Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar Program linier berbantuan software lindo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (developmental research) menggunakan tahapan perencanaan, perancangan, dan pengembangan yang diadopsi dari model pengembangan Thiagarajan dan mahasiswa semester V pendidikan matematika sebagai subyek penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari lembar validasi yang diisi oleh ahli bidang pendidikan matematika, lembar penilaian kepraktisan mahasiswa, dan tes hasil belajar dengan soal pemecahan masalah. Kualitas modul yang dikembangkan ditinjau dari aspek kevalidan, aspek kepraktisan dan aspek keefektifan. Hasil uji kevalidan dari para ahli yang terdiri dari ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli bahasa diperoleh bahwa bahan ajar Program linier Berbantuan software Lindo termasuk pada kriteria kelayakan sangat valid. Uji kepraktisan oleh mahasiswa pengguna bahan ajar diperoleh bahwa bahan ajar program linier berbantuan software lindo termasuk dalam kriteria sangat praktis. Adapun uji efektivitas bahan ajar program linier berbantuan software lindo pada tes hasil belajar mahasiswa menggunakan soal kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis kelas yang menggunakan bahan ajar program linier lebih baik daripada kelas konvensional . Berdasarkan ketiga hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar program linier berbantuan software lindo memenuhi ketiga kriteria tersebut, yaitu: valid, praktis, dan efektif. Kata kunci: bahan ajar;pengembangan.AbstractThis study aims to develop teaching materials for linear programming assisted by lindo software. The research method used is developmental research using the stages of planning, design, and development adopted from the Thiagarajan development model and fifth semester students of mathematics education as research subjects. The instrument used consisted of a validation sheet filled out by experts in the field of mathematics education, student practicality assessment sheets, and learning outcomes tests with problem solving questions. The quality of the developed modules is reviewed from the aspect of validity, practicality and effectiveness. The results of the validity test from experts consisting of material experts, media experts and linguists obtained that the Lindo software-assisted linear program teaching materials included in the eligibility criteria were very valid. The practicality test by students using teaching materials was found that the linear program teaching materials assisted by the Lindo software were included in the very practical criteria. The test of the effectiveness of linear programming teaching materials assisted by Lindo software on student learning outcomes tests using students' mathematical problem solving abilities showed that the mathematical problem solving abilities of classes using linear programming teaching materials were better than conventional classes. Based on these three results, it can be concluded that the linear programming teaching materials assisted by the Lindo software meet the three criteria, namely: valid, practical, and effective. Keywords: development, teaching materials

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kemandirian belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa SMK melalui pembelajaran TPSq. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan analisis korelasi dan regresi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK di Sumatera Barat, dengan jumlah sampel 25 orang siswa dengan teknik purporsive sampling. Data tentang kemandirian belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa diperoleh melalui angket yang disusun oleh peneliti, yaitu mengukur hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan duahal di atas. Sedangkan data kemampuan pemahaman konsep diperoleh melalui tes yang langsung dilaksanakan oleh peneliti. Hasil analisa data diperoleh bahwa pengaruh kemandirian belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,578 dan koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 33,5%, dan persamaan garis regresi ????̂   = 35,648 + 0,296 X1 + 0,383 X2. Melalui analisa pengujian diperoleh bahwa koefisen korelasi dan koefisien regresi tersebut signifikan. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kemandirian belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa.

Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan dan budaya adalah sesuatu yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Etnomatematika hadir untuk menjembatani antara budaya dan pendidikan khususnya dalam pembelajaran matematika.Tanpa disadari masyarakat telah melakukan berbagai aktivitas dengan meggunakan konsep dasar matematika dan ide-ide matematis.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis eksplorasi etnomatematika budaya dan adat istiadat kabupaten Ende agar diperoleh informasi dasar dalam pengembangan ilmu etnomatematika terhadap pembelajaran matematika.  Penelitian ini merupahkan penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif, menggunakan metode studi lapangan, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis model Miles and Huberman. Aktivitas dalam analisis data yaitu data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification.Berdasarkan kajian terhadap budaya Ende  di peroleh beberapa unsur  Etnomatematika di antaranya  geometri bidang, Geometri Ruang, pola bilangan dan satuan  berat.Penelitian sebenarnya masih belum mendalami, di sarankan bagi peneliti lanjutan agar di galih lebih mendalam terkait sruktur, filosofis dalam kehidupan masyarakat Kabupaten Ende. Kata kunci: Eksplorasi; etnomatematika; sumber belajar. Abstract Education and culture are something that cannot be separated in everyday life. Ethnomathematics is here to bridge between culture and education, especially in learning mathematics. Without realizing it, the community has carried out various activities using basic mathematical concepts and mathematical ideas. This study aims to study and analyze the ethnomathematical exploration of the culture and customs of Ende district in order to obtain basic information in the development of ethnomathematical science towards learning mathematics. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, using the methods of field studies, interviews and document studies. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of the Miles and Huberman model. Activities in data analysis are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. further researchers to explore more deeply related to structure, philosophy in the life of the people of Ende Regency. Keywords:   Ethnomathematics; exploration;  learning resources.

Abstract

Abstrak Pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik yang ditemui di beberapa sekolah masih belum optimal. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika dengan pendekatan Model Eliciting Activities (MEAs) untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep peserta didik kelas X SMA yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Plomp. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh perangkat pembelajaran dengan pendekatan MEAs yang dihasilkan telah memenuhi karakteristik kevalidan baik dari aspek isi, konstruk, dan bahasa. Perangkat pembelajaran sudah praktis dengan karakteristik mudah digunakan, efisien waktu, dan jelas untuk digunakan. Perangkat pembelajaran efektif dengan karakteristik dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran dengan pendekatan MEAs untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep peserta didik kelas X SMA dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif.Kata kunci: model eliciting activities; model Plomp; pemahaman konsep matematika; perangkat pembelajaran matematika. AbstractUnderstanding of students' mathematical concepts founded in several schools is still not optimal. One of the solutions to overcome these problems is to develop mathematics learning tools with the Model Eliciting Activities (MEAs) approach to improve understanding mathematical concepts of students in grade 10 Senior High School valid, practical, and effective. This kind of research is development research.  This research uses the Plomp model. Based on the results of data analysis, the learning tools using the MEAs approach that has fulfilled the validity characteristics of both the content, construct, and language aspects are good. Learning tools are practical already with the characteristics of being easy to use, time-efficient, and clear to use. Effective learning tools with characteristics can improve students' understanding of concepts. Abstract

One of the main goals in learning mathematics, both at the primary and secondary education levels, is to equip students with mathematical problem solving skills. This is important because there are so many problems in life that need to be solved by mathematics. However, several studies show that students' problem solving abilities are still low, so teacher efforts are needed to improve them. This research has a focus on improving students' mathematical problem solving abilities based on factors within the students themselves, namely Mathematical Resilience and metacognition abilities. This study uses a quantitative approach, with the type of expost facto research. The population in this study were elementary school students in Majalengka Regency with a sample of fifth grade students at SDN Jatipamor I, Panyingkiran District. The results showed that the problem solving abilities of students who had high Mathematical Resilience and metacognition skills were better than other students. Thus it can be concluded that Mathematical Resilience and metacognition skills have a very large influence on students' ability to solve mathematical problems.

Abstract

Abstract Nowadays, 21st-century learning requires students to develop higher-order thinking skills, one of which is the ability to solve a problem. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of using the Problem Based Instruction model with the help of Cabri 3D Software on students' problem-solving skills. The method used in this research is an experimental method with a quantitative approach. While the design in this study used a pretest-posttest control group design, using an instrument in the form of a test. The target subjects in this study were students of class VIII MTs Muhammadiyah - 8 Siabu. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is inferential statistics in the form of a t-test. The results showed that the calculation of the t-test obtained t count = 2,708 and continued by looking at the table based on the sample size of 48 people, (the experimental class consisted of 23 people while the control class consisted of 25 people) at a significant level of 5% found t table = 2,012 then t count (2.708) > t table (2.012), it means that t is in the reception area. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the Problem Based Instruction model with the help of Cabri 3D software on students' problem-solving abilities on the subject of spatial construction. The research implication is that the application of technology is needed to design innovative and credible thinking and student experiences in responding to the challenges of the 21st century, especially in problem-solving skills. Keywords: Cabri 3D Software, Problem-based instruction model, Problem-solving skills. Abstrak Dewasa ini, pembelajaran abad 21 menuntut siswa dalam untuk mengembangkan kemampuan dalam berpikir tingkat tinggi salah satunya seperti kemampuan dalam memecahkan sebuah masalah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan model Problem Based Instruction berbantuan Software Cabri 3D terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sementara desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pretest-posttest control group design, dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa tes. Sasaran subyek pada penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas VIII MTs Muhammadiyah - 8 Siabu. Adapun, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik inferensial berupa uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan uji-t yang diperoleh thitung = 2,708 dan dilanjutkan dengan melihat pada tabel berdasarkan jumlah sampel 48 orang, (kelas eksperimen terdiri 23 orang sedangkan kelas kontrol terdiri 25 orang) pada taraf signifikannya 5% ditemukan t tabel = 2,012 maka t hitung (2,708) > t tabel  (2,012), artinya t berada di daerah penerimaan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan adanya pengaruh signifikan model Problem Based Instruction berbantuan Software Cabri 3D terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada pokok bahasan bangun ruang. Implikasi penelitian yakni penerapan teknologi dibutuhkan untuk mendesain pemikiran dan pengalaman siswa yang inovatif dan berkredibel dalam menjawab tantangan abad 21 ini khususnya dalam keterampilan pemecahan masalah.Kata kunci: Keterampilan memecahkan masalah, Model instruksi berbasis masalah, Software Cabri 3D

Abstract

Online learning is carried out to prevent the widespread spread of COVID-19 cases.The study was conducted to determine the online learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of understanding the mathematical concepts of SMK students in Sagulung District. The research method is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were 172 SMK students in Sagulung District. Purposive sampling technique is a technique of taking research subjects. The instrument used valid and reliable tests and questionnaires in the form of tests (r = 0.74) and questionnaires (r = 0.83). The analysis technique is in the form of data collection, data reduction, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the online learning problems experienced by students in terms of the three categories of ability to understand mathematical concepts had similarities, namely the indicators of information technology-based learning resources, learning duration, and students' learning independence. So from these findings it can be suggested to educators that in online learning to make more use of information technology, maximize the duration of learning and increase the learning independence of students.

Abstract

AbstrakTugas matematika di Indonesia didominasi oleh jenis closed task. Padahal untuk mempelajari penalaran imitatif dan kreatif, siswa harus berlatih berbagai macam jenis tugas di antaranya closed task dan open task. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mendeskripsikan desain closed task dan open task yang mampu mendorong munculnya penalaran imitatif dan kreatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMPN 4 Waru yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik catatan lapangan, tes penalaran imitatif dan kreatif, serta wawancara berbasis tugas. Data dianalisis dengan cara membandingkan tabulasi terkait ketercapaian indikator tipe penalaran imitatif (MR dan AR) serta indikator tipe penalaran kreatif (LCR dan GCR) pada masing-masing tugas berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan hasil tes penalaran imitatif dan kreatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa closed task yang menanyakan rumus suku ke-n yang telah diketahui siswa akan memunculkan tipe MR, sebaliknya closed task yang berkaitan dengan penerapan rumus yang telah diketahui siswa untuk mencari suku selanjutnya dari suatu barisan bilangan akan memunculkan tipe AR. Open task yang menanyakan pola ke-n dari konfigurasi objek dan banyak melibatkan hal baru bagi siswa akan cenderung memunculkan tipe GCR, sebaliknya open task yang menanyakan suku selanjutya dari barisan bilangan dan tidak sepenuhnya baru/banyak melibatkan hal-hal yang telah diketahui siswa cenderung memunculkan tipe LCR. Kata kunci: Closed Task; Open Task; Penalaran Imitatif; Penalaran Kreatif. AbstractMathematical tasks in Indonesia are dominated by closed task type. However to learn imitative and creative reasoning that plays an important role in producing conclusions when completing assignments, students must practice various types of tasks including closed tasks and open tasks. Therefore, this study aims to: 1) describe the closed task and open task designs that encourage the emergence of imitative and creative reasoning, 2) describe the relationship between closed tasks and open tasks given with the emerging types of imitative and creative reasoning. This research is a design research and the subjects were 5 students of SMPN 4 Waru who selected by using purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used field notes, imitative and creative reasoning tests, and task-based interviews. In general, designing closed tasks and open tasks that encourage imitative and creative reasoning is carried out based on the stages of theories from Gravemeijer and Cobb. Start with compiling the HLT, designing assignments according to: 1) the 2013 curriculum, 2) the materials and assignments that students have encountered and never encountered, doing experiment, then the data obtained were analyzed using HLT theory. Giving closed tasks that asks for a formula that students known tends to bring up the MR type, while those related to the application of the formula tend to bring up the AR type. Giving open tasks that can be interpreted in a variety of ways and involves a lot of new things for students tends to bring up the GCR type, if it involves a lot of things that students already know it tends to bring up the LCR type. Keywords:Closed Task; Creative Reasoning; Imitative Reasoning; Open Task.

Abstract

Statistika merupakan ilmu yang banyak digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, namun peserta didik masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi statistika. Peserta didik lebih cenderung dikenalkan dengan penggunaan rumus tanpa melibatkan penemuan konsep dari pengalaman peserta didik sehari-hari. Hal tersebut berdampak pada kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik yang masih rendah. Kemampuan penalaran matematis merupakan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki peserta didik dalam belajar matematika. Upaya yang harus dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan pembelajaran di sekolah dengan mendesain pembelajaran berbasis Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) yang diimplementasikan dalam buku guru dan buku siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendesain alur belajar statistika berbasis RME pada kelas VIII SMP yang valid dan praktis. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Design Research dengan menggunakan dua model pengembangan yaitu model pengembangan Gravemeijer and Cobb dan model Plomp. Model pengembangan Plomp memiliki tiga fase yaitu preliminary, protopyping, dan assesment yang dikombinasikan dengan tiga fase Gravemeijer & Cobb yaitu preparing for the experiment, conducting the experiment, and retrospective analysis. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Siak. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini, data kuantitatif didapatkan melalui angket, sedangkan data kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan catatan lapangan serta soal tes akhir. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik mampu menemukan konsep statistika dari buku peserta didik berbasis RME. Hasil penelitian menenjukkan desain pembelajaran statistika berbasis RME untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematis sudah valid dan praktis.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a mathematics learning instrument based on ispring suite for class VIII. This research method uses the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. The research subjects were selected as many as two classes from all students of class VIII MTs. S Nurul Iman Pomalaa. The data analysis technique used a validation questionnaire and a student response questionnaire. The research results obtained (1) material expert validation got an average value of 4.31 with very valid criteria, media experts got an average value of 4.5 with very valid criteria, (2) the results of the student response questionnaire on the ease of use of mathematics learning assessment instruments were 79 ,48 is included in the practical category to use and (3) the learning outcomes of class VIII Iman students who use the ispring suite-based assessment instrument are better than the learning outcomes of class VIII Takwa students who use conventional assessment instruments and the average class response of students to the benefits and suitability of the instrument the assessment of learning mathematics is 81.2. The ispring suite-based mathematics learning assessment instrument for number pattern material meets the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective.
