Abstract

Language is a communication system that cannot  separated from any human life. A person's language skills  filled with various aspects that interrelated with each other, such as aspects of health, environment, intelligence, and other elements. However, someone who is interrupted by his speech function will also experience issues of his language. This study written to describe the form of expression experienced by stutterers, what factors influence stuttering behavior, and the influence of stuttering behavior on the process of communication with others. This study uses a qualitative approach to analytical methods. First, the researcher listens to the stutterers, conducts interviews, examines the data, and then analyzes it. Based results analysis, it  found stuttering language experienced subject study occurred in all the sentences came out of his speech. His stuttering behavior has caused by environmental factors where he experiences constant fear, which then impacts his speech function in the long term. Because of his stuttering behavior, his communication with others was limited and very disturbed.اللغة هي نظام الاتصال لا يمكن فصلها عن أي حياة بشرية ما. يتم المهارات اللغوية الشخصية بجوانب متنوعة مترابطة ببعضها البعض كجوانب الصحة والبيئة والاستخبارات والجوانب الأخرى. فإن الشخص الذي يضطرب من خلال وظيفته في التحدث سيختبر أيضًا من جوانب لغته. تمت كتابة هذه الدراسة بهدف وصف شكل اللغة التي يواجه المتلعثمون، ما العوامل التي تؤثر على سلوك التأتأة، وتأثير السلوك المتعثر على عملية التواصل مع الآخرين. استخدمت هذه الدراسة نهجًا كيفيا بدراسة الحالة مع أساليب تحليلية. أولاً، استمع الباحثان إلى المتلعثم، ويقومان بإجراء المقابلات، ويفحصان البيانات ثم يحللانها. استناداً إلى نتائج التحليل، وجد أن اللغة المتعثرة التي خاضها موضوع هذه الدراسة وقعت في جميع الجمل التي خرجت من خطابه. ويتسبب سلوكه المتلعثم بعوامل بيئية حيث يعاني من خوف دائم مما يؤثر على وظيفته في الكلام والخطاب. بسبب تصرفاته المتعثرة، كان تواصله مع الآخرين محدودًا ومزعجًا للغاية

Abstract

This aiming of the research is to know about the level Informal Reasoning (IR) of Senior High School in Semarang City based on Rational. This is a Qualitative Descriptive research. The population of this research is students of XI class of all Senior High School in Semarang city. Sample was find out by used proportionate random sampling technique. Sample of the research was the students of XI MIPA from 10 schools in Semarang City which total was 340 students. The method of collect data used by Informal Reasoning test, interview by teacher and the students and also observation. The highest precentage of Informal Reasoning according to Rational Pattern (44,81%).

Abstract

The news hoax and radical understand like a chain that is not separated. Both are very dangerous and have the potential to damage the unity and integrity of the nation and state. This concern encourages researchers to conduct research and assistance for mosque media managers. The sample in this study was the manager of Radio el-Jannah 100.9 FM Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach with four stages: data collection, training, assistance and evaluation. The results of this study indicate that the function of the mosque remains as a center for community empowerment so that it needs to have communication media, one of which is radio which still has a loyal audience segment. The manager of the mosque radio must master the skills of mass communication so that the message broadcast can be well received by the viewers, because from the results of this study it was found that the manager of the mosque's radio had never learned about mass communication. Message and radio broadcast material must be valid, selected, and aimed at educating the public to ward off hoax news and radical understanding.

Abstract

Islamic principals practice various leadership styles, ranging from trait to transformational leadership styles. The shifts from one style to another have demonstrated some weaknesses of each style and led to the societal rejection of certain styles in response to environmental changes. This study aimed at introducing a new akhlaq leadership style involving four schools and four leaders at Malang Elementary Islamic excellent school. Data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative analyze descriptive. The results show that there is significant difference in akhlaq leadership practices according to understanding, appreciation, and experience. However, there exists significant relationship between akhlaq leadership and principal’s working experience. For the principal’s leadership practice priority, the researcher has found that community development is the most commonly practiced akhlaq leadership dimension by the principals. It is followed by the demonstration of fairness, sincerity, respect and serving other dimensions. The major implication is that experienced principals frequently practiced akhlaq leadership compared to less experienced principals, and those who are on the verge of retirement. Hence, the selection of principals should be based their achievement, not seniority in the education service. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إدخال أسلوب القيادة الأخلاقية الذي يشمل أربع مدارس وأربعة قادة في المدرسة الإسلامية المتكاملة الابتدائية (SDIT) مالانج. يتم جمع البيانات عن طريق المقابلة والملاحظة والوثائق. تم تحليل البيانات مع التحليل النوعي الوصفي. أظهرت النتائج وجود اختلافات كبيرة في ممارسة القيادة الأخلاقية وفق الفهم والتقدير والخبرة. وجد الباحثون أن تنمية المجتمع هي البعد الأكثر شيوعًا في القيادة التي يمارسها المدير. تبع ذلك إظهار العدالة والإخلاص والاحترام والموقف من الخدمة. وهذا يعني أن الرؤساء ذوي الخبرة غالباً ما يطبقون القيادة الأخلاقية مقارنةً بالمديرين الأقل خبرة أو الأشخاص الذين تقاعدوا تقريبًا. لذلك ، يجب أن يستند اختيار الرؤساء على إنجازاتهم وليس على الأقدمية في الخدمات التعليمية.

Abstract

Indonesian education is in a transition and adaptation period from the K-13 (Kurikulum 2013/2013 Curriculum) to the KM (Kurikulum Merdeka­­/"Merdeka" Curriculum). So research that compares the two curricula needs to be done to understand the transition of K-13 to KM, especially in Arabic subjects. This research was descriptive-comparative-evaluative research with a content analysis design. Data collection instruments were document studies and semi-structured interviews to explore teacher perceptions regarding those two curricula. In the KM goal component, language skills are expanded into six language elements, listening (istimā'), speaking (kalām), reading-viewing (qirā'ah), and writing-presenting (kitābah). The language skills for viewing and presenting did not exist previously in the K-13. The material components in both curricula still have the same scope. K-13 uses a scientific approach in the strategy component, while KM uses a differentiated learning approach according to student achievement. Then the learning strategies in K-13 are arranged in RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran/Learning Implementation Plan), while those for KM are in teaching modules (modul ajar). Then, in the evaluation component, the KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal/Minimum Completeness Criteria) changes to the KKTP (Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran/Learning Objectives Achievement Criteria). The information obtained from the interviews shows that the teacher has recently been given freedom in teaching, they experience confusion and are not yet ready. Teachers already understand KM theory but have not been able to implement it ideally. This lack of implementation is due to the influence of the unavailability of Arabic language textbooks based on KM, the unavailability of report cards with an assessment format based on KM, and teachers under the Kemenag (Kementerian Agama/Ministry of Religion) have been unable to take part in the program of guru penggerak (mover teachers) education program.

Abstract

Arabic language actually contains sexism. Therefore, learning Arabic with a gender neutral perspective is absolutely necessary so that the alignments towards the Adam and the marginalization of the Eve can be straightened out. Research learning Arabic language with gender neutral insight at Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University of Malang is a library research. In addition, this also includes the type of qualitative research. The documentary method was chosen for data collection techniques. The contribution of learning gender-oriented Arabic language at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang was explored through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis with data validity methods in the form of participation, perseverance of observation, triangulation and adequacy of references. Gender-based Arabic learning in the Special Arabic Language Development Program (PPBA) and Arabic education department includes: Learning planning process, Teaching and learning interactions, Class management and the use of gender responsive language and Arabic learning with gender-neutral insight in the Special Program for Arabic Language Development (PPBA) and the Arabic Education majors as a whole have a positive impact.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the implementation of a scientific approach on biology learning of grade X state senior high school in Wonogiri viewed from teacher's employment status. It is descriptive research using the observation method. The subject involved Biology teachers of grade X and the students of grade X as many as 1 class from each school. Employing a convenience sampling technique, the researchers selected a sample of 6 biology teachers from grade X. The independent variable was the biology teacher's employment status, and the dependent variable was the scientific implementation approach on biology learning. The instrument used in this research was an observation sheet. The acquired data then analyzed descriptively. The research results have indicated that biology teachers' employment status who is a civil servant or non-civil servant has implemented the scientific approach well. The students' involvement and activity were positive during the learning process.

Abstract

The ability to solve problems is one of the fundamental skills in learning geography in this era. The SETS (Science, Environment, Technology, Society) learning model integrated with Google Earth makes it easier for students to use science and technological literacy as a tool to determine actions in solving problems. This study aimed to determine the effect of the SETS learning model integrated with Google Earth on the problem-solving ability of high school students. The method used is a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest control group research design. The research subjects consisted of 70 students (35 students in the experimental class and 35 students in the control class). The results showed that the increasement in problem-solving skills by students in the experimental class was higher than the control class. This research proves that the SETS learning model assisted by Google Earth has a positive effect on students' problem-solving abilities. However, SETS learning model integrated with Google Earth still needs to be further understood by students. So, in its implementation, it is necessary to give detailed initial instructions to students about the stages of learning and using Google Earth.

Abstract

Science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) have been applied in various countries because they have been able to answer the challenges of the globalization era. The implementation of STEAM at school has demanded that teachers have a role in making a relationship between disciplines in science contained in STEAM. The purpose of this research was to describe the perceptions of experienced teachers about math-focused STEAM learning. The research was a descriptive study on 14 vocational high school mathematics teachers in Malang, Indonesia. They had 20-30 years of teaching experience. Data were collected using essay questionnaires. The result showed that their perceptions of STEAM learning were positive. However, they also said that there were several obstacles to math-focused STEAM learning. The first obstacle was the unavailability of supporting literature. The second obstacle was that there were teachers who have no received training. The third obstacle was only a limited number of mathematics material that can be applied in STEAM learning. Additionally, the teacher stated that mathematics was more suitable as supporting contain in STEAM learning than as the primary focus.

Abstract

This research attempts to enhance the students’ achievement in reading comprehension through Team Pair Solo strategy. By employing classroom action research, this research was conducted in two cycles in which cycle I comprised four meetings and cycle II consisted of two meetings. 28 students of class X3 SMAN I Paciran were purposively selected to be the research subject. Their reading achievement was measured in the form of reading comprehension test (quantitative data). This research also employed diary notes, observation sheet and questionnaire showing that the Team Pair Solo strategy in the classroom was well-implemented. The results of the reading comprehension tests conducted in all cycles obtained better improvements. The students were active, interested and enthusiastic in reading. The research result delineated that Team Pair Solo strategy significantly improved students’ reading comprehension achievements. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحسين إنجاز الطلاب في فهم المقروء من خلال استراتيجية فريق الزوج منفردا (Team Pair Solo). تستخدم هذه الدراسة تصميم بحث الطبقة الذي يقام في دورتين، تتكون المرحلة الأولى من أربع جلسات وتتكون المرحلة الثانية من جلستين. عينة الدراسة تكونت من 28 طالبا في الفصل X-3 بالمدرسة الثانوية الحكومية باجيران (SMAN Paciran). وتنقسم آلات جميع البيانات إلى اثنتين؛ فالبيانات الكمية باختبار فهم المقروء، والبيانات الكيفية المذكرات اليوميات، وأرواق الملاحظة، والاستبيان. ودل اختبار فهم المقروء على أن نتائج الطلاب تزداد في كل احتبار. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، أظهرت المذكرات، وأوراق الملاحظة، والاستبيان أن عملية التعلم يسير على ما يرام. والطلاب كانوا في النشطة، والاهتمام والحماس عند القراءة. واستخلص هذه الدراسة على أن استراتيجية فريق الزوج منفردا تحسن إلى حد كبير في تحقيق إنجاز القراءة لدى الطلاب.
