In order to make Indonesia the center of the worlds Islamic economy, tourism is one of the potential sektors to be developed. The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy visited Indonesia as many as 6 million visitors until 2024. Kota Tua area is one of the priority tours that will be made Muslim-friendly tourism in DKI Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for strategies in increasing visits to Kota Tua by 2000 visits each day where descriptive analysis is used as a research method FGD, Deep Interview, Literature Study. The Tourism Value Chain Accommodation, Food and Beverage and Tourism Assets is based on the Standard Business Field Classification KBLI so that it becomes a reference in developing Muslim-friendly tourism activities. Recommended strategies used from the accommodation sektor are Rebranding conventional hotels to halal / Sharia hotels, especially three-star hotels, accelerating halal hotel certification, synergies with the Islamic capital sektor, synergies with Islamic boarding schools, and synergies with creative fields of Architecture Interior Design. From the food and beverage sektor, it is proposed that the acceleration of halal certification, changes to healthy and halal food brands, and promotion by selecting a culinary ambassador to introduce local food. From the tourism asset sektor, Digital Tourism is one of the leading strategies, arranging museum collections, door-to-door promotions, increasing the intensity of performances held at museums, and increasing museum service programs as an institution that serves the community

Abstract

Human resources is very important for companies in managing, regulating, and empowering employees so that they can function productively to achieve company goals. Human resources in the company need to be managed professionally in order to realize a balance between the needs of employees and the demands and capabilities of the company's organization. Employees are placed according to their skills and abilities, high level of company work, high work motivation, high work participation, effective work communication, high work discipline, employee wages and salaries are determined fairly according to position, education, and responsibilities tall one. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of Adversity Quotient and Self Efficacy on Job Stress mediated by Emotional Intelligence at PT. Tripuri Mitra Nobelindo. Using a saturated sample with a total of 50 employees, the analysis was carried out quantitatively with the method of collecting questionnaires. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used as an analytical method and Smart – PLS was used as an analytical tool. The results of the study, Adversity Quotient has a significant negative effect on Job Stress, Self efficacy has a significant negative effect on Job Stress, Adversity Quotient has a significant positive effect on Emotional Intelligence, Self Efficacy has a significant positive effect on Emotional Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence has a significant negative effect on Job Stress, Adversity Quotient does not have a significant effect on Job Stress through Emotional Intelligence, and Self Efficacy has a significant negative effect on Job Stress through Emotional Intelligence.

Abstract

Perceived quality of a product is very important because it can be a factor in winning market competition. This study aims to determine what product attributes still need to be improved and which need to be maintained in the Teh Pucuk Harum packaged beverage product. The type of research used is mixed method. Data collection techniques using observation, surveys and interviews. As for data analysis using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results of the research show that the attributes of quality, design, and style still need to be improved and become the focus of the company. Meanwhile, price and feature attributes are considered less important by consumers, so they are not the focus of the company in its marketing strategy.

Abstract

As time goes by, the beauty industry continues to develop, such as the idea of sustainable beauty. Therefore, it is important for brands to increase consumer purchases in order to compete. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of environmental concern, attitude, green brand knowledge, green perceived value on green purchase behavior with green purchase intention as a mediating variable on green beauty products. The sample in this study amounted to 236 respondents who were collected with purposive sampling technique to consumers of “TBS” products in Jakarta. Testing the research hypothesis was carried out using the PLS-SEM method. The results of this study indicate that environmental concern, attitude, green brand knowledge, green perceived value have a positive and significant influence on green purchase intention. Green purchase intention was found to have a positive and significant influence on green purchase behavior. In addition, green purchase intention can also positively and significantly mediate the influence between environmental concern and attitude towards green purchase behavior on green beauty products.

Abstract

Analog television in Indonesia is currently being transformed into digital television. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness and impact of the transformation of these changes. The total population of the study was unknown, so convenience sampling was used. The data obtained is processed descriptively. The results show that all respondents who earn below one million rupiah per month do not receive government assistance to convert their televisions into digital televisions, and respondents do not have knowledge about how to convert analog televisions into digital televisions.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the current and expected culture at the Tasikmalaya City Institute. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, examining organizational culture variables. The instrument used is the OCAI (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument) measuring instrument, which has been translated. Participants were 31 lecturers and staff. The findings of this research are that the culture currently occurring is a close clan culture characterized by high levels of kinship, collaboration, and prioritizing flexibility, commitment, and cooperation. Meanwhile, the culture expected to occur in the future is a hierarchical culture characterized by a more structured culture, having a formalized system, prioritizing strict, stable, consistent, and efficient control. The Institute can consider taking cultural change intervention steps to address these gaps.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether or not there is an effect of E-Commerce, Self Assessment System, Tax Knowledge and Automatic Exchange of Information (AEoI) on the Tax Avoidance Intentions of E-commerce Business Actors. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google forms to e-commerce business people. The research population is e-commerce players in West Java Province as many as 1,820 e-commerce business people. Determination of the sample with the Slovin formula resulted in 100 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that Tax Knowledge has a positive effect on intention to avoid tax while E-Commerce, Self Assessment System and Automatic Exchange of Information (AEoI) have no effect on intention to avoid tax.

Abstract

Athaku Online Store is an fashion online store that sells baby clothes and children's t-shirts by offering free design of images and writing on the products. The increase in the number of online stores has caused competition between online stores to become tighter, so that online stores need to develop business strategies by paying attention to consumer behaviour (Customer Relationship Management) which can be used as a basis to increase sales through product bundling strategies. The goal to be achieved in this research is to get an overview of the associations between products which will be used as a basis for making product recommendations to increase sales at the Athaku Online Store using data mining, namely association rules using an a priori algorithm. By collecting transaction data by consumers starting from January 1 to 30 September 2022 with a total of 4,229 transactions, analysis of the transaction data was carried out using a minimum support value of 0.15 and a minimum confidence value of 0.5 so that the results were obtained, namely 3 product association rules, which then validated the recommendations. by distributing questionnaires to 30 consumers of the Athaku online store. The product association rules that have been validated can be used as a basis for determining product bundling strategies in the Athaku online store. From the research results, it is known that there is an opportunity to increase sales for three products, namely Jumpers, Bloomers, and Bibs.

Abstract

This research provides an in-depth analysis of the impact of digitalization on the coal mining sector, with a special focus on PT X. The study employs a combination of content analysis, narrative analysis, and business solution mapping to extract insights from interviews conducted with five key stakeholders at PT. X. The objective is to assess how technological advancements can elevate operational efficiency and competitiveness in the era of Industry 4.0, and to identify strategies for effectively reducing reliance on human resources in site monitoring, while ensuring employee satisfaction and smooth transition. Through the methodological triangulation of content and narrative analysis, the study distils crucial themes and perspectives from the interviews. It identifies that the integration of advanced technologies like IoT, data analytics, and automation is vital for enhancing operational efficiency and reducing operational downtime. The research highlights the importance of transitioning from manual to automated site monitoring, emphasizing the adoption of drones and automated systems to bolster operational accuracy and efficiency. A key finding of the study is the identification of potential obstacles in digital technology investment, such as cost, system integration challenges, and employee resistance to new technologies. The study suggests that overcoming these barriers requires effective communication strategies and comprehensive training programs for employees. Drawing on the successful digital transformation strategies of companies like Adaro, the research recommends that PT. X should adapt similar strategies, customized to its unique challenges and context. The study contributes valuable insights into the digital transformation process in the coal mining sector, offering practical recommendations for companies like PT. X navigating the complex landscape of Industry 4.0.

Abstract

Deputy Coordination of Regional Development and Spatial Planning was a part of unit in Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs. Implementation of Procurement of Goods/Services to Deputy Coordination of Regional Development and Spatial Planning through E-Catalogs is still not optimal. This study aims to determine Promotion Mix of E-Catalog at Deputy Coordination of Regional Development and Spatial Planning, Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by documents review and interviews. Data analysis was carried out by matching data from document reviews and interviews to describe the results of the research. Based on the three aspects measured, namely the sales promotion aspect, the publicity aspect, and the personal selling aspect which shows that Promotion Mix of E-Catalog at Deputy Coordination of Regional Development and Spatial Planning, Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, has not gone well yet. The results of interviews and document review concluded that: first, the price offered in the E-Catalog tends to be higher than the direct procurement process. Second, the items contained in the E-Catalog were incomplete and the information contained in the E-Catalog was still difficult to understand. Third, the menus in the E-Catalog were still unfamiliar so they were not user friendly. As an effort to optimize the promotion mix at E-Catalog to the Deputy for Coordination of Regional Development and Spatial Planning, the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, the author suggested several things as follows: Carry out the procurement of commodities/services at the beginning ; Be more selective in determining the specifications of commodities/services, especially if the price offered on the E-Catalog is more expensive; Complete the existing processes in the E-Catalog to completion; Understand the information contained in the E-Catalog; Be more selective in finding the commodities according to the required specifications; Adapt to implement the procurement of commodities/services through ecatalogs; Increase the office bandwidth capacity.

Abstract

Currently, the development of infrastructure such as roads, bridges and other facilities continues to increase along with population growth. This research is based on consumer complaints regarding product quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, reputation and trust on purchasing decisions at PT Semarak Konstruksi Batam. The object of this research is consumers of PT Semarak Konstruksi Batam. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling. Data processed using SPSS 25. The analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, influence test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it shows that product quality, reputation and trust partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT Semarak Konstruksi Batam. Based on the anova test with the value of f count> f table and sig <0.05. It can be concluded that the variables of product quality, reputation and trust have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.
