Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of: to describe how the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in Office Administration program (APK) at SMK Negeri 1 Turen Malang.This research uses descriptive research approach. Data collected by using observation, interviews and documentation. The instrument used to collect data in the form of human instrument. Based on analysis of these data, we concluded as follows. First, the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in Office Administration Program (APK) at SMK Negeri 1 Turen has been performing well, but has not been implemented to the maximum. Second, teacher’s understanding on the implementation of Curriculum 2013 at SMK Negeri 1 Turen has been good. Third, the supporting curriculum 2013 implementation factors is that teachers already understand the curriculum 2013, its guidelines (lesson plan, syllabus, instrument rating) has been prepared by the government, an adequate infrastructure. Inhibiting factors during the implementation of Curriculum 2013 the lack of involvement of the student, assessment or evaluation of learning, learning resources still exist. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimanakah implementasi Kurikulum 2013 pada program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran (APK) SMK Negeri 1 Turen Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa human instrument. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut. Pertama, Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 pada Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran (APK) di SMK Negeri 1 Turen sudah terlaksana dengan baik, namun belum terlaksana secara maksimal. Kedua, Pemahaman guru Administrasi Perkantoran berkaitan dengan penerapan pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 di SMK Negeri 1 Turen sudah baik. Ketiga, Faktor pendukung Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 para guru sudah mengerti mengenai Kurikulum 2013, pedoman Kurikulum 2013 (RPP, Silabus, Instrument Penilaian) sudah disiapkan pemerintah, sarana-prasarana yang memadai. Faktor penghambat Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 kurangnya keaktifan siswa, penilaian atau evaluasi pembelajaran, sumber belajar masih belum ada.

Abstract

 Kurikulum 2013 dikenal sebagai pendidikan karakter dimana pembelajaran yang dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan scientific. Untuk menunjang pembelajaran  dengan menggunakan pendekatan scientific salah satunya dapat menggunakan modul. Modul adalah sarana pembelajaran dalam bentuk tertulis atau cetak yang berisi materi pembelajaran, metode, tujuan pembelajaran, petunjuk kegiatan belajar, dan latihan yang disusun secara sistematis dan menarik untuk mencapai kompetensi yang diharapkan dan dapat digunakan secara mandiri.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa modul pembelajaran kontekstual bermuatan karakter pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan dengan mataeri produk kerajinan dari bahan lunak dan pengemasannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan didukung data kuantitatif. Model pengembangan produk modul ini menggunakan modifikasi Brog & Gall yang terdiri dari: 1) analisis kebutuhan, 2) perencanaan, 3) pengembangan produk, 4) validasi ahli, 5) uji coba kelompok kecil, 6) revisi, 7) produk akhir. Produk divalidasi oleh 1 orang ahli modul dan 1 orang ahli materi, kemudian dilakukan uji kelompok kecil sebanyak 25 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan pedoman wawancara, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kriteria valid dan layak, ditinjau dari hasil validasi ahli materi, ahli modul dan pada uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar sehingga modul pembelajaran kontekstual bermuatan karakter valid dan layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar. Abstract: 2013 curriculum known as character education where learning developed used the scientific .To support learning by adopting scientific one of which may be use module .Module is a means learning in the form of written or a print contains material learning , method , the purpose of learning , guidance learning activities , and in whose exercise arranged systematically and compelling to reach competence expected and can be used independently.This study attempts to yield the product of learning module contextual charged character on the subjects of entrepreneurship with mataeri products the craft of soft material and pengemasannya .This study adopted qualitative approaches by the support quantitative data .Model product development this module use modification a brog & amp; gall consisting of: 1 analysis needs , 2 planning , 3 ) product development , 4 ) validation the people of , 5 ) pilot small group , 6 ) revision , 7 ) the final product .Products validated by 1 experts modules and 1 experts matter , then undergone a small group 25 students .Data collected by guidelines , and chief .The research results show that module developed including on the criteria valid and worthy of , in terms of the results of validation the matter , the modules and on trial group fraction of so learning module contextual charged character valid and being used as teaching materials.

Abstract

This study aims to know the influence of entrepreneurship education and self efficacy toward student’s  intention of entrepreneurial. The population in this study was 140 students of grade XII marketing and accounting for Islamic Vocational High School with a sample of 104 students. The method of data collection in this study used questionnaires and documentation. This research is a quantitative study, using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and classic assumption tests which include normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Based on the result, entrepreneurship education and self efficacy show a significant influence on student’s  intention of entrepreneurial at SMK Islam Batu.

Abstract

This study aims at describing the implementation of Time Token Arends learning model on Mail Handling subject for the tenth graders of Office Administration major students of SMKN 2 Blitar, academic year of 2011/2012 with the total number of 34 students. This study is a classroom action research using qualitative approach conducted in two cycles with each cycle consisting of four phases; planning, action, observation, reflection. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, test, field notes and documentation. The data analysis is conducted in three steps; data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Based on the result of findings showed that the implementation of Time Token Arends learning model increasing student’s activity and achievement in Mail Handling subject for the tenth graders of Office Administration of AP 4 students at SMKN 2 Blitar. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan Model Time Token Arends pada Mata Pelajaran Menangani Surat/Dokumen Kantor studi pada siswa Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran kelas X AP 4 SMKN 2 Blitar, sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2011/2012. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X AP 4 SMK Negeri 2 Blitar yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dimana tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data-data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui: observasi, wawancara, tes, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu: reduksi data, paparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui Model Pembelajaran Time Token Arends dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Mail Handling pada siswa Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran kelas X AP 4 SMK Negeri 2 Blitar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research aimed to know the number of training which is followed by teachers during their working period as the teacher of economics. Furthermore, this study addressed to know the professional level of teacher, and to understand the influence of education and training to the professional teacher of economic education, research towards teachers of state high school in Banda Aceh. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach with descriptive research type while the sample was taken by using random sampling technique is only 28 economic teachers from 10 high schools in Banda Aceh. Data analysis technique is accomplished by using simple correlation analysis formula. There may be positive and significant relationship between education and training  with professional economic education teachers in 10 state senior high schools in Banda Aceh,

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Internship Program which is required by Faculty of Economics  and find out the extent of success of the Internship Program in order to develop human skills, and formulate policy recommendations to improve such activities in the future. This research uses descriptive deductive method and model evaluation of the Context-Input-Process-Product ( CIPP ) program. From the research result, it is found that implementation in context, input, process and product aspects has been done with various results. There are 6 issues of strategic issues raised based on interviews that are considered to be considered in regard to the internship program. Researchers also give 6 policy recommendations to be implemented by the faculty that will impact on the human development of the world of education in general.

Abstract

This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which employed qualitative approach. This class action research was conducted into two cycles where in each cycle consisted of 4 stages namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject of this study is the Tenth grade  students of TMP 1 on SMK Ahmad Yani Jabung as many as 24 students. The objective of this study is to describe: (1) the implementation of Corners and Talking Stick learning models, (2) student learning activities after participating in Corners and Talking Stick learning models, (3) student learning outcomes after following Corners and Talking Stick learning models, (4) constraints encountered during the implementation of Corners and Talking Stick learning models. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Corners and Talking Stick learning models can increase the activity and student learning outcomes. The first meeting, the first cycle has 25.71 % and a second meeting in cycle 1 has 29.18 %  In the second cycle, the third meeting  student activity  reached 51.43 % to 58.89 % at the end of the meeting that was on the fourth meeting, (2) the results of the previous cognitive study, mastery learning percentage was 54.24 %  and increased to be79.17 % in the first cycle and the second cycle increased to be 91.67 %.Abstrak : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan 2 siklus dimana tiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas X TPM 1 SMK Ahmad Yani Jabung, Kabupaten Malang sebanyak 24 siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) penerapan kolaborasi model pembelajaran Corners dan Talking Stick (2) aktivitas belajar siswa setelah mengikuti kolaborasi pembelajaran Corners dan Talking Stick (3) hasil belajar siswa setelah mengikuti kolaborasi pembelajaran Corners dan Talking Stick (4) Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi pada saat penerapan kolaborasi model pembelajaran Corners dan Talking Stick. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kolaborasi pembelajaran  model Corners dan Talking Stick dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Siklus I pertemuan pertama aktivitas siswa 25,71% dan pertemuan kedua dalam siklus 1 sebesar 29,18%. Pada siklus II juga pertemuan ketiga aktivitas siswa dari 51,43% menjadi 58,89% di akhir pertemuan yaitu pertemuan keempat, hasil belajar ranak kognitif yang sebelumnya prosentase ketuntasan belajar 54,24% meningkat menjadi 79,17% pada siklus I dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 91,67%.
