Abstract

This study examines the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on the decisions and satisfaction of tourists visiting Sausu Glamping, a beach tourism destination in Parigi Moutong, Indonesia. Using quantitative methods and involving 120 respondents, data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test four hypotheses about the direct and indirect effects of E-WOM. The results showed that E-WOM has a significant effect on visiting decisions, and also indirectly affects tourist satisfaction through these decisions. The research instrument has proven to be valid and reliable, and the high R² value indicates that the research model is strong enough. This research confirms that reviews and interactions on social media play an important role in shaping visitor perceptions, decisions and satisfaction. Despite limitations in sample size and data collection methods, this study shows that E-WOM is an effective strategy in enhancing tourism experiences and can serve as a reference for destination managers and marketing activities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of service quality and service facilities on patient satisfaction in antenatal care (ANC) services through the mediating role of health worker competence among third trimester pregnant women in community health centers (Puskesmas) across Jember Regency. Utilizing a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, data were collected from 255 respondents using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS. The findings reveal that both service quality and service facilities significantly affect patient satisfaction directly and indirectly through health worker competence. Competence emerged as the strongest predictor, highlighting its essential role in enhancing maternal satisfaction. The model demonstrated adequate predictive power with R² values of 0.637 for patient satisfaction and 0.482 for competence. These results underscore the importance of integrated improvements in service infrastructure and human resource capacity to optimize ANC delivery and maternal health outcomes, particularly in low- and middle-income country contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of job separation experiences, both voluntary and involuntary, on job search duration in Indonesia. Utilizing data from the 2023 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas), the research employs an Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression model with various control variables, including age, gender, marital status, household head status, household size, education level, training, and residential location. The analysis reveals that individuals who experience voluntary separation take longer to find new employment compared to those with involuntary separation. This study offers a novel approach by distinguishing between these two categories of job separation while exploring their interaction with individual characteristics. The findings are expected to provide empirical support for adaptive labor policies aimed at accelerating workforce transitions into stable and decent employment in Indonesia.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital marketplace landscape, understanding the drivers of brand loyalty has become crucial for e-commerce platforms, particularly those specializing in luxury fashion brands. This study examines the influence of brand satisfaction and luxury brand attachment on brand loyalty among Zalora marketplace consumers in Medan City, Indonesia. The research employed a quantitative methodology using purposive sampling technique to collect data from 100 respondents who had made purchases on Zalora marketplace at least twice. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0 to examine the relationships between variables. The findings reveal that brand satisfaction significantly and positively influences brand loyalty (t = 4.114, p < 0.001), with an unstandardized coefficient of 0.336 indicating a strong predictive relationship. Luxury brand attachment also demonstrates a significant positive effect on brand loyalty (t = 2.625, p = 0.010), with an unstandardized coefficient of 0.188. The combined influence of both variables on brand loyalty is statistically significant (F = 85.187, p < 0.001), with an adjusted R² of 0.630, indicating that 63% of the variance in brand loyalty is explained by brand satisfaction and luxury brand attachment collectively. The standardized coefficients reveal that brand satisfaction (β = 0.504) has a stronger influence compared to luxury brand attachment (β = 0.321). Both brand satisfaction and luxury brand attachment serve as significant predictors of brand loyalty in the luxury e-commerce marketplace context, providing valuable insights for marketplace managers and luxury brand strategists seeking to enhance customer retention and loyalty through integrated operational excellence and emotional engagement strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the causes behind the analysis of the implementation of Government Accounting Standards, Fixed Asset Reporting, and Internal Control Systems, and their implications for the audit opinion on the financial statements of the Kubu Raya Regency Government. This research adopts a qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted through interviews with the Head of the Accounting and Reporting Division of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. The findings reveal that the application of government accounting standards in the financial audit opinion issued by the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK), particularly in the area of asset recognition, remains problematic. Several assets have not yet been recognized due to the absence of ownership documentation, unrecorded outstanding local tax receivables, errors in budget planning, incomplete ownership records, and insufficient detail in the recording of fixed asset specifications in the inventory cards. The Regional Inspectorate and the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency, as the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP), are encouraged to enhance oversight and provide assistance to the local government in implementing Government Accounting Standards (SAP), fixed asset governance, and the Integrity Assessment Survey. Strengthening these areas is expected to minimize findings during financial audits conducted by the Audit Board of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job insecurity, distributive injustice and workload on social loafing behavior in nurses, with turnover intention as a mediating variable. The phenomenon of social loafing can have a negative impact on the quality of teamwork in hospitals, especially among nurses who work in groups. The research approach was quantitative with 165 nurse respondents at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu Hospital. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to test the direct and indirect influence of the variables studied. The results of the study show that the variables of job insecurity, distributive injustice and workload influence increasing turnover intention. The distributive injustice variable showed a significant direct influence on social loafing, while job insecurity and workload did not have a significant direct influence. In addition, turnover intention does not have a significant mediating role in bridging the relationship between the three work stressors and social loafing.
