Statistika merupakan salah satu cabang ilmu matematika yang mempelajarai tentang pengumpulan data, pengolahan, penganalisaan data, serta penarikan kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil analisis. Statistika mempunyai peranan penting dalam melakukan research atau penelitian, oleh karenanya statistika perlu dikuasai dengan baik oleh mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan bahan ajar untuk perkuliahan Statistika Dasar di Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat. Bahan ajar tersebut berguna untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam memahami materi perkuliahan, melakukan pengolahan data dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikirnya untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model rancangan 4-D (define, design, develop dan disseminate). Penelitian ini dibatasi sampai pada tahap design. Pada tahap define dilakukan analisis RPS dan buku teks, merevie literatur, serta wawancara teman sejawat dan mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil pada tahap pendefinisian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa diperlukan bahan ajar berupa modul untuk memudahkan mahasiswa dalam memahami materi pada perkuliahan Statistika Dasar. Bahan ajar yang dikembangkan berupa modul berbasis CTL yang disertai dengan penggunaan software R. Pada tahap design dihasilkan suatu rancangan modul statistika dasar berbasis CTL disertai petunjuk penggunaan software R.

Classroom Action Research is one effort that can be done by professional teachers in improving the quality of learning. The purpose of community service is to improve teachers' understanding in understanding PTK and can carry out PTK. This activity is intended for math teachers who are members of MGMP in High School. The form of service activities carried out in this activity is in the form of material delivery, practice of making proposals and consulting tasks. The workshop activity was attended by 30 high school mathematics teachers in Solok City. The results of this activity manifested 30 class Action research proposals.Keywords: PTK, MGMP, Mathematics Teachers. AbstrakPenelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan guru profesional dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk menigkatkan pemahaman guru dalam memahami PTK serta dapat melaksanakan PTK. Kegiatan ini diperuntukan bagi guru-guru matematika yang tergabung dalam MGMP SMA Kota Solok. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah berupa penyampaian materi, praktik pembuatan proposal dan konsultasi tugas. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kemampuan penalaran komunikasi matematis siswa yang rendah pada kelas VIII SMPN 31 Padang . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penalaran komunikasi matematis siswa menerapkan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dengan pendekatan scientific lebih baik daripada penalaran komunikasi matematis siswa dengan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan scientific. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen, dengan rancangan penelitian random terhadap subjek. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 31 Padang Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 yang terdiri dari 8 kelas. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes berbentuk esai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t. Kemampuan pemecahan masalah khususnya dalam pelajaran matematika sangat diperlukan oleh siswa untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa tingginya hasil belajar matematika siswa tidak diikuti dengan tingginya kemampuan pemecahan masalah sehingga mereka mengalami kesulitan ketika menghadapi permasalahan matematis. Guna mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan upaya dengan menerapkan pendekatan open ended dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa menjadi lebih baik dengan pendekatan open ended. Data penelitian meliputi peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa sebelum dan setelah menerapkan pendekatan open ended. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah tes. Hasil tes dianalisis menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa lebih baik setelah menerapkan pendekatan open ended. This Research was based on student’s mathematics learning outcome was still under Minimum Achievement Criteria (KKM). The research was aimed at finding out whether student’s mathematical learning outcome by implementing PQ4R strategy was better than student’s mathematics learning outcome by implementing conventional learning at class IX MTsN 1 Pesisir Selatan. This was an experimental research with research result is random to subject. The population was all students at IXMTsN 1 Pesisir Selatan. Sampling classes were class IX.6 as the experimental class and IX.5 as the control class. The instrument was final test with its reliability 0,98. Technique of data analysis used one-tailed t-test. Based on the result of data analysis, it is concluded that student’s mathematical learning outcome by implementing PQ4R strategy was better than student’s mathematics learning outcome by implementing convensional learning.

Social emotional development of children is the development of behavior in children where children are asked to adjust to the rules that apply in the community. Thus, social-emotional development is one aspect of development that is very important for every child because this is one of the determining factors for their success in the future. This can be realized through the process of forming good social and spiritual emotions so that children will be able to develop their potential to the maximum. Thus, families need to pay attention to the process of child development so that it runs optimally. This research is a literature study. The purpose of this study is to explain; 1) the theory of social emotional development, 2) the factors that influence children's social emotional development, 3) the role of the family in the social emotional development of children, and 4) learning activities to optimize the social emotional development of children. The explanation of the four points discussed above will greatly assist parents and teachers in understanding and improving children's social emotional abilities.

Nutritional status is a condition in which each individual can be influenced by several factors such as the influence of food that is being consumed by someone is an indicator of nutritional status. A child who has a good nutritional status can be seen from the growth and development will run in a balanced and can be categorized as healthy. If a child can be said to be healthy then the child can carry out their duties properly and correctly. Adding good nutritional status is one of the requirements in achieving optimal health, well-controlled emotions, good mental health and physical appearance of children in accordance with the rules. Early children educations are one form of education that focuses on laying a foundation towards grown and physical development, intelligence, social-emotional, languages and communication according to tho the uniqueness and stage of development that is passed by early childhood. Lack of self-regulated learning is the background of this research. The research objective was to determine how independent student learning was after applying the Think Pair Square type of cooperative learning model. Qualitative descriptive is a type of research using an instrument in the form of an independent learning questionnaire. The subjects in this study were class XI RPL B students of SMK Negeri 1 Bukit Sundi who were registered in the 2019/2020 school year. Based on data analysis with data descriptions, it was found that student learning independence for each indicator was at a percentage of more than 59%. With strong criteria. So, it can be concluded that the students' learning independence is strong after applying the Think Pair Square cooperative learning model.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kreativitas pemecahan masalah setelah menerapkan Modul Geometri Ruang berbasis Problem Based Learning. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 25 orang Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes dan angket. Tes yang digunakan berbentuk essay dan memuat indikator kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Angket yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan angket tertutup yang terdiri dari 13 butir pertanyaan. Teknik análisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis kuantitatif untuk kemampuan pemecahan masalah mahasiswa dan deskriptif untuk melihat tingkat berpikir kreatif mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah mahasiswa sudah baik dilihat dari rata-ratanya 78,6, serta mahasiswa memberikan respon yang positif terhadap pemecahan masalah. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Modul Problem Based Learning mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah mahasiswa dan mendukung kreativitas mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah AbstractThis study aims to determine the ability of students to solve problems after applying the Problem Based Learning Geometry Module. The number of samples in this study was 25 students of STKIP PGRI Mathematics Education Study Program in West Sumatra. The instruments used were tests and questionnaires. The test used is in the form of essays and contains indicators of problem solving ability. The questionnaire used in this study was a closed questionnaire consisting of 13 questions. The analysis technique used is quantitative analysis for students' problem solving skills and descriptive to see the level of creative thinking of students in solving problems. The results showed that generally there was a significant increase between the pretest and posttest scores, and students gave positive responses to creative problem solving. So, it can be concluded that the use of the Problem Based Learning Module was able to support student creativity in solving problems.
