Abstract

This study aims to determine the participation and motivation of the students, student learning outcomes and determine the quality of chemistry by combining Jigsaw model and PBMP patterns on the material of Carbon Chemistry. This study is a Classroom Action Research held on two cycles. The subjects of this study were the students of class XII-IPA-2 SMAN 6 Madiun in the Academic Year 2014-2015. The research design uses Classroom Action Research with two cycles, where each round consists of plans, activities and observation, reflection and revision of the draft. The methods of data collection is test data results, student activity sheets observation and data management of learning. While the devices used are the Lesson Plan, Hand Out, and the Student Worksheet. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results achieved in this study are: 1) The score of each test cycle shows that the application of a PBMP and Jigsaw model can improve students' mastery learning. In the first cycle, the percentage of classical completeness is 70.59%. In the second cycle, the percentage of classical completeness is 85.29%. 2) The response of students in applying PBMP patterns and Jigsaw model in the learning process carbon chemistry provides positive feedback. It can be seen from the responses of students that they are more motivated with Jigsaw and PBMP with a percentage of 70.6%. Learning management increased from the first cycle to the second cycle. Positive activities undertaken students also increased from the first cycle to the second cycle.

Abstract

Learning aims to achieve proficiency behasa properly. To achieve this goal of language learning can not be separated from the aspects of grammar. One way to achieve the grammar aspect is the test. Language tests can be called with the test language for principal goal is the ability to speak is not the knowledge of the language. Range measured aspects adhered to the types of tests used in the test item at the end of the lesson / test formatif.The reseach aims to determine aspects of language are tested at each end of the semester. This study used a qualitative approach to data sources such as the end of semester exam 1 and 2 grade 1 to grade 6. The reason for the selection of test questions daily as a subject of study as a matter of KKG was prepared by a team of Madiun Regency. techniques of data collection is done by collecting data sources in the field and read the data source. The data analysis phase consists of threesteps: data reduction, classification, presentation of data and drawing conclusions. The  results showed there were aspects of language such as phonology (Fon/f.1, Fon/a/1, Fon/a.i, Fon/a.I, Fon/a.e-E, Fon/a.o-O) the aspect morphology consisting of a free morpheme and  bound, the process of reduplication or repetition, syntactic aspects that form phrases and sentences and semantic aspects in the form of meaning.

Abstract

Ex-psychotic individuals encounter many difficulties in the process of socializing and returned to the environment, so that the necessary training skills before returning to the family and society. The purpose of this study was (1) To determine the effort to improve the social and economic independenceof individual ex-psychotic through vocational skills training in the Social Rehabilitation Unit Ex Psychotic Social Service of East Java Province, (2) To determine the effectiveness of vocational skills training to improve social and economic independence of the individual ex-psychotic The Social Rehabilitation Unit Ex Psychotic Social Service of East Java Province. Writing method using a case study approach to field studies (field research) combined with literature (library research). This community service is a descriptive research, data analysis using qualitative analysis with interactive model. The analyzed data is the data rate of socio-economic independence of individuals before and after the psychotic ex vocational skills training. This research with two activities that make the carpet of material raffia rope and wooden crafts. Potential outcomes include training in order to improve their socio-economic independence,product copyrighted works, a national scientific journals and strengthening the role of counselors and social services functions.

Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to understand the simple physics concept of torque in FISMIS (Physics Mysteries) method. The method can inspire the innovative learning physics and one of the alternatives in answering the concept of physics, especially in torque material. The experiments of torque were conducted by using the media such pens and ring necklaces which were given treatments such encouragement, pressure, and deviation. From the pre-test result of 10 items and ten items about the concept of counting were known to have 20% of the 200 SMAN 1 Balikpapan students in class XI were able to understand the answer about the concept of torque and 80% of students were able to answer counting problems correctly. However, after being given Pgasing with FISMIS method problem solving of torque, the post-test result there were 95% of students who can understand the concepts and solve it correctly.As for the concept of counting with I2T shows pupils more rigorous in calculating quickly without leaving the concept. AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk memahami konsep fisika tentang torsi secara sederhana dengan metode FISMIS (Fisika Misteri). Metode tersebut bisa menjadi inspirasi pembelajaran fisika yang inovatif dan salah satu alternatif dalam menjawab konsep fisika khususnya pada materi torsi. Eksperimen tentang torsi dilakukan menggunakan media bolpoint dan kalung ring dengan diberi perlakuan berupa dorongan, tekanan serta simpangan. Dari hasil pre test 10 butir soal konsep dan 10 soal menghitung diketahui ada 20 % dari 200 siswa kelas XI di SMAN 1 Balikpapan yang  mampu memahami dalam menjawab soal konsep torsi dan80 % siswa mampu menjawab soal menghitung dengan benar. Tetapi setelah diberi PGasing dengan metode FISMIS problem solving tentang torsi, hasil post tes 95 % siswa mampu memahami konsep dan mampu menjawab secara benar. Sedangkan untuk konsep menghitung dengan I T menunjukan siswa semakin teliti dalam menghitung secara cepat tanpa meninggalkan konsep.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a key book in the Myriapoda determination Inquiry learning model to improve learning outcomes and determine the feasibility Taxonomy Inveretebrata the book as a learning supporting Prodi Biology Education. The subjects that students Prodi Biology Education IIB half the number 12. Collecting data using multiple assessment sheet including key book appraisal determination Myriapoda, the student questionnaire responses, the performance test sheet, sheet cognitive test results, student activity sheets, and activity sheets lecturer. Analysis of the data using the average of each assessment. The result of this research is a key book Myriapoda determination developed with 4D models (Four D Models) with the stages of defining, designing, developing, while the spread was not done because of the larger scale. The results showed that 80% assessmentsupervisor and lecturer of Invertebrate Taxonomy courses give a good assessment can be categorized or fit for use Other research results are students responded positively to the book developed by providing an assessment that is equal to 70.8% agreed, and 22% strongly agreed, besides learning theInquiry model can improve the process and the results of this study demonstrated the value of cognitive test results the average is 80 so it can be categorized as good.

Abstract

Language occurs and lives in a context that influence anything, determine and link to the choices of someone's language when creating and interpreting texts. In any context, people use language to perform three main functions: Ideational function, the function of language to express or construct ideas or information; Interpersonal function, the function of language to interact with others who express speech, attitudes, feelings etc.; Textual function, the function that regulates how the text is created in order to achieve it’s cohesion and coherence, so it will easily understood those who hear or read it. Problem statement of this research: Is there an ability increasing in understanding the text with SQ3R reading techniques (Survey-Question-Read-Recite-Review) in TKJ A to the twelfth grade  students of SMK Negeri 1 Kebonsari Madiun in the School Year 2011/2012? In this study, researchers collaborate with other teachers and the principals. Researchers involved in the study from the beginning to the end of the study. Researchers are trying to see, observe, feel, live, reflect and evaluate learning activities that take place. The stages of research consists of planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The study collected data were statistically analyzed using the formula that is mean or average to get accurate results. The result showed that the average value of the cycle has increased significantly. The conclusion of the result is: an ability increasing in understanding the text with SQ3R reading techniques (Survey-Question-Read-Recite-Review) in TKJ A to the twelfth grade  students of SMK Negeri 1 Kebonsari Madiun in the School Year 2011/2012.

Abstract

This study aims to know (1) the implementation of management of change the curriculum KTSP 2006 to the curriculum 2013, (2) to know the impact of the implementation of management of change toward the learning process and (3) to know the supporting and resistance factor of the implementation of the management of change by SMAN 1 Kediri. This research is a field research (qualitative). The subject of study uses the purposive & snowball sampling. The process of collecting data uses interview, observation, and documentation. The technique of analyzing data uses data analysis techniques with a qualitative descriptive- inductive approach. The results of this research are The First, the implementation process of curriculum KTSP to the curriculum 2013 in SMAN 1 Kediri consist of activities: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. Practically, all of these functions is work effectively, only the controlling process that has not been able to run effectively and tangible in the field. The second, the impact of the management of changes to the learning process, namely: Guidance and Counseling (BK), labeling majors (specializations), teacher book and student book, the concept of subjects, the concept of assessment, and scientific approach (scientific approach). The third, the supporting & resistance factors of the implementation of curriculum 2013 in SMAN 1 Kediri namely, as supporting factors include the former of RSBI schools, the former of Full Day School, Learners, teacher, and analysis of the curriculum. As the resistance factors are Procurement of books, Facilities and infrastructure, and funding.

Abstract

There are many errors on Job Application Letter (JAL) as task of lecture. The errors can be analizyzed based on EYD which consist of letters, words, and punctuations. Specifically, this research aims at explaining the errors of using letters, words, and punctuationson JAL for the students of IKIP PGRI Madiun. This research is descriptive qualitative explaining the phenomena occurred on JAL of IKIP PGRI Madiun students. The qualitative data research and primary data source research are gained using writing document technique of students JAL. The validation data technique used are method and experts triangulations. The technique of data analysis is using interactive model analysis. The result of this research shows that there are 25 similar errors of students JAL. The errors appeared at the 6 errors of using letters, 15 errors of using word, and 4 errors of using punctuations.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the behavior patterns of socio-economic sub-urban to manage home industry in increasing family income. The data collection technique used in the research are: (1) observations of doing a shoot (camera/visual), (2) a structured interview, (3) depth interview, and (3) create a life history. The results showed that agricultural sector move to other sectors for various reasons. This condition opens non-agricultural activities for the sub-urban community. One of the non-farm activities is the developing of home industry of Tempe chips. This business is a kind of home industry with a low profit. It requires relatively little capital, comes from savings, family loans or borrow from gathering. The family management system is used in this home industry. This is as the effect of uncertain condition of capital and marketing patterns. This home industry can not achieve an affordable paying system.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the gaps and the symbolic reality of empirical reality in Hadist Prophet Muhammad on devotion to the mother of three times the devotion to the father. The purpose is achieved by conducting research in Sub Klegen Kartoharjo District of the City of Madiun. Klegen consists of 48 Neighborhood, 2,219 heads of household with a population of 8876 people consisting childhood, early and late teens, adults, seniors. Village residents Klegen the population, the sample is taken from each age level. This research approaches with quantitative methods to the design of ex-post facto. The variable’s symbolic reality (disclosure to the theory of perception) and the empirical reality (disclosure with attitude theory). Instruments research with questionnaires about perceptions and attitudes. Data analysis with statistics. Expected outcomes are journals and teaching materials. The results showed that 1) Residents of villages Klegen in the 20-24 years age Symbolic Reality them (perception) and their empirical reality (attitude) about devotion to the mother three times consecrated the correlation coefficients father entered the category of strong (0.71172071: 0, 60­0.799), and significantly, t0> t (21.6593> 1.690); 2) Residents of villages in the age of 40-44 years Klegen Symbolic Reality them (perception) and their empirical reality (attitude) about devotion to the mother three times consecrated the correlation coefficients father entered the category of very strong (0.819802866: 0.80 to 1.000), and significantly t0> t11 (30.90411268> 1.690); 3) Residents of villages in the age of 60­64 years Klegen Symbolic Reality them (perception) and their empirical reality (attitude) about devotion to the mother three times consecrated the father is no correlation coefficients categorized as very strong (0.982081: 0.80 to 1.000), included in the category of very strong and significant, t0 > t1 (83,8640059).AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesenjangan realitas simbolik dan realitas empirik dalam Hadits Nabi Muhammad tentang bakti kepada ibu tiga kali bakti kepada ayah. Tujuan tersebut tercapai dengan mengadakan penelitian di Kelurahan Klegen Kecamatan Kartoharjo Kota Madiun. Kelurahan Klegen terdiri dari 48 Rukun Tetangga, 2.219 Kepala Keluarga dengan jumlah penduduk 8.876 orang yang terdiri kanak-kanak, remaja awal dan akhir, dewasa, manula. Warga 0> t1 Kelurahan Klegen merupakan populasi, sampelnya diambil dari tiap jenjang usia. Pendekatan penelitian ini dengan metode kuantitatif dengan desain ex-post facto. Variabelnya adalah realitas simbolik (pengungkapannya dengan teori persepsi) dan realitas empirik (pengungkapannya dengan teori sikap). Intrumens penelitian dengan angket tentang persepsi dan sikap. Analisa datanya dengan statistik. Luaran yang diharapkan adalah jurnal dan bahan ajar.
