Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, promotion and brand image on purchasing decisions at the Citra Baru Fashion Store, South Bengkulu. The sample in this study were 40 customers at the Citra Baru store, South Bengkulu. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing.The results showed that the regression value Y = -4.033 + 0.250 (X1) + 0.384 (X2) + 0.669 (X3) with a positive regression direction means that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, because the significant value is 0.000 less than 0.05. That is, product quality will increase purchasing decisions at the new Citra Baru fashion store in Bengkulu Selatan. Promotion has a significant effect on the purchase decision of the new image fashion store in South Bengkulu, because the significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. That is, the promotion will increase purchasing decisions at the new image fashion store Bengkulu Selatan. Brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, because the significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. That is, brand image will increase purchasing decisions at the new image fashion store in South Bengkulu. Product quality, promotion and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions so that the initial hypothesis proposed is proven (Ha is accepted). That is, there is a significant influence on product quality, promotion and brand image on purchasing decisions together. The coefficient of determination R square is 0.813. This means that product quality, promotion and brand image affect purchasing decisions by 80% while the rest (100-80% = 20%) is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Dalam dunia perusahaan kualitas laba merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dari laporan keuangan yang banyak menarik perhatian pihak luar karena pihak luar terutama investor biasanya memilih untuk berinvestasi pada perusahaan dengan nilai imbal hasil yang tinggi atau perusahaan yang menghasilkan keuntungan yang signifikan dari tahun ke tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konservatisme, Investment opportunity set (IOS) dan leverage terhadap Kualitas Laba pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2021 serta Untuk mengetahui pengaruh konservatisme, Investment opportunity set (IOS) dan leverage secara simultan terhadap kualitas laba pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan di dapat 23 perusahaan dengan periode lima tahun sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 115 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data panel menggunakan spss 22. Temuan hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa Konservatisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas laba; Kemudian, Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kualitas laba; Dan Leveraga tidak ada pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Laba yang didapatkan pada perusahaan industri barang konsumsi sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2021. Serta Konservatisme, Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), dan Leverage menunjukkan pengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kualitas laba pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2021

Abstract

This This study aims to examine the effect of fundamental factors consisting of ROA, EPS, and BOPO on stock prices in Islamic banking and Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia during the 2018-2020 period. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the effect of ROA, EPS, and BOPO on stock prices. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of ROA, EPS and BOPO on stock prices. This type of research uses a quantitative data design with secondary data. The research sample uses the total sampling method, which is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples. The research sample is the financial statements of Islamic banks and Islamic financial institutions originating from the last 3 years from 5 Islamic banking companies and 7 Islamic financial institution companies with research data totaling 36 data (3 years x 12 sample companies). The data collection method uses documentation and literature taken from www.idx.co.id. Data analysis used is descriptive statistical test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that ROA, EPS and BOPO had no effect on stock prices. This can be seen from the ROA p-values 0.419, EPS p-values 0.130 and BOPO p-values 0.146 which are greater than the public significance level of 0.05 . Meanwhile, ROA, EPS and BOPO have no simultaneous effect on stock prices.

Abstract

KTP elektronik (selanjutnya disingkat KTP-el) Tahun 2013 tentang Perubahan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2006 tentang Kependudukan adalah KTP yang dilengkapi dengan chip yang merupakan tanda pengenal resmi kependudukan sebagai alat bukti diri yang dikeluarkan oleh badan pelaksana. Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Bengkulu meluncurkan aplikasi Sistem Layanan Administrasi Warga Elektronik (SLAWE) pada Juni 2020. Pelayanan secara daring ditujukan agar masyrakat lebih mudah dalam pembuatan e-KTP tanpa memikirkan banyaknya biaya yang dikeluarkan dan juga lebih menghemat waktu dalam kata lain efektif dan efesien. Namun tidak dapat dibantah bahwa dalam pelayanan pembuatan e-KTP online masih ada kendala dan hambatan dalam hal kualitas pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh DUKCAPIL Kota Bengkulu yang berkitan dengan pelyanan pembuatan e-TKP online serta untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Metode penelitian ini adalah survei dengan menyebarkan daftar pertanyaan terhadap responden penelitian. Tehnik pengambilan sampel yang dipergunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang telah menbuat e-KTP secara online dengan menggunakan aplikasi SLAWE atau website resmi DUKCAPIL sebanyak 200 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan cara memberikan kuisioner kepada masyarakat yang telah menbuat e-KTP secara online dengan menggunakan aplikasi SLAWE atau website resmi DUKCAPIL. Nilai indeks kepuasan masyarakat diukur berdasarkan 14 unsur pelayanan. Metode pengolahan data dengan menggunakan analisis Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada pembuatan e-KTP online di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Bengkulu didapat nilai indeks kepuasan masyarakat sebesar 80,250/0 yang artinya kinerja pelayanan pembuatan e-KTP online di DUKCPIL kota Bengkulu dikategorikan baik

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing poverty rate in Rawa Makmur Permai Village and to improve the welfare of the local community, the Implementation of Presidential Regulation No. 15 of 2010 concerning the acceleration of poverty reduction through the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Rawa Makmur Permai Village was implemented. This study aims to determine the communication and bureaucracy implementation of Presidential Regulation No. 15 of 2010 concerning Poverty Alleviation to reduce poverty through the PKH Program in Rawa Makmur Permai Village and to find out the inhibiting factors in the implementation of Presidential Regulation No. 15 of 2010 in tackling poverty through the PKH program in Rawa Makmur Permai Village. The type of research in this study is qualitative with descriptive methods, for data sources using primary and secondary data using collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. After the interviews were conducted with the selected informants, the researcher would process the data using data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that communication and bureaucracy in the implementation of Presidential Regulation no. 15 of 2010 concerning the acceleration of poverty reduction to reduce poverty through the PKH Program in Rawa Makmur Permai together has a real influence and is the most important thing in the proper implementation of Presidential Decree No. 15 of 2010 concerning the acceleration of poverty alleviation to reduce poverty through the PKH Program in Rawa Makmur Permai. Communication and bureaucracy went well in RT 10, Rawa Makmur Permai. The availability of resources, especially human resources in carrying out the PKH Program is a factor that needs to be considered to realize the PKH program in Rawa Makmur Permai Village. Especially for the 3 (three) RTs which are the focus of research, sufficient human resources make the implementation of the response to be carried out properly with the presence of resources that work well before and after the provision of assistance. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of Presidential Regulation No. 15 of 2010 concerning the acceleration of poverty alleviation to reduce poverty through the PKH Program in Rawa Makmur Permai, namely the role of companion and coordination between related agencies which have not all worked well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test whether there is an effect of service quality (X) on patient satisfaction (Y) at Hasanuddin Damrah Regional General Hospital Manna, South Bengkulu Regency, always tries to provide the best for all patients. This is to provide satisfaction for all patients at Hasanuddin Damrah Manna General Hospital, South Bengkulu Regency. This type of research used quantitative research. The sample used in this study was 80 patients from Hasanuddin Damrah Regional General Hospital Manna, South Bengkulu Regency. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis used is validity, reliability, simple linear regression, normality, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research on the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at Hasanuddin Damrah Regional General Hospital Manna. So the following conclusions can be drawn: Simple linear regression analysis shows Y = 4,666 + 0,770 (X) this illustrates the positive regression direction. This means that there is a positive influence between Service Quality (X) on Patient Satisfaction (Y). This means that every variable of Service Quality increases, Patient Satisfaction will also increase. The results of the t test at a significant level of 0.05. on the table 4.10 it can be seen that t count (12,133) > T table (1,990), then the hypothesis is accepted explaining that the service quality variable shows a significant effect on service quality on patient satisfaction at Hasanuddin Damrah Regional General Hospital Manna. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.645. this shows that the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction is 65.4% while the remaining 34.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the service strategy to increase customer satisfaction in terms of Islamic business ethics at the My Lova store, Bengkulu City. This type of research is field research. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data is collected, described and analyzed to answer the question. From these results it can be concluded that the My Lova store in Bengkulu City has implemented five service strategies to increase customer satisfaction. The store has also provided timeliness to serve consumers quickly and responsively by using soft words and is ready to help consumers and has also provided a guarantee if there is an error or defect in the goods originating from the store.

Abstract

In accordance with Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat, that the role of BAZNAS in collecting and distributing zakat is quite dominant, as an extension of the government, BAZNAS must be able to carry out its duties optimally so that the distribution of zakat can be right on target and zakat itself can have a positive effect on society especially for the mustahik This study aims to analyze the zakat utilization program carried out by BAZNAS Bengkulu Province and its impact on the life of mustahik, both in terms of changes in the post-zakat distribution of compulsory income, as well as in terms of the HDI value. By using the t-statistical calculation method, individual-level human development index (HDI), primary and secondary data were taken. The sample selection was carried out using the purposive sampling method (deliberately), which is the procedure of selecting samples based on the consideration of suitable characteristics related to the samples needed to answer the research objectives with a sample size of 150 mustahiks scattered throughout the cities and regencies in Bengkulu Province.

Abstract

This study aims to find out BUMDes business development strategy in Padang Beriang Village of Pino Raya Sub-District in period of 2017-2022. The sample in this study consisted of 30 people consisting of 8 village officials, 5 BUMDes managers in Padang Beriang Village of Pino Raya Sub-District, for the period of 2017-2022 for internal factors and 17 people for external factors, namely the local community in Padang Beriang Village of Pino Raya Sub-District. The analytical method used is SWOT analysis which consists of an Internal Strategic Factor Matrix (IFAS) and an External Strategic Factor Matrix (EFAS). The results of the study show that the BUMDes Business Development Strategy in Padang Beriang Village of Pino Raya Sub-District for the period of 2017-2022 supports the Aggressive strategy, or the SO strategy in the SWOT Matrix. The result of the sum of the strengths possessed is 18.9 while the weaknesses are 14.46, therefore, the internal factor quadrant is 18.9 – 14.46 = 4.44 which means the ability of the BUMDes business in Padang Beriang Village of Pino Raya Sub-District in utilizing strengths and minimizing weaknesses in the company's internal The opportunities that this strategy has are 21.15 and the threats are 17.52. Therefore, the external factor quadrant is 21.15 – 17.52 = 3.63 meaning the ability of BUMDes businesses in Padang Beriang Village of Pino Raya Sub-District, to take advantage of opportunities and overcome threats faced by companies in BUMDes business development.
