Abstract

The quality of madrasah management is supported by good planning. The Madrasah Work Plan is one of the aspects related to the development of national education standards of it. In the context of supervision, it is part of the madrasah managerial. Madrasah supervisors in this case can develop appropriate strategies to provide guidance in planning development. Some strategies that can be developed are monitoring and evaluation, focused group discussion (FGD), delphie methods, and billings.

Abstract

Pesantren as a base class learning traditional not only reveals the traditional characters alone, but the value nalai keraifan locality pesantren which is equivalent to the concept of learning modern already exist and have been used by actors pesantren, in terms of classroom management of learning, schools are not just looking at the class of the room narrow as pembellajaran classical modern concept, but schools have given more meaning that boarding is itself actually a large classroom where efforts kijaji approach occurs pruralistik.

Abstract

Leadership in Islam occupies a very strategic position. Because leadership is an instrument to achieve the lofty ideals of a nation. Namely the creation of a nation that "baldatun thayyibatun wa rabbun ghafur" (the nations good, prosperous and under the protection of Allah). Therefore, Islam put considerable attention to the issue of leadership. Studies of leadership in Islam, the term used is the word caliph, the priest, ulil amr and al-mulk.

Abstract

Various measures should be considered and implemented in order to improve the quality of education . Improving the quality of education is the improvement of teaching and learning process that is dependent upon the professionalism of teachers as human resources. Speaking of professional teachers, there are still many good people among experts discussed their own education or outside education experts . Even many who tend to abuse the position of teacher , whether relating to the public interest until the very personal nature . While from the teachers themselves barely able to defend themselves . Community or parents were sometimes accused of teachers lacking professional, quality and so on , when her son was not able to resolve the problem she faced alone or have the ability that does not comply with her wishes.

Abstract

Generally, questions reform movement within Islam can be grouped into three variants, the West, and Nationalism. For the first group, one of the things that can restore the glory of the Muslims is a necessity to return to the Islamic shariah. As for the second group, the basic principles which can restore the glory of the Muslims is to make the progress of Western civilization as an example and a model. As for the third group, the weakness of the Muslims caused by the reluctance of Muslims to acknowledge the existence of a variety of changes and developments in their lives. Because its one way to cure it is to eliminate the old institutions were deemed unnecessary because Islamic civilization to develop institutions that also have suffered a setback.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Educators and education personnel are the key human resources that are key to the success of educational institutions, therefore their competence must be developed continuously according to the demands and changes in the development of education. To have and prepare competent and professional educators and education personnel in their performance, educational institutions are required to apply leadership by implementing good strategies through disciplined coaching, motivation, rewards and perceptions. Guidance and development of competence, profession and career of educators and education personnel can be implemented through various strategies in the form of education and training, among others; In-house training, internship programs, school partnerships, distance learning, tiered training and specialized training, short courses at colleges or other educational institutions, internal coaching by schools, and advanced study education.

Abstract

Islam is a logical religion. Consequently, those who cannot think logically cannot be categorized as those who poseses a religion. A logical religion is one that has rational or logical teachings. This also means that those who believe in such a religion will not become a blind following taqlid, this is even worse if the followed only one or certain madzhab or school.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study is a study of thought associated with Agus Purwanto‟s thought in the book by the tittle Ayat- Ayat Semesta and Nalar Ayat-Ayat Semesta. According to Agus Purwanto thought in his book, he divides the relationship between Islam and science within 3 (three) kinds of models, namely: the Islamization of Science, Islamic of Scientification and Islamic Science. Islamization of Science is the model that made the discovery that the majority of modern science in the West, can be in accordance with the teachings of Islam. Islamic of Scientification is trying to find the basics of science to the teachings of Islam. While the Islamic Science seeks to make the Quran and as-Sunna as a base construction science. Of the three kinds of models, Agus Purwanto choose three clusters, namely the Islamic Science. Islamic Science is a science-based construction revelation. In this case, Agus Purwanto offer kauniyah 800 verses in the Quran to do the analysis of the text, which is then followed by observation and experimentation natural phenomena directly by using the scientific method.
