Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendiskusikan evaluasi program kewirausahaan sosial dengan penitikberatan pada tiga aspek yaitu kepemimpinan, kemampuan inti dan dinamis, kemampuan pertumbuhan substantif. Metode penelitian kualitatif dipilih dalam studi ini dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap tiga UMKM kewirausahaan sosial yang berada di Kota Serang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kepemimpinan, kemampuan inti dan dinamis serta kemampuan pertumbuhan substantif sebagai instrumen evaluasi program kewirausahaan sosial di Kota Serang sudah berjalan cukup efektif, hal ini terlihat dari pencapaian tujuan program UMKM yang mampu menanamkan nilai-nilai sosial kepada masyarakat selain dampak ekonomis. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses inovasi, kerjasama dan pemahaman pengetahuan sumber daya manusia yang dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan merupakan faktor-faktor yang dapat mendukung evaluasi program kewirausahaan sosial.

Abstract

Leadership can be seen as an instrument in an effort to influence and control a person or group of people to cooperate in achieving certain goals. The Blue Economy is expected to be able to answer the dependence between the economy and the ecosystem as well as the negative impacts of economic activities including climate change and global warming. The principles contained in the blue economy can be a golden key in national development planning. The purpose of this study is to find out how important strategic leadership is in Indonesia's commitment to building a blue economy-based marine economy. The approach used in this research is qualitative - descriptive with the researcher as the main research instrument and the design approach used is descriptive-explanative. the findings in this study found that the role of leadership is very crucial in realizing the success of development with a blue economy approach, Indonesia's abundant natural resources will be meaningless if there is no role of leaders who are able to manage and mobilize all their potential. It is important that all parties involved are involved in helping to create a prosperous marine economy based on a blue economy. The demand for marine and fishery resource-based development to be used as a driving force in national economic development.

Abstract

Upaya menyejahterakan rakyat Indonesia melalui pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dilakukan melalui kegiatan riset yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemecahan permasalahan di masyarakat. Kegiatan penelitian ini ada yang membutuhkan dana untuk pelaksanaannya.  Oleh karena itu, terkadan perlu bantuan dana dari para lembaga donor baik nasional maupun internasional dengan syarat dan ketentuan adanya timbal balik bagi lembaga donor tersebut. Hal ini menjadi rumit manakala penelitian itu. Menghasilkan produk, gagasan, atau penemuan yang berpotensi diberikan hak kekayaan intelektual dan selanjutnya dikomersialisasikan untuk mendapatkan pendapatan. Artikel ini hendak mengkaji aspek hukum dalam upaya pemanfaatan hasil riset yang didanai pihak ketiga. Untuk menjawab permasalahan ini akan digunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif.  Hasil karya cipta pengetahuan dan teknologi dapat dilindungi oleh hukum dengan diberikan hak cipta dan paten itu dimiliki oleh peneliti. Pemanfaatan hasil riset dapat dimungkinkan untuk digunakan oleh pihak ketiga melalui suatu perjanjian lisensi. Model perjanjian bagi hasil lebih menguntungkan karena peneliti dan founder mendapatkan hak yang sama sehingga memberikan keadilan bagi para pihak baik peneliti dan juga founder.

Abstract

Society expects men to behave in a masculine manner and fulfill traditional male roles, while women are expected to behave in a feminine manner and exhibit normal heterosexual behavior, such as engaging in sexual relations with the opposite sex. The existence of transgender individuals in society is often perceived as deviant. The purpose of this research is to examine the community's stereotypes towards transgender individuals in Pematangsiantar City and the adaptation strategies implemented by transgender individuals who are accepted in society. This research employs a mixed-method approach, with a focus on qualitative data analysis supplemented by quantitative data. The results of this study indicate that various negative stereotypes are associated with transgender individuals in Pematangsiantar City. Consequently, transgender individuals must use various strategies and make efforts to adapt and be accepted as themselves and as members of society. This research can serve as a reference for addressing social life and social status as a transgender individual amidst society.

Abstract

Indonesia berdasarkan letak geografis terdiri dari 13.667 pulau, kondisi tersebut mendorong dan menjadi alasan penggunaan alat transportasi yang memadai. Provinsi Jawa Timur terdapat jenis transportasi umum. Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan dalam Pasal 141 mengatur standar pelayanan minimal yang selanjutnya diatur dalam Permenhub Nomor 98 Tahun 2013 dan perubahannya dalam Permenhub Nomor 29 Tahun 2015. Standar pelayanan diantaranya keamanan, keselamatan, kenyamanan, keterjangkauan, kesetaraan dan keteraturan dalam menjalankan bus AKAP. Akan tetapi masih ditemukan permasalahan dalam menjalankan transportasi umum yang memicu penyebab kecelakaan dijalan raya. Atas dasar permasalahan tersebut memunculkan dua rumusan masalah. Bagaimana bentuk implementasi standar pelayanan minimal angkutan orang dengan kendaraan bermotor umum dalam trayek diterminal purabaya, serta bagaimana efektivitas penerapan standar pelayanan minimal bus antar kota dan antar provinsi di terminal purabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian hukum empiris, penelitian berfokus pada isu hukum yang menjadi suatu sebab penelitian ini dibuat, permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini yakni vague of norm, dan pendekatan sosiologi hukum dan secara konseptual bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder yang selanjutnya disimpulkan dalam proses analisa data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan implementasi standar pelayanan minimal diimplementasikan di terminal Purabaya dengan beberapa komponen lainya, yakni izin trayek, uji kelayakan kendaraan bermotor (KIR) dan KPS (kartu pengawasan). Serta efektivitas dalam penerapannya ditinjau dari beberapa pendekatan, yang diantaranya yakni pendekatan sasaran, pendekatan sumber, dan pendekatan proses masih terdapat beberapa komponen yang belum efektif.

Abstract

Improving national defense can be done by strengthening the national defense industry. A strong defense industry will produce modern and sophisticated military equipment according to user needs. The large number of military equipment imported from abroad requires efforts to increase the domestic defense industry to meet the needs of military equipment to increase defense capabilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze strategies and programs for the development of the defense industry and to analyze several factors that play a role in the development of the national defense industry. The collection technique in this research is through Focus Group Discussion, the results of which are input for SWOT and AHP analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the defense industry has a strong category of competitiveness, and has a high opportunity to be developed because it has its own market. The three main factors for the sustainability of the defense industry are: the capability of the defense industry, the quality of its human resources, and the accuracy of delivery.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of work environment motivation on the performance of teaching staff at UIN KHAS Jember. A higher education institution is considered a knowledge carrier and learning institution with high hopes and goals, a scientifically developed Forum to provide ethical and skills guidance to students and academics. This study uses the causality method with a causal relationship between the positions of the research variables and the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. Based on the results obtained, work motivation can positively impact performance. This indicates that the reason increased by the employees' leadership will affect increasing motivation. The results of the path coefficient indicate that the relationship between fellow employees has a significant role in carrying out social relations with many people. It will create a sense of security and make you feel acknowledged by others. The work environment positively influences the performance of UIN Khas Jember's academic staff, which indicates that a good work environment can produce high-performance levels, thereby indirectly causing employees to work at optimal levels.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the development of Islamic community empowerment is linked through social media. The link between community empowerment and social media can be seen from the influence of social media which is quite complex in empowering the community, due to the rapid development of the media, everything can be known through the media. Because of that, many people use it in all ways, including empowering their lives to be more worthy and also upgrading skills and knowledge through social media. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique used in this research is to use library research, namely by collecting data through journals, scientific articles and other literature related to community empowerment. In empowering the community itself, social media plays a role in education, information, information and also as a social liaison between the community and the government as well as other communities. The media also functioned as a vessel in obtaining various knowledge in the form of values, prevailing norms. The media plays a role in empowering by becoming an intermediary in conveying information to the public. So far, the media can help increase the success of the empowerment process and support community capacity building practices. In the context of empowering the Islamic community, the majority of people who are Muslim in Tanjungbalai City with a ratio of 3:4 of the total population make the Islamic community in Tanjungbalai the right object of empowerment. Moreover, as a religion that is the majority, it would be better if it is able to show the quality to become a superior society.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that looks at and explores how economic violence perpetrated by the state impacts women. The research was conducted in Bangkalan Madura using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the research show that the state policy to increase the price of fuel oil (BBM) is considered as state economic violence. As a result, this country's economic violence has an impact on the lives of Bangkalan Madura women. To get out of this problem, the state should be wiser in raising fuel prices.

Abstract

Integrating labor law into Islamic and civil law is a process to harmonize principles and implementation in contemporary society. Does this study aim to answer (1) How can labor law principles in Islamic law be integrated with civil law for citizenship to create harmonization in its implementation? Moreover, (2) What challenges and obstacles are faced in integrating Labor Law into Islamic Law and Citizenship Civil Law in contemporary society? This study's research type is the normative juridical method, whose other name is doctrinal legal research, also known as library research or document study. The research results show that to integrate the principles of labor law in Islamic law with civil law on citizenship, several strategic steps need to be taken—first, open dialogue and discussion between Islamic law experts and civil law on citizenship. Second, they draft laws and regulations that accommodate the principles and norms of both legal systems. Third, involving inclusive and interdisciplinary legal education and fourth, educating the public about the benefits and objectives of integrating labor law into Islamic and civil law on citizenship. Fifth, increase cooperation between countries and international organizations.
