Abstract

Cette étude a pour but d‟examiner la position de l‟enseignement islamique qui est appliqué en Indonésie actuellement, en comparant les systèmes éducatifs en France et en Indonésie. A partir de cette étude, nous espérons montrer que les innovations du système d‟enseignement islamique qui sont réalisées de manière continue, le sont dans le but d‟améliorer la qualité du système éducatif en Indonésie. Le système éducatif en France est très avancé et possède des institutions de premier plan et innovatives dans différents domaines. Cela s‟explique par l‟engagement du gouvernement français qui depuis l‟année 2004 attribue environ 23 % de son budget total à l‟éducation. Le niveau de vie des professeurs en France est classé au 3ème rang des fonctionnaires. Bien que le nombre des institutions d‟enseignement islamique en France soit encore très réduit, leur gestion a un standard très élevé, comme l‟ensemble de l‟enseignement en général en France. Tandis que les institutions islamiques en Indonésie sont très nombreuses, mais leur gestion est encore très variée et la majorité ne sont pas conformes au standard national. Cependant, l‟enseignement islamique en Indonésie a grandit de manière exponentielle dans l‟histoire de l‟enseignement national et a apporté une contribution significative dans le développement du système de l‟éducation nationale

Abstract

This study aims to explore the instructions of the Qur’an on epistimologi education of children. Based on the idea that childhood is a phase of life that is very important and influential on subsequent periods. Educational success in childhood will have a positive impact on the personality and life of the child in the future. As well as failure. This study is the library research with a qualitative approach. The primary data sources are the Qur’an and Tafsir. While the secondary data sources are books related to the theme of research. The research results showed that the Qur’an very concerned about the education of children and encourage parents and teachers to carry out such a comprehensive education. According to the Qur’an children can be jewelry of the world (zînat al-hayât al-dunyâ), a gem that boast (qurrata a’yun), trial for parents (fitnah), and enemies ('aduww). Several things related and affect a child's education is the goal, materials, methods and educator. Everything has to be integrated in an integrated manner for all the requirements are met properly.

Abstract

This study contradicts the fact that nowadays many educational institutions conducting an intensive program that is effective for improving the quality of learning Arabic. The goal is to prepare students to have the ability to compete in the face of competition in the future. Therefore, STAIN Tulung manage intensive Arabic program with a clear vision and mission, strategically where, the participation of all elements of the school to make the maximum contribution to the strengthening of institutions. The problem is a graduate of the institution have not reached a satisfactory quality, are still required to efforts to improve the quality of learning Arabic. The method used in this research is grounded research. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that penyenggaraan intensive Arabic program at STAIN Tulung remains effective for several reasons, in ataranya there is no compatibility between the various elements in the institutions and the lack of continuity between the material being taught with the use of language in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) to know a difference between student learning outcomes of low and high sub groups with learning to use the media worksheets in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam); and (2) to know the obstacles in the implementation of learning by using the worksheets on the subject. The subjects study were three Open Junior High Schools, Bandung, namely Open Junior High School 8 Bandung, Open Junior High School 27 Bandung, and Open Junior High School 36 Bandung. The hypothesis tested the increase in student achievement in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education after a learning process using worksheets. This study was a quasi-experimental study. The design used in this study is a pre-test post-test one group design. The results show that learning outcomes after the use of worksheets has no significant difference. Then the t-test Test Final Problem Description pretest and posttest seen that the value of significance (sig.2-tailed) with the t-test is 0.007. Since the significance value less than 0.05 then the decision-making criteria, H0 rejected. This shows that learning outcomes after the use of worksheets has significant difference. Using the analysis, the results showed that the use of worksheets in the learning process could improve the learning outcomes of students in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education in junior high school in Bandung.

Abstract

The focuses of this research is on parents’ expectation of the teaching and learning Islamic Education among students of SDLB N Ungaran. The subject is Islamic Education teachers and the parents of students in SDLB N Ungaran. The methods of data collections are observation, interview and documentation. The technique of data analysis is inductive analysis. The result shows that the teaching and learning Islamic Education among students of SDLB N Ungaran is generally almost the same with the teaching and learning Islamic Education among students of general school. The difference is only in the psychological aspect. The majority of parents’ expectation of the teaching and learning Islamic Education is the same: in order the students can understand and apply the subject of Islamic Education in their everyday life so that they can become the righteous children. The factors that support the teaching and learning Islamic Education among students of SDLB N Ungaran are the Islamic Education teachers’ patients and meticulous, cooperation between parents, teachers and the school, the extracurricular subjects which are suitable with the students’ talent and ability, and teachers’ creativity in teaching and learning. The factors that hinder the teaching and learning Islamic Education are inefficient and ineffective time (not suitable with the students with physical disabilities), using the same curriculum with the curriculum in the general school, the low quality teachers, and the lack of teaching and learning facilities.

Abstract

KH. Imam Zarkasyi is one of the founders of Islamic Boarding School “Darussalam” Gontor (PMDG) and at once became a national figure. Author describes multicultural education in the perspective KH Imam Zarkasyi, then take measurements on the practice of multicultural education in PMDG. This study suggests, since KH. Imam Zarkasyi PMDG founded in 1926 have established an atmosphere of multicultural education are covered by the system of formal curriculum and daily life activities. Under the existing system, Pondok Modern Gontor potential to develop multicultural education insightful and worthy of being an example of successful implementation of multicultural education in Indonesia. It can be seen from classroom practice, exchange dormitory, five principal of boarding, interaction between the consulate, and the synthesis of education applied in Pondok Modern Gontor for many years.

Abstract

Educational value as a teaching or counseling leads students to realize the values of truth, goodness, and beauty, through the process of the correct value judgments and habituation to act consistently. This study aims at identifying goals and assessment of religious values education in building healthy characters, and adopts an analytical descriptive method and qualitative approach. People with healthy personalities are those who are judged to be well adjusted. They are so judged because they are able to function efficiently in the word of people. They experience a kind of “inner harmony” in the sense that they are at peace with other as well as with themselves. The teacher expected goals is in line with the vision and mission of Darul Arqam Madrasah Aliyah equipped with extra-curricular activities and school discipline. Someone with a healthy personality can give happiness to her needs through behaviors (adjusted) with the environmental norms and needs of his conscience, thus forming the character of the students become independent, accomplished, happy, sholeh, honest, faithful and pious to Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the degree of the relationship between the implementation of Islamic education management of school environment and students’ emotional intelligence. The theory underlying in this study is the management of school environment (Ki Hajar Dewantara), and emotional intelligence (Shapiro and Goleman). This study used correlational study. Respondents were female students of Islamic educational institutions in Bekasi City, West Java, Indonesia. The result shows that the relation degree between the implementation of the management of Islamic education of school environment and students’ emotional intelligence is quite significant (0, 907%). This means that if the management of Islamic education of school environment enhances effectively, the implementation of one percent of students’ emotional intelligence will increase by 0, 907%. This study also finds that the management of Islamic education of school environment can be a preventive and anticipatory solution for students’ deviant behaviors.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of using suggestopedia method in teaching listening skills for students of Madrasah Al – Hikmah, Malang. The focus of this study was to answer some questions: 1) how is the application of suggestopedia method in listening; 2 ) how is the effectiveness of using suggestopedia method in listening, especially the ability to distinguish stressing an intonation and the ability to understand the Arabic language fragment of reading. It applied quantitative approach with an experimental design by comparing experimental and control class. To gain the data, It applied some techniques, including: observation, interview, doing test (pre and post), and questionnaire. Data collected were analyzed through the following steps: determining test for normality of data, determining test the homogeneity of data, analyzing of the pre-test results, analyzing post-test results, analyzing the results before and after treatment, and a comparing analysis on final results from experimental and control class. The findings show that: (a) The suggestopedia method is appropriate to upgrade students’ skill in listening. (b) it boosts learners’ ability in listening right word for for 2nd eksperimental class is effective but it did not work for 1st class experiment. (c) The impact of suggestopedia method to the students’ ability in discerning word stressing in sentences for both experimental classes is effective. (d) The impact of suggestopedia method used to students’ ability in recognizing script played on audio media in normal speed for both experimental classes is effective.

Abstract

The research is based on the fact that many students are still weak in reading kutub at-turāts, weak in signing harakat and wrong in translation. It is caused by implementing Grammar Translation Method which doesn’t lead the student to have the equal competence between reading and translating the Arabic texts. The objective of this research is to find a model of the development of grammar and translation method in teaching Qirā’atul Kutub to translate the kutub at-turāts and testing its effectiveness. The theoretical framework underlying the development of grammar translation method is the structuralism theory and constructivism theory. This study uses research and development (R & D). The steps are: (1) Preliminary  Research, (2) The Development of Grammar Translation Method, (3) testing the developed method, and (4) validation of the developed method. The techniques of collecting data in this study are observation, questionnaires, interviews and test. The results showed that the developed Grammar Translation Method can improve the quality of reading and translating kutub at-turāts both in terms of process and outcome.
