Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and self-efficacy in solving problems through individual counseling at SMK Hidayah Semarang. The problem that underlies this research is that self-efficacy in solving problems in students is still in the low category. On the other hand, students are less open because they are less confident in their abilities when conducting individual counseling activities. This research is a type of correlational quantitative research. Sampling uses purposive sampling and simple random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 83 students spread across all classes at SMK Hidayah Semarang. Measuring instruments used are the scale of self-concept and self-efficacy scale in solving problems. Analysis of the data used in the hypothesis test is a simple correlation test. The results showed that with self-efficacy in solving problems that are classified as high and have a positive and significant relationship between these variables. correlation results obtained by 0.580 with a significance of 0,000 or <0.05. From these results it can be understood that the higher the student's self-concept, the higher the self-efficacy in solving students' problems. With this research it is beneficial for BK teachers to provide innovation when conducting individual counseling services.

Abstract

This study discusses psychology for students in Islamic boarding schools who have taken psychological tests and who have never taken a psychological test. The research method used is a comparison of research with data analysis of comparative test Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Scale between students who have taken a psychological test and who have never received a psychological test at a boarding school. Bandura's Self-Efficacy Theory uses work theory, while the sample in this study uses cluster random sampling with a total of students (N = 22). Data collection was carried out through a direct survey consisting of 25 question items about self efficacy. The results of the t-test different test analysis showed no significant difference between students who had received a psychological test and who had never taken a psychological test in junior high school students in a boarding school based school. With the results of IQ tests (t (22) = 1,076, p> 0.05), aptitude tests (t (22) = 1,731, p> 0.05) and, interest tests (t (22) = 1,137, p> 0 , 05). These results indicate that there is no significant difference between students who take psychological tests who take IQ, aptitude, and interest tests, and who have never taken a psychological test, one of the contributing factors is representing irregular beliefs or relationships with what is on almighty will in providing sustenance, as long as his servant wants to succeed.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to identify and analyze students' attentiveness levels of learning before getting a behavioral approach using token economy techniques, (2) identifying and analyzing learning attentions when getting behavioral approaches using token economy techniques, and (3) analyzing the effectiveness of behavior approaches using token economy techniques in increasing student attention in class VIII at SMP N 29 Semarang. This research is an experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques used were psychological scales with a learning attention instrument of 35 items. The population in this study were students of class VIII at SMP N 29 Semarang with a total sample of 5 students who were determined purposively. Data analysis techniques used (1) quantitative descriptive analysis to describe the level of student learning attention, (2) hypothesis testing with Wilcoxon analysis to determine the effect of the behavior approach using token economy techniques. The results showed that the behavioral approach using token economy techniques had an effect on increasing student attention

Abstract

The professional code of ethics is a reference for individual behavior or a suit which is deemed necessary for professional activity actors to follow. Professionals have specific skills and a professional code of ethics is created to govern how this knowledge and expertise is used. In general, there are three functions of the code of ethics, namely: (1) Providing guidelines for every member of the profession regarding the principles of professionalism, (2) As a means of social control for the community over the profession concerned, (3) Preventing interference from parties outside professional organizations regarding ethical relations In the event of a violation of the Guidance and Counseling Professional code of ethics, the following sanctions will be given to him: Giving verbal and written warnings, Giving a strong written warning, Revoking ABKIN membership, Revoking the license, If it is related to legal / criminal issues then it will be handed over to the authorities

Abstract

This study aims to study the influence of groups with self-management techniques to reduce smoking habits in class XI students at SMA Gita Bahari Semarang. This research is a type of quantitative research which is an experimental study. The subjects in this study were 8 students of class XI of Semarang's Gita Bahari High School who used to smoke. Taking the subject using purposive sampling technique. The instrument in this study used a smoking habit scale. Data analysis techniques in this study use Wilcoxon data analysis techniques. The value of this study shows a significant fact between the effect of self-management group counseling on smoking habits in students with the results of SPSS calculation of Asymp.sig (2 tailed) value of 0.012 while the Asymp.sig value of 0.012 ≤ 0.05. From the results of these calculations, it can be explained that there is group self-management technique counseling to reduce smoking habits in students.Keywords: group counseling; self management; smoking habitsAbstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling kelompok dengan teknik self management untuk mengurangi kebiasaan merokok pada siswa kelas XI di SMA Gita Bahari Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat eksperimen yaitu pra experimental design. Subyek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 8 siswa kelas XI SMA Gita Bahari Semarang yang berkebiasaan merokok. Proses pengambilan subyek menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen  dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala kebiasaan merokok. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data wilcoxon. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengaruh konseling kelompok teknik self management terhadap kebiasaan merokok pada siswa dengan hasil perhitungan SPSS nilai Asymp.sig (2 tailed) bernilai 0,012 sedangkan nilai Asymp.sig 0,012  0,05. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh konseling kelompok teknik self management untuk mengurangi kebiasaan merokok pada siswa. Kata kunci: konseling kelompok; self management; kebiasaan merokok

Abstract

Vocational High School, students are students who are vulnerable at the age of 15-18 years, and are at the stage of adolescent development. One of the tasks of adolescent development is the choice and preparation of a career or job. This developmental task is considered important, especially in vocational students who are prepared as graduates ready for work, so that vocational students are very important to have career preparation maturity, but in reality the open unemployment rate of vocational students is more dominates compared to other education level students. The purpose of this study is to provide group problem solving techniques to improve the maturity of the career choices of students. this type of research uses pre experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test research design with a sample of 30 students taken using purposive sampling technique, the data collection tool in this study uses a psychological scale and then analyzed using Wilcoxon analysis techniques. In the analysis, it is known that Asymp.sig (2 tailed) is worth 0.005. Asymp.sig value of 0.008 is smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted. The implication for teacher guidance and counseling is to be an alternative reference in providing group guidance services to help students in career selection.

Abstract

Interaksi sosial merupakan hubungan sosial yang dinamis menyangkut hubungan antara seseorang dengan orang lain, antara kelompok, maupun antara seseorang dengan orang dengan kelompok. Interaksi sosial yang baik ditandai dengan adanya kerjasama yang baik, toleransi yang berdampak positif bagi individu dalam menjalin hubungan akrab dengan yang lainnya, dapat menghindari pertentangan dan persaingan, lebih percaya diri, dan menghargai orang lain. Siswa yang memiliki interaksi yang rendah akan berdampak negatif diantaranya kurangnya pengalaman, kurang berempati terhadap orang lain, merasa canggung berada dilingkungan pergaulan, mudah tersinggung serta berusaha menarik perhatian orang lain dengan cara mnyombongkan diri. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas konseling kelompok dengan teknik modeling untuk meningkatkan interaksi sosial siswa. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Sampel penelitian 8 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan skala guttman dengan penyebaran angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan teknik modeling memiliki signifikansi terhadap interaksi sosial siswa yang ditandai pada perubahan skor rata-rata pretest yaitu 78.1250 menjadi 97.0000 pada skor rata-rata postest dan selisih diantara keduanya adalah 18.87500. Artinya, terjadi peningkatan pada kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa setelah memperoleh teknik modeling. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan modeling efektif untuk meningkatkan interaksi sosial siswa, sehingga penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan rujukan bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam penyusunan program layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik modeling untuk meningkatkan interaksi sosial siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to identify the relationship between internal locus of control and emotional intelligence with career gains. This study uses a correlational design. Data were collected using an internal locus of control scale, a scale of emotional intelligence, and a career scale of 247 students selected by a random sampling quota technique. Hierarchical regression analysis results showed a positive prediction between internal locus of control and emotional intelligence with very significant career gains (R = 0.555, F = 54,374, p <0,000). The implications of the findings of this study are discussed in this article.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara locus of control internal dan kecerdasan emosi dengan kemtangan karir. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasional. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala locus of control internal, skala kecerdasan emosi dan skala kemtangan karir dari 247 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik kuota random sampling. Hasil analisis regresi hierarkis menunjukan prediksi positif antara locus of control internal dan kecerdasan emosi dengan kemtangan karir yang sangat signifikan (R= 0,555, F=54,374, p<0,000). Abstract

Tradisi Bele kampung yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat pambang pesisir merupakan suatu bentuk upacara tradisional yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat dan upacara ini mempunyai makna yaitu sebagai kesangupan untuk kewajiban berbakti kepada kampung tempat tinggal serta mepertahankan warisan dari leluhur secara kolektif dalam bentuk upacara tradisi bele kapung yaitu kebiasaan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat pambang pesisir dengan sebuah harapan agar kehidupan tetap aman jauh dari segala macam persoalan.             Adapun maksud dan tujuan  dari tradisi bele kampung masyarakat pambang pesisir merupakan ekspresi keterbatasan manusia, dimana para nelayan mengharapkan keselamatan sewaktu bekerja di laut dan didarat dan hasil panen pun meningkat. Untuk itu mereka mengadakan ritual bele kampuang, untuk meningkatkan pendapatan atau kekuatan atau perlindungan, salah satu yang nampak bahwa ritual bele kampung sebagai ekspresi religius adalah keyakinan mereka bahwa ritual ini sebagai wujud rasa sukur terhadap Tuhan yang Maha Kuasa yang telah memberi rezeki melalui hasil panen di laut dan didarat. Disamping itu, ketika pelaksanaan ritual bele kampung, suasana religius nampak mulai dari bacaan-bacaan mantra oleh tokoh masyarakat yang sebagian doa-doanya mengunakan bahasa arab. Berkaitan dengan hal tradisi bele kampung, maka masyarakat kampung pambang pesisir. Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis termasuk yang berupaya untuk mewujudkan keterpadauan antara sesuatu yang sakral dan yang profan,

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model teknik home room melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dan menggambarkan peran teknik home room dalam melatih kepercayaan diri siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel pada penelitan ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA berjumlah 10 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meningkatnya kepercayaan diri siswa setelah melaksanakan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik home room.
