Abstract: MBS is intended to increase school autonomy, determine what it needs to be taught, and manage the resources available to innovate. MBS also has great potential to create professional principals, teachers and administrators. Thus, schools will be responsive to the needs of each student and school community. Student achievement can be optimized through the direct participation of parents and community. MBS is one of the answers to the provision of regional autonomy in the field of education and has been invited in Law Number 20 Year 2003 regarding Sisdiknas Article 51 Paragraph (1) which reads, "Management of early childhood education units, primary education and secondary education implemented based on minimum service standards with the principle of school-based management.

Multicultural education can be described as education that awakens learners to cultural diversity, human rights or the reduction of various kinds of prejudices in building a just and prosperous society. This modeling education, trying to see how family roles awaken individuals in the family, that cultural diversity must be acceptable to every individual family. This education, an alternative solution for learners who do not want to work together, just because of differences in culture, ethnicity, and beliefs. Ideal education strengthens the sense of brotherhood in various differences.

Character Building Program (CBP) as an institution that can provide guidance and capacity building of students both in the field of intellectual, skills and attitudes. Bids institutional program refers to three things: the resolution of the human relationship with God, the resolution of the human relationship with itself and the resolution of the human relationship with the environment. Directions guidance mentioned above, with the emphasis on resolution improvement of man's relationship with God will bring the space to give birth attitude obedience and submission to God and the implications for compliance and obedience to others. Resolution on yourself to bring students to identify, develop their potential so that students can be more advanced and competitive. A curriculum is as a guideline for teachers in implementing the learning programs in order to achieve the educational goal where the teacher teaches. The teachers as a professional worker are required to design, implement, and evaluate the results of their own works as well as possible. Teacher is one who knows the exact circumstances of the implementation of the applicable curriculum. In addition, teachers are responsible for creating the desired learning outcomes. Thus, teachers are always required to improve their capabilities in accordance with the development of curriculum, development of science and technology, and the development of society. Therefore, the mastery of the curriculum for teachers is an absolute thing and obligation.

Classroom Assessments are conducted in various ways, such as a written test (Paper and Pencils), students' work assessment through the ability of students’ work (portfolio), three-dimensional product assessment, and students’ performance assessment (performance). Classroom assessment is a process conducted through planning, gathering information through a number of evidences demonstrating the achievement of learning outcomes, reporting, and collecting information of the learning outcomes. In the implementation of classroom assessment, the roles of the teachers are very important in determining the accuracy of assessments to assess students’ success and failure. Types of the assessments designed should meet the standards of validity and reliability in order to achieve the results in accordance with what is expected. Therefore, the teachers’ professional competencies are essential requirement in assessing. In everyday life at school, it often appears assessment information that generates benefits both for teachers and students. In a class discussion, for example, the statements made by some students could be a guide for teachers to believe that students do not understand the concepts taught to them.

The relevance of the learning component is the appropriateness and suitability of the relationship between the parts in the mental and physical process done by teachers and learners to achieve the objectives stated. In learning process, there are eight interrelated components and complement each other to achieve the objectives. Moreover, the relevance of the learning component also suggests the importance of each component. The learning will not be able to run if one of the components is not met. Then, learning component is a system being linked to one another and interacts in the learning development. The relevance components with other components can be viewed during the formulation of the goal itself in which the teachers formulate the goal. In this case, teacher is an educator who is also one of the components in learning. In addition, students also have a strong relevance to the objectives in which the educators set goals. Then, the consideration is the students’ behavior and characteristics.

Abstract: This paper departs from the main problem of how the position of children according to the concept of the Qur'an by making an approach from the eyes of Islamic education. The Qur'an is a timeless guide in every human activity, including education. The Qur'an has given clues about children's education. Children are the most important asset, capital, investment of every family that must be maintained, nurtured, cared for, educated. The Qur'an has given guidance to it. In the Qur'an many verses are found related to education, both the purpose, method, and the content of education itself.

Abstract: The existence of curriculum development in educational and teaching process found some basic things that must be considered by curriculum developers. First, it is the life philosophy of the nation, the school and the teacher itself. In this case the state of Indonesia is a state of Pancasila. So any school activities or teaching-learning process held in schools should be directed at the personal formation of learners toward the Pancasila people. Secondly, it is the expectation, demand and demand of the community for the education product. This means that the relevance of curriculum development should be maintained. In addition, local community conditions need to be considered in the development of the curriculum. Third, the important thing in curriculum development is the suitability of the curriculum with the condition of the learners. Because the curriculum is basically for learners. There fore in the curriculum development of curriculum developers should consider the characteristics of learners, both general and special characteristics. Fourth, the advancement of science and technology is something that can not be denied to be considered in the curriculum development process. In essence the curriculum contains science and technology (though not all curriculum content). But essentially existing science is developing and developing needs to be considered in the development of the curriculum.
