Abstract

Sustainable and environmentally friendly economic growth has become a major focus for many regions today. This study aims to analyze the effect of investment and the Human Development Index (IPM) on green economic growth in West Kalimantan. The research method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with descriptive statistics using secondary data collected from various sources such as government reports, academic publications, and others. The dependent variable in this study is green economic growth, while the independent variables are investment and HDI. The results show that investment in the green economy sector has a significant positive impact on green economic growth. These investments include investments in the green infrastructure economy, this finding shows that strategically directed investments in these sectors can promote sustainable economic growth and reduce negative impacts on the environment and increase the HDI with indicators such as health, and decent living, levels of education, and per capita expenditure, which are important factors in achieving sustainable development.

Abstract

The author conducted research with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of job characteristics, supervision, employee behavior and work discipline individually and collectively on the work effectiveness of employees of the Muara Enim Regency Housing and Settlement Area Office. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study explain that job characteristics have a significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees of the Housing and Settlement Area Office of Muara Enim Regency. Supervision has a significant effect on work effectiveness. Employee behavior has a significant effect on work effectiveness. Work discipline has a significant effect on work effectiveness. Job characteristics, supervision, employee behavior and work discipline have a significant joint effect on the effectiveness of the work of the employees of the Muara Enim District Housing and Settlement Area Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location, price discounts and trust on consumer purchasing decisions at the Puncak Bengkulu Department Store. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the consumers of the Puncak Bengkulu Department Store which is precisely located on Jl. Lieutenant Suprapto, Kec. Ratu Samban, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu. The sampling method uses a non probability technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 150 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely t test and f test.The results of this study can be concluded that the location variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, price discounts have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, trust has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, and location, price discounts and trust have a positive and significant effect on product purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis marketing strategy applied in increasing the sales volume of Bay Tat Ricka's home industry cakes in Bengkulu City. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Research informants are owners, employees and consumers of Bay Tat Ricka. The results show that the position of Bay Tat Ricka is in quadrant 1 with the coordinates of internal factors +0.49, and external factors +0.18 This means that Bay Tat Ricka is in a very favorable situation. Bay Tat Ricka has opportunities and strengths so he can take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (Growth oriented strategy). The aggressive strategy that must be applied by Bay Tat Ricka Bengkulu City is the SO strategy, this strategy is a strategy made by utilizing all strengths to seize the opportunities that exist. The SO strategy that can be carried out by Bay Tat Ricka in Bengkulu City is to promote on social media, maintain taste so that consumers continue to subscribe, maintain product quality and maintain packaging in boxes with halal labeling.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the realization of the health budget, the realization of the education and tourism budget on poverty in West Java in 2007-2021. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed a constant value of -110.441, meaning that if the independent variables were the realization of the health budget, the realization of the education and tourism budget remained unchanged, assuming ceteris patribus then poverty would decrease by 110.441 units. Realization of the health budget has a negative and significant effect on poverty with a coefficient of 1.946. Realization of the education budget has a negative and significant effect on poverty with a coefficient of 1.548. Tourism has a negative and significant effect on poverty with a coefficient of 1.304. The Adjusted R Square result is 0.843 or 84.3 percent, thus the realization of the health budget variable, the realization of the education and tourism budget is able to determine the poverty variable by 84.3 percent. The results of the F test show that the calculated F is -17.150 greater than the F table value with df (0.05;3;11) of 3.587 with a probability value of 0.002. Thus, the realization of the health budget, the realization of the education and tourism budgets have a significant negative effect on poverty together.

Abstract

Marketing strategy, a business will seek to improve marketing in the hope that sales will be better and increase than before. Marketing strategy or what is usually called SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) is the systematic identification of various factors to determine the company's strategy. The purpose of this research was to find out the marketing strategy for a home-based business (a case study of Pak Paidi's noodle mill, South Bengkulu district). The type of research used in this research thesis is a qualitative method. The analytical method used in this study is the SWOT analysis method (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). The data obtained from the results of the research will be analyzed for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to the implementation of Pak Paidi's noodle milling business strategy in order to increase buyer interest. the company uses a Growth Oriented Strategy. From the research results, the internal value is 5.26 and the external value is 5.25. This is because, in the SWOT analysis Cartesius diagram it is shown that the highest total score is in the first quadrant where the quadrant is a very profitable situation. After conducting research, Mr. Paidi's noodle milling business has many opportunities and strengths so that he can seize and take advantage of existing opportunities while minimizing weaknesses and overcoming various threats that exist in Mr. Paidi's business environment.

Abstract

An organization often ignores other supporting factors for Employee Job Satisfaction, such as Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics and Organizational Characteristics which must be considered in order to increase Employee Job Satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of individual characteristics, job characteristics, and organizational characteristics on the performance of employees of PT. Thamrin Brothers Yamaha Center Bengkulu City,This research was conducted at PT. Thamrin Brothers Yamaha Center Bengkulu City. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study were 50 permanent employees of PT. Thamrin Brothers Yamaha Center Bengkulu City. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive quantitative.The results show that Individual Characteristics individually affect Employee Job Satisfaction. Job Characteristics individually affect Employee Job Satisfaction. Organizational Characteristics individually affect Employee Job Satisfaction. Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics and Organizational Characteristics simultaneously affect Employee Job

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the dimensions of service quality at the level of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, physical evidence, affect community satisfaction at the Padang Genting Village Office, Seluma Selatan District. This research is a type of quantitative research. The sample in this study were 120 respondents/community. The results show that the results of the Multiple Linear Regression test Y = 30.534 – 0.224 (X1) + 1.880(X2) + -0.829(X3) + -1.667(X4) + 0.543(X5) + 3.423. Simultaneous test results in this study, accepting the hypothesis or accepting Ho and rejecting Ha means that there is a simultaneous influence between reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), assurance (X3), empathy (X4), physical evidence (X5) on community satisfaction (Y) of 10,534. The results of the partial test tcount > ttable or 1,847 > 1,657 and the significance value is greater than 0.05, then the reliability hypothesis is accepted. The responsiveness variable (X2) at tcount > ttable or 5.899 > 1.657 and the significance value is greater than 0.05, then the hypothesis is accepted. guarantee variable (X3) at tcount > ttable or -3.421 > 1.657 and the significance value is greater than 0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted. the guarantee variable (X3) at tcount > ttable or -3.421 > 1.657 and the significance value is less than 0.05 then the hypothesis is rejected, meaning that there is no significant relationship between guarantee (X3) and community satisfaction (Y). Furthermore, empathy (X4) at tcount > ttable or -5.830 > 1.657 and the significance value is less than 0.05, the hypothesis is rejected, meaning that there is no significant relationship between empathy (X4) and community satisfaction (Y). and physical evidence (X5) at tcount > ttable or 3,041 > 1,657 and a significance value greater than 0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is a significant relationship between physical evidence (X3) and community satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

The method used in this study is a questionnaire method with research instruments namely validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t test, and f test, with the sample in this study as many as 80 respondents, with accidental sampling technique. The results show that multiple linear regression Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + b3X3 + e or Y = -1.489 + 0.161 (X1) + 0.069(X2) + 0.809(X3) + 1.072, meaning that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship to consumer purchasing decisions (Y) at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima. Meanwhile, the results of the partial test of the product diversity variable (X1) show tcount 2.641 > ttable 1.991 and a significance of 0.010 <0.05, then the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that product diversity (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). The results of the Brand test (X2) show a tcount value of 1.763 < ttable 1.991 and a significance of 0.085> 0.05, then the Ha hypothesis is rejected and Ho is accepted, meaning that the brand (X2) has no effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). The results of the price test (X3) show tcount 16,420 > ttable 1,991 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, then the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the price (X3) has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). Then the results of the simultaneous test, accept the hypothesis or accept Ha and reject Ho, meaning that there is an influence between product diversity (X1) brand (X2) and price (X3) on consumer purchasing decisions (Y) at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Bengkulu amounted to 595,615. The results of multiple linear regression test that the regression coefficient between product diversity (X1), brand (X2) and price (X3) is positive, meaning that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship to consumer purchasing decisions (Y) at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima.
