Abstract

farmer Group, basically, is a non-formal organization of village that grows and develops “From, by and to farmer” which have some characteristics of to know, to intimate and to trust each other. One of the basic goal that already there in all society of Indonesia is the spirit of mutual cooperation in development. The spirit of mutual cooperation pictured in activities of group of society, known as mutual assistence. The mutual assistence system in the development of village can be seen from the farmer groups as the potential organization in the agriculture Result of the initiative activities, creativity and even real action can be seen through group which has had more than one unit of trade, which dynamically can influence the income of society of farmer groups.. But, we also need to suggest the goverment to improve the agriculture technology and to prepare istitutions or economic enterprise in this case cooperation that would able to accomodate all productions  so that the market price can be controlled. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess and describe the behavior of government officials in the implementation of basic tasks and functions of the Secretariat of the Regional Development Agency of North Sulawesi Province. The method used is a qualitative research method. Data collected through direct interviews. The results showed: (1) The behavior of labor discipline an employee-owned Development Bureau Regional Secretariat of North Sulawesi province has not been fully realized well in the execution of duties; (2) Conduct employee morale Development Bureau Secretariat of North Sulawesi Province has not been fully optimized in the execution of duties; (3) Not yet fully optimal coordination of the behavior of employees in the execution of duties. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the magnitude of the effect of the quality of the resources of the State Civil Administrative work attitude of employees in Meteorology and Geophysics North Sulawesi province. This research is a quantitative research survey explanatory research design. The results of this study indicate that the physical quality and health Apparatus State Civil partially have an influence on the work attitude of employees, knowledge and skills partially have influence on work attitudes Spiritual and kejuangan partially have an influence on the attitude of employees working at the Meteorology and Geophysics Sulawesi North. Physical Quality and Health, Knowledge and Skills, as well as Spiritual and Kejuangan simultaneously have an influence on employee attitudes. Among the three independent variables variables that most influence on the attitudes of employees working at the Meteorology and Geophysics North Sulawesi province is the spiritual and kejuangan. Abstract

Tulisan ini akan mengulas tentang pembangunan di Aceh pasca Konflik antara Pemerintah dan Gerakan Aceh Merdeka (GAM) yang sangat berdampak pada kondisi dan kelangsungan hidup masyarakat Aceh. Tulisan ini akan menggunakan kacamata pembangunan internasional, dan akan dibagi menjadi tiga bagian, yang pertama adalah bagian pendahuluan yang akan membahas mengenai sejarah singkat konflik di Aceh, mengapa terjadi, bagaimana masyarakat sipil yang selalu menjadi korban dalam pertikaian ini, dan akhirnya disepakatinya perjanjian damai antara kedua belah pihak pada tahun 2005. Bagian analisis akan mengeksplorasi usaha-usaha pembangunan di Aceh baik oleh pemerintah domestik maupun kerjasama bantuan dari pihak asing, baik yang mewakili negara, organisasi Internasional seperti PBB, maupun NGOs. Dalam hal ini akan dilihat keefektifan kerjasama antara pemerintah domestik dengan bantuan-bantuan dari pihak asing tersebut bagi pembangunan di Aceh. Kemudian akhirnya kesimpulan. Kata Kunci: Demokrasi, Pembangunan Internasional

Abstract

A lot of appreciations had been founded in 2014 president and vice-president election by the work of the general election committee in bitung city. However, inadequacy at the moment marked over the professional aspect and the way the election held with. The purpose of this research was then to analyze and identify the work of the general election committee correctly. This research took place at the general election committee at Bitung city with using qualitative design through data reduction, display data and verification technique. Interview, observation, as well as documentation were used to collect the data. Meanwhile, the instrument in this research was the researcher himself in order to support the data. This study uses a theoretical approach of Kumorotomo  is about the efficiency, effectiveness, fairness and responsiveness. Drawing on the results of this analysis, this research outlined that the work which had been done by the general election committee were not suitable due to languid regulation, human resource allocation, participation and consideration of the local people. Abstract

The work environment is divided into two, namely the internal environment and the external environment of the organization, where both can affect employee performance. Internal Environmental organizations often faced with a problem the mission, policies, organizational culture, information systems and individual differences of employees while the external environment, namely the labor force, legal regulation / legislation, society, technology, and economics. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the internal and external environment influence the organization of the performance of the staff of the Airport Authority Region VIII Manado.The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used is the technique census. Samples taken amounted to 64 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis was tested by using statistical test F and test t statistic. From this study it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect either partially or simultaneously on the organization's internal and external environment on the performance of the staff of the Airport Authority Region VIII Manado. Suggestions in this research is necessary to improve the quality of existing services, and considering the work environment working conditions there, both from within and from outside so that the performance of employees may increase even more. Abstract

PT. Trimegah Bangun Persada is located in the village Kawasi  District of Obi South Halmahera Regency is a nickel mining company is also in addition to seeking profits are also trying to implement corporate social responsibiliti so that in addition to increasing the sompany’s image better in view Stakehoulders also increase the company’s role in improving the welfare and social responsibility enviromental the people around and the people in North Maluku,as it has been in good mandated in Law No.4 of 2009 on mining minerals,article 1 paragraph 3 of Law No.40 of 2007 a limited liability company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the policy implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Trimegah Bangun Persada in the Village Kawasi Obi District of South Halmahera Regency. The research found that the application of CSR implementation is based on the Memorandum of Agreement between the management of PT. Trimegah Bangun Persada South Halmahera District Government and Rural Society Kawasi which resulted in a 9-point agreement has been implemented as a CSR program. Models or patterns of CSR adopted by the company in the form of direct involvement. The motive for companies to implement CSR is a profit motive, the community, and the environment. CSR implementation benefits include: improving public welfare, environmental protection, community development, rural development as well as the nation. Keywords: Implementation, Policy, Village

This study did an analysis of factors such as how the existence of social groups in harmony grief still exist or maintained and developed in society the village Kamangta District of Tombulu Minahasa and how the role of the social pillars of grief in the village Kamangta District of Tombulu Minahasa in preserving cultural values , The results showed the existence of social groups in the village Kamangta District of Tombulu Minahasa is still maintained and will continue to be preserved in the form of social groups in harmony grief and harmonious family is a culture containing norms, trust and networks in preserving cultural values. Abstract

Communication holds a very important role in organization. The aim is to build the cooperation between humans who involve in organization and possess the effect in the process of achieving the organization goal. The aim of this research are to find and analyze the role of organizational communication in increasing the performance of the civil Servant in secretariat office of Sorong Regency. The method used in this research was qualitative, data were collected by observation participation, structured interview, and documentation. The result showed that the role of organization communication in increasing the performance of the civil Servant in secretariat office of Sorong Regency did not work effectively and efficiently. The role of leadership in organization still less, it can be seen from the minimum number of direct briefing from the leader toward the effective working mechanism. The role of the organization environment toward human resources in secretariat office of Sorong Regency related to position assignment in every post did not suit to the civil servant educational background. The civil servant performed uncaring service to the society. The motivation role in achieving the organization role is insufficient and the ignorance of the civil servant toward the job description. Abstract

This research aims to: Analyze how incentives affect individual performance of employees of PT. Summit Auto finance Bitung. This research is a survey while the methods used is the method that emphasizes research on the excavation of ideas and things - things other details attached to a phenomenon The research was carried on in PT. Summit Oto Finance Bitung. The results of this study may show no significant effect between individual incentives with the performance of employees at PT Summit Oto Finance Bitung because the incentive is too small, so the incentives of individuals from the perspective of employees is low. So based research company must still provide an incentive to add more number of individuals and individual incentives in order to get a positive response from employees.
