Abstract

The Family of Hope Program (PKH) is one of the social protection programs provided by the government to reach underprivileged people or people from lower economic classes. This program is realized by providing cash assistance to Very Poor Households (RTSM). The purpose of this study was to determine and describe how the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Besulutu District, Konawe Regency. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach aims to describe the empirical reality that exists in a phenomenon in detail and depth. This research was conducted in Besulutu District, Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. The type of research used is descriptive research. Descriptive research is research that seeks to describe solutions to existing problems based on data. In research on the implementation of the Family Hope Program in researchers using qualitative data analysis techniques, the following results were obtained, namely: 1) PKH implementation in Besulutu District has gone quite well, seen from the process of initial meeting activities, validation, assistance with disbursement of assistance, updating data, and verification of PKH participant commitments and the existence of clear and firm sanctions for KPMs who do not fulfill their commitments. 2) Factors Affecting the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Besulutu District, namely: Communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the coordination function of official staff and the factors that influence coordination at the Buton Regency Transmigration Service. Data collection techniques used in this study are by means of library research and field research using observations (observation), interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of the coordination function is quite well done where in the completion of an activity it has run optimally in accordance with what has been planned and in accordance with the main tasks that have been determined and the factors that affect coordination can be adjusted to the activities that occur in the transmigration office which makes every existing activity can be carried out quite well even though there are still obstacles that occur

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interpersonal communication on the work ethic of employees at the Kendari City Regional Secretariat Office. The population in this study were 498 employees at the Regional Secretariat Office of Kendari City. The sample in this study was determined by proportional random sampling with a sample size of 84 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results in this study indicate that interpersonal communication consists of dimensions of 1) openness, 2) empathy, 3) support, 4) positivity, 5) equality, which have a significant effect on work ethic. Then based on the results of the analysis of the influence of interpersonal communication on the work ethic of employees at the Regional Secretariat Office of Kendari City, it shows that the effect of interpersonal communication is 45,8% and the remaining 54,2% is caused by other factors. Then the dimension of interpersonal communication at the Kendari City Regional Secretariat Office which gives the highest reflection to the work ethic of employees is the dimension of quality. Meanwhile, the dimension of interpersonal communication at the Kendari City Regional Secretariat Office which gives the lowest reflection to the work ethic of employees is the dimension of openness.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the effectiveness of leadership in improving the performance of the apparatus in the village of Wasalabose Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency. The research used is qualitative research. Existing data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative analysis. Research Results Show that the Leadership of the Village Head in Wasalabose is already good, as indicated by the relationship between the leaders, in this case, the Wasalabose Village Head and his subordinates and also the division of structures clear task by always giving direction in every activity carried out both in the village office or in the community and with what is done by the village head makes a strong leadership force line during the village wasalabose. Further improvement in the performance of the apparatus in the village wasalabose already has shown an increase in productivity, good service quality and responsiveness carried out by the village apparatus with the direction and instructions from their leaders namely the Head of the Village Wasalabose Kulisusu District North Regency.

Abstract

This research is intended to know, Office Space Structuring In Realizing The Efficiency Of Employee Work at The Ragional Office Of The National Land Agency Of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The method of research used is qualitative research is descriptive, description of the observation of interviews and documentation studies, so as to describe various matters relating to, Office Space Arrangement In Realizing The Efficiency Of Work Staff At The Regional Office Of Natioal Land Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province. Data that has been obtained is analyzed qualitatively and described in a descriptive form. The results showed that, The Office Space Arrangement In Realizing Employee Work Efficiency is reviewed from office work, activity series, health and satisfaction work, the arrangement of the workplace has been implemented according to the procedure even though it has not been perfect and maximal. Efficiency of personnel work can be seen from the sucess of effevtive, economical, and the implementation of accountable, in the implementation is still less good because of the lack of awareness of some employees to work efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the Performance of Family Planning Field Extension Workers in Polinggona Subdistrict, Kolaka Regency and To find out the factors that influence the Performance of Family Planning Field Extension Workers in Polinggona District, Kolaka District. Data collection techniques carried out by library research and field research, while data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the documentation and interview observation techniques carried out at Polinggona District on Analysis of the performance of family planning counselors can be concluded that the performance of family planning counselors has been running quite well in terms of quality and quantity which shows that the performance of the The family planning field counselor has carried out his duties ranging from counseling to evaluation can be proven from interview quotes, from several informants, documentation and from relevant data. Then there are still several factors that inhibit the occurrence of counseling including inadequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as human resources that are still less skilled due to the lack of training provided. Then it can be concluded that the Performance of Family Planning Field Extension has been going quite well.

Abstract

This study aims to see the quality of public services organized by the Marobo District Government of Muna Regency and the factors that affect the quality of public services. This type of research uses qualitative methods. The data research technique was carried out through literature and field studies in the form of observations, interviews, agency data and documentation. The results showed that the quality of public services at the Marobo sub-district office in Muna Regency was good. This gives people satisfaction who feel comfortable when receiving services such as services that do not take time, tariffs for services are appropriate, and document security in the office is good. Meanwhile, the factors that affect the quality of public services at the Marobo sub-district office, Muna Regency, are inadequate work facilities that support the quality of service so that it has an impact on the quality of public services. This is a response to the shortage of seats, the absence of air conditioning and television at the Marobo sub-district office in Muna Regency.

Abstract

This Research Aims To Know How Public Service Management In Increasing Public Reading Interest In The Library Office Of North Kolaka Regency. The Method Used In This Research Is To Use A Descriptive Qualitative Approach By Means Of Observation, Interview And Documentation. Based On The Results Of Research Conducted By Researchers Regarding Public Service Management In Increasing Public Reading Interest, It Can Be Concluded That Public Service Management In Increasing Public Reading Interest Carried Out By The Library Has Not Been Fully Maximized. Given That There Are Still Shortcomings Of Interview Results From The Library And From The Library User Community. Where The Facilities And Infrastructure Owned By The Library Are Not Completely Adequate. Service Fees Also That Do Not Have Written Rules. Then Regarding Reading Gardens Cannot Be Realized Well. Also For The Promotion Has Not Been Going Well Because In Its Implementation, The Library Has Not Fully Involved Community Leaders. In Addition, Reading Activities Have Not Gone Well, Because The Library Has Not Fully Involved All Related Elements.

Abstract

The problem formulation in this research is how the utilization of village funds allocation in the process of empowering the village community in the village Puosu subdistricts of South Konawe district. The research aims to use the allocation of village funds in the process of empowering village communities in the village Puosu Sub-district of South Konawe district. This research was conducted in the village Puosu subdistricts of South Konawe District, where the informant in this research is the head of village, chairman of BPD, Sekertaris Village, treasurer of the village, and five Stempat communities. The data analysis techniques in this study are using primary data and secondary data, the data collected will be analyzed qualitatively. The data collection techniques in this study are using methods of interviews, observations and documentation. The results showed that the utilization of village funds allocation in the process of empowerment of village community in Puosu Village Sub-district of South Konawe district is still said to be maximum. This has been disclosed by the informant, but the village chief continues to coordinate with the community to plan the appropriate programmes for the advancement of the village Puosu.

Abstract

This study aims to dertermine to identify describe the role of administrastion in improving the perfoermance of civil servants at the Buton regency Transmigrations Office. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method, white data collection technique was carried out by means of library research and field research using interview and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that the role of administration in improving the performance of the Civil Servants of the Buton Regency Transmigration Service has improved considerably because the duties, functions and roles of administration in the Buton Regency transmigration service have been running optimally in accordance with the programs and main tasks and functions that have been determined and the Improvement of Civil Servant Performance The Civil Service of Transmigration in Buton Regency has not improved enough because of limited human resources and employees who do not have the will to change to improve their performance and they do not fully know their function.
