Abstract

AbstractSurakarta was a city which had high intensity of religious social conflict. Many conflicts potentially that was happened in Surakarta showed that there was great potential of conflict in the religiosities life. Therefore, the conflict that based on religious has to be managed as well as possible, and then transformed it to build up a peace in Surakarta. This research discussed about the roles of Pesantren of Al Muayyad Windan in which its capability to mediation the conflict in Surakarta. The questions that would be answer here were what is the rational background and how does the conflict mediation model that was done by Pesantren of Al Muayyad Windan in Surakarta. This research used the descriptive qualitative. The approach used was religious sociology approach. The technique of data collecting was done by deep interview, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, the technique of analyzing data used the interactive analysis consist of data reduction, data display, and conclusion of data. The trustworthiness in thesis was done by the data triangulation and informant review through discussion. The research finding showed that religious conflict transformation that was done by Pesantren of Al Muayyad Windan was based on the principle of the admission existence and the empowerment existence. Thus the principles were grounded on the theology percept of Aswaja that was become as the motivation to do social changes, sociological background of Surakarta that often appeared religious conflict, and community background of the Pesantren of Al Muayyad Windan that designed as the university student pesantren and pesantren of society empowerment. Conflict mediation conducted by pesantren Al Muayyad Windan Surakarta is based mediation function of an initiative for empowerment in public institutions. Functions of the institution in society was reaffirmed, pushed into the container to socialize, build silodaritas together and become a place of shared awareness.

Abstract

AbstractThe system of quality management implemented with the consistent commitment would provide the benefits and success for all stakeholders in the University. To obtain those benefits and success should be based on several principles of the established quality management. The starting entry of foreign University enliven the “competition” existed in Indonesia. The University is not only seen as the center of science, research, and community service, but also as the corporation entity of “producing science” that needs to compete to ensure the survival. The competition, as experienced by companies for profit, covers the competition of quality, price, and service. University as nonprofit entity also faces the same case. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the video-based ASSURE model learning on Al-Qur'an Hadith material in madrasas. In this study, the method used is R&D (Research and Development). The background of using this model is as a solution to the needs of students for innovative learning in this pandemic era, where students must be able to explore and master the material using the internet technology in online learning. For this reason, an educator is required to have competence in designing effective learning models to support the right teaching and learning process. ASSURE is a simple learning design that can be used to create an effective, efficient, and interesting learning so that it is very relevant to use for students at the Ibtidaiyah Madrasah level. The result of the study showed that there was a significant change in the increase in student interest in learning between before and after using learning video media. At the pre-test stage, the achievement of learning outcomes was only 68, but at the post-test stage it increased to 81. Thus, the ASSURE learning model based on video learning was very effective in increasing the learning interest of madrasah ibtidaiyah students.

Abstract

PROVERTY IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF QUR’AN AND HADITH. This paper aims to explain the poverty of  view of  al- Quran and Hadith. This is because poverty is a global problem and a classic that is always there, and had a very large influence on individual and social life. Poverty is also a major enemy of the Muslims, they are obliged to fight against poverty he suffered. In Indonesia, poverty seems to be a necessity for the Indonesian people, especially Muslims. Irony indeed, poverty persists in the country that supposedly rich in natural resources. Most people understand the comparative poverty, while others look at it from the perspective of  moral and evaluative, and others understand it from a scientific point of  view that has been established. However, Islamic economics can be used as tools to save Muslims from poverty. Islam is not only limited economic alternatives, but the solution of  the system of  capitalism or any economic system which has been hailed by the West.Keywords: Proverty, Economic System, Islamic Economy.Tulisan  ini  bertujuan  untuk  menjelaskan  tentang  kemiskinan dari  pandangan  al-Quran  dan  Hadis.  Ini  karena  kemiskinan 41 adalah problema klasik dan global yang selalu ada, dan memiliki pengaruh sangat besar terhadap kehidupan individu maupun sosial. Kemisikinan juga merupakan musuh besar umat Islam, mereka berkewajiban melawan kemiskinan yang menderanya. Di Indonesia, kemiskinan seolah menjadi suatu keniscayaan bagi masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya umat Islam. Ironi memang, kemiskinan tetap ada di negeri yang konon kaya akan berbagai sumber daya alam. Sebagian orang memahami kemiskinan secara komparatif, sementara yang lain melihatnya dari perspektif  moral dan evaluatif, dan yang lain lagi memahaminya dari sudut ilmiah yang telah mapan. Namun, ekonomi Islam bisa dijadikan tools dalam menyelamatkan umat Islam dari kemiskinan. Ekonomi islam bukan hanya sebatas alternatif, melainkan  solusi dari  sistem  kapitalisme  atau  sistem  ekonomi manapun yang selama ini diagung-agungkan oleh Barat.Kata Kunci: Kemiskinan, Sistem Ekonomi, Ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

AbstractIslamic Classical Guidance is a strategy carried out as an effort to reduce violence on children committed by parents. Violence is caused by perceptions that are built from attitudes, motives, interests, past experiences, and expectations. The purpose of this study is to see the effectiveness of Islamic classical guidance for parents on the perception of violence in children. The study design used a pre-experimental form of one group pre-test – post-test design. The number of samples involved in this experiment was 28 parents who settled in Kecamatan Maritengngae, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Data collection tools using the instrument of perception of violence. Data on the results of the treatment (Islamic classical guidance) were analyzed using Paired T-test. The results showed that Islamic classical guidance was effective in changing perceptions of parental violence against children in the District of Maritengngae, SIDRAP Regency with the criteria H0 rejected if Sig. ≤ α: or -Thitung ≤ -Table. Based on data processing it was found that Sig. (0,000) ≤ α (0.05) or -Thitung (-49.442) ≤ -Table (-2.04841), the decision is to reject H0. This means that training is effective in changing the perception of parents (participants) about parental violence in children.Keywords: Islamic Classical Guidance, Perception of ViolenceAbstrakBimbingan klasikal Islami adalah strategi yang dilakukan sebagai upaya mengurangi kekerasan pada anak yang dilakukan oleh orang tua. Kekerasan disebabkan oleh persepsi yang terbangun dari sikap, motif, kepentingan atau minat, pengalaman masa lalu, dan pengharapan. Usaha agar mengurangi angka kekerasan pada anak dilakukan melalui bimbingan klasikal Islami. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat efektifitas bimbingan klasikal Islami bagi Orang tua terhadap persepsi kekerasan pada anak. Desain penelitian menggunakan pra-eksperimen dengan bentuk one group pre test – post test design. Jumlah sampel yang terlibat dalam eksperimen ini adalah 28 orang tua yang menetap di Kecamatan Maritengngae, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Data hasil dari perlakuan (bimbingan klasikal Islami) dianalisis menggunakan uji beda (Paired T-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan klasikal Islami efektif mengubah persepsi kekerasan orang tua kepada anak di Kecamatan Maritengngae, Kabupaten SIDRAP dengan kriteria H0 ditolak Jika Sig. ≤ α : atau -Thitung ≤ -Ttabel. Berdasarkan olah data ditemukan bahwa Sig. (0,000) ≤ α (0,05) atau -Thitung (-49,429) ≤ -Ttabel (-2,04841), maka keputusannya adalah tolak H0. Hal ini berarti bahwa pelatihan efektif dalam mengubah persepsi orang tua (peserta) terhadap kekerasan orang tua pada anak.

Abstract

The progress in education side today, cannot be separated from the role of figures as the main actor. The figure who has a major contribution to the development of education in Indonesia and become a Father of National Education that is KI. Hajar Dewantara, This study is a library research by using content analysis approach. His thought about education is relevant to the K13, such as learning objectives, which are aimed at educational goals in four dimensions, physical, intellectual, spiritual and social objectives. The purpose of education is; equally directing educational goals relating to individuals and society, but in K13 the objectives itself are further related to the nation and state, even the civilization of the world. The role of educators according to KI. Hajar Dewantara as facilitator and motivator. Meanwhile, according to the k13 the role of educator itself as a facilitator in learning and as a learning partner for learners. Both agree that there are four competencies that must be owned by an educator, namely pedagogic, personality, social and professional. The principle of learning in theEka Yanuarti414 Jurnal Penelitian, Vol. 11, No. 2, Agustus 2017K13 also related to the Father of National Education’s learning principles. He stated that there are five principles itself: the principle of independence, the principle of nationality, the principle of culture, the principle of nature and the principle of humanity. Furthermore, in the learning materials both agreed that learning materials are taught in accordance with the level of development of the age of learners. Abstract

Abstract THE TRADITION OF BEGGING: STRIFE BETWEEN ECONOMICS AND RELIGION (THE STUDY OF SOCIETY BEGGING BEHAVIOR IN DEMAK). This paper is the result of a research about the begging behavior which has been done by the villagers of village Asinan, Demak. Perpetrators of begging or known by the term “wama-wama” generally were affected by economic and religious motifs. This economic motivation deals with how to earn money easily, spend few modal as well as capital gain. While religious motivations related to the perception of the perpetrators who believe that what they do is part of the rituals of the religion. In terms of the mode and form of behavior “wama-wama” varies, as accompany a mosque dome in a process, using city kamal, bring proposals and envelope models. But in general that is widely used is a proposal model. The mode is bringing a proposal of mosque and boarding school building. They deposit an amount of money that has been determined by the organizers, while the rest was the right of the offender.

Abstract

Akhlakul Karimah (noble character) cannot be formed on its own without coaching. Coaching can be formed through religious activities. This reseacrh  aims to analysis: (1) religious activities implemented in improving morality in the Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Qodiriyah Harjowinangun Dempet Demak in 2019 and (2) What are the implications of the implementation of religious activities in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Qodiriyah Harjowinangun Dempet  Demak and (2) What are the implications of the implementation of religious activities in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Qodiriyah Harjowinangun Dempet Demak. This research is a type of field research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques carried out by (1) interviews, (2) observation  and (3) documentation. Data were analysis with an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclussion. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the implementation of religious activities in improving morality in the MA Qodiriya  consists of Daily, Selapanan, and insidentally. Namely istighotsah  ahad kliwon with reading manaqib, teacher fasting on Monday dan Thursday, dzuhur in congregation, teaching in a sacred state (wudlu), guardian pilgrimage, Qiyamullail and khotmil Qur’an. (2) Implications of implementing activities for religius;  first, students have a more consistent iman and taqwa than before, second, have a habit of amal saleh, third are accustomed to acting in accordance with noble character.

Abstract

REGULATION OF UU (LAW) NUMBER 41/2004 CON- CERNING ENDOWMENTS: HISTORICAL-SOCIAL OVERVIEW. Regulation of  UU No. 41/2004 on Wakaf  or Endowment viewed from the socio-political, socio-economic and socio- religious terms is crucial issues for the society. This paper examines the approach of  political law and a review of  the problem in the social-historical perspective. By using the grounded research model and comparative analysis techniques, the result showed that in the review of political law, UU No. 41/ 2004 on Endowment is a political step from government. It is used to achive the success of  PROPENAS (National Development Program) in the field of development of national law. While in the economic outlook, UU No. 41/2004 on endowment has the background and purpose to empower the productive endowments for the social welfare. Then, in a religious review, UU No. 41/2004 on endowment is a new breakthrough in wakaf jurisprudence toward dynamic and contextual fikih wakaf paradigm.keywords: Regulation, Historical-Social Review, Endowments.Permasalahan yang diteliti dalam studi ini adalah bagaimanakah regulasi UU No. 41 Tahun Tentang Wakaf ditinjau dari latarbelakang sosio-politik, sosio-ekonomi, dan sosio-keagamaan. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif  dengan pendekatan politik hukum  dan  tinjauan  permasalahannya  adalah  tinjauan  sejarah- sosial. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah model grounded research.   Untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis komparatif, yaitu analisis terhadap setiap data atau kategori yang muncul selalu dilakukan dengan cara memperbandingkannya satu sama lain. Dalam tinjauan politik hukum, UU No. 41 Tahun 2004 Tentang Wakaf  merupakan langkah politis pemerintah dalam menyukseskan  PROPENAS  (Program  Pembangunan  Nasional) di bidang pembangunan hukum nasional. Dalam tinjauan ekonomi, UU No. 41 Tahun 2004 Tentang Wakaf  memiliki latar belakang serta tujuan untuk pemberdayaan wakaf secara produktif guna kemaslahatan dan kesejahteraan sosial. Dalam tinjauan keagamaan, UU No. 41 Tahun 2004 Tentang Wakaf  adalah suatu terobosan baru dalam fikih wakaf, menuju paradigma fikih wakaf yang dinamis dan kontekstual.kata kunci: Regulasi, Sejarah-Sosial, Wakaf.

Abstract

This research presents about college strategy based on pesantren in realizing the interconnection of religion and science in Sekolah Tinggi Tekhnologi dan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. Interconnection of religion and science as a concept that offers for the relationship between discipline of science of religion and general science. The estuary of the interconnection of religion and science is to unite and make a connection between religious education and science. This research uses qualitative approach of case study type. The results show that; 1) The interconnection strategy of religion and science conducted by Sekolah Tinggi Tekhnologi (STT) Nurul Jadid and Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIKes) Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo include; internal and external environment analysis, vision and mission determination, mindset change, curriculum development with integration pattern, strengthening of human resource quality, formation of religious culture. 2) the impact of the interconnection of religion and science is; the inclusive attitude in understanding the development of science and religion, has a global perspective, the achievement of the vision and mission of the institution as the leader of the vision and mission of pesantren.
