Abstract

Student leadership is becoming increasingly important in response to the complexity of social and academic challenges. An effective leader needs to build harmonious relationships, motivate others, and effectively manage conflict, all components of emotional intelligence. The research question is whether there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership. This study aims to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Limboto, using a quantitative correlational design. The sampling technique used was total sampling, with 82 10th-grade students as subjects. Abstract

Sabang through a qualitative approach based on literature studies. By reviewing various regulations, official documents, and scientific literature, this study found that the two regions implement significantly different governance models. Banda Aceh places more emphasis on an institutional approach that emphasizes strengthening regulations, formalizing halal branding, and legitimizing policies structurally. In constrast, Sabang City adopts a more adaptive, destination-based approach by organically integrating halal values into the marine and mature tourism sectors. These differences in strategy demonstrate that regional characteristics, institutional capacity, and local development orientation significantly determine the direction of tourism policy. Therefore, this study concludes that halal tourism development cannot be achieved with a uniform approach but must be addressed basd on the specific potential and conditions of the region. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal responsibility of perpetrators of embezzlement in office based on Indonesian criminal law. The research employs a normative juridical method with statutory and case approaches, utilizing secondary data such as legislation, court decisions, and relevant scientific literature. The results indicate that embezzlement in office is a specific criminal offense involving abuse of trust and authority attached to a position. Criminal liability is determined based on the fulfillment of both objective and subjective elements of the offense, including intent and the resulting losses. Firm law enforcement, along with preventive measures such as strengthening supervision and integrity, is essential to effectively address this type of crime

Abstract

Bribery is a phenomenon that undermines the integrity of the legal system and hinders the realization of social justice. From a legal perspective, bribery is classified as a corruption offense that contradicts the principles of transparency, accountability, and equality before the law. This practice not only disrupts the process of fair law enforcement but also reduces public trust in state institutions and weakens the legitimacy of the government. The social impacts of bribery include unequal access to resources and public services, as well as disparities in the fulfillment of individual rights, particularly among marginalized groups. This study aims to analyze bribery practices from a legal perspective and examine their implications for social justice through a literature review of relevant regulations and policies. The findings indicate that strengthening consistent law enforcement, combined with community empowerment, is an effective strategy to reduce bribery practices and promote sustainable social justice
