (85%) setuju PT telah mempersiapkan WFH, penetapan kebijakan, virtual workspace, SDM, mekanisme monitoring dan evaluasi. Responden (80%) mengapresiasi persiapan dan pengambilan keputusan WFH. Responden (50%) memenuhi 51-75% tuntutan pekerjaan selama WFH. Responden (52%) menyatakan unitnya mencapai 51-75% target kerja. Responden (87%) mengapresiasi mekanisme monitoring. Apresiasi responden (82%) diberikan pada efektivitas WFH. Responden (88%) setuju WFH sebagai opsi cara kerja mendatang. Responden setuju (38%) 3+2 hari (WFH+WFO) per minggu. Responden setuju (35%) menukar 15-30% biaya transpor dengan WFH. Pertanyaan terbuka menunjukkan agar WFH didukung akses internet dan virtual workspace yang memadai. Penelitian ini menunjukkan praktik teladan sepanjang WFH yang dapat distandarkan menjadi penjaminan mutu pengelolaan SDM, di antaranya standar pengambilan keputusan, mekanisme monev, dan fasilitas daring.AbstractThis research aimed to explore the quality assurance in human resources management as best practices of WFH, that would be beneficial for HR management in higher education institutions (HEI). An online survey was done to seek opinions, perspectives, and meaningful practices among HEI stakeholders. Results show 90% of respondents are from private universities, and 73% are located in Jakarta (N total 198). Respondents (85%) agree there is preparation toward WFH, the policy, virtual workspace, HR, monitoring and evaluation mechanism. Respondents (80%) appreciate the WFH preparation and decision. Respondents (50%) complete 51-75% of the work during WFH. Respondents (52%) state their unit achieved 51-75% of the target during WFH. Respondents (87%) appreciate the monitoring mechanism. Their appreciation (82%) is given to the effectiveness of WFH. Respondents agree (88%) of WFH as an option for the future of working. Respondents agree (38%) of 3+2 days (WFH+WFO) per week. Respondents agree (35%) to exchange their 15-30% of transport fees to WFH. The open-ended questions show WFH should be supported by adequate access to the internet and virtual workspace. This research shows best practices of WFH, which could be standardized as QA toward HR system, including the standards of decision making, monitoring and evaluation, and online facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujun untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan manajemen kurikulum dan pembelajaran di Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Prambanan Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dari bagian hubungan masyarat (humas) di MBS. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analis induktif interaktif yang meliputi: reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1.) Prinsip pengembangan kurikulum terdiri dari empat: prinsip signifikasi sosial, prinsip pertumbuhan, prinsip perbedaan individu, dan prinsip integrasi; 2) Pengembangan kurikulum dan pembelajaran di MBS meliputi dua aspek penting, yaitu: integrasi kurikulum pendidikan nasional dan pondok pesantren, serta menjadikan MBS sebagai pusat pembinaan akhlak siswa. Integrasi kurikulum pendidikan nasional dan pondok pesantren dilakukan dengan cara MBS Prambanan menerima sepenuhnya kurikulum yang berlaku secara nasional berupa Kurikulum 2013 sebagai bagian dari mewujudkan cita-cita pendidikan nasional namun dengan menambah kurikulum pesantren khas MBS. Sedangkan MBS sebagai pusat pembinaan akhlak merupakan konsekuensi logis sekaligus perwujudan dari cita-cita lembaga yang ingin membekali para siswanya penguasaan sains dan teknologi sekaligus memiliki bekal ilmu-ilmu keagamaan. Pengembangan manajemen kurikulum dan pembelajaran di pondok pesantren diintergrasikan demi kemajuan di semua lembaga pendidikan. AbstractThis study aims to describe the development of curriculum management and learning in the Muhammadiyah Boarding School of Prambanan Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation techniques supported by the public relations section in MBS. The data collected was analyzed using interactive inductive analyst techniques which included; data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that: 1.) the principles of curriculum development consist of the following four: the principle of social significance, the principle of growth, the principle of individual differences, and the principle of integration; 2.) Curriculum development and learning in MBS Prambanan cover two important aspects, namely: first, integration of the national education curriculum and Islamic boarding school, and second; making Muhammadiyah Boarding School is the center of student morals development. Integration of the national education curriculum and Islamic boarding school is carried out by way of MBS fully accepting the nationally applicable curriculum in the form of the 2013 Curriculum as part of realizing the ideals of national education but by adding to the Islamic boarding school curriculum typical of MBS. Whereas Muhammadiyah Boarding School as a center for morality training is a logical consequence as well as a manifestation of the ideals of the institution that wants to equip its students to master science and technology while at the same time possessing religious knowledge. The development of curriculum management and learning in Islamic boarding schools is integrated for the sake of progress in all educational institutions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) dalam sistem manajemen perencanaan kepala sekolah pada SMA Swasta Katolik. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumenter. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi reduksi data, penyajan data, menarik kesimpulan atau verifikasi data dan pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi data.  Temuan menunjukkan bahwa: 1.) Perencanaan program sekolah yang meliputi perumusan visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah serta rencana kerja sekolah yang terdiri atas 12 program sudah dilaksanakan; 2.) Rencana kerja bidang pendidikan telah disusun sesuai tupoksi dan kewajiban tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan seperti tertera dalam dokumen pedoman sekolah dan struktur organisasi sekolah yang telah diprogramkan; 3.) Kepala sekolah telah melakukan pengawasan dan evaluasi terhadap seluruh proses kegiatan sesuai program kerja sekolah dan telah menyusun dokumen rencana pengembangan sekolah; dan 4.) Kepala sekolah bersama staf dan dewan guru telah membangun sistem informasi manajemen guna mendukung pengimplementasian budaya mutu dalam seluruh aspek baik fisik maupun nonfisik. AbstractThis research aims to analyze the Total Quality Management (TQM) Implementation in The Principal Planning Management System at Catholic Privat High School. This research uses a qualitative approach design. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentary studies. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data intercepting, concluding/verifications, and data validity checking using data triangulation techniques. The findings show that: 1.) School program planning includes the formulation of the school and school work plan's vision, mission, and goals consisting of 12 programs that have been implemented; 2.) The work plan for the education sector has been prepared in accordance with the duties and responsibilities of teaching staff and education staff, as stated in the school guidelines document and school organization structure that has been programmed; 3.) The school principal has supervised and evaluated all the activities of activities according to the school work program and has compiled a school development plan document; and 4.) The principal with the school staff and the teachers have developed an information management system to support the implementation of culture quality in all aspects, both physical and non-physical.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (a) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru, (b) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, (c) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan survei yang dilakukan terhadap 63 guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis data ialah statistik dengan pendekatan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh faktor motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru, yakni sebesar 14,54 %. (2) Terdapat pengaruh faktor budaya organisasi, yakni budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, sebesar 24,68 persen. (3) Terdapat pengaruh faktor lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. (4) Terdapat pengaruh faktor kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, yakni sebesar 13,88 persen. Hasil analisis dari nilai koefisien determinasi menjelaskan bahwa kontribusi faktor motivasi guru, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, sebesar 70,4 %, sementara sisanya (nilai residu) dari peran variabel yang tidak diteliti sebesar 29,6%. Nilai residu tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi variabel kinerja guru, seperti iklim organisasi, fasilitas kerja, pendidikan dan pelatihan.AbstractThis study aims to determine (a) the influence of motivation on teacher performance, (b) the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance, (c) the effect of work environment on teacher performance, and the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance. This research is quantitative research with a survey conducted on 63 teachers. Data were collected through a questionnaire. The method of data analysis used is statistics with a path analysis approach. The results showed that (1) there is an influence of teacher work motivation factors on teacher performance, which is equal to 14.54%. (2) There is an influence of organizational culture factors, namely school culture on teacher performance, amounting to 24.68 percent. (3) There is an influence of work environment factors on teacher performance. (4) There is an influence of job satisfaction factors on performance, which is equal to 13.88 percent. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination explain that the contribution of teacher motivation factors, organizational culture and work environment, and job satisfaction to teacher performance is 70.4%, while the rest (residual value) from the role of the variables not studied was 29.6%. The residual value indicates that there are other factors that can influence teacher performance variables, such as organizational climate, work facilities, education, and training.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan fisik secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru, pengaruh servant leadership terhadap kinerja guru, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Jumlah sampel 63 orang guru, teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu cluster sampling yang diambil dari 3 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMK) di Kotamadya Jakarta Timur secara proporsional. Hasil penelitian: 1.) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan servant leadership, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru; 2.) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan servant leadership terhadap kinerja; 3.) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru; dan 4.) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja guru. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership, organizational commitment, and the physical environment together on teacher performance, the influence of servant leadership on teacher performance, organizational commitment to teacher performance, physical work environment on teacher performance. The research method used was a survey. The total sample of 63 teachers, the sampling technique used is cluster sampling taken from 3 State Vocational High Schools in the Municipality of East Jakarta proportionally. Research results: 1.) There is a positive and significant influence of servant leadership, organizational commitment, and physical work environment together on teacher performance; 2.) There is a positive and significant influence of servant leadership on performance; 3.) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational commitment on teacher performance; and 4.) There is no positive and significant influence of the physical work environment on teacher performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan pengaruh pemasaran jasa pendidikan terhadap mutu Pondok Pesantren Syamsul ‘Ulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan internal dan eksternal pesantren. Teknik cluster sampling digunakan untuk memilih responden yang terdiri dari santri, guru, pembimbing asrama dan orang tua santri dengan jumlah 220 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan statistik parametrik melalui bantuan software SPSS 25.0 melalui persamaan regresi linear sederhana, apabila nilai thitungttabel, maka H0 diterima, tapi apabila nilai thitung ttabel, maka H0 ditolak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa thitung ttabel (10,2571,971) sehingga H0 ditolak artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pemasaran pendidikan terhadap mutu Pondok Pesantren Syamsul ‘Ulum dengan persentase sebesar 32,7%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pemasaran pendidikan akan meningkatkan mutu Pondok Pesantren Syamsul ‘Ulum. Hal tersebut berimplikasi bahwa Pondok Pesantren Syamsul ‘Ulum seyogyanya memberi perhatian yang serius pada kebutuhan pengguna jasa pendidikan dan jeli melihat segmentasi dan penentuan sasaran.AbstractThis research aims to discover the effect of marketing education services on the quality of Syamsul ‘Ulum Islamic Boarding School. The research populations were internal and external customers of the boarding school. Cluster sampling technique was used to select respondents consisting of students, teachers, boarding supervisors and students’ parents with a total of 220 people. Data collection was conducted by questionnaire, interview and documentation techniques. Then, data were analyzed using parametric statistics through the help of SPSS 25.0 software through a simple linear regression, if the value of thitungttabel, therefore H0 is accepted, but if tcount ttable, therefore H0 is rejected. The results of research showed that tcount ttable (10.257 1.971) therefore H0 was rejected, it means that there was a positive and significant influence of education marketing on the quality of Syamsul ‘Ulum Islamic Boarding School with a percentage of 32.7%. Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that educational marketing activities will improve the quality of Syamsul ‘Ulum Islamic Boarding School. This implies that the Syamsul Islamic Boarding School ‘Ulum should give a serious attention to the needs of customers and is keen to see a segmentation and targeting.
