In order to make Indonesia the center of the worlds Islamic economy, tourism is one of the potential sektors to be developed. The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy visited Indonesia as many as 6 million visitors until 2024. Kota Tua area is one of the priority tours that will be made Muslim-friendly tourism in DKI Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for strategies in increasing visits to Kota Tua by 2000 visits each day where descriptive analysis is used as a research method FGD, Deep Interview, Literature Study. The Tourism Value Chain Accommodation, Food and Beverage and Tourism Assets is based on the Standard Business Field Classification KBLI so that it becomes a reference in developing Muslim-friendly tourism activities. Recommended strategies used from the accommodation sektor are Rebranding conventional hotels to halal / Sharia hotels, especially three-star hotels, accelerating halal hotel certification, synergies with the Islamic capital sektor, synergies with Islamic boarding schools, and synergies with creative fields of Architecture Interior Design. From the food and beverage sektor, it is proposed that the acceleration of halal certification, changes to healthy and halal food brands, and promotion by selecting a culinary ambassador to introduce local food. From the tourism asset sektor, Digital Tourism is one of the leading strategies, arranging museum collections, door-to-door promotions, increasing the intensity of performances held at museums, and increasing museum service programs as an institution that serves the community

Abstract

In the forthcoming industry of technology, many people look for websites to purchase things online. When people moving to smartphone app there are several app still uses website for their main transaction. One of the benefit of using website is easy to access with smartphone, tablet, laptop, or personal computer. In this research, we try to look for the effect of website quality on a purchase decision in a marketplace and the effect of ease of use and electronic word of mouth as the mediating effect of website on purchase decision. Website quality is examined with the mediating variable as the amplifier toward a purchase decision. An online survey was used to collect respondents (300 valid responses) and PLS was used to analyze the relationship in the structural model. Results suggest that website quality if important in a purchase decision. Second, ease of use and EWOM amplify the effect of website quality on purchase decisions. With excellence website interface and positive online review about the website will increase customer transaction on e-commerce website.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an important thing in human resource management, because it will affect the positive behaviors of the employees.This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of career development, organizational climate and leadership style on employee job satisfaction. Population in this research is 120 employees of PT. Astra International Tbk. Auto 2000 Puri Kembangan. The sample used is 93 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that the career development variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational climate variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. And the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Every company, including in the health industry, needs quality human resources (employees) in carrying out its operational activities. Employees are the organization's main asset and have a strategic role in the organization, namely as thinkers, planners, and controllers of organizational activities. We investigated the turnover rate of healthcare workers in terms of the work environment, employee performance, and job satisfaction as a mediating role. We tested our hypothesis using SEM/PLS on 75 respondents who worked in healthcare companies and found that the work environment, employee performance, and job satisfaction influence the turnover intention of employees who work in the health sector.

Abstract

The development of technological progress is the focus of the company's attention to survive in the era of competition. Technology is a key to winning the competition. Unfortunately, many human resources in the company cannot utilize technology properly. Social media is an excellent knowledge-sharing platform for now and can be used to improve job performance within an organization. Therefore, this study aims to measure the role of knowledge sharing, the use of social media and trust in employee performance at PT. XYZ. This research used a quantitative approach by gathering 128 respondents using non-probability sampling techniques with the census method. The data testing technique used in this study is SPSS 22.0. This study found that the use of social media in the workplace had a positive and significant effect on sharing knowledge, trust, and job performance. Meanwhile, knowledge sharing positively and significantly impacts job performance, and trust positively and significantly impacts job performance.

Abstract

For the purposes of investigating the performance of employees of PT. This time, the work of Lima Sahabat uses the independent variables of organizational climate, work discipline and competence. The investigation was carried out based on the indirect effect of organizational climate and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Karya Lima Sahabat with competence as a mediator. This indirect effect can be determined by determining the direct effect of organizational climate, work discipline and competence partially on the performance of employees of PT. Karya Lima Sahabat. The direct influence of organizational climate and work discipline partially on competence. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive research type that describes the phenomenon being studied. For this purpose, questionnaires were distributed to 82 respondents who were employees of PT. Karya Lima Sahabat. Since the population is less than 100, a full sample is taken which is the same as the population. The regression equation work was carried out after the research data was tested with validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. For simple regression the significant and positive effect is determined by the t-test, if tcount>ttable the regression equation is positive and significant. Whereas for multiple regression it is done by F-test, if Fcount>Ftable the multiple regression equation is significant and positive. The results of the study found that for all direct and indirect effects were significant and positive. The influence of organizational climate variables, work discipline and competence partially on the performance of employees of PT. Karya Lima Sahabat in percent is 23.3%, 25.7% and 27.0%. This effect value is true because all Fcount>Ftable(24,332, 27,715 and 29,604 > 3,57). The effect of organizational climate and work discipline partially on competency in percent is 35.3% and 63.7% of this effect is true because all Fcount>Ftable (43.552 and 140.415> 3.57).

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of podcast hosts on the satisfaction of YouTube channel viewers. Using a sample of 250 participants, data were collected through an online survey that measured the participants' perceptions of podcast hosts and their satisfaction with the YouTube channel. The results of the study showed a positive relationship between the perceived attractiveness and expertise of podcast hosts and viewers' satisfaction with the YouTube channel. Additionally, the study found that the quality of the podcast's content moderated the relationship between the perceived attractiveness of the host and satisfaction with the YouTube channel. The findings of this study provide insights into the importance of the host's role in enhancing viewer satisfaction with the YouTube channel, particularly in the context of podcast content. Further research is recommended to explore the effects of other host characteristics and their impact on viewer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress, organizational commitment & job satisfaction on Turnover Intention at PT. Jakarta Aquarium. The population in this study were 117 employees, with a sample of 90, and 27 employees as trials in the instrumental test. The design of this study is quantitative causality, assisted by the PLS statistical method, and uses a Likerd measurement scale. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The techniques used in data collection are Library Research, Field Research, and saturated sampling. The results of this study prove that work stress has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention, and organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Internet growth in Indonesia has rapidly affected economic stability. Buying and selling transaction becoming more efficient and could be done without face to face through online platform such as e-commerce as the effect of internet development. Tokopedia is one of the successful e-commerce which was ranked in the first position of the highest transaction in Indonesia, therefore this research for a benchmark is needed. The purpose of this study was to determine partially the influence of brand image and product price towards purchase decision and the influence of simultaneous brand image and product price towards purchase decision. This research was conducted on e-commerce Tokopedia users with sample around 400 taken using purposive sampling. Data was collected using online questionnaire with multiple linear regression technique analysis. Data was proceed using SPSS 25 for Mac. The result show brand image and product price have a partially significant effect towards on Tokopedia e-commerce purchase decision. Also brand image and product price have a simultaneous significant effect towards on Tokopedia e-commerce purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the analysis of local government spending in DKI Jakarta Special Region of Yogyakarta, Banda Aceh City, Papua, West Papua for the 2020 Fiscal Year in managing the 2018-2020 regional budget. This research is descriptive. The results of the study show that the spending variance of the Regional Government Expenditures (DKI Jakarta, DIY, Banda Aceh City, Papua, and West Papua) in 2018-2020 is an average of 25.5% -27.7% included in the favorable category variance because the realization of expenditure does not exceed the set budget. Furthermore, from the Harmony Ratio, most regional expenditures are allocated for Operational Expenditures. The average operating expenditure in 2018-2020 is 33.35%, while capital expenditure is 40.16%. The average is taken from the percentage of the five regional governments, and the Regional Expenditure Efficiency Ratio shows that the realization of the expenditure budget never exceeds the budget. The average efficiency ratio is 2018-2020 is 80.88%. This shows that the five regional governments are pretty efficient in making savings or spending efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the product, price, promotion, and location on customer loyalty of ikat in Baranusa Village, Pantar Barat District, Alor Regency, either partially or simultaneously. Customer loyalty is a positive attitude shown by customers towards goods or services by repurchasing the products or services offered by the company and recommending them to friends and family. Loyal customers can indirectly help companies promote products or services to those closest to them.Data was collected using a questionnaire using 30 respondents. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, research instrument tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F test. The results showed that partially the product had a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, the price had a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, and the promotion had a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. , and location have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Simultaneously product, price, promotion, and location have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.
