Abstract

One of the roles of education in the digital era, where all information can be obtained easily through existing facilities on smartphones / androids owned by students, then in an effort to improve financial literacy and student environment is expected to be achieved through web-based learning with the subject matter of scarcity theory and theory of consumer behavior. Specific research objectives, namely to produce learning media that are developed based on a valid, practical, and effective.The research method used in this research is research and development (R&D). The results of the study note that, the validity test of teaching materials was developed and carried out by three validators, the results showed that this web-based economic teaching material was valid.Assessment based on respondents' opinions on web-based teaching materials shows a positive response. The results of practicality tests on 20 students have been considered practical. In addition, the effectiveness test shows that, web-based teaching materials have good effectiveness.The conclusion is that web-based teaching materials are valid, practical, and effective, so that they can be used in the learning process in the classroom to improve the competencies students must master, namely financial literacy and environmental literacy in terms of student consumption behavior. Keywords: financial literacy, environmental literacy, web-based learning media, student consumption behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of graphic media on student learning outcomes. The type and design of the study were in the form of research Quas Experiment design. The population of the study was 132 students. Determination of control groups and experiments was carried out through certain considerations. Data was collected through test trials and data were analyzed by inferential statistics (t-test). The results showed that there were significant differences in the learning outcomes of students learning with mediagraphics and students who studied with conventional learning methods. This was evidenced by the tcount of 2.593 and ttab = 1.71, the tcount was greater than ttab. Based on the results of this study it can be said that students who study with graphic media show higher results than students who learn with conventional learning methods. Keywords: Graphic Media, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

 Seeing the condition of our environment which is disputed every day by waste which is increasingly mounting as if this waste is the main problem faced by the government and society. So that people in several countries and even all over the world are competing to solve this problem. If we talk about this waste problem, actually this waste has many benefits including making home decorations, eye cendra, and souvenirs (typical gifts of ASIAN GAMES). Implementation methods carried out in carrying out PKM-K activities Utilization of Household Waste (Cans, Glass, Styrofoam, Cardboard, Eggshells), that consists of some Stages: Preparation, Production, Marketing, Achieving Objectives, Evaluations and Reports. Based on the marketing results of several bazaar activities, the conclusion was that PKM-K Utilization of Household Waste is very beneficial for the surrounding environment because it can recycle waste into creative products. Based on the results of this utilization, PKM-K activities can generate benefits for students financially, the profit obtained from waste treatment is 73.73%.

Abstract

Learning is a process which can determine the success of learning. The process of learning done over and over again in the same way and method will lead to boredom in learning. In this globalization era, learning can be done anywhere, anytime and in many ways. One of the most popular learning methods is using gadgets. Gadgets can help us in overcoming problems encountered. Utilization of a positive gadget will bring good impact for its users. And conversely, if the use of gadgets that are negative and excessive will bring adverse effects to its users.The intensity of gadget and internet usage has a positive impact in students' learning motivation. Students can take advantage of gadgets and internet in searching for broader references related to learning. They are more interested in learning to use gadgetsand the internet than by just using books. It is not denied that gadgets and the internet have a negative impact if the user can not wisely use it. However, the use of gadgets and the internet can be directed to students in order to utilize both positively.

Abstract

Think Pair Share model is one of the cooperative learning method with syntax: think, pair, sharing answer and opinion that are able to change the assumption that the recitation method and the discussion that need to be organized in the setting of the whole group. This research aim to know the influence of using think pair share model for the student’s learning outcome of economic studies at SMA Negeri 1 Punggur that involved 126 students of 4 class at grade XI year 2018/2019. There are 32 students from XI IPS4 as sample and 31 students from XI IPS3 as control class. The instrument data collection retrieved by multiple choice test of 20 questions with 4 alternative options a-b-c-d. The questions is given to the students who have been given the experiment treatment and within treatment by the X variable. The results are proven by the analyze of thitung > ttabel , on the list of signification 5% i.e. 3.24 > 1.68 and at the significant level 1% i.e. 3.24 > 2.42. The conclusion of the hypothesis: there is positive influence by using cooperative learning think pair share model to increase the student’s learning outcome of economic studies at SMA Negeri 1 Punggur class XI IPS. Students who were declare pass with KKM=75 after being given the treatment as many as 26 and the students or as much as 81.25%, and the students who not pass as many as 6 peoples or 18.75%. Well then, the learning process can be said to be successful. Keyword: think pair share, learning outcome

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategies of female household heads (PEKKA) in creating family economic independence in Gesi Village, Gesi Subdistrict, Sragen Regency. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach. A total of 32 female heads of household and all of them were respondents. Data collection uses observation techniques, structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses stages of data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), presenting data display data), grouped data, drawing conclusions (using conclusions) and using data validity techniques triangulation of sources, time, and techniques. The results of the study showed that female household heads (PEKKA) in creating family economic independence in Gesi Village, Gesi Subdistrict, Sragen Regency through strategy: First, to build a strengthening of village community groups by joining PKK, Creative Business Groups in Gesi Village. Second, building capital gains through village business group savings and loans cooperatives. Third, building an information network with a technology-based outside world is still lacking. Abstract

Education is a very important element to create a quality resource, intelligent, open peace, democratic, and able to compete and can improve the welfare of all Indonesian citizens. The state is said to be advanced in all fields whether in the field of economics, technology, agriculture or the other cannot be separated from the role of education. But in reality both in the process and the results of learning are still many that have not been in accordance with expectations in educational goals, it is also seen in the learning outcomes in SMP Negeri 6 Metro class VIII still many students learning outcomes that have not reached the minimum mastery criteria (KKM). The result of study that has not been completed is 21 students with 65,63% percentage, and that reaching completeness learn is 11 students with percentage 34,37%, while the minimum grade (KKM) Grade VIII SMP 6 Metro in Integrated IPS lesson is 75. Alternatives to improve studentlearning outcomes are used Influence Cooperative Learning Model Type Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS). The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Cooperative Learning Model Type Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) on Learning Outcomes Integrated IPS Students Class VIII Even Semester SMP Negeri 6 Metro academic year 2017/2018. The population in this study consists of 8 classes and total of students is 250. Samples were taken by technique of sampling and obtained class VIII 5 which amounted to 32 students as a class which used as experiment or class research which got treatment using Two Stay Two Stray Model Cooperative Learning (TS-TS). After analyzed data of research the result can be concluded that from calculation analysis tcount > ttable. It can be seen on the list of G, at a significant level of 5% that is 3.40> 1.70 and at a significant level of 1% that is 3.40> 2.46. Thus the hypothesis reads that there is a positive influence of the use of Cooperative Learning Model Type Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) can improve the learning outcomes of IPS student class VIII even Semester of SMP N 6 Metro. Students who declared complete with KKM 75 after given treatment as many as 27 students or equal to 84,37% and student whichexpressed not yet completed as many as 5 students or equal to 15,63%, hence the process of learning say succeed.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the peer group learning approach and student learning outcomes. The method used in this research is the Correlational Quantitative method. The research sample amounted to 53 students consisting of two classes namely class XI IPS 4 totaling 32 students and XI IPS 5 totaling 21 students. The technique of collecting data in this study uses observation techniques, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that the average relationship between the peer group learning approach in learning activities gained an average of 72.88 with the tifKtif 'criterion while the student learning outcomes obtained the criteria of "Very Good" with an average score of 88.62. If seen from the results of hypothesis testing using Pearson Product Moment correlation shows that t count = 0.4508> t table α 0.05 d n-1 = 0.297 then Ha is accepted Ho is rejected. Based on research There is a significant relationship between peer group learning approaches and student learning outcomes on economic subjects in Palembang 1 Public High School 2018/2019.Keywords: Peer Group Learning Approach, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The learning process is one measure of educational success. Many factors influence students to do not focus when studying night guidance. The learning strategy that is usually used is the lecture method must be changed to be more interesting for students to learn. One effort to increase student interest in learning is to use the Monopoly Economic learning media (MONOKOMI). This study was conducted on students of class X Boarding School. This research was conducted on class X Islamic Boarding School MAN 1 Metro. This study aims to analyze students' interest in the use of Monokomi. This study uses collection methods, namely interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study state that learning using monochrome learning media gets a percentage value of 90% with the category "very good" which means that learning media is very good for use in learning. Based on these data, there is a 30% increase when using monochrome learning media in increasing students' interest in learning.Keywords: learning media, learning interest, monokomi, monopoly

Abstract

Job training is needed so that the quality of the workforce increases. Trunajaya Bontang University in improving work performance is felt necessary to provide job training to staff and lecturers in the campus environment. This study aims to determine the relationship in Job Training to Employee Job Performance at Trunajaya University Bontang. The method of analysis in this study is the validity test, reliability test, Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient, hypothesis testing. From the results of the interpretation of the calculation of the coefficient of determination, obtained value r2 = 0.79 (positive), this shows that 79% of the variation is explained by the positive relationship or influence between the variable "Job Training" with "Employee Job Performance", while the remaining 21% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Job training, Job performance, staff
