Abstract

This study aims to confirm the role of students' businessdetermination after completing entrepreneurship courses on productivebehavior by reinforcing the academic climate experienced by students andensuring the role of strong ideals and enthusiasm among students. Thisresearch primarily focused on students who have completedentrepreneurship courses in various study programs at the University ofMataram. The study involved students' attitudes in the form of determinationthat reflect the strong aspirations and enthusiasm of doing business and theirinfluence on efforts to realize entrepreneurial intentions, in establishing novel,creative, innovative and innovative technology-based startup. It alsomeasured how dare the students to take measurable risks. It comprehensivelyproved that student entrepreneurial behavior can be established on the basisof a strong desire to become entrepreneurs from the beginning of study, withthe support of business knowledge and skills and strengthening the academicclimate that creates psycho-social conditions such as academics.

Abstract

This study aims at explaining the relationship between work performance appraisal information systems, work performance appraisals and the performance of education personnel. This research was included in the category of explanatory research with a quantitative approach using survey methods to obtain a detailed understanding of the phenomenon. This research was conducted at Universitas Negeri Malang which is one of the leading state universities in East Java, and has implemented an information system for work performance appraisal for the last five years. Thus, it will be interesting to know whether the information system has a sustainable impact or not on improving employee performance. The sample of this study was 328 education personnel who are state civil servants at the head office of Universitas Negeri Malang. The results showed that the information system and work performance appraisal had a positive impact on the performance of education personnel. Furthermore, both information systems and performance appraisal simultaneously also have a positive influence on the performance of education personnel.Keywords: Work Performance Appraisal, Information Systems, Employee Performance

Abstract

Progress in technology impacts the educational sector, which allows teachers to build interactive learning programs. The goal of this study is to investigate the use of the flipped learning model to improve student learning outcomes as the implementation of the revised community of inquiry (RCOI). The research was carried out on students who took the course in Organizational Management, Management Study Program, Economics Faculty, Sanata Dharma University. A purposeful sampling method was used for the sampling technique, data mining used questionnaires for 163 respondents and classroom surveys. Three factors are included in the aspects examined, specifically the characteristics of the learning program, implementation and the outcomes obtained. The data analysis was using factor analysis. The findings showed that learners thought the stimuli using the flipped learning model made learning simpler and more autonomous for them and this RCOI measure provided its advantages in influencing the progress of their learning outcomes. Keywords: Model Flipped Learning, Revised Community of Inquiry (RCOI), Students’ Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess platform preservation in online learning based on subject type and skills to be achieved. A challenge in the new normal era that requires online learning, but internet access is still considered expensive to reach financially. The new in this research is a topic that examines online learning for Islamic business schools under the ministry of religion, which, of course, has different characteristics from other business schools in Indonesia. Research Methods is using a mixed-method. Descriptive statistics using 86 respondents were used to explore the right platform to improve competence. Qualitative methods are used to find out the reasons for the preference for platforms and explore the problems that exist in using learning platforms. The use of digital platforms as online learning media in Islamic business schools needs to pay attention to the conditions of the ability to access the internet and gadgets, interactions, features that help to learn, and human factors. Necessary to collaborate with several learning media according to the needs and learning objectives.

Abstract

The use of digital learning is a critical component of developing technology information and communication skills. The purpose of this study aims to develop a web-based Petty Cash Management Information System for financial administration courses to increase student autonomy and learning outcomes. This type of research and development employed a modified version of Borg and Gall’s Research and Development model. The study’s subjects included media and material experts serving as expert validators, six students serving as user validators, and large group test subjects. Quantitative data were gathered through the calculation of scores on validation questionnaires, independence questionnaires, and psychomotor test scores; qualitative data were gathered through interviews, criticisms, and suggestions. The independent sample t-test and descriptive qualitative analysis are used to analyze the data. The validation and trial results indicate that the learning media is appropriate for its designation, learning objectives, and ease of use and that it can be applied to support learning and improve student learning outcomes. The resulting product is unique in that it supports automation, complies with requirements, and features a distinct user interface for lecturers and students. Keywords: Financial Administration, Instructional Media, Learning Independence

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict on employee performance of the part-time employee of a packaging industry in Tangerang which are mediated by readiness for change. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 143 participants. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict have negative and significant effect on the employee performance, but work-family conflict have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. Also, this research found that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship work-family conflict and employee performance. Readiness for change as fully mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the part-time employee of a packaging industry in Tangerang through enhancing work-family conflict management practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0. Keywords: Employee Performance, Readiness for Change, Work-Family Conflict
