Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the policies of teaching Arabic in SMA Negeri 11 Bandung and the understanding of teachers in realizing these teaching policies to students. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study research design. Participants in this study were two Arabic teachers and one vice principal in the curriculum field. The instruments used were interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Arabic language teaching policies at SMA Negeri 11 Bandung, namely the opening of Arabic language classes studied by language classes and cross-interest classes, curriculum, materials or teaching materials used in accordance with Permendikbud Number 37 of 2018 concerning Core Competencies and Basic Competencies in the 2013 curriculum, and the learning resources used are Arabic books for MGMP Arabic in West Java Province and Arabic books from the Ministry of Education and Culture, Larangan Dian Artha Dina Ratu. The Arabic teacher has made it happen in the learning process, meaning that the teacher has understood the teaching policies. Keyword: Curriculum, Teacher, Language Planning

Abstract

In a female Islamic boarding school in South Kalimantan, Arabic and English are applied in daily communication, both in formal and informal settings. Seeing the efforts of both the Islamic boarding school and the students themselves in mastering Arabic including its expressions, this qualitative descriptive study was carried out with the aim of describing how the students' Arabic expressions were obtained and also the types of expressions, because each Islamic boarding school and even each individual and group had individual efforts to improve Arabic language skills. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation from 15 new santriwati and a number of other informants who were then checked for data validity through data triangulation and analyzed at the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the acquisition of Arabic expressions is obtained through listening to Arabic conversations both in formal and informal environments as well as through learning, both learning that has been determined by the Islamic boarding school such as memorizing the expressions on the media card, studying individually or studying in groups. The types of Arabic expressions obtained in the Islamic boarding school for girls are through listening and learning in the form of teachings, appeals and prohibitions. The implication of this research is that foreign language speaking skills will be easily mastered with a spirit of learning, learning strategies and the use of learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in learning management implemented in Arabic learning by class XI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sabdodadi Bantul and class XI at Madrasah Aliyah As Sakinah Hidayatullah Sleman Yogyakarta as well as the factors that support and hinder the realization of effective learning. With this research, it is hoped that it can provide input in improving the learning process for all parties, especially Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sabdodadi Bantul and Madrasah Aliyah As Sakinah Hidayatullah Sleman Yogyakarta. The results of the study indicate: Arabic learning management can be seen from the management functions carried out by the teacher, namely: lesson planning, research results show lesson planning such as syllabus, lesson plan (RPP), daily program, semester program and annual program. on the academic calendar that has been agreed upon by the regional office (Kanwil). Meanwhile, MA As Sakinah Hidayatullah uses a curriculum that has been prepared by the madrasah, namely the kurikulum diniyah and the Arabic language learning syllabus is also compiled by the madrasah. As for each planning identity, it is only written for class XI A MA and XI B MA. Because in MA As Sakinah, especially in class XI, there are no majors.

Abstract

Speech ability was influenced by several factors including intelligence and personality. SMP IT fathonah has used stifin test in knowing the intelligence and personality of students, the test results are then not only optimized in learning but also in 3 Lingual programs and Arabic-speaking environments. This study uses mixed method method. With qualitative and quantitative approach. The samples in this study were purposive samples with a total of 28 students. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Two Way Anova test formula with SPSS. The results of this study showed that intelligence affects students' speech ability with a degree of significance of 0.003. While personality does not affect students' speech ability because it has a significance of 0.548. But the two variables together affected students' speaking skills by 65.4%. From the data it can be stated that the personality of a student can not be expressed significantly because personality can be affected by other factors for example by motivation, or other psychological elements, while intelligence can affect speech skills significantly because intelligence can certainly support the growth of skills learned by students.

Abstract

ملخص إن تعليم العربية في هذا العصر الرقمي يحتاج إلى تطوير استراتيجية تعليمها. وإحدى منها هي استراتيجية التعلم الجماعي (Study Group Learning Strategies) . ولمعرفة مدى فعالية هذه الاستراتيجية قام الباحث بتنفيذها في طلبة الفصل الحادي عشر في مادة المطالعة بالمدرسة العالية معهد دار الاستقامة فونوروكو فيي العام الدراسي2020-2021. واستخدم الباحث منهج البحث الفصلي الإجرائي (Classroom Action Research)، من حيث إنه له أثر ملموس لمعرفة رفع نشاط الطلبة ونتائجهم. ولنيل البيانات المطلوبة، استخدم الباحث طريقة الاختبار، والملاحظة، والوثائق المكتوبة. ونتيجة هذا البحث كما تلي : 1) استراتيجية التعلم الجماعي قادرة على رفع نشاط الطلبة في مادة المطالعة، بدليل أن في الدور الأول، حصل نشاط الطلبة على 72٪ وفي الدور الثاني حصل على 100٪ من 25 طالبًا. 2) استراتيجية التعلم الجماعي قادرة على رفع نتائج تعلم الطلبة، بدليل أن في الدور الأول حصلت نتيجة تعلم الطلبة على معدل النتيجة 66.88 من 25 طالبًا. وأما في الدور الثاني فنتيجة تعلم الطلبة حصلت على معدل النتيجة 88.08 من 25 طالبًا. انطلاقا من هذه النتيجة، يرجى لمهتمي تعليم هذه اللغة الشريفة عامة ولهذه المدرسة خاصة أن يهتموا اهتماما كبيرا بتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات الفعالة، إحداها استراتيجية التعلم الجماعي في تعليم اللغة العربية حتى يرتقي نشاط الطلبة ونتائجهم.الكلمة المفتاحية : استراتيجية التعلم الجماعي; تعليم اللغة العربية; الاستراتيجيات الفعالة في تعليم اللغة العربية

Abstract

Evaluation is carried out by the teacher to find out the the level of students capabilities to absorb a lesson convey by the teacher. By evaluating the teacher can take next step in order to that learning can be done optimally. The problem arises when the pandemic requires learning to be done from home and via the internet. Evaluation must be done online too. Writing this article aims to provide an overview of how evaluation activities were carried out during the Covid 19 pandemic, especially evaluating Arabic Learning by using the Edmodo application. The research location is on Mts Negeri 1 Pasuruan. This study used qualitative exploratory research with descriptive research methods. The main data sources in this study were students of Mts Negeri 1 Pasuruan with a total of 120 respondents. Evaluation using edmodo is one solution for Arabic Teachers in evaluating Arabic learning using digital technology, especially during the COVID-1 pandemic. The results of this study explain that evaluation using Edmodo makes it easier for teachers to monitor the learning outcomes received by students in learning Arabic. Abstract

This research departs from the problem of developing the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MB- KM) curriculum in the PBA UNSIQ which considers the values of local wisdom, in addition to the principles of humanistic ethics in the form of learning freedom to choose competencies and subjects, according to student interest. From several studies related to the development of the MBKM that has been written, there is no research result that examines the development of the MBKM by considering the basic idea to balance local wisdom values and humanistic ethics principles that seem dualistic. This study more specifically discusses the study program's efforts to recondition two opposing value ideas with alternative curriculum development formats. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach, with a literature study, namely the documentation of the results of the development of the MBKM for the PBA UNSIQ. The results showed that the MBKM at PBA UNSIQ has been designed by paying attention to two ideas of humanistic ethics and local wisdom values. This is evidenced in the study program decisions to choose format and structure of the curriculum, design of the learning outcomes of each course, placement of courses, and allocation of credits in each semester

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan manajemen perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program munadharah ‘ilmiyah Pekan Arabi di Universitas Negeri Malang di masa pandemi. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ialah jenis penelitian kualitatif metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data, peneliti menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman, yaitu mengumpulkan data dari hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi, reduksi data, display data, dan conclusion Drawing. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan penelitian ini terdiri dari 1) Perencanaan, terdapat 3 hal penting yang harus dipenuhi dalam perencanaan program munadharah ‘ilmiyah. Pertama, model interactive approach. Kedua, dalam ruang lingkup program ini terdapat 3 dimensi. Ketiga, proses perencanaan program ini melalui tahapan-tahapan yang sistematis. 2) Pelaksanaan, terdapat 3 hal penting yang terdapat dalam penyusunan program Munadharah ‘ilmiyah. Pertama, tahap pemula, kedua, tahap pelaksanaan program, ketiga, tahap penilaian setelah diadakannya program munadharah ‘ilmiyah. 3) Evaluasi terdapat 2 hal penting yang harus dipenuhi dalam evaluasi program munadharah ‘ilmiyah, yaitu evaluasi monitoring dan evaluasi komprehensif. Abstract

Since the COVID-19 pandemic entered Indonesia, the government has begun to impose restrictions in all sectors, including the education sector. From kindergarten to college level, all students learn online at home. Online learning certainly has a very influential impact on teachers and students in the teaching and learning process, especially for middle-level students who still need supervision in carrying out learning. Online education greatly influences students' motivation in learning, especially Arabic lessons that are classified as difficult subjects. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method, the object of this study is the student's psychological motivation, while the subject of this study is a first-class student based on Islam. From the data found that students tend not to have motivation in learning Arabic because of the absence of friends for discussion and lack of environmental support. To respond to this, creative methods are needed in the learning process and it takes support from parents to keep an eye on and provide positive support for students.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the impact of discovery learning model based on higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) on students' analytical thinking skills in learning Arabic. The research was a quantitative approach and experiment method (quasi-experiment research), using post-test control and experiment group design. The population in this research was the students of class X Islamic Senior High School (MAN) 1 Malang East Java, Indonesia. The sampling was taken using the cluster random sampling technique. The instrument used to collect data was a test balance. It was analyzed using SPPS with the independent sample t-test formula. The results of this research are: the significance value of variable analysis is 0.00 <0.05. It means there is an impact of the discovery learning model based on higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) on students' analytical skills. Implicitly, it can improve students' abilities in understanding the material, therefore the students can think analytically when they find problems in learning.
