Abstract

Abstract An understanding of the inner element is also called Sufism. It is from the Qur'an and the Sunnah that the Sufis first base their opinions on morals and behavior, longing and love for God, makrifat, suluk (path), as well as spiritual practices. This research is library research that aims to analyze "Sufism in the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith". The results of this study indicate that Sufism and Sufism have a certain position in the Islamic environment. The main teachings of Sufism when viewed in terms of its basics both from the Qur'an and Hadith, it can be found that Sufism teaches zuhudan to the world and complete surrender only Allah alone and make Him the highest love above all love. Key Word: Sufism, Al-Qur'an, Hadith Abstrak Pemahaman terhadap unsur yang bersifat batiniah disebut juga tasawuf. Dari Al-Qur’an dan As Sunnah itulah, para sufi pertama-tama mendasarkan pendapat-pendapat mereka tentang moral dan tingkah laku, kerinduan dan kecintaan pada Ilahi, makrifat, suluk (jalan), dan juga latihan-latihan rohaniah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Library research yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis “Tasawuf dalam perspektif al-Qur’an dan Hadis”. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tasawuf dan sufi memiliki posisi tertentu dalam lingkungan Islam Adapun ajaran utama dari tasawuf jika dilihat dari segi dasar-dasarnya baik dari al-Qur'an maupun hadis, maka dapat ditemukan bahwa tasawuf mengajarkan kezuhudan terhadap dunia dan penyerahan diri sepenuhnya hanya kepada Allah semata dan menjadikan-Nya kecintaan tertinggi di atas segala cinta. Abstract

MOSLEM BROTHERHOOD, TRACK RECORD INDIAN MUSLIM SOLDIERS IN STRUGGLE OF INDONESIAN INDEPENDENCE (1945 -1950) By Kholfan Zubair Taqo Sidqi Lecturer of FAI Unwahas Semarang Abstract Moslem brotherhood about Indian Muslim soldiers, especially at the beginning of the independence of the Republic of Indonesia, is very minimal for the audience of the current generation of Indonesia to know. Their track record (Indian Muslim Soldiers) can be achieved by collect fragments of writings from local fighters who interacted directly and fought against Dutch aggression. It started with a patrol of Indian Muslim soldiers finding the Qur'an in a resident's house. They also found a prayer room that had been burned. When faced with Indonesian fighters, they heard the screams of takbir blaring. Furthermore, there are several basic reasons ranging from fellow Muslims, fellow Asians, and fellow people who were colonized by Europeans, so the Indian Muslim soldiers as part of a unity British troops crossed over to the Indonesian fighters, fighting against the Dutch. Abstrak Persaudaraan muslim atau Ukhuwah Islamiyah prajurit muslim India terutama di awal kemerdekaan RI sangat minim sekali untuk d ketahui para khalayak generasi Indonesia sekarang. Jejak rekam mereka (Prajurit muslim India) dapat dicapai dengan mengumpulkan serpihan tulisan dari pejuang lokal yang berinteraksi langsung serta berjuang melawan agresi Belanda. Berawal dari patroli prajurit muslim India menemukan Al Qur’an di rumah penduduk. Mereka juga menemukan musholla yang telah dibakar. Saat berhadapan dengan pejuang Indonesia, mereka mendengar teriakan takbir yang membahana. Selanjutnya ada beberapa alasan mendasar mulai dari sesama orang Islam, sesama orang asia, serta sesama orang yang dijajah bangsa Eropa, maka para prajurit muslim India sebagai bagian kesatuan tempur pasukan Inggris menyeberang ke pihak pejuang Indonesia, berjuang bertempur melawan Belanda. Kata kunci: Ukhuwah Islamiyah, Prajurit Muslim India, dan perjuangan kemerdekaan Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract. The religious activities of Muslims have experienced a shift in the digital era 4.0. The tremendous development of information technology has changed the religious pattern of Muslims around the world. This paper aims to answer how the form of a religious shift in the Muslim community, to what extent the development of information technology has implications for the religious pattern of Muslims. The approach used in this qualitative descriptive study is a phenomenological approach. The research data was extracted through documentation from several kinds of literature, both books, and scientific journal articles. The data is then analyzed to obtain answers to the research questions. The result of this research is that ibadah activities and muamalah activities have been affected by advances in information technology so that they experience a shift in religious patterns from manual to online-based. The conclusion of this paper is that technological progress has not only contributed greatly to the religious pattern of Muslims but has also become a threat to Muslims. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of Islamic criminal law is to preserve the soul, mind, property of society in general, and offspring. Therefore, the position of Islamic criminal law is very important in social life. This is because four of the five objectives of the Shari'a mentioned above can only be achieved by complying with the provisions of Islamic criminal law, and two of them are sequentially with the provisions of Islamic civil law, namely property and offspring, while the mind and soul are solely preserved by the provisions of Islamic criminal law. . The purpose of Islamic criminal law is to preserve the soul, mind, property of the community in general, and offspring. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find answers to how the position of the book ta'limul muta'allim in Islamic boarding schools and the extent of its influence in the formation of a strong personality. This field research uses phenomenological theory and comes to several conclusions, namelythe book of Ta'limul Muta'allim has an important role in the formation of a strong personality in Islamic boarding schools. The role of this book is not just a mere formality, but is very applicable in everyday life. Another conclusion from this research is that the book of Ta'limul Muta'allim has a special position compared to other books.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and examine various models of Islamic education carried out in senior high schools. Islamic education is a field of study that must be carried out starting from elementary school to senior high school and even college, with the hope that students have understanding, experience and can practice religious teachings in accordance with Islamic concepts correctly and kaffah based on the Qur'an. an and Hadith. The model in Islamic education can be in the form of Islamic boarding system education, Integrated Islamic education, Islamic boarding school education, Kuttab education, religious education based on life skills. In the development of this model of Islamic religious education, it must be oriented to the philosophy of life in the form of philosophical, etymological and pedagogical. This research is categorized as library research using descriptive qualitative analysis of literature. The data collection technique uses a study of book texts on education and laws and government regulations that contain Islamic education, especially in senior high schools. Abstract

AbstractCommentators who use this method usually explain the verses of the Qur'an briefly in popular language, easy to understand and easy to read. Mufasir will interpret the Qur'an directly from beginning to end. The interpretation given is not done extensively but concisely and generally so that the reader seems to be still reading the Qur'an when what is read is the interpretation. Methods are one of the most important means to achieve a set goal. In this regard, the method in the study of the interpretation of the Qur'an can be interpreted as an orderly and well thought out way to achieve a correct understanding of what God means in the verses of the Qur'an that He revealed to the prophet. Abstract

The difference of opinion on the issue of fiqh has occurred since generations of companions, tabi'in and priests of madhhab. The differences that occur in each generation have different causes. One of the conflicts that occurred between Muslims was triggered by differences of opinion on issues of Islamic law. This conflict intensified after the fourth century Hijriyah. In order for conflicts to be minimized, a moderate attitude of Muslims is needed by knowing the causes of these differences and the attitudes of previous scholars in dealing with them. The type of this research is library research, using descriptive methods and qualitative approaches. As for revealing information used content analysis techniques (content analysis). This study reveals the moderateism of Syah Waliyullah ad-Dihlawi which is shown through his work entitled al-Inshaf fi Bayan Asbab al-Iktilaf. Ad-Dihlawi mapped the causes of differences of opinion and presented them objectively. Ad-Dihlawi also revealed a history of the attitude of friends, tabi'in and priests of madhhab in dealing with differences of opinion. According to him, in dealing with differences, it is necessary to imitate the attitude exemplified by companions, tabi'in and priests of madhhab

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the legal excavations that allow abortion of a fetus with defects with mursalah maslahah. Basically, fetal abortion is forbidden, but because the times have brought us to a condition where we can see the condition of the fetus in the womb, under certain conditions, abortion is permissible. This research is a qualitative research study of literature using descriptive analysis of content analysis (content analysis). In this study, it was shown that the permissible abortion of a fetus with defects in the perspective of maslahah mursalah had fulfilled three conditions, namely; are in accordance with the objectives of the Shari'ah, are rational and definite, for the public interest. As well as in the use of maslahah mursalah as an istimbat al-ahkam method, it can be used when problems are not found or resolved in the texts, the opinion of the Medina experts, ijma' friends, Qiyas, istihsan then after that maslahah mursalah is used which in the case of abortion of a deformed fetus has fulfilled all aspects and produce a law that allows abortion of a defective fetus if the spirit has not yet been breathed into the fetus.
