Abstract

In a paper-based records management practices, many problems faced, so as to provide space in the electronic media as an alternative in the management of archives. In the terminology of archival, electronic media is classified as a new media archive. One new form of archive storage media is digital media. Digital media typically requires tools such as computers, because it can not be read directly. Archives are stored in digital form can include images, sound, video, text or any other that can be used as a data in binary form (binary), can be processed in a computer program and stored in a digital data storage media.Abstrak : Dalam praktik pengelolaan arsip berbasis kertas, banyak permasalahan yang dihadapi, sehingga memberikan ruang pada media elektronik sebagai alternatif dalam pengelolaan arsip. Dalam terminologi kearsipan, media elektronik dikelompokan sebagai arsip media baru. Salah satu bentuk penyimpanan arsip media baru adalah media digital. Media digital biasanya memerlukan alat bantu berupa komputer, karena tidak dapat dibaca secara langsung. Arsip yang disimpan dalam bentuk digital dapat berupa gambar, suara, video, tulisan atau lainnya yang dapat dijadikan sebuah data dalam bentuk biner (binary), dapat diolah dalam program komputer dan disimpan dalam media penyimpanan data digital.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an assessment instrument oriented to Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based on metacognitive skill. The research product was analyzed for feasibility using a validation test of constructs and contents. The assessment instrument was measured with the difficulty and different levels of the questions. A valid product is tested to acknowledge the user's response. The results showed that the construct and content validation is valid, with 94 percent and 91 percent, respectively. The analysis of the different levels of the question showed a good different result. It implies that the instrument points lead to HOTS, which can improve students' metacognitive skills. The revised instrument was tested to the users, with the response was about 86.17 percent. The validation result from the experts and the response of the user can be concluded that the instrument of the HOTS-oriented and metacognitive-based assessment is entirely feasible, so it can be used as a guideline and reference by the teachers in the vocational school to develop similar products.

Abstract

This research aims to develop instructional media on the Archive Data Processing Applications Subject for students of class XII  Administration Program of State Vocational School 1 Banyuwangi. The developmental research used 4D model of development. This model consists of four stages of development, which are define, design, develop, and disseminate. Based on the validation results from matter experts, media experts and students, where the matter experts indicated that the percentage of material of media was 91%, the media experts showed that the percentage of media/product was 98%, and students showed that the percentage of media/product was 89%. The data showed that the number of instructional media Archive Data Processing Applications have valid criteria or can be used. It is suggested for teachers and students, before using this instructional media Archive Data Processing Applications, need to be understand in how to operate this learning media so that the learning can be more optimal. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk  mengembangkan media pembelajaran Aplikasi Pengolahan Data Arsip pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan untuk siswa kelas XII Program Studi Administrasi Perkantoran Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Banyuwangi. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D. Model ini terdiri dari 4 tahap pengembangan, yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi, ahli media, dan siswa dimana ahli materi menunjukkan bahwa persentase sebesar 91%, ahli media menunjukkan bahwa persentase sebesar 98% dan siswa menunjukkan bahwa persentase sebesar 89%. Dimana jumlah tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran Aplikasi Pengolahan Data Arsip memiliki kriteria valid/dapat digunakan. Saran kepada guru dan siswa khusunya, sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran Aplikasi Pengolahan Data Arsip ini hendaknya memahami dan mengerti cara pengoperasian media pembelajaran ini sehingga pembelajaran yang dilakukan dapat lebih optimal.

Abstract

Pengembangan Media Autoplay untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Prinsip-Prinsip Bisnis Abstract: The present developmental study is aims at generating developmental product of audio visual media on Business Ethic competence. Besides, it is conducted to be able to determine the difference of Tenth grade students’ learning achievement at SMK Negeri 2 Blitar which is implementing audio visual media and not. The present study is audio visual media development employing Research and Development steps (R&D) proposed by Sugiyono. The result of data analysis indicates that the development of audio visual media is able to enhance students’ learning outcome. Several suggestions to utilize the audio visual media are as follows: 1) The present product are expected to be reference for teachers to support learning process, 2) Besides, employing other components, such as opening animations to attract the students and tutorial video.Abstrak: Penelitian pengembangan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan produk pengembangan media pembelajaran audio visual pada kompetensi dasar Etika Binsis. Penelitian dilakukan juga untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas X Pemasaran di SMK Negeri 2 Blitar dengan menggunakan media audio visual dan tanpa mengunakan media pembelajaran audio visual. Jenis penelitian pengembangan yang digunakan ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan media audio visual menggunakan langkah-langkah metode Research and Developpment (R&D) yang dikembangkan oleh Sugiyono. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran audio visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Saran pemanfaatan media audio visual ini yaitu 1) produk ini diharapakan dapat dijadikan referensi guru mata pelajaran untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas, 2) komponen lain seperti animasi pembuka yang lebih menarik serta video tutorial bagi siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and social environmental factors on consumption behaviour of Economics Faculty of Economics students of Manado State University. The design of this study using the quantitative approach with survey method, with the number of samples is 67 students as respondents through proportionate stratified random sampling. The research instrument used questionnaire with a Likert scale which then tested the validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques include 1) Descriptive analysis; 2) Classical assumption test, and 3) Multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: 1). There is a significant influence on financial literacy and student consumption behaviour, with the influence of financial literacy on student consumption behaviour of 54.4%; 2). There is a significant influence on social environment factor with student consumption behaviour, with the influence of social environment factor to student consumption behaviour equal to 37.5%; and 3). There is the influence of variable of financial literacy and social environment factor to student consumption behaviour variable with a contribution equal to 78.6%. Conclusion, partially or simultaneously financial literacy and social environmental factors have a significant effect on the consumption behaviour of students of Economics Education Faculty of Economics, State University of Manado.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the public relations activities of vocational high schools (SMK) in connecting between schools and the community, one of which is DU/DI. The purpose of this study was to determine public relations activities at SMK, forms of partnership with DU/DI and forms of public relations activities in supporting partnerships with DU / DI at SMK. This type of research was qualitative research. Collecting data was from a natural setting by using the researcher as a key instrument. Sources of data in the study were the results of interviews, documents, and social environment. The form of vocational partnership with DU/DI consisted of 9 cooperation forms and forms of public relations activities in support of partnerships with DU/DI was to conduct industry visits regularly, renewed the form of cooperation with DU/DI, as well as being an intermediary between Internship students and DU/DI. Overall results illustrated that school public relations activities in collaboration with DU/DI had been going well, but it had not been maximized.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to produce a source of learning in the form of electronic book (e-book) with EPUB format for the Product Management Subject, and measuring the effectiveness of the use of e-book as a source for student learning independently. The study was conducted using the development model proposed by Sugiyono. This study used a questionnaire to obtain data validated by an expert. Students are as audience in learning using e-book based EPUB. The average of validation result and trial of effectiveness of EPUB-based e-book used calculation of joint validity which resulted percentage of 86,14% which means very valid and suitable to be used as alternative learning source for the Product Management Subject.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is (1) description of self-regulated learning, learning facilities and learning outcomes of  X grade Office Administration on the subject of office automation in SMK Negeri 1 Panji Situbondo. (2) Influence of self-regulated learning and learning facilities on the learning outcomes. Type of this research was descriptive correlational research with a quantitative approach. The results of this research (1) self-regulated learning, learning facilities and student learning outcomes that are in good categories (2) there was significant influence between self-regulated learning and learning facilities on the learning outcomes. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) deskripsi self regulated learning, fasilitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran (APK) pada Mata Pelajaran Otomatisasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Panji Situbondo, (2) Pengaruh self regulated learning dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) self regulated learning, fasilitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori baik (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara self regulated learning dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about how leadership functions implementation in the Makassar Departement of Manpower. Research design, data processing and data analysis in this researchis a descriptive approach. The techniques used in collecting data are observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results indicate the effectiveness of the implementation of the leadership function in the Makassar Departement of Manpower is quite effective.The results of the indicators, first, decision making functions and delegate functions are classified as effective;second,instructive functions, consultative functions and participatory functions are categorized quite effective. The application of the leadership function in the Makassar Departement of Manpoweris quite effective because leader is able to revive the organization with a good work climate and the leaders in the Departement of Manpowercan always be part of what their employees feel.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are generating module of administration facilities and infrastructure based learning cycle 5E for students of SMK/MAK grade XII Office Administration skill program, determine the feasibility module of administration facilities and infrastructure based learning cycle 5E through expert validation test modules, subject matter experts, and students, also to determine improving student learning outcomes before and after using the module of administration facilities and infrastructure based learning cycle 5E. The result of research show that the development result module is deemed very feasible to be used in the learning activities and the average student score after using the development result module also experience an increase.
