Abstract

PT ABC adalah anak perusahaan dari Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) pengelola bandar udara. Tujuan didirikannya PT ABC adalah untuk menunjang pelayanan di bandara pada bidang hospitality yang berimbas menaikan airport CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). PT ABC memiliki 5 lini bisnis melingkupi hotel, lounge, FB, Travel Management, dan Inflight Catering. Pandemik Covid-19 yang melanda dunia memberikan dampak multi dimensi tidak hanya pada kesehatan namun juga sosial ekonomi. Menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), sektor yang paling terdampak akibat pandemic ini adalah hospitality dimana imbasnya mengalami menurunan sampai dengan 92.7%. Ketua Perhimpunan Hotel dan Restoran Indonesia (PHRI) telah mencatat sebanyak 1.642 hotel di Indonesia terpaksa tutup akibat pandemi. Kondisi ini memberikan pukulan sekaligus peringatan kepada PT ABC untuk dapat menerapkan sistem manajemen risiko guna memitigasi segala kemungkinan yang dapat terjadi terutama penyebab kerugian. Sistem manajemen risiko yang akan dirancang berbasis ISO 31000:2018 dan berfokus pada direktorat operasional yang membawahi 5 lini bisnis perusahaan. Sebagai revenue enchantment, ke 5 lini bisnis ini membutuhkan sistem manajemen risiko yang mampu memitigasi dampak negatif guna memastikan tercapainya target perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan baik pada RKAP maupun RJPP. Sistem manajemen risiko ISO 31000:2018 meliputi desain prinsip, keragka kerja, dan proses. Setelah membangun sistem manajemen risiko tahapan selanjutnya yang akan dilakukan adalah asesmen risiko yang meliputi identifikasi, analisis, dan evaluasi kemudian di tahapan terakhir yang dilakukan pada penilitian ini adalah merancang penanganan risiko di direktorat operasional PT ABC.

Abstract

The transportation sector is one of the largest contributors to the greenhouse effect. This causes consumers and industry to look for solutions to reduce the greenhouse effect, one of them is an Electric Vehicles (EV). EV is considered as one of the responses to reduce the use of oil energy and carbon emissions from the transportation sector. However, the EV success depends on the level of people's need for EV. Maslow's hierarchy of needs is widely used to understand consumer buying motivation and consumer buying behavior. This study aims to determine EV Purchase Motivation in Indonesia by using Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs approach. Questionnaires from 385 respondents were then analyzed using multiple linear regression models. Based on the research, the Openness to Experience variable has the most significant effect on EV Purchase Motivation, followed by Environmental Concern, Price Consciousness, and Self Esteem. Meanwhile, the Social Influences variable has a negative and insignificant effect on EV Purchase Motivation.. From a practical point of view, there are several useful recommendations for the government and also advice to automotive marketers and manufacturers.

Abstract

The research set out to look at how social media marketing in the fashion business in Indonesia, a developing nation, affects consumers' propensity to make a purchase. This study surveyed 118 people in Indonesia using an online survey instrument. The proposed theoretical model was tested using Smart PLS and structural equation modeling (SEM). The bootstrapping method was used to test the hypotheses and the mediating roles of brand awareness and customer satisfaction. Despite the direct influence of social media marketing on purchase intention, brand awareness and customer satisfaction do not mediate the relationship between the two. This study contributes to the literature by shedding light on the impact of social media marketing on brand awareness, customer satisfaction, and purchase intention in transition economies, such as Indonesia. Findings from this study have practical applications because they can help marketers in a variety of contexts design social media marketing strategies that are more likely to be successful in reaching their intended audiences despite economic uncertainty.

Abstract

Vocational High School as a center of excellence is a solution to increase the business productivity of the school. This study aims to find out the business strategies that have been carried out by schools using the Triple Layer Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) as a tool to explore business model innovations that are oriented towards. Descriptive research method using an approach based on the philosophy of post positivism, purposive, and snowball sampling from the principal, 5 teacher representatives and 5 student representatives at SMK PK Al Ikhlas Susuru Panawangan which is used as a reference source in finding information to start a business strategy. From the results of the study, it was concluded that based on the TLBMC mapping, the economic strata were well described, the use of unfriendly packaging had an impact on not describing the final element of life, and the extent to which the business carried out did not cause negative social impacts. The PMIA score shows a positive value, meaning that the business is appropriate and feasible to continue.

Abstract

In recent times, banks and other financial institutions that lend money to customers have placed a high priority on credit risk management. To manage credit risk, banks employ customer evaluation systems, loan size restrictions, credit checks, flexible loan repayment plans, and fines Hence, the present study focuses on  the credit risk management practices used in banks, to identify the internal control measures used in mitigating  credit risk in banks and to examine the challenges faced in implementing credit risk management practices. The Ordinal Logistic Regression(OLR) was used to identify the relationships between the response variables, e.g. management support, credit risk identification, internal control measuers and credit risk management surveys. The independent variables were calculated on an ordered, 5-point Linear scale for the responding participants. In this study,  log lit function was chosen, that demonstrated the model appropriateness. One of the main finding is that in banks, credit management risk is reduced when managers implement and adhere to responsible credit risk management procedures, viable client appraisal credit management system, regular credit checks, flexible credit repayment systems to encourage and improve loan repayment, were highly significant with the respondents’ positive initiative amidst credit risk management practices in banks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of fintech literacy on actual usage of electronic money in Generation Z, as well as to determine and analyze the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and personal innovativeness on actual usage of electronic money in Generation Z. The method used in this study is a survey method with a verification approach. Where data is collected from a sample of 100 respondents through a questionnaire distributed through Google Form. Hypothesis testing is done using SEM Analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that fintech literacy has a positive and significant effect on actual usage of electronic money. Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have no significant effect on actual usage of electronic money, while personal innovativeness has a positive and significant effect on actual usage of electronic money. Personal innovativeness is also known to be a factor that has the greatest influence on actual usage of electronic money in Generation Z. This research has implications for the development of management science, especially to see the effect of fintech literacy on actual usage of electronic money that can be used by the financial services sector as a basis for decision making.

Abstract

The investment climate is developing rapidly in Indonesia, many people are interested in investing, and the capital market is a common and legal place to invest. In investing, stocks are one of the long-term financial instruments traded on the capital market. The goal of investors in stock investment is to obtain the maximum stock return with a certain risk. Financial experts have developed two approaches to predict return on investment based on risk and use certain macroeconomic variables, the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) and the Arbitrage Pricing Theory (APT). This study aims to determine the best model between the CAPM and APT in determining the expected return on shares of companies that are members of the IDX LQ45 for the period 2019-2021. Data is processed using Unbalance Data Panel Analysis with the Eviews application. The results of data processing show that the CAPM method is more precise or accurate than the APT method.

Abstract

Organizational leaders determine the success of an organization towards optimal performance. Industry 4.0 requires organizational leaders who are agile and quick to adjust to change. The emphasis now is on the ability of leaders to adapt to changes in the environment and the new order in the business world. This study measures employee performance based on leadership agility, organizational support, organizational commitment, and performance. This research used a quantitative approach; more specifically, the quantitative approach used was quantitative causality. The population of this study were all employees of Juanda Airport with minimum criteria of high school education with a minimum work period of 2 years, as many as 240 people. The sampling technique used simple random samples. The sample size is calculated using the Slovin formula, obtained by 150 employees as a sample. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results showed that Leadership agility positively and significantly affects organizational commitment and employee performance. Organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and employee performance, while organizational commitment significantly affects employee performance.

Abstract

Financial well-being can be achieved through good financial behavior in the short and long term. Within the household group, financial behavior was associated with financial well-being, such as paying bills on time, saving, and investing. Financial literacy is one of the factors that form good financial behavior, on the other hand, financial ignorance leads to bad financial behavior. This study aims to examine the effect of gender moderation on the relationship between financial literacy and financial ignorance on financial behavior in household workers in Kota Bandung, Kabupaten Bandung and Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Primary data was taken through the distribution of google form questionnaires and collected as many as 75 samples. Data were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that gender acts as a moderator in the relationship between financial literacy and financial ignorance on financial behavior. The partial test shows that an increase in financial literacy will have an impact on increasing positive financial behavior, on the contrary, an increase in financial ignorance will have an impact on decreasing positive financial behavior among respondents. The results of this study can be continued or developed by the next researcher, by adding several other moderating variables, such as class position, income, ethnicity, and others.

Abstract

Gagasan mengenai perilaku inovatif di tempat kerja mendorong para supervisor dan pimpinan organisasi publik untuk memberikan perhatian terhadap hal tersebut. Perilaku inovatif merupakan salah satu perilaku positif seseorang dalam pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dimensi perilaku inovatif pegawai yang bekerja pada organisasi publik di Kabupaten Badung. Model perilaku kerja inovatif Dorenbosch yang diadaptasi dalam penelitian ini diujicobakan pada pegawai negeri sipil yang bekerja di Kantor Pemerintahan di Kabupaten Badung. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan convenience sampling dalam kurun waktu dua bulan (Februari – Maret 2023) dan karyawan yang berpartisipasi menjadi responden dalam penelitian. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan alat statistik, dan teknik analisis faktor konfirmatori dua tahap digunakan untuk mengungkap nilai bobot faktor indikator pada dimensi, serta masing-masing dimensi pada variabel perilaku kerja inovatif. Perilaku inovatif dapat dicerminkan oleh (1) penggunaan teknologi komputer, (2) penggunaan sumber daya keuangan yang tersedia, (3) implementasi gagasan, serta (4) penciptaan ide. Tampak bahwa hal inovatif berkaitan erat dengan hal teknologi, dan hasil penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi hal tersebut pada pegawai negeri sipil di Kabupaten Badung.
