Abstract

Diakhir tahun 2019 terjadi kejadian yang mengejutkan seluruh penduduk dunia, yaitu menyebarnya virus baru pnemunia corona (COVID-19) dengan sangat cepat ke seluruh dunia. Di beberapa negara yang terdampak COVID-19, seperti China, Inggris, Italia, Spanyol, Prancis, , Malaysia dan Filiphina telah menerapkan status lockdown secara menyeluruh. Studi ini ingin mengembalikan analisa lockdown atau tidak, berdasarkan dasar-dasar  teori ekonomi yang dikembangkan, agar analisa yang dilakukan oleh para pengambil kebijakan lebih mendasar dan fundamental. Penelitian ini masih sangat awal, karena wabah baru terjadi di akhir 2019 sehingga metodologi yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode kualitatif berupa literature review. Perdebatan terhadap kebijakan dikotomi antara lockdown atau tidak lockdown sangatlah menyesatkan jika tidak direncanakan secara hati-hati. Kebijakan lockdown ini hanya merupakan kebijakan “antara” dalam mencegah virus COVID-19 lebih meluas penyebarannya.

Abstract

Global pandemic of COVID-19 has bee creating economic disruption in many countries including South Korea. The decline in the trade sector due to the COVID-19 pandemic does not only affect large-scale industries. The Small and Medium Enterprises sector is also affected by the impact of the implementation of various policies in place to anticipate the spread of this virus. This study aims to provide an overview of government policies and business strategies for South Korean SMEs in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic and this study is also expected to provide input for the Government to design appropriate, fast and quality economic recovery programs for SMEs affected by COVID-19. . This paper uses a qualitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out through literature study / literature study and interviews with the Republic of Indonesia Trade Representative in South Korea. The results showed that as a country that was first affected by COVID-19, the response of the South Korean government was relatively fast and sufficient to guarantee business continuity for SMEs, there are five main policies implemented by the South Korean Government and five Business Strategies of SMEs in dealing with COVID- 19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan pengaruh keamanan, keandalan serta kepuasan penggunaan mobile banking terhadap loyalitas nasabah BRI. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif, dan data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner pada 100 nasabah BRI di kota Surabaya. Dengan tehnik analisis data Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan bantuan alat WarpPLS, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa keamanan dan kepuasan dapat meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah. Sementara keandalan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah karena payroll perusahaan tempat kerja mayoritas responden melalui BRI. Sehingga suatu bentuk kepraktisan transaksi jika menggunakan mobile banking, dan sampai dengan saat ini responden merasa puas dengan layanan mobile banking BRI.

Abstract

AHASS Astra Motor Kedungsari is engaged in vehicle repair services, in addition to genuine parts to meet the need for replacement of vehicle parts that repair damage. Research conducted to analyze the effect of service quality and facilities on consumer satisfaction in conducting vehicle services at AHASS Astra Motor Kedungsari. The data used are primary data using questionnaire distribution techniques and conducting interviews. For this study the sample obtained amounted to 35 respondents, as well as by purposive sampling technique as for the criterion is someone who has serviced vehicles in AHASS Astra Motor Kedungsari, this research was conducted in February 2020. For the data analysis technique using validity, reliability, reliability, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression equations, and data processing using the SPSS version 25 application, the results of data analysis in accordance with the quality of service that consumer satisfaction in AHASS Astra Motor Kedungsari significantly also provides significant consumer satisfaction at AHASS Astra Motor Kedungsari and is related to simultaneous significant variable quality of service and facilities on significant consumer satisfaction at AHASS Asta Motor Kedungsari Magelang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewargaorganisasian di PT Papyrus Sakti dan juga mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku kewargaorganisasian di PT Papyrus Sakti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan populasi sebanyak 466 karyawan dan sampel 100 karyawan PT Papyrus Sakti dengan menggunakan teknik sampling propotionate stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-t untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewargaorganisasian karyawan PT Papyrus Sakti berada pada kategori tinggi, dan hasil koefisien regresi menunjukkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaorganisasian.

Abstract

Lembaga keuangan syariah tidak diperkenankan secara syar’i untuk menggunakan hutang yang berbasis bunga. Bunga sebagai komponen biaya tetap yang bersumber dari aspek pemenuhan kebutuhan pendanaan (financial leverage) akan memiliki implikasi pada risiko sistematik perusahaan. Dengan dasar itulah penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana dampak dari leverage  (pada lembaga keuangan syariah yang secara normatif tidak memiliki leverage keuangan) terhadap risiko sistematik perusahaan. Studi ini menggunakan data yang berasal dari laporan keuangan bank syariah periode 2014 – 2018, yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang terangkum dalam ICMD. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dengan partial least square (PLS) untuk mendapatkan gambaran relasi dan dampak dari leverage terhadap risiko sistematik perusahaan (ß). Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tingkat leverage secara simultan yaitu; leverage oerasi (DOL), secara statistik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap risiko sistematik perusahaan, sedangkan leverage finansial (DFL) secara statistik berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap risiko sistematik perusahaan.

Abstract

Recently, McDonald’s Indonesia have launched self-service technologhy by replacing manual cashier with self-ordering kiosk. To find out the impact of the self-service technologhy that have been adopted in McDonald’s Indonesia, this study proposed and tested the affect of self-service technologhy quality toward loyalty with satisfaction as mediating variable. The aim was based on the supposition that an overall quality of the self-service technologhy will influence satisfaction and loyalty toward McDonald’s that use the new technologhy. This research used 200 samples and used judgemental sampling method. Method of Data collection is done by distributing online questionnaires. The technique of data analysis used in this research is the path analysis technique. The results showed that self-service technologhy quality had a positive effect on loyalty and satisfaction proved to be a mediating variable. These results provide insights for the other enterprise to investment in the new technology in order to enhance the consumer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the correlation between oil prices and the Indonesian oil companies’ stock price during the pandemic of COVID-19 by testing the effect of oil price changes on companies' stock return and stock volatility. Also, by considering the dynamic correlation between oil prices and the Indonesian oil companies’ stock prices. The data were collected from secondary data at www.finance.yahoo.com, Oil prices, and the Indonesian oil companies’ stock price period from January 2020 to June 2020 during the pandemic of COVID-19. Further, the data were analyzed by using a GARCH method to examine the effect of changes in oil prices for stock return and stock volatility. Also, the DCC-GARCH method was used to see the dynamic correlation between oil prices and the Indonesian oil companies’ stock price. The result showed that changes in oil prices have a significant effect on stock price volatility and the presence of a positive dynamic correlation between oil prices and the Indonesian oil companies’ stock price. This research can be used as a reference for investors for their investments by looking at the relationship between the oil price and The Indonesian oil companies’ stock price.

Abstract

This research investigates the significant effect of internal auditor’s role stress upon the performance of internal audit. There are two factor used to measure the value of internal auditor’s role stress : role conflict and role ambiguity. While indicators to measure Time Limited internal auditors, the auditors used the time attitude and attitude auditors audit the audit quality loss .Meanwhile, internal auditor performance variable measured by pursuant to internal professional practice norm of auditor consisted of five indicators that is independency, professional ability, work scope, execution of activity of inspection and internal audit management.The research method used in causal method with survey approach. The data were collected through questionnaires sent to 30 internal auditor from internal control unit PT Kereta Api Indonesia ( Persero ) yang bertempat di Jl.Perintis Kemerdekaan No.1 Bandung.The resultsofthis research indicatethat theroleof stress and time limited auditors in the Internal Audit Unit of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is neither category. And the performance of the Internal Audit Unit Audit of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in the categoryenough. Partially and simultaneously, Role Stressand Time Limited Auditor havean influence on the performance of Internal Auditorat PT KeretaApi Indonesia (Persero). The magnitude ofthe effect of Role Stress and Time Limited Auditors on the performance of the internal auditor sis 58,8%. While the remaining 41.2% is contributed by other variables besides Role Stress and Limitation of Time / TimeLimited. Keywords : Role Stress;  Time Limited; Internal Audit; Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna mengetahui persepsi manfaat, kemudahan penggunaan dan keamanan mempunyai pengaruh secara individual dan secara simultan terhadap minat menggunakan aplikasi OVO di masyarakat Solo Raya. Variabel independen riset ini meliputi persepsi manfaat, kemudahan penggunaan dan keamanan, adapun variabel dependennya ialah minat menggunakan. Riset ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif, pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Populasinya ialah masyarakat di wilayah Solo Raya yang merupakan pengguna aplikasi OVO. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah 120 orang. Riset ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil analisis pada riset ini menerangkan bahwa persepsi manfaat, kemudahan penggunaan dan keamanan secara positif dan signifikan serta secara simultan mempengaruhi minat menggunakan aplikasi OVO di wilayah Solo Raya.
