This research method was carried out using a process hierarchy analysis approach to determine priority strategies from multi-criteria. Tourism product diversification has as the second priority aspect with the first priority criteria being marketing and promotion followed by identification of potential new products, product development and launch, market analysis and consumer understanding. Involvement of local communities is the third priority aspect with the criteria of analyzing community conditions as the first priority, followed by tourism awareness groups/communities, cultural preservation and participation in decision making. Environmental preservation as the fourth priority aspect with the criteria for developing environmental policies and standards as the first priority, followed by environmental education and awareness, environmental management and restoration, evaluation of current environmental impacts. Meanwhile, the priority alternative as a sustainable tourism development strategy is the government, followed by the involvement of academics, the industrial world and the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of economic growth on the poverty rate by meta-analysis using Stata 15.0 software. The number of observations used was 41 research articles in Indonesia which examined the relationship between economic growth and poverty levels. In general, the results of his research show a negative effect with a parameter coefficient value of -0.170 percent . This is influenced by the type of data and the number of observations that have a significant effect. In variable data types, if the data used is panel data it produces a stronger negative relationship than using time series or cross section data types . In the number of observations variable, the more the number of observations (N) used tends to produce a positive coefficient value, research that produces a negative coefficient value occurs in certain cases regarding the relationship of economic growth to the poverty level. Of the 41 research articles analyzed through the meta funnel plot of the standard error coefficient , it is known that there is publication bias, as seen from the study with a small sample size that is not symmetrically distributed.

Abstract

Economic growth is an issue that can have an impact on the welfare of a country. So the reason for this research aims to analyze the factors that influence economic growth in Indonesia for the 1992-2022 period. The use of the Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis method with the help of Eviews 12 was carried out to review the influence analysis on economic growth in Indonesia during the research period in the short and long term. Time series data used for this research from 1992-2022 were obtained from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The economic growth indicator is used as the dependent variable, while the poverty level, labor force level, unemployment rate and APBN are independent variables. The results of empirical tests using Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis determine that short-term and long-term poverty levels have a significant positive influence on economic growth in Indonesia. At the labor force level it has no significant effect either in the short or long term. However, the unemployment rate variable has a significant positive effect in the long term but no significant effect in the short term. and Realization of state revenues in the APBN does not have a significant long-term or short-term effect on economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

Controlling inflation to create economic stability is an absolute must for the government. However, there are challenges to creating stable inflation, including the existence of variables in the money supply, unemployment and economic growth which have an impact on creating inflation. In an effort to overcome these challenges, the government uses sharia and conventional monetary instruments to control inflation. In 2022, the improvement in the Indonesian economy after the Covid 19 pandemic will actually create the highest inflation in recent years. The aim of this research is to determine the interaction and contribution of Money Supply, Unemployment, Economic Growth, Government Sharia Securities, Islamic Interbank Money Market, Bank Indonesia Certificate, and Interbank Money Market to Inflation using monthly data from 2015-2022. This research is quantitative research using the VECM method with the help of E-Views software. Research results: Money Supply has a negative and insignificant effect on Inflation, Unemployment and Economic Growth have a positive and insignificant effect on Inflation, SBSN has a negative and insignificant effect on inflation, PUAS has a negative and significant effect on Inflation, SBI and PUAB have a positive and insignificant effect against inflation. The implication of the research is that the monetary authority, in this case Bank Indonesia, as the institution authorized to control inflation, is to prioritize the SBSN and PUAS monetary instruments to control inflation. Research limitations include only using a few monetary instruments, due to limited data available on various government websites for several years. Keywords: Inflation, Money Supply, Unemployment, Economic Growth, SBSN, PUAS, SBI, PUAB

Abstract

Investment is the main means to encourage economic growth. Investment realization in 2019 and 2020 has a positive trend. However, despite the positive trend, investments made in 2019 and 2020 are unlikely to have a positive impact on economic growth in East Java Province. In order for investment to be more efficient in its allocation, it is important for a region to know the need for investment in economic sectors, especially in potential economic sectors.  To analyze the potential sectors in East Java Province, use the Klassen Typology analysis technique. Meanwhile, to determine the growth target and the amount of investment needs of the potential sector using semi-average analysis techniques, and the Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR). The results of this study concluded that there are four potential sectors in East Java Province, namely (1) mining and quarrying sector, (2) information and communication sector, (3) real estate sector, and (4) education service sector. The investment needed by potential sectors of East Java Province is (1) Mining and Quarrying of IDR 27,650.79 billion, (2) Information and Communication of IDR 29,427.33 billion, (3) Real Estate of IDR 5,834.45 billion, and (4) Education Services of IDR 8,269.42 billion.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of exports, inflation, investment, and exchange rates on Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) from 1986 to 2022 using the Error Correction Model (ECM). This method examines both long-term and short-term effects. The results show that exports have a positive but insignificant impact on long-term economic growth, while in the short term, the impact is negative and insignificant. Inflation has a significantly negative effect on economic growth in both the short and long terms. Investment has a positive and significant effect on growth in both periods. Exchange rates have a significant negative effect on long-term economic growth, while in the short term, they have a significant negative impact at the 10% significance level. The contribution of this study lies in expanding the understanding of Indonesia's macroeconomic dynamics through a comprehensive analysis over a 36-year period. It provides valuable insights for economic policymakers, recommending stabilizing inflation, increasing investment, and maintaining exchange rate stability. The empirical findings of this study are expected to help formulate more effective economic policies to promote growth in Indonesia. A limitation of this research is the lack of variables addressing external factors, including global fiscal and monetary policies.

Abstract

The issue of poverty is still a global topic of conversation. Poverty is still related to limited employment opportunities, and someone who does not work is poor. Meanwhile, someone is categorized as poor if they do not have an inadequate level of education and health. The strategic problems in East Nusa Tenggara Province have similarities to the problems faced by the central government, namely the high poverty rate. As for solving problems other than development and equality in East Nusa Tenggara Province, for the central authorities, namely eradicating the problem of poverty in NTT Province, is a fundamental issue and has priority to be addressed. Therefore, to determine the percentage of poor people in East Nusa Tenggara Province, which is ranked third out of 10 provinces in eastern Indonesia, researchers used several factors such as Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), increase in Human Resources such as education and workforce, and the number of residents. Researchers use quantitative panel data linear regression methods with the aim of finding out the factors that impact poverty. So that it will produce future policies to reduce the poverty rate in NTT Province.
