Abstract

The archive arrangement system is a process of systematically arranging files or archives to facilitate re-discovery whenever needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the archival structuring system to support the smooth running of public services at the Head Office of Poasia, Kendari City. This research approach is qualitative. The data collection techniques used were documentation and interviews, the informants of this study were 3 people. The results of this study indicate that the archive arrangement system at the sub-district office of Poasia applies by date and by subject matter. Existing services at the Poasia Sub-district Office are Deed of Sale and Purchase of Land, Making Business Permits and Receiving Letters.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of community participation in village development and to find out the factors that influence the level of community participation in village development. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and is supported by primary data sources and secondary data. Data collection techniques with library studies and field studies (observation, interviews, and documentation).in determining the informants of this study using purposive sampling, amounting to 9 people consisting of the village head, village secretary. The results of the study indicate that the form of community participation in development in then Karae village, this can be seen from the 4 dimensions used, namely participation in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating, and utilizing the results. But there is a dimension that does not involve the community, namely monitoring, and evaluation. While the factors that influence it are; Include (sex, age, occupation, justice and education ) and external factors (government and LSM institution)

Abstract

The coordination over the past two years in the Landono Sub-District Office has decreased, this is due to administrative problems having problems with technology that are sometimes not functioning properly and human resources are not yet fully qualified. Therefore, the public services provided to Landono Sub-district are still not optimal, with many complaints from the public who are dissatisfied with the services provided by the District of Landono.O Formulation of the problem How the Implementation of the Coordination Function in Improving Service Quality. in the Landono Sub-District Office, it is already good, as indicated by the implementation of staff briefings, social security meetings and maintenance of existing work relationships. Employees and leadership elements in the Landono Sub-District Office each other complement and assist in service work to the community and Quality Improvement Services are provided by all elements in the Landono Sub-District Office with improved facilities and infrastructure as well as the reliability of employees in providing services needed by the community and responsive and ready for all service work

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management information system at the Kendari City Kadia sub-district office and to determine the effectiveness of the work of employees at the Kendari City Kadia sub-district office. The research methodology used in this study is a descriptive method that seeks to describe the intended phenomenon. The data obtained from the results of interviews with informants are 3 people directly involved in implementing the implementation of management information systems on employee work effectiveness. Then the data obtained is then analyzed and then interpreted and drawn a conclusion. The results of this study are based on the results of the analysis and discussion that have been voiced, that the Analysis of Management Information Systems on Employee Work Effectiveness at the District Office of Kadia Kendari that the management information system consists of functionality, professionalism and quality. Then the effectiveness of employee work consists of productivity, motivation and work environment.

Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the role of the principal in improving the performance of the study teachers at SMPN 9 Kendari . The research methodology used in this study is a descriptive method that seeks to describe the intended phenomenon. The data obtained from interviews with informants, namely 4 people who know about the role of the principal in improving teacher performance. Then the data obtained is then analyzed and interpreted and a conclusion is drawn. The results of this study are based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been voiced, that the role of the principal in improving the performance of study teachers at SMPN 9 Kendari consists of 2 indicators, namely the role of the principal consisting of educator (educator), manager (manager), administrator, supervisor (supervisor), leader (leader), and innovator (innovator). Then the employee teacher performance consists of ability (ability) and motivation (motivation).

Abstract

The aim of this research to know and describe the Waste Management implemented by the Kendari City Environment and Forestry Service with The research method used is descriptive qualitative, a description of the results of observations, interviews and documentation studies, the data that has been obtained will be analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form. The results showed that The implementation of the management function at the Kendari City Environment and Forestry Service has been carried out well. This is indicated by a good planning function where organizational goals are clearly stated in the vision and mission, then the organizational function is in a good category where the division of employee work is carried out clearly and the implementation of employee work is in accordance with the division of labor, then the movement function is in a good category where employees are able to work independently and employees work optimally, and finally the supervisory function is in the good enough category where the supervision carried out needs to be carried out continuously. Waste management in Kendari city itself is carried out with several principles carried out at the Puuwatu TPA in terms of the first waste management, namely the use of organic and non-organic waste. Second, the use of organic waste is used as the newest source of electrical energy, the third is the use of methane gas, and the fourth is the use of waste into compost.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the empowerment of government officials on work performance in the personnel agency and human resource development in Bombana district. The research methodology used in this study is a descriptive method that seeks to describe the intended phenomenon. The data obtained from the results of interviews with informants, namely 4 people who are directly involved in the process of empowering the apparatus on employee performance achievements. Then the data obtained is then analyzed and interpreted and a conclusion is drawn. The results of this study are based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been stated, that the empowerment of government officials on work performance in the personnel agency and human resource development of Bombana Regency consists of 2 indicators, namely empowerment of the apparatus consisting of education and training (training) and career development. Then the employee performance achievements consist of quality of work, quantity of work and timing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of education and training on the work productivity of employees at the Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. This is to determine the role of employee work productivity in the Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Data collection techniques that the authors use in this study are interviews, documentation studies, and observations. The analysis techniques that I use in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. Based on the results of the study, it is known that education and training have been carried out at the office of the Central Statistics Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province and education and training have shown a very important role in increasing employee productivity, but there are still those who think that education and training play a less role because the material provided in education and training It is different from the main tasks and functions in the office and education and training are held in separate locations, this causes ineffective time and the material provided is theoretical and practical value is lacking, so there is a lack of conformity between material needs and actual conditions. The work productivity of employees at the Central Statistics Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province is said to be very good. Work productivity is said to be very good because in its implementation, activities are carried out based on the ability, morale of an employee and work productivity is said to be poor because employees still need work guidance from the organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of employee promotion at the Department of Education and Culture of North Kolaka Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach that will describe in general about the problems studied, namely about the implementation of employee promotions in the Education and Culture office of North Kolaka Regency. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that, in general, the implementation of employee promotions at the Education and Culture Office of North Kolaka Regency, the fulfillment of promotion requirements has mostly been implemented well. This can be seen in terms of the quality of education. On the other hand, employee promotion is not carried out on predetermined conditions because there are still many employees who are promoted who have low work experience. Sometimes the employee's discipline to be promoted is not appropriate. Likewise, in terms of promotions based on work performance appraisals, there are still employees who have a low work performance assessment but are included in employee promotions. This means that the implementation of employee promotions is not in accordance with established procedures.

Abstract

This study aims 1) to find out the implementation of management functions in increasing employee work productivity at the Head Office of the Kambu District of Kendari and 2) to find out the Employee Work Productivity at the Office of the Head of Kambu District of Kendari. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative research. The population in this study were all employees working in the Kambu Camat District Office in Kendari with a total of 15 Civil Servants, not including the Kambu Camat and the Kendari Kambu Camat Secretary, who at the same time were all respondents, due to the relatively small number. To answer the problem in this research, qualitative descriptive analysis is used and supported by qualitative data. The results of this study illustrate that; 1) The implementation of management functions in the Kendari City Kambu District Office has been carried out well, this is evidenced by the answers from respondents of the four dimensions used to measure the implementation of management functions in this study. namely, the dimensions of planning, organizing, mobilizing and monitoring. 2) that the work productivity of employees at the Kambu Camat office, Kendari City, through the quality of the work of employees who are already very fast. In terms of quantity, here is also good because all organizational programs can run well and get full participation from employees. From the aspect of timeliness, it is also very good because almost all work can be completed on time, with the accuracy of the target and time in providing services have a positive impact to increase employee productivity.
