Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce module of Public Relation and Protocol Administration based on POE for Eleventh Grade Office Administration 2 which has been tested its validity and to know the improvement of student learning outcomes after using this module. This type of research is research and development with using Borg & Gall model. Research indicates that the module of Public Relations and Protocol Administration using POE model have been validated and the result is feasible to be used and the student’s learning outcomes in the experimental class are higher than the control class.

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research is the implementation of collaborative learning model POE and Mind Mapping on the subject archival and to know activities and learning outcomes in the students X grade Office Administration program SMK PGRI Turen. Type of this research was class action research (CAR) which conducted two cycles in 4 meetings. The research result showed that:(1) Implementation of collaborative learning model POE and Mind Mapping on the subject archival in the students X grade APK 1 SMK PGRI Turen in the cycle I reached about 60% and increased in the cycle II become 93.5%. (2) Learning activities satisfied and learning outcomes become significant increased.Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini  adalah  implementasi kolaborasi model pembelajaran POE dan Mind Mapping pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan serta mengetahui aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa Pada Siswa Kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK PGRI Turen. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dua siklus 4 kali pertemuan.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Implementasi kolaborasi model pembelajaran POE dan Mind Mapping pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan Pada Siswa Kelas X APK 1 SMK PGRI Turen pada siklus I memperoleh persentase sebesar 61% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 93.5%. (2) Aktivitas belajar sangat memuskan dan hasil belajar mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan.

Abstract

Research objectives for improving student learning outcomes on the subjects of marketing strategy through the implementation of model learning SFAE. This type of research this is a class action research using a qualitative approach which consists of two cycles with the subject Marketing X grade SMK YPI Darussalam 2 Cerme Gresik Regency. This research consists of four stages: (1) the Planning Act, (2) the implementation of the action, (3) observations (observation), and (4) Reflection. The result of the research shows that cognitive and affective learning outcomes of students have increased significantly.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the CIRC learning model on learning achievement in the Indonesian Language Correspondence course material for writing official letters. This type of research is experimental form of non equivalent control group design. The subject of the study was all students of UNESA 2016 Office Administration Education Study Program totaling 88 students in which the experimental class was determined as class A and the control class was class B. In the learning control class, it was used the direct instruction model, while the experimental class was treated using the CIRC model. The research uses various instrument tests such as pre-test, post-test, and assignments to make official letters. The results showed that there were significant differences when comparing the average score of the control class with the experimental class, namely the cooperative reading and composition cooperative learning model had a significant effect on students’ achievement.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze implementation of SQ4R learning method, students ' active participation and students ' achievement in the subject " Public Administration of Public Relations and Protocol " for students of class XI ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE 1 at SMK PGRI Turen. This type of research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection was done by interview, observation, documentation, test, and field note. The result of the research shows that (1) the implementation of learning goes well, proved by the increase of students ' active participation and students ' achievement, (2) the students ' active participation increased from the percentage of 61% in the circle 1 to 82% in circle 2, (3) Students ' achievement from the cognitive aspect increased from the average of 6.7 in circle 1 to 88.7 on circle 2.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: 1) to produce teaching materials in the form of Guided Inquiry-Based Learning Strategy Module for Personnel Administration for the eleventh grade students of Office Administration Program; 2) determine the feasibility of the module through the validation test; and 3) determine whether or not there is an increase in student learning outcomes between before and after using the module. This type of research is research and development. Research indicates that the product after being validated matter experts and expert modules are fit for use. Student learning outcomes after using this module increases.Abstrak:  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) menghasilkan bahan ajar yang berupa Modul Administrasi Kepegawaian Berbasis Strategi Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing untuk siswa SMK kelas XI Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran, 2) mengetahui kelayakan modul melalui uji validasi, dan 3) mengetahui apakah terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa antara sebelum dan setelah menggunakan modul. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian dan pengembangan.  Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk setelah divalidasi ahli materi dan ahli modul adalah layak digunakan. Abstract

This research aimed to determine how is the implementation of discovery learning model with mind mapping media on the basic comptences of clasify kinds of retail business and whether the implementation of the discovery learning model with mind mapping media can increase learning outcomes of student. This research conducted using qualitative approach and quantitative in the planning of class action research by two cycles with research time for every cycle 2 meeting @ 3x45 minute. The result showed that by using discovery learning model with mind mapping media learning outcomes of student was good in the aspect of knowledge, skill, and the attitude have increased.Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model discovery learning dengan menggunakan media mind mapping pada kompetensi dasar mengklasifikasikan jenis bisnis ritel dan apakah penerapan model discovery learning dengan menggunakan media mind mapping dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dalam rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus dengan waktu penelitian untuk masing-masing siklus 2 pertemuan @ 3 x 45 menit.  yang hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa melalui penggunaan model discovery learning dengan media mind mapping hasil belajar siswa baik dalam ranah pengetahuan, ketrampilan, maupun sikap mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has been a primary issue, and the educational sector has responded to this issue by providing various alternative learning activities to provide the indifference essence as in the normal situation. In more specific, this study aims to examine the implementation of blended synchronous learning-based and its impact on students’ critical thinking in economics. This study applied mixed methods, quasi-experimentally by using non-equivalent control group design research to determine the different changes during the experimental period. The findings of the study indicate that in addition to diminishing tedium in the classroom, blended synchronous learning outraces the conventional learning and can explain an increase in critical thinking abilities of students. Additionally, this study demonstrates the remarkable different between treated students and control group in the term of critical thinking from the perspective of SOLO taxonomy.Keywords—blended synchronous learning, critical thinking ability, blended learning, learning management system

Abstract

The exploration of employee performance in social entrepreneurship has gained increasing relevance among researchers, particularly in rural economic. Previous research has not explored much of the role of work motivation in strengthening job training and work incentives on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of job training and work incentives on employee performance and elaborate on work motivation as a moderating variable. This research respondents were all employees working in Kampung Marketer with a total sample of 161 people. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis technique employs moderated analysis regression, preceded by a validity test, a reliability test and a classic assumption test. The results showed that job training has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of employees. Work incentives have an insignificant impact on the performance of employees. Motivation can reduce the effect of job training and enervate work incentive toward employee performance. Research results represent that work incentives essential to generate employee performance; otherwise, higher motivation can emerge negatively and influence employee performance. The research is beneficial to manage human resource and deliver cutting-edge insight in managing employee.

Abstract

The 21st century education expects students to have the skills to solve problems, develop knowledge, be able to develop high degree of thinking and critical thinking. This expectation requires schools to be able to take an innovative learning approach. This study aims at determining the implementation of the STEM-based Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in General Administration subjects as well as how it impacts student learning outcomes. This research is a survey based on the implementation of Classroom Action Research (CAR) by the practicum teacher. This Classroom Action Research requirements that were included in the observation were at least two cycles with two meetings per cycle. The results showed that the implementation of the STEM-based Project Based Learning (PjBL) model of teachers experienced more problems related to the interpretation of each component of the planning process for the preparation of learning tools and specifically difficulties when the process of real-life context learning activities in class. However, this learning model provided benefits in strengthening participants to improve learning outcomes Keywords: Learning Outcomes, STEM approach, Project Based Learning
