This study aims to analyze volunteer tourist satisfaction and host community perceptions and design a sustainable volunteer tourism management model. This research includes qualitative research using mixed analysis methods. The data consists of primary and secondary data from Afo Tour and Travel North Maluku, Volunteer Tourists, and the host community in 2018, 2019 and 2021. The study found that volunteer tourism provides satisfaction for tourists and host communities. The most dominant factors providing satisfaction are Nature Tourism, Marine tourism and Shark feeding attractions, Knowledge transfer, Outbound and Culinary. Tourist satisfaction has an impact on loyalty to volunteer tourists. Volunteer tourism managers must implement a “two-sided satisfaction model” that emphasizes the satisfaction of tourists and host communities as the key to achieving the sustainability of volunteer tourism.

This study's primary goal is to examine the effect of perceived security on mobile wallet users’ continuance intention using the Cognitive Model. A survey was conducted, and 230 responses from mobile wallet users were collected through the distribution of online-questionnaire. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). This study revealed that perceived security directly correlates with satisfaction and attitude but not with users’ continuance intention. However, perceived safety still has a critical role in users’ decision to continue using the mobile wallet since this study found that satisfaction and attitude lead to users’ continuance intention. Moreover, happiness is also the predictor of users’ perspectives.

Existing studies of individual retention in the nonprofit organizational setting seem relatively silent on the significance of corporate family values and personal happiness, although both concepts could improve particular commitment, better collaboration, and a propensity to perform pro-social behaviour. Grounded on 32 interviews from four Indonesian nonprofit organizations, this article develops the individual retention model based on organizational family values generated by management practices. The findings show that corporate family values would lead to personal happiness, resulting in personal retention. Meanwhile, nonprofits could influence personal satisfaction and retention by generating organizational family values through certain management practices. This model has broadened our understanding of the relations between corporate values, unique perspectives, and management practices; while also contributing to HRM practitioners in managing staff and volunteers.

This study aims to analyze the activities on tourism beaches using the value chain and maslahah analysis. This research is a phenomenological qualitative study with a purposively-selected sampling of stakeholders in Dato Beach, Majene, Indonesia. This study found that the immediate strategy highlights in the form of beautiful natural panoramas must be prioritized and marketed. This study reports that the chains must present the flow of operations, exit logistics visitors, promotions, adequate facilities and infrastructures, and affordable tickets. Halal tourism destination brings benefit image to customer perceptions.

Public administration in the developing region is not always straightforward, e.g., in Indonesia. The workers are expected to display a high commitment to the organization; however, a particular role, like internal auditors, is in a constant tug-of-war as to following the top command or performing an independent assessment with solid integrity. This study advances the elusive conversation by portraying this phenomenon in Indonesia's Islamic State University governance. This study records 137 responses from internal auditors and employs a PLS-SEM in the analysis. The finding reveals the most acceptance of the proposed hypotheses unless the quadratic effects of independence and integrity exist. Good university governance understanding decreases the over-commitment to the organization that may derail the auditors' independence.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational politics on the performance of the private university in Indonesia, mediated by workplace conflict and job stress. This study adheres to the quantitative explanatory approach by constructing a path analysis of PLS-SEM from the responses of 209 academic staff. The results showed that organizational politics influenced performance through mediating variables, workplace conflict and job stress. In addition to mediating organizational politics and performance, conflict and job stress affect performance in direct relationships.

This paper aims to explore the significance of university accelerators (UAs) in Indonesia by examining neoteric global best practices for aligning university entrepreneurship strategic intent. We introduce an iterative aspect and emerging investigation into multi-method research, which includes a quantitative examination of Indonesian UAs and analyses of entrepreneurial strategic objectives and narratives based on best practice accelerator applications. Our findings demonstrate the scarce allocation of UAs in Indonesia and the lack of alignment with the strategic intent of universities. Additionally, we found no evidence of entrepreneurship education (EE) integration in Indonesia, indicating the successful outcomes mostly present from the self-effort of students' nascent startups rather than educational impacts. Collaborative and engagement aspects of UAs in broader entrepreneurial ecosystems may deliver a better platform for societal upliftment within an Indonesian context.

Financial Robo-Advisor is the technology that integrates machine learning and self-identification to determine investment decisions. This study explores the financial robo-advisor based on bibliometric analysis and a systematic literature review. The method used three steps: determining the keyword, bibliometric analysis of literature metadata using VOSviewer, then collecting and analysing the articles. The bibliometric analysis results show five cluster keywords defined with different colors. In the network visualization, the robo-advisor connects to other keywords: investment, fintech, and artificial intelligence. Furthermore, the systematic literature review shows that the articles are divided into seven research objectives: (1) Law, Regulation, and Policy; (2) Investment Literate and Education; (3) Offered Services; (4) Present Risk-Portfolio Matching Technology; (5) Optimal Portfolio Methods; (6) Human-Robo Interaction; (7) Theoretical Design and Gap. Furthermore, this study can be used by academicians and practitioners to find out about robo-advisors based on an academic perspective.

Access to financial services is pivotal in improving welfare, reducing poverty, and accelerating financial inclusion in the emerging nation. This study analyzes the factors that drive consumer adoption of fintech by extending the TAM model with financial literacy and government support, as well as gender as moderating variable. Data was collected from 397 respondents in Indonesia and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The result shows that perceived usefulness, ease of use, financial literacy, and government support significantly affect the adoption of fintech. The moderation analysis reveals that men perceive usefulness as more important for fintech adoption and ease of use for women.

Generally, the price mechanism is the primary factor attracting customer choosing to fly. However, the other service components could not be neglected especially punctuality and service quality. This study aims to investigate the service components that enhance passenger return intention using of three low-cost airlines operating in Don Mueang International Airport (DMK), Thailand. The quantitative approach was employed by f-test to compare three airlines’ service components. Thereafter, the structural equation modelling was tested for the causal relation of the factors affecting passengers’ choice. The questionnaires were distributed to 1200 passengers who experienced flying with low-cost airlines. The results disclosed that there were differences among airlines namely; reliability, assurance, and the quality of products and services. Whereas, the most significant of passengers’ choices were reliability, assurance, and empathy.
