Abstract

Counseling guidance is really needed in a school that can include data on student biodata information but it involves all important aspects such as grades, discipline, attendance, extracurricular activities, and so forth. Data management in counseling guidance is still manual, so it requires more time and more complicated processes. The use of computer application programs in managing student data can also improve school images. The use of computer application programs makes it easy for teachers to manage student data, especially in the management of counseling guidance. The Counseling Guidance Information System is intended to facilitate the Counseling Guidance teacher in registering students who have consulted. The stored data is expected to be utilized by the school in making conclusions and decisions regarding the problems and developments of students in the future. Regarding student privacy, there is a security system where not all teachers can have access to the system. The basic concept of information service systems (Hutahean, 2014) is a collection consisting of several components which are often referred to as building blocks, namely: a) input blocks, b) output blocks, c) technology blocks, d) model blocks, e ) database blocks, f) control blocks.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of high cases of drug abusers, especially in young people or productive age in early adulthood until now. Early adulthood is faced with a period of forming personal independence where the roles and responsibilities they face are getting bigger, so it is possible to fall into drug abuse. Rehabilitation institutions, including BNN, prioritize the recovery of drug abusers. The challenges and obstacles experienced by addicts towards recovery are very heavy, the adjustments that drug abusers undergo during rehabilitation will lead to bad attitudes to commit many violations including aggressive behavior. In order for individuals to be able to remain calm under pressure or difficult conditions and be able to control their thoughts and behavior, including aggressive behavior, self resilience is needed. This study aims to see and describe the relationship between self resilience and aggressive behavior of drug abusers. The population in this study were 168 early adult drug abusers at BNN Lido Bogor with a total sample of 42 people using the nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses an aggressiveness scale of 29 valid items and a resilience scale of 48 valid items with the product moment correlation validity formula. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment correlation from Kearl Pearson. The results showed that there was a negative correlation between self resilience and aggressive behavior of drug abusers. The relationship is shown by the results of calculations using the Pearson product moment correlation, with a significance level of = 0.05 where the correlation value is -0.692 and the significance value of the self resilience variable and aggressive behavior is 0.000. Value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 then H1 is accepted. From these results, it can be understood that the higher the level of self-resilience, the lower the aggressive behavior that appears and vice versa.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parenting styles and hedonistic behavior of students at Fitra Abdi Junior High School, Palembang. This research is quantitative research using correlation method. The population of this research is all students of class IX SMP Fitra Abdi Palembang with a total sample of 91 research taken by respondents using quota sampling technique. Then the data collection technique used a Likert scale questionnaire and documentation. The results of the study are based on data that has obtained a correlation value of 0.473, a significant confidence level of 5%, namely 0.206. rcount = 0.473 > rtable = 0.206, which means that there is a relationship between parenting patterns and hedonistic behavior of class IX students of Fitra Abdi Junior High School Palembang.Keywords: parenting style, hedonistic behaviorAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan perilaku hedonisme siswa SMP Fitra Abdi palembang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode korelasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX SMP Fitra Abdi Palembang dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 91 yang diambil responden dengan menggunakan teknik quota Sampling. Kemudian teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala likert dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan data yang sudah diperoleh nilai korelasi 0,473, taraf kepercayaan signifikan sebesar 5% yaitu 0,206. rhitung = 0,473 > rtabel= 0,206yang artinya terdapat hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan perilaku hedonisme siswa kelas IX SMP Fitra Abdi Palembang.Kata Kunci: Pola asuh orang tua, perilaku hedonisme

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to give the effect of the mutual storytelling technique group guidance services to reduce the anxiety of victims of bullying in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 5 Cilegon City. This study is a quantitative study using a pre-experimental method of one group pre-test and post-test design, with a population of 252 class VIII students and the research sample was taken by purposive sampling technique, namely 6 students who have high anxiety due to bullying behavior. The research data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon hypothesis test, with an average decrease of 3.50 and a sum of ranks of 21.00, and it is known that Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) is worth 0.028 which is smaller than <0.05. From the results of these calculations, it can be stated that there is an effect of using mutual storytelling technique group guidance in reducing the anxiety of bullying victims in students.

Abstract

The research was motivated by moral problems that students of class XI of Bethel Kosambi High  School had. The aim of the research is to develop a module that can improve students' moral reasoning with photovoice techniques, in order to help BK teachers in dealing with students' moral problems. The method used in this study is research and development with the ADDIE model whose implications reach the development stage. As for the results of product feasibility tests from material experts with 75% content feasibility aspects, 75% presentation eligibility, 75% contextual feasibility, contextual eligibility 75% while media experts with 75% aspects of ability to graph. So that each total of each of these aspects is 75% which means that this guidebook is included in the criteria "WORTHY".

Abstract

The research was motivated by the existence of career planning problems for students at SMA Negeri 6 Serang City. The purpose of the study was to see the level of student career planning during the covid-19 pandemic, then to design a program to improve student career planning, especially students of class XI SMA Negeri 6 Serang City. The type of research used is descriptive research. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMA Negeri 6 Serang City with a research sample of 205 students. The data collection technique used is by spreading the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire with 31 valid items, the reliability value obtained is 824. While the technical analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the level of career planning during the covid-19 pandemic experienced by class XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Serang City was in the medium category with a percentage of 82%. Then the program design is made according to the needs that are known from the research results that have been obtained.

Abstract

Bullying is an oppressive behavior carried out repeatedly by perpetrators who areusually stronger than the victims and it often has negative impacts on both the perpetratorsand the victims. Cases of bullying in schools are increasing every year, indicating that thecurrent handling of the problem of bullying has not been comprehensive and complete. Inbullying situations, apart from perpetrators and victims, there are also other roles in it,namely observers. Often, the handling or prevention of bullying is more focused on victimsand perpetrators, even though the third parties have the possibility to play an important rolein preventing bullying. Most bullying prevention programs are only directed at theperpetrators and victims of bullying. In this article, the authors propose an anti-bullyingapplication for junior high school students, named antibully. id. This application providespsychological-based bullying education and prevention programs for perpetrators, victims,and observers of bullying. The programs in the application are expected to be able to help thetrauma recovery process for victims, help perpetrators manage their emotions, and educateobservers about bullying behavior to reduce bullying cases in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the behavioral contract technique in increasing students' learning motivation at home during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. While the research technique used is a quasi-experimental design with the type of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. 3. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a change in the pre-test and post-test scores in the experimental group and the control group. This can be seen in the average values: 1) Experimental class: with a mean difference of 41. 2) Control class: with a mean difference of 1.2. Normality test using Kolmogrov Smirnov. Based on the results of the normality test, it can be seen that sig. 0.05, then the data is normally distributed. Furthermore, for the posttest homogeneity test the experimental and control groups with levene statistic got 0.063 results, based on the homogeneity test results 0.000 <0.05 then homogeneous. Furthermore, data processing on the hypothesis test is the t test, from the results of the t test processing the data taken is the equal variance assumed score. In the sig (2-tailed) data obtained 0.010 where sig (2-tailed) < 0.05 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. It can be concluded that in decision making, namely Ha is accepted, the behavioral contract technique is effective in increasing the learning motivation of students of SMK PGRI 1 Serang City Class X at home during the Covid-1 pandemic.

Abstract

The confusion experienced by learners in determining career continuity due to a lack of knowledge of the acquired career is the underlying problem of this research. This research aims to how the implementation of career guidance and its importance of it in increasing the career knowledge of learners at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. Researchers use qualitative research methods in the form of field research, which is descriptive. The data source in this study is 3 BK personnel and 6 learners who are certainly actively participating in career guidance activities. As for the data collection technique in this study, namely with observation methods, interviews, and documentation. Then for data analysis used is an interactive analysis of milles and Huberman models consisting of data reduction steps, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions. Based on the results of research shows that the implementation of career guidance in improving career knowledge at the beginning of the stage of material preparation, information services, and evaluation. Increasing the career knowledge of learners makes them able to plan and take steady career decisions.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the problem of prosocial behavior in early childhood that needs to be improved. This study aims to develop a group guidance module with treasure-hunting game techniques, which is expected to help kindergarten teachers in providing group guidance services. The method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method by adapting the ADDIE development model which is simplified by the researchers into three stages, namely analysis, design, and development. The data collection technique used is to conduct an expert feasibility test on the product being developed. The data processing technique used is the Likert scale, which is presented in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. The results of the feasibility test that has been carried out on development products, obtained an average result of 92%, meaning that the group guidance module with treasure hunting game techniques to improve prosocial behavior of early childhood developed is included in the "very feasible" category to be developed.Abstrak:  Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan perilaku prososial anak usia dini yang perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan berburu harta karun, yang diharapkan dapat membantu guru taman kanak-kanak dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan mengadaptasi model pengembangan ADDIE yang disederhanakan oleh peneliti kedalam tiga tahapan yaitu analisis, perancangan dan pengembangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan uji kelayakan ahli terhadap produk yang dikembangkan. Adapun teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah skala likert, yang disajikan dalam bentuk data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil uji kelayakan yang telah dilakukan terhadap produk pengembangan, memperoleh hasil rata-rata 92%, artinya modul bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan berburu harta karun untuk meningkatkan perilaku prososial anak usia dini yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori “sangat layak” untuk dikembangkan.
