In order to make Indonesia the center of the worlds Islamic economy, tourism is one of the potential sektors to be developed. The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy visited Indonesia as many as 6 million visitors until 2024. Kota Tua area is one of the priority tours that will be made Muslim-friendly tourism in DKI Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for strategies in increasing visits to Kota Tua by 2000 visits each day where descriptive analysis is used as a research method FGD, Deep Interview, Literature Study. The Tourism Value Chain Accommodation, Food and Beverage and Tourism Assets is based on the Standard Business Field Classification KBLI so that it becomes a reference in developing Muslim-friendly tourism activities. Recommended strategies used from the accommodation sektor are Rebranding conventional hotels to halal / Sharia hotels, especially three-star hotels, accelerating halal hotel certification, synergies with the Islamic capital sektor, synergies with Islamic boarding schools, and synergies with creative fields of Architecture Interior Design. From the food and beverage sektor, it is proposed that the acceleration of halal certification, changes to healthy and halal food brands, and promotion by selecting a culinary ambassador to introduce local food. From the tourism asset sektor, Digital Tourism is one of the leading strategies, arranging museum collections, door-to-door promotions, increasing the intensity of performances held at museums, and increasing museum service programs as an institution that serves the community

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variable sikap,norma subyektif / pengaruh sosial dan kontrol individu terhadap perilaku mahasiswa baiksecara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian statistik parametrik menggunakandesain kuantitatif analisis regresi linier berganda yang pengolahan datanya diprosesdengan program SPSS 21. Jumlah sampel yang menjadi responden sebanyak 81mahasiswa dan instrument risert yang digunakan berupa kuesioner terstruktur denganskala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaPerilaku Mahasiswa dipengaruhi secarasignifikan oleh faktor sikap dalam mewujudkan lulusan sarjana yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Word of salesmanship is not widely used. This is a relatively new word in the vocabulary of Indonesian people and are not widely used in the English language literature. In addition, there is a tendency of people hesitate to use this word salesmanship. Doubt is due to ambiguities in the definition and scope of the word indicated by the various definitions vary in meaning and scope. Perhaps, too, there are many people who see the meaning of this word is so trivial and narrow in scope because many people who use this word gives the sense in the context of the narrow sense. Thus, this word sounds too sophisticated for ordinary purposes. Abstract

After the convergence of IFRS in Indonesia, according to Statement of Financial Accounting Standards 1, economic entities are required to provide information about comprehensive income in their financial statements. This regulatory change is expected to improve the quality of earnings as measured by value relevance and predictive value. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the effect of IFRS convergence in Indonesia, especially regarding the presentation of comprehensive income, on the quality of net income and comprehensive income as measured by value relevance and predictive value. Furthermore, the value relevance and predictive value of comprehensive income will be compared with the value relevance and predictive value of net income. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2014, except for companies in the financial sector. The results showed that there was a significant value relevance and predictive value for both comprehensive income and net income. However, when comparing the value relevance and predictive value of the two incomes, it is found that net income is superior to net income. However, it should be noted that the advantages of net income compared to comprehensive income are not significant.

Abstract

Suatu perusahaan didirikan bukan untuk mengalami kebangkrutan, untuk itu diperlukan suatu alat yang dapat digunakan sebagai sistem peringatan dini. Salah satu alat tersebut adalah Z-Score altman yang berguna untuk memprediksi kinerja keuangan perusahaan, kinerja keuangan yang buruk dapat memicu kebangkrutan. Kondisi perusahaan yang baik mencerminkan kinerja keuangan yang baik, sebaliknya kondisi keuangan yang buruk mencerminkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan tersebut buruk. Faktor – faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi Z-score adalah EBIT, penjualan dan nilai buku hutang perusahaan. EBIT adalah kemampuan perusahaan dalam mengelola keuangan. Dengan EBIT naik maka perusahaan akan mendapatkan keuntungan yang cukup tinggi setelah dikurang bunga dan pajak. Penjualan berpengaruh pada pemasukan. Tingkat penjualan tinggi diiringi dengan naiknya biaya operasional, oleh karena itu manajemen haruslah mampu mengalokasikan dana sebaik mungkin sehingga biaya dikeluarkan perusahaan tidak melebihi keuntungan yang diperoleh. Adanya kenaikan pada nilai hutang lancar maka nilai modal kerja semakin kecil. Jika nilai hutang jangka panjang mengalami kenaikan dan semakin besar maka beban perusahaan ikut meningkat dan besar.

Abstract

The variables in this study are Transformational Leadership Style (X1), Work Discipline(X2) and Employee Performance (Y). The purposes of this study are to know the influenceof transformational leadership style on employee performance, work discipline onemployee performance, and influence of transformational leadership style and workdiscipline on employee performance at the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports ofSerang Regency. This research used questionnaires instrument to 34 employees at theDepartment of Tourism, Youth and Sports Serang Regency. The researcher used a tool,named SPSS 22 to get the result of the data. The researcher used it to get the result ofvalidity, reliability, classic assumption, simple regression, multiple regression, correlation,and hypothesis test. The result showed that the first variable (transformational leadershipstyle) has positive and significant influence on employee performance, the second variable(work discipline) has positive and significant influence on employee performance, and thelast result showed that transformational leadership style and work discipline has positiveand significant influence on employee performance at the Department of Tourism, Youthand Sports Serang Regency

Abstract

This researach aims to examine and analyze the effect of salesperson, product, price and their impact to customer satisfaction as wel as its impact to customer loyalty. Population of this research  is 185 active customers of PT. Bank Maybank Warung Buncit Branch. The method used in this research is analysis of  two paths. On the first path is the influence of salesperson, product, and price to customer satisfaction. The second path is the influence of salesperson, product, price and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty. The result of this research shows that salesperson, product, and price have significant effect to customer satisfaction. This research also show that salesperson, product, price and customer satisfaction have significant effect to customer loyalty. Based on research results, to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, company needs to improve salesperson, product and price strategy. In future researh, researcher suggested to put other variables such as word of mouth, promotion, etc.

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect culture organization, employee’s satisfaction to thestaff performance in Unviersity of Mercu Buana Jakarta, The Research use the approach of survey methodand then analyzed using regresion partial and simultan.Result of analysis that does in this research find that in partially has significant effect of organization culture and employee’s satisfaction to the performance staff in University of Mercu Buana Jakarta. Abstract

Business feasibility analysis of systematic and rational is necessary before a project is needed before investment activity is realized. A tool is a software that can simplify the calculation of a project feasibility analysis is useful to simplify and make more accurate calculation can. Planned development projects Wind Power Generation (thermal power station) in Indonsia business is still something very new and still not widely practiced by investors. Indonesia has the potential of wind energy has been measured around 9.2 GW by the utilization is still very small, only about 1mW. It is thus very good potential of wind energy to be utilized. Business feasibility of simulation calculations using the software Retscreen Ambon in Maluku province, the area for projects with installed generating capacity of 330kw or a total of 5 x 1650 Kw obtained. NPV Value: USD 2,197,870 with pre-tax equity IRR of 28.8% for the IRR before tax as 14.3% for equity IRR after tax is 25.9% and for the post-tax IRR of 12.8% was also obtained assets payback period 5, 5 years. Abstract

Penellitian ini bertujuaan untuk: 1. Mengetahui pengaruh promosi terhadaap minatbeli, 2. Mengetahui apakh kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadp minatbeli, 3. Apakah promosi dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadp minatbeli. Penelitian ini menggunakn jenis penellitian uraian (explanatory research) dan pendekatn kuantitatif. Variabel yang dipakai pada penelitian ini ada tiga, yaitu Promosi (X1), Kualitas produk(X2) dan MinatBeli (Y). Pengambilan data didapat dari penyebaraan kuesioner secara offline kepada Mahasiswi yang berdomisili di Pondok Pesantren Putri Walisongo Cukir Jombang yang memiliki umur antra 18 thun sampai 23. Sampel yang dipakai pada penelitian ini berjumllah 109 orang responden.Teknik pengambiln sampel yaang digunakanya itu purposive sampling. Analisi data yaang di pakai ialah analisis regressi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa variabel promosi berpengaruh terhadap proses keputusan pembelian, kemudian variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadp proses keputusan pembelian. Promosi dan kualitas produk secara bersama-bersama berpengaruh terhadap minatbeli. Dari hasil penelitian ini, se baiknya pihak Rabbani dapat mempertahnkan serta meningkatkaan promosi dan kualitas produk, karena variabel promosi dan kuliatas produk memiliki pengaruh yaang dominan untuk mempengaruhi minatbeli.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai rumah sakit. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan RSUD Cengkareng yang telah bekerja selama 3 tahun yaitu berjumlah 690 orang dengan jumlah sampel responden sebanyak 254 orang yang dipilih melalui cluster sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
